WHILE THE IRON IS HOT
You, Rafayel's bodyguard, ask if you can commission him to sketch your next tattoo.
Based on this post. Can also be found on AO3 :)
Tags: gender neutral reader, getting closer (professionally as well as casually), reader is NOT an artist, rafayel is NOT a numbers guy, bickering, close proximity, lots of eye contact
Kindly read under the cut!
They say, ‘Strike when the iron is hot.’
The mantra repeats excessively in your mind as you watch over Rafayel, the person who employed you as his bodyguard. Because the current chances of Wanderers attacking the Mo Art Studio is low (never zero), you give your mind permission to wander. A little. Just a little.
Your mind wanders as far as a few weeks ago: the request at the tip of your tongue. That will later be inked to your skin.
As they say, ‘Strike while the iron is hot.’ You’re standing a few feet away from a brilliant artist. This is your chance.
You cough. “Excuse me.”
“I have a name,” Rafayel says, as he brushes past you to rummage through his box of tools. He takes out a scraper.
“Right. Rafayel?”
“What’s up?” He returns to his stool.
“I have a question, and please indulge me: what do you think about doing commissions?”
“Commissions?” Rafayel repeats, as he scrapes the dried pigment off the canvas. “Like, other people paying me to paint for them?”
“Yes.”
Rafayel raises an eyebrow at you for a split-second before returning his attention back on the painting. He calculates a precise location before scraping again. “In your dreams. I don’t paint for anyone. I don’t even speed up my painting process for Thomas, even if he asked.”
“Even if it will earn you extra income?”
“And extra work! I already work hard enough to finish original pieces as they are.”
You nod and remember the instances of him submitting a painting late. “True. I suppose that your original works already earn enough to support you. . . and Thomas, ‘cause you pay him,” and me, as your bodyguard, you add as an afterthought. Wait, does he even pay me?
(You make a mental note to clarify that later; you have a more pressing concern right now.)
Slowly, Rafayel puts down his scraper and turns towards you. “You want me to paint something for you, is that it?”
“Hm.” You try to be vague. “No, I was just curious.”
“No, you’re not ‘just curious.’ There’s a follow-up question to it; I know.”
Silence hangs in the air as the two of you exchange a prolonged and loaded eye contact. Your breath hitches at the full attention. His pupils glance at your throat before looking back at your eyes.
Y/N, I know, his gaze seems to say.
Your steady look asks: You know?
With a nod, Rafayel’s expectant gaze answers, Try me.
We’re going off topic, Rafayel.
“Ha! You blinked first!” He exclaims in victory then raises a hand as if to stop you from opening your mouth. “Yes, Y/N, I know a staring contest wasn’t what we were doing. But I know you have a follow-up question.”
“I do, but I was planning to take this slow. I know we have…” you gesture to the space between the two of you, “professional boundaries. I’m not in the position to ask for commission requests yet. It’s not even open.”
“So considerate,” Rafayel teases, but his gaze on you softens. “That’s cute.”
“Still, right?”
His ears flush pink, like he can’t believe what just happened. In a snap, he changes back to his usual self and touches his ear. “Just shoot your shot. Time will pass whether you ask me now or later.”
“My follow-up question was about if I can avail your services for an art commission. You can just draw; no colors. I’ll pay. What’s your price?”
“Assuring me straight up that you’ll pay? I like that in a customer!”
“We’re going off topic, Rafayel.”
“Hey! What’s with the accusatory tone?” He says as he rubs his ears. The pink turns to red. “You’re no different. You went on a roundabout way just to ask me for a piece! You can just say,” he straightens his posture—highly reminiscent of your current posture that was earned from your job as a hunter—and imitates your tone, “‘Hey, Raf, can you make this for me? I’ll pay!’ Simple. Done.”
You break character and scoff. He chuckles at your reaction.
“Yes, but that was more of an opening rather than ‘off-topic.’ I’d rather know if you accept commissions or not before I ask you.”
“Why?”
“It’s polite.”
You bite back a grin when he makes a face. He apparently notices the way you hold back a smile—he glances at your mouth once and his ears turn red. Again. Redder than that dried pigment he’s been scraping off. “Whatever. I can be polite.”
“I’m not saying you aren’t.”
“It was implied,” he whined.
You adjust your expression back to a more neutral and respectful one to stay on track of the topic.
“So, how much will a sketch cost?”
“Hmm,” he looks at the ceiling and puts a finger under his jaw, which stains his skin with color. He seems too used to it to bother reacting. “Given that I’ve earned my spot in the industry, it would be, I don’t know. . . a lot?”
“Right. Do you have an exact amount?”
“Oh, cutie, I gotta be honest with you…” Eyes on the canvas, Rafayel scrunches his face with some hard-to-decipher smile. He picks up his scraper and scrapes off a small piece of dried pigment in the corner of the piece. A huge chunk of dried powder falls out. Yikes. “I don’t really know much about the numbers aspect. Will you bother Thomas with a hypothetical question? Don’t tell him I’m considering to give you a commission! I don’t wanna deal with his lectures.”
You make a mental note.
“Sure. I will do that. Do you want me to pay you directly? Since I imagine the price will be a lot, I can pay you in installments, if you accept.”
“Wow,” he drawls, tone impressed, “You thought this through.”
“Mm. I’m serious about this.”
Rafayel’s adam’s apple moves as he fixes his gaze at the canvas with intensity. “I’ll decide depending on the drawing. What do you want me to sketch?”
You imagine your budget, yet again. “Depends on the price.”
“Y/N,” he drawls. “We’re going in circles! Off-topic!”
“I was hoping you would sketch a tattoo for me.”
At that, Rafayel whips his head towards you so fast. The crack of his neck is loud enough for you to feel bad.
“What?” He asks, voice hoarse.
“Is your neck OK—”
“For—forget my neck. Off-topic,” he repeats, with his eyes almost teary on you. “Repeat what you said.”
“A tattoo. Just a small one. Under my ear.” At his stunned silence, you continue, “Well, it’s not every day that I can talk to a talented artist. I’m taking my chances and I’ll pay you, I promise. If I’m unable to pay it in full, then you can take money off my sala—”
“You—you want me to draw a tattoo?”
“Yes. For me.”
“I’ll draw it? Are you sure?” he almost chokes on his words.
“Yes, it would be an honor.”
“’An honor’—oh my god. No, it would be an honor to me. Not to you, to me.” Rafayel fans himself with his collar. “Wha—what—what kind of tattoo?”
“I was thinking of a sunset.” You feel a little unprepared at Rafayel’s reaction. His eyes are wide and mouth agape. No amount of spotlight could top the nerve-wracking feeling of someone’s full attention on you. “Like… I don’t know how that would look good, but… preferably, uh, you know those sketches that are made in a continuous line? Like that?”
“Yes.”
“Yes,” you repeat. “Does that look good? Any professional, artistic opinion?”
“Whatever you want,” his voice cracks again. You wince. “It’s a tattoo, silly. It’s supposed to be personal.”
“The mere subject is personal. I don’t mind much about the artistic style it takes to get inked on me, as long as it fits the way I look.”
“On your neck, huh…” he mutters. “I’ll help. Let’s make it perfect.”
A pause. Rafayel stands up from his stool and tears off a piece of paper from a sketchbook. “Uh, you might want to sketch what was in your mind. Then I will modify it, if you’re unsatisfied with what you made.”
“I just said I don’t mind ab—”
“A tattoo is personal. You should draw and I’ll check.”
You wave your hands away from the paper. “Ah, no! I already tried. I’m bad at drawing. That is why I need your help.”
Rafayel avoids your gaze and leaves the paper on the stool. “OK, um, I’ll be back. Let me wash my hands first—”
“You don’t have to do it now—” you say, but the man is already brushing past you to wash his pigment-stained hands (and face). He belatedly locks the bathroom door behind him, and you can hear muffled screams from where you are standing.
What’s up with him? You wonder. Is this what happens when you strike a hot iron? You didn’t think you would go this far.
_
Rafayel returns as if you didn’t hear his muffled screaming. “Who’s gonna do your tattoo?”
“I found a tattoo shop at Linkon city. They said we’re allowed to bring designs of our own.”
He shifts his weight onto one foot and crosses his arms. “And you think they can imitate my genius?”
“I hope they can,” you indulge him a compliment. His ears flush pink—you can see it with the short distance between the two of you.
“How much is it?” You ask again. “Hey, does asking for your opinion have a price?”
“Geez. Why do you keep asking me about money and prices? I literally said I’m not a numbers guy. Don’t go back to the circle, Y/N.” He widens his eyes at you.
“I don’t know; you might be similar to a legal counselor. Don’t they charge clients per session?”
“We’re going off-topic, Y/N,” he says in exasperation. “I don’t know about other artists, but I’m not charging you for asking. Actually, you know what? Pay me with a favor instead. Don’t ask Thomas about a price! You’re commissioning me with a favor!”
The mental note in your head falls down like a ripped-out post-it. “Oh, OK! Thanks?”
“And no, my opinion is for free. You might never ask me for it again if I said it costs something.”
You shrug. “Possibly.”
“So let’s—” Rafayel looks around the room. “Sit down. Your legs must ache from standing all afternoon.”
You sit down on the couch he gestures to. It’s a little relieving on the leg area. Meanwhile, Rafayel tugs his collar with a nervous swallow as he sits next to you. In his hands are two pencils and an eraser shaped like an octopus.
“So, sunset?” He asks awkwardly.
You look at his eyes and smile. “Yes. Sunset.”
“OK. Sunset.”
“Uh-huh. Sunset. Should I get the paper you ripped earlier? And the sketchbook so it can be on top of something?” You say with hands already outstretched.
“So chivalrous,” he teases, but the frown on his face makes the teasing come off as awkward. You playfully scoff to avoid embarrassing him. “Yes. Please start.”
With the paper and sketchbook on your lap, you draw the first line.
The second. The third.
Then regret it.
“Yikes.”
“Hm?”
When you look at Rafayel, he no longer looks flustered. Replacing his awkward eyes is an intense, focused gaze. You instinctively cover the “drawing” with your palm, but Rafayel’s warm fingers pulls it back.
“This will be my tattoo.” You try to avoid feeling awkward.
He studies the drawing for a few beats. Then intently at your neck.
“Press your ear like this. I want to see the space where this will go.”
Awkwardly, you turn your head and press your ear forward to fold it.
“Is it this ear?”
“Yes.”
“Portrait?”
“Yes, portrait. I want it to be visible.”
You hold the pose for a few more seconds. Rafayel’s silence is making you feel more and more flustered. He exhales, mind in mid-thought.
“What do you think? As an artist?”
“I won’t answer that,” he says earnestly, “but do you want me to change it?”
“Please,” you whisper. “I mean, that’s what the entire conversation earlier was about, anyway. A talented artist to draw my tattoo. Hopefully.”
“I’ll make a few suggestions.”
Rafayel does not take the paper on the sketchbook away from your lap. Instead, he uses the second pencil and draws on it.
This is weird.
The warmness that radiates from him—from his close proximity with you—feels quite comforting. You suddenly remember the mattress of the bed when you used to live with Grandma. It just… it felt nice. You feel your upper body lose its tension.
Plus, you can see the violet strands of his hair up close. It’s a pretty color. Maybe violet will be your favorite color, from now on.
“Here, check this out—”
You snap out of your thoughts, but you do not make it obvious.
Rafayel created two sample tattoos, following at least two of the three lines you drew. It seems like the base for his modification drawings.
“What do you think?”
Your heart starts thumping in your chest like a lion in its cage. There’s a… there’s a rush of excitement in your stomach and in your throat. This is pretty. This is genius. Rafayel is able to turn something amateur into something great and you can’t help but be amazed. “That’s infinitely better, wow!”
“Are you sure? We can do better than that. I mean, this one’s stroke is out of line…”
“Sure, but these are pretty as they are! I must owe you a huge favor for this ‘commission,’ right?”
Something changes in Rafayel’s eyes. He looks a little sheepish. “Actually.”
“Yes?”
“I know what favor to ask of you now.”
“Tell me. Strike while the iron’s hot,” strike while we’re on the topic!
“How open are you to having me as your tattoo artist?”

I was wanting to try doing an art piece in the style of the signature spell poster art pieces you create. But I’m not really the best at coming up with a composition for such a thing.
Do you have a process for how you come up with the compositions for them?
oh, awesome! it is an INCREDIBLY enjoyable style to work in; I hope you have fun with it! :D
I'm not great at putting my thought/art process into words, so my apologies if this doesn't make a lot of sense, but I'll try! my first step is always to do a LOT of thumbnails to figure out both the idea and how I want to show it; not trying to do a real sketch or anything, just little doodles to figure out what exactly I'm trying to portray. (I also call these "garbage passes" because they're not meant to be any good, they're just there to throw things out. aha. ha. ...anyway.) I think it's important during that first stage to really focus on the idea and the layout and not to get too bogged down in the actual drawing yet!
I tend to save my final thumbnails, so I'll use 'em as examples (I posted the ones up through episode 5 here if you're interested!) (and, uhhh, spoilers through episode 5 also in this post, hopefully that won't be an issue!)
the main thing I try to think about in composition is balance -- not necessarily in terms of symmetry, but in where each element is placed and how much space it's taking up. remember, empty space is still space! it's also really important to think about the parts that don't have anything in them, as much as the parts that do!
personally, I like to divide things up roughly by both halves and by thirds -- there's a lot more in-depth info out there on why the "rule of thirds" in particular works well visually, but in short, our brains tend to focus on things that are placed closer to imaginary division lines, instead of in the exact center of an image. so even when I'm doing something that is very centered and symmetrical, I try to keep that in mind and generally aim around those for landmarks like faces/eyes (or...where they would be, anyway) and other focal points.
it's not a formula of "the character's face should be in this division of this grid" or anything, more like "our minds like to focus on these areas, let's think about how to use that", if that makes sense! and of course rules are made to be broken, art is lawless anarchy, and so on. but it can be a good starting place for deciding where you want to put things!
(blue - thirds, red - half)
and against the finished versions, because they do usually end up changing a lot (including the empty space of the border):
(...these actually lined up a lot better than I thought they would. :') it makes me look like I do things way more intentionally than I do.)
other stuff I just try to keep in mind is that our eyes like following arcs and paths, which can be a good way to guide the eye:
and frame and control the focus:
honestly, composition is one of those things I feel like I struggle with a lot, so I'm not sure how much of this is helpful or actually makes sense outside of my head. but hopefully it helps a little! it's all just stuff to think about while drawing and not anything hard-and-fast, so don't, like, stress out about making sure things are lining up exactly on the thirds or anything. again, it's more "our brains think these are the dopest parts of the rectangle" than anything else! take advantage of the cool parts of the rectangle!
NOW GO HAVE FUN DRAWING seriously though, it is always super cool that other people like this idea and style enough to want to do it themselves and for other/their own characters! thank you! ❤️❤️❤️
#art#sketch#twisted wonderland#...technically i guess? it's not about twst but there is twst art present anyway#i did have a few more examples but then i wasn't sure if you were cool with episode 7 spoilers. whoops. 🫠#many other people have explained the rule of thirds and directional flow way better than me and i apologize#it is so hard to put things into words i am so sorry#me: the...you know...the lines...they sort of converge? like a triangle?#the internet: mm-hmm. yes. go on.#me: (sweating) the...the triangle points here...because it...it has a point.#the internet: it's doing better than you are then#genuinely shocked at how well some of these line up though#uh. i mean. actually it was all totally intentional and i put actual thought into it! NOT an accident at all!#my eyes darting back and forth shiftily are just ✨following the paths✨

Happy Trans Day of Visibility, everyone! From Hikaru and I to you!!
As I was drawing this, I kept trying to think of a good caption to post it with. I’ve always been known for my words, after all. But for once, I’m at a bit of a loss. It’s a big day for me, but it also just feels like an average Sunday.
I sketched and re-sketched this over and over again, trying to get everything exactly right. It didn’t turn out perfect, but honestly, I like it better that way. Hikaru isn’t exactly the same as me, but a LOT of him is drawn from reflections of me- his experiences with masculinity and transness are a prime example.
This is my first TDOV being fully out, and openly, publicly transitioning. It’s been a difficult year. I’ve faced unimaginable feelings of loneliness and isolation, and kinds of hardships I had never even imagined. Being someone who doesn’t Fit in a small area like mine has left me with a new appreciation for the ability to pass, or my lack thereof. I’ve felt kinds of loneliness and rejection that I had never even fathomed possible before I came out.
But more importantly, I am more in touch with myself than I ever have been before. Knowing myself, knowing Leon, getting to be Leon, is an unimaginable experience. I feel like me for the first time. It took me eighteen years to discover myself, and another two to be confident enough to live it. I still have a long way to go. But I’ve made so many connections, so many friends. I love myself, thoroughly and wholly, for the first time. I’m proud of who I am, and I’m proud of who I’m going to be. It is such a privilege to wake up every day, and know that I’m Leon. I am a self-made man, and I am so proud to be trans. I am proud to be visible. I am proud of who I am, for the first time. It’s scary, and it’s new, and it isn’t easy. But I love being Leon, and I wouldn’t trade it for anything.
I’m so grateful for this space, for this little corner of demon slayer tumblr I’ve found myself on. I am so unimaginably grateful that I’ve managed to make so many amazing connections in the short time since I made risingscorchingsuns, and nothing makes me happier than having a safe place to be me, and to share the things I love. I love Hikaru, and I love Demon Slayer, and I love all of you guys. Thank you for being here, for reading my silly rambles, for making me feel like I can make something worthwhile. (Seriously, nothing makes my day more than being known as “the Rengoku Mutual”. It makes me happy stim every time I think about it. That fucking rules.)
Anyway, this is getting away from me a bit. Apologies, this post is a bit more emotional than my usual long analysis posts. It’s a big day for me, and I feel really lucky to be able to share it with you guys.
Happy Trans Day of Visibility!!
We are here, and we are real, and we are proud!!
Trans Joy!!! For now, and forever!! We are beautiful!! 🏳️⚧️
Love,
Leon 🩵🩷🤍🩷🩵

My Latest crush is an alien car from space Pt.2
Okay so iwasnt expecting so many Mirage smps to like up my post but HEYYY welcome home yall lmao. Heres part two and let me know is yall want like a tag list for the next couple parts. ANywhoo there's some tension that forms this chapter so start getting ready for more flirty and spicyyyy interactions with old boy.
Heres the link to pt.1
Heres the link to pt.3 shawty
ANywho ENJOY!
Pt.2
Touch me softly
Mirage had allowed you to explore his anatomy, and he was more willing than you thought. You had managed to make a nice little sketch of his body and made 4 separate copies to try and get a placement in where everything was. Then you had 5 more separate sheets just in case there were some more internal systems you wanted to note. He watched as your eye brown pinched and formed a line on your forehead and your fingers guided the pencil to the paper.
“Wow, you drew me kinda sexy.” He jokes making you draw a breath trying to hold back a laugh.
It really wasn’t sexy, it was about the equivalent of the Vitruvian man drawing and basic anatomical positioning for a robot. He watches you stand, hair pulled back, yet a couple of braids still fall in front of your face. He’s quiet, looking at the way you focused so intensely on exploring him.
When you gestured for him to move his leg, he did so without complaint, the feeling of your soft, warm hands under his exteriors heating him up from the inside. Of course, you’d never know that unless you kept poking and prodding.
“Ok so compared to me, and well, other humans I’m sure your overall body parts are called different things. So let’s start from top to bottom, yeah?” You suggest, eager to learn.
Mirage kneels in front of you, giving you an opportunity to see better. You’re much smaller than him, but he could tell when you stood next to Noah you were definitely average human height. Small to him but normal to everyone else.
“Alright I hope you’re ready cause there’s a LOT.” He explains, clearing his throat as you move closer to his face just to see better, he blinks a bit, getting used to the feeling.
You smile slyly, placing your hand under his chin to guide his face,
“Let’s start with your face. Stick out your…tongue?”
He opens his mouth and lets the ‘flesh’ inside lol out before speaking
“Gloth-ah” he announces and you tilt your head in confusion, only for him to repeat.
“Glossa”
You nod prodding at what you soon learned was his helm and face plates. You brush over his vocalizer for a moment and he hums, high-pitched enough to be a moan but not loud enough for either of you to acknowledge it. You know what you heard though.
“Whoa- lets not touch that alright ma?” He asks.
Soon enough your trailing downward and when you do he announces each part for you to make a note of. This is the quietest he’s been since earlier today. He lets you work, touch, poke, pull, and press whatever you'd wanted. It’s not like it hurt really, but he’s never had something smaller than him want to examine at such close range and actually touch places he’d never been able to. In fact, it was kind of nice-
He yelps when you slide your hand down his chest plate and even farther under his chassis. You pull away, startled at the noise with wide eyes.
“OK, that’s enough exploring don’t you think?” The statement is rushed and you side-eye him when what sounded like cooling fans whirred from inside.
Had you gotten him worked up? Maybe those were sensitive spots that had never really been touched like that before? You nod, not wanting to pry and ruin this newfound friendship by being a perv. You collect the papers and paperclip them together as he begins to wind down. It's about 6am now, and the sun peeks in through the garage windows. Your dad should be awake about now and-
You gasp pushing Mirage back into the space he was originally parked in last night(even though he didn’t budge). Your dad couldn’t know about this! AT ALL! Knowing him he'd stress out and then his pressure would get too high and he’d have a heart attack and-
“Whoa hey, what the rush, mamas? Got something to hide?” Mirage questions, figuring out why you were trying to get him back into a corner.
Was he being clueless on purpose?!
“YES, YOU! Now go back to being a car! My dad can't know about you, it might just be the death of him.” You huff out, gripping your scalp and pacing back and forth. He gets the idea, chuckling a bit before right back to that beat-up Porsche.
You sneak out the garage, tiptoeing up the stairs and into your room. And the moment your head hit the pillow, not even a tornado could wake you.
__________
You'd be lying if you said you didn't sleep the rest of the day away. By the time you woke up it was already 3-4pm and sounded like your father was cleaning up the kitchen. You sigh, running yourself a shower considering you didn't get one the night before. Mirage was still in the garage as far as you knew and you were hellbent on getting the rest of those notes.
You step in, the water feeling soothing against your skin, steam filling up the bathroom as you sigh in relief. Thoughts of your apartment fill your head.
‘Maybe Mirage could help with the unpacking? Or maybe not. He could be spotted and then that’s more problems for us. Mirage…..Miraaaaageee….’
Your turn to face the water, soaping up your towel as suds slide down the drain.
‘I wonder if a car wash is the equivalent of a shower for him….does he stay a car or like…fully transformed….does he have a-‘
Shutting the water off you opt to pull your hair back today since youd being doing more exploring. The steam from the bathroom escapes when youleave and pad downstairs, catching a glimpse at the note you father let you on the kitchen counter
~Working late, leftovers in the fridge~
You smile to yourself, grabbing a bottle of water to try and beat the obvious heat outside and head to the garage. Sure enough, the Porsche is right where you left it. Mirage is right where you'd left him, and when you tap on the window, the doors unlock almost instantly. You flatten the back of your blue jean skirt and adjust the seat. Awfully quiet today?
“Well good afternoon to you too sunshine? You realize it’s almost 5 right?.” You joke, hearing him rev his engine and the radio humming to life with the sound of his voice.
“You had me up all night! Looking this good doesn’t happen on its own! But how tired can I be when a pretty girl in a miniskirt‘s got her thighs on my seat?” He shoots back, making you gasp.
“Drive you flirt, I got more notes to take. Wanna go to that garage you took me to yesterday?” You ask, using the garage clicker to leave.
It was hot, the sun beating down on you as Mirage insisted you keep the windows down instead of running the ac. The streets were somewhat empty on this fine Sunday morning and Mirage’s only response was to drive in what you assumed was the direction to the garage. You fidget with the radio nobs and glance at the aux cord below the cd player. Maybe he did have CDs in here? You open the armrest to find nothing but-
It was easy to be nosy and explore when Mirage could drive himself, youd put that together on your own last night. There was so little you knew about him but his demeanor overall made you feel comfortable enough to ask. He was…charming. You pull the blank CD case out the armrest, and dust it off.
“MIrage’s Mix (from-)”
The name was scratched off, well more smudged than anything. You crack the case open and slide the CD into the player, the wait for the music to start making you a bit nervous. Had he realized you'd put it in? Was it personal? You begin to regret your decision but before you could press the eject button, it began. N.W.A. blasted from the speakers, startling you for a moment but you're soon amused. What did he know about N.W.A?
________
It doesn't take much longer for you to arrive at the garage, most of the lot being empty while the two of you enter to complete more of your research. You set your purse down, taking the papers from yesterday out and trying to organize them as he peers over your shoulder.
“Still think you drew me sexy-”
You scoff playfully and push him a bit, not moving him in the slightest but still, but he still finds it amusing.
“Stop it, I need you to sit so I can finish. You got all squeamish on my last night.” You tease, sliding your hand down the back of his ‘leg’ and he freezes.
He kneels back down, watching your every move. Your fingers hover over his vocalizer, the warning from yesterday replaying in your mind. Right, don't touch. You skip his chest plate and chassis, watching his expression slightly change to disappointment for what seemed like only a second. Again, he announces each part of himself, the air slightly awkward and VERY quiet. Maybe now was the time to try and strike up some more conversation.
“Soooo, where are you really from?” You ask, writing down each part you trace over when he speaks.
“Cybertron actually. Not in your solar system lil mama.” He flirts, turning his palms slightly open when you tap them.
Servos
"Never been?" He jokes again, admiring how small your hand looked compare to his.
'Careful Mirage your size kink is showing' he thinks to himself, avoiding your gaze.
You shake your head in response, looking at the details of his hands, moving back to his torso, purposefully skipping over the plated area between his thighs. Boundaries were definitely not something you wanted to cross, trying not to make him uncomfortable. I mean, he was willingly letting you poke around, and he clears his throat when you skip that spot.
“You, you can look if you want. And touch…ask questions. It's all good babygirl.” He offers, almost melting when you look up from under your lashes at him.
He could practically feel his pump about to explode. Why did Earth girls look so damn pretty? Mirage couldn't wrap his head around it honestly, the feeling he got when he passes a pretty girl when Noah would take him for drives. How they would gasp if he revved loud enough to embarrass Noah a bit but also score him a couple numbers.
Talk about a damn good wingman. You were different though.
You were a softer kind of pretty…He'd seen you come into the garage so many times before you really met. The day your dad parked him in that spot, he watched you skip in with your little low-rise jeans, the piercing you sported shining in the sunlight.
You hugged your dad, eyes lighitn up at the new car with a gasp.
“A Porsche! Dad oh my gosh really?” You ask, seeing him nod. You squealed more, inspecting his paint job, it was just as beat up then as it was before you officially met.
You chatted on and on about how ‘cute’ he’d look when you finally got to paint him a nice shade of hot pink and added your glitter seat covers. Not so exciting for him considering pink wasn't particularly his favorite but god did you look adorable when you were excited.
And there was that same look. Pure, unbridled excitement, yet your eyes shone almost darker this time. That look is almost salacious. It makes him swallow hard, legs opening a bit more and you brush your hand over his thighs, sparing one more glance as if to ask, ‘Are you sure?’ He only nods.
“Mirage, you gonna keep telling me what everything is, or am I to assume on my own?” You question, tracing the skirt plate.
Ita hard to speak, his fans feelijg as if they were working overtime to keep him from overheating. Primus you looked so pretty between him and now he was wondering how would you look riding his-
You stop touching, whistling to get his attention. Damn, he kinda liked that.
“ ‘Rag, we good?” You questions and he swallows hard at his new nickname.
Where did all that slick talk go now?
“Yeah, y-yeah we’re good ma.” He responds finally, optics low when your light chuckle reaches his ears.
You slide your hands up and down his midsection plating, teasing at this point. How was he supposed to focus on helping you learn when you touch under his plates like that? When your fingers slide over his thighs and over the skirt plate over and over, the pace only makes him want to thrust into your touch.
He felt perverted sort of, getting off on you exploring him in the name of science. That was such bullshit. He looks down at you, watching you pinch your lip between your teeth. Oh….you liked this. Your thighs pressed together as your tongue darts out to lick your lips.
You look up at him again, smile mischievous. And before he could ask any questions you slid you hand right back to his chassis and vocalizer. Oh that was a moan without a doubt. You hum in satisfaction, you’re practically playing with him, his body. It wasn’t helping that he hadn’t been touched like this in so long either p.
“Wanna tell me what happens if I keep touching you like this?” You purr, seeing Mirage avoid eye contact.
“C’mon ma, don’t mess with me like this.” He breathes out, hollow.
You stop your ministries after hearing tires and revving come to a halt. With footsteps approaching you stand quickly, Mirage doing the same. He crosses his arms over his chest and leaning against the wall as if he’d been caught while you shove the papers into your bag and swallow hard. You’d never moved so fast in your life.
Noah enters, feeling as if he’s just interrupted something but panicking once he realizes the predicament you were about ot be in. Why were you two here? Did Mirage even think this through? Probably not. He glances back at the other 3 bots behind him, trying to find a quick solution to hide you. But, before he could get any sort of plan out, three other robots similar to Mirage walked in, and one of them, was not at all pleased.
“Primeee, i had no idea youd be back so soon!”

Aspiring artist here and super new to it, and absolutely no pressure, but I was wondering how you go about sizing your comics for best quality + sharing? Your art is always so CRISP and gorgeous what's ur secret to defeating the Compression Gods *eyes emoji*
Hahaha, I don’t really have a lot of Hot Tips but I’ll do my best.
When I’m laying out my canvas for a comic I’ll usually go by pixel and start with 850X9000. When I tried doing a little Webtoon for a minute the images they let you upload are 850x1100, and that’s really close to phone screen size so it’s a good starting place to make art for that size specifically.
I draft the comic by just handwriting and sketching out panels without worrying about spacing. Once I have a draft I’ll go through and organize it better, I start with speech bubbles cause they always take up a ton of room. Then I add panel frames and often I’ll move the sketches around to accommodate the speech bubbles.
Finally I go through and chop up the comic by cropping down on the panels I want to include for each image and saving it as a png which is a lossless format. I’ve varied the size I crop to depending on how long a comic is. Sticking around 1100 pixels tall is best because again it’s close to phone screen size and your art won’t get too crunchy.
Then I post it!
For non comics I make things very pixel dense, like 6000x6000 or more and always try to save as PNG. JPEG is a format that will always lose some data every time you copy and paste it, so some artists post those on purpose to make sure people can’t easily make off with their art. I’m a ding dong and I just post the high resolution most of the time cause ¯\_(ツ)_/¯.
Once I have a finished piece I’ll make a blank black panel at 850x1100 to position over the art and that’s what I crop down to to make closeups.

I've been curious for a while now how you draw poses. How do you use references? Everything you make looks so natural but still lively it's so gorgeous
ghghfghn thankyou! i definitely feel like the worst person to ask for advice on this from, but i'll try and explain some of my thought process when working with character-focused art (and posing them!)
(rambling below the cut)
i think that understanding human form in general is probably the best way to feel confident in posing even if that sounds like what everyone says. when you feel familiar with the shapes of a body it's far easier to understand the rules in which they will move/interact with, and then composition in general tends to come a little easier.
When i start a pose (or just. character art in general) i like to try and work with the most bare-bones type sketch possible. I dont visualize things in my head very clearly, so when i do try and copy a reference or detailed sketch 1 to 1, it usually ends up incredibly stiff and boring because i get stuck following all the details. the way i break down shapes is a little off as well, i think in very angular and long lines, so i like to use the chest, knees, and shoulders as my "anchor points" for my figures - they're what i personally consider the most prominent points to focus on visually and i usually will build my pose around their placements. i think it’s good to come up with something like this to help ground your pose early on.
when i draw multiple characters interacting or in the same scene, i like to try and think of poses that feel in-character or natural to them. these two in my recent piece started out kinda cutesy but they argue a lot, so you can see the change as i readjusted the posing to make it feel more aggressive as i went along.
redoing a portion of a character midway through for whatever reason is pretty standard in my process, so i dont stress if i cant quite figure out a limb or perspective at first (this is when i will look for reference if i dont have one or take my own photos).
I dont really enjoy drawing characters just standing around, so doing something that feels more like a "scene" or moment of interaction like this (being scolded at for an injury, chatting, reading a book, catching a falling object, etc etc) is a nice way to try and come up with something at least a little more compelling to draw, and a way to work some body language into the poses too. legs and arms can make great space-fillers while still adding to the mood!
i dont really know how to wrap this up but as a general rule of thumb i try to think of poses that will fill the space of the canvas/image im drawing on, just like any other composition, while still considering the feeling or moment i want to convey. if i’m unhappy with the final full piece, i usually will just crop for a closer image (posting on other platforms usually makes me do this anyways, so i consider it part of the process at this point ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ )

Do you have any headcanons for the krang siblings? And any fun facts about Tonga and Tui?
I’m so sorry this took so long to answer! I wanted to sketch for this ask! :D
Long description here —>
- York is deaf, so that is why he has hearing aids. For most of his life he lived it in silence, and only got hearing aids once he was an adult.
- Though he has hearing aids, he prefers not to speak, and never had a desire to learn how. He is pretty shy and introverted, thus he wears a mask.
- He prefers to communicate through ASL, possession/bio growth, and screeches. (This is me giving a reason why Krang 3 doesn’t speak)
- All Krang that have bio-growth abilities have these scar-vein marks on their palms and forearms.
- All or most bio-growth Krang wear gloves. They are all kinda like Elsa from Frozen.
- I have said it before in previous posts, but Keerah has a beautiful singing voice. However, she hides it because of how the Krang society is: Show no weaknesses, and only the strong prevail. Keerah believes her singing voice is a flaw she has.
- I gave her a pre-prison dimension injury, I think it makes her look cool. Also, prosthetics are really cool to design.
- She can play the electric guitar
- Keerah was definitely a gladiator back during the height of the Krang Empire.
- She definitely snores
- Kish needs reading glasses. I think it’s really funny.
- His boots definitely have heels on them, I think Kish has a bit of a feminine side.
- He has a soft spot, and deeply cares for his siblings. However he has to keep up his powerful, leader role, so he doesn’t show this side of him often.
- He likes to pamper himself a lot, and takes up a lot of time in the bathroom relaxing in the bathtub.
- Tonga loves the stars. Something about how they sparkle and gleam has always fascinated them. They leave their home in the Hidden City every night to star gaze on the rooftops of New York.
- For the first couple of years after Tonga arrived on Earth. They spent their life in the wreckage of their space-pod, which they turned into their home. Tonga wanted to try and figure out who they were.
- Tonga loves Boba Tea, and cats!
- They also have a pet frog named Charles
- Because Kish/Krang 1 has that weird ability to take away mystic powers….for plot convenience. I decided to change it into something else.
- All Krang have a bit of mystic power (thus the connection between them and the turtles). If they master/control this power, they can change into a more human-like form without the need for a cloaking broach (incorporating a little of my own au in here).
- Because of Tonga’s memory loss, they don’t remember they have this power, or know how to use it. So their friend Cameo made them a cloaking broach as a gift. . . After a lot of pestering from Tonga. (Cameo belongs to @themagicbrew)
#rottmnt krang#krang oc#york#kish#keerah#rottmnt#tonga#cameo and tonga are besties#or at least tonga thinks so#this was a lot of fun to think about#I love answering ya’lls questions#and I love that yall like my art and ideas#tumblr ask

how did you first get into making this stuff? do you enjoy it?
There's a lot of possible answers here.
For a couple years after college, I worked at a laser engraving and cutting shop. Leather was a material we knew we could cut, but nobody ever asked for it, so I looked up some basic info and put together some masks as demo pieces. Then I got fired for unrelated reasons, but decided to keep going with the masks on my own. A decade later, I’m still going.
I've always enjoyed making things. The focused calm of working a craft, the challenge of finding the problems that need solving, followed by the satisfaction of holding in your hands something that hadn't exited before. It’s hard to beat that feeling. If you haven’t done it for a while, I highly recommend making a habit of it.
Sometime in college I realized that if I kept making things just for myself, I would eventually run out of both space in my closet and money in my bank account. So I took the best photos I could of what I had, and started posting it up on Etsy.
In high school ceramics class, I had an idea to try and make a flexible dragon skin out of little bits of clay, all glazed differently. I had no idea how to do this. A friend of mine was like "Yo it sounds like you want to look up how to make chainmail for that." She was right.
I work in architecture by day, and the decision to do that was unrelated but definitely related to my crafting obsession. Designing a kitchen, a café, a house, takes months or years of work, most of which is tedious details like picking tile patterns or looking up exactly what order to layer different sealant tapes to make sure the walls are watertight. Designing a crafting project gives me a creative outlet that is immediate. I can sit down for an afternoon and take an idea from a sketch on trace paper, to a final mask formed up out of leather. There's an excitement to that. A reminder that, yes, I can make cool stuff quickly, without needing to sink two years into a project.
For a while I worked to teach myself to draw. I managed to get pretty decent at sketching from life, with a moderate understanding of anatomy and perspective. I liked art, so I thought I wanted to make art. But I struggled with it. If I was drawing something from my imagination, no matter how well I managed to put the lines down on the paper, I would ultimately look at it and just be sad that it didn't exist in the real world. So eventually I gave up on the drawing part, and focused on the part I seemed to actually care about.
I can't envision a version of myself that doesn't make things. I think on some fundamental level, I measure my worth as a person based on what I put forth into the world. I don't know what else to do.
When you decide to turn a hobby into a business, it of course takes some of the delight away. It's no longer something you do when you want to relax and have some fun. It becomes an obligation, to make and ship orders on time, to pack up your stuff and bring it to craft fairs, to track your expenses and file your taxes, to stay on top of the constantly changing social media landscape. But it also lights a fire under your ass. You can't just keep making the same thing you made three years ago–you have to keep making new stuff, keep improving your techniques, keep reaching for new ideas that have never been made before. You lose some of the joy, but you gain a lot of satisfaction.
All through my childhood I filled my closet with little handicrafts kits, that I got as gifts or that caught my eye when following my dad to the art store. Calligraphy, wood carving, weaving looms, boondoggles, spirographs, knitting, crochet, fancy nautical knots, sculpey, and more that I can't remember. After all those different things, I’m so glad that I found a couple specific crafts that really grabbed me, that take enough work to develop expertise, that have expansive enough applications and possibilities, that I could devote a decade or more of my time to focusing on them.
I’d been interested in the furry fandom ever since little fantasy reading teenager me tried looking for stories where the dragons were the main characters, and I found people online who were doing just that. There’s a powerful do-it-yourself attitude that’s baked into the core of the fandom: The world isn’t giving us the art that we want, so we’re going to make it ourselves. I keep having ideas for things that I want, that don’t exist yet. If I want them to exist, I have to be the one to make them.
My dad was a photographer, and I spent many childhood afternoons with him in his darkroom in the basement, delightedly washing negatives, turning them gently over in their canisters of chemicals, sitting still in the dark as Dad unspooled the sensitive film, squinting in the red light as the projected images magically re-emerged on the clean white paper. What could be more amazing, more normal, more right, than having your own little space to work such magic for yourself.
In about 2008 or 9 I ordered my first batch of metal scales, with the idea of trying to make a dragon tail in time for Halloween. It took probably a couple weeks to figure out how to make it, and within a week I had thought of how to do it better and disassembled the entire thing. By the 3rd or 4th time I'd rebuilt it, I thought that it was probably good enough that I wouldn't feel embarrassed to post it online and see if someone might want to buy it.
Of course I love working on these things I make. But I don't think that's exactly why I make them.

SF ZINEFEST 2024! Some pictures from the San Francisco Zinefest last week! I had a wonderful time, and it was SUPER busy! thanks everyone who swung by to pick up prints and zines from me, I really appreciate it. It was really heartening to see people enjoy my art and remember me from over the years—I’ve had a very busy year and not as much time to “be an artist” as I’d like, so it was very invigorating to be around other queer artists again in a dedicated and enthusiastic space. When online a lot, you tend to forget how it is to be around art in person, and this was a great reminder of it—also every year, I’m always excited to see the beautiful outfits and fashion of the attendees! Someday I’ll dress up more special, but alas it’s just work and apron for me XD
I also finally got to meet longtime mutual and incredible artist @megamoth in person, and got a copy of their Devilman zine series here I contributed to some years ago! Here’s a pic with a cool itabag as well.
This year, I debuted a few new works:
“Fujo X-Ray Visions”
is a collection of personal comics from the past year I’ve been posting here and on Patreon, mostly about trying to balance life as a cartoonist and as someone pursuing some new career experiences in the healthcare field. Like “Voids and Visions” before it, there’s a bunch of personal stuff and angsting along with regular goofiness.
It’s available now both as a physical zine, as well as a digital download!
“If All The World Were Mine!”
My collection of artwork and comics I’ve done for my medieval rpf side account, @angevinyaoiz over the past couple years. It’s a mix of some serious historical illustrations, goofy cartoons, and nsfw works. It’s probably one of the most “niche” things I’ve ever made or gotten into as of late, but I’m happy for the audience who has appreciated my work over the past several months. It’s available currently as a physical zine purchase on storenvy, and I’m planning on making an expanded digital zine version available later—fill out this form to be notified!
“Best Yaoi Movies of 20th Century Hollywood”
In this collaborative project I did with my friend @titilvating, in the style of classic cut and paste, copied zines, we offer our takes on 19 movies made before the year 2000. Many are acclaimed classics; some are underrated gems. We made this zine to both introduce folks to the richness possibilities of classic movies; whether longtime cinephiles familiar with queer subtexts, or young fujos looking for more material to sink their yaoifangs into. Our sample size caters to our personal tastes rather than “good representation” and reflects a fraction what’s out there, with a focus on western US/European media, but hopefully can serve as a fun introduction and celebration. Old movies are a lotta fun, who would’ve thought?
It’s available now as a free digital download, but contact me if you’re interested in a physical edition as well!”
Other Works:
My print version of “The Sons of God” was very well received! I realized sometimes giving little titles to print pieces make for great conversation starters, and I got to chat a lot about my inspirations for the respective pieces. Grab a physical print here!
Ending Thoughts
Overall, I’m glad I got to meet lots of people this year and also pick up lots of zines! I didn’t have a chance to really browse this time around since it was so busy, but I got to trade a lot with folks and also pick up some cool zines and stickers myself.
For those who’d like to keep up with what I’m doing, follow me here, on Patreon, either as a member or free-follower, since I tend to post my sketches/WIPs there first. For me now, it’s back to the grind of school and also continuing creative projects. I have a lot of stuff I dream of doing, and it’s always a challenge to balance that with what needs to get done. If I learned anything from this event, it’s how valuable it is to connect with people in the real world art space (Something I always learn and forget like every few months.)…also, always bring water and snacks—can never be TOO prepared!
Wishing you all a good autumn,
-Allie

Alondra, thank you for always supporting me through my college journey this last year!! I can’t believe that I’m graduating, and to be honest there’s been a lot of crying I’ve been doing about it (maybe happy tears?!) 😭 but it means so much to me that through it all, you have been there to support me whenever I brought it up in our conversations! ❤️❤️ After this I’ll finally have the time to truly catch up on everything I missed and talk to you more too!! ⭐ Welcome! ⭐
Henlo. Hope you’re doing well. Thanks for poppin’ by. I’m Veins, an art goblin on the internet with abnormal levels of anxiety and chronic video game brainrot, and this is my introduction post. Any updates or news on my end will be added here as well. I hope you’ll be patient with me and enjoy your visit!
(Last updated 01/10/25)
---
Who are you?
A sad pile of meat barely surviving on a very lucky rock in space, just like everyone else... but you can called me Veins. Ivan or Yves is fine, too. Nice to meet you!
Wait, didn't you already have an account here? With the same username?
I did. I, uh, panic-deleted it in response to the data-scraping fiasco and regretted it almost immediately. As a result, you might see reblogs from the deactivated account still floating around. There is, unfortunately, nothing I can do about those unless the blogs that shared them take them down themselves (and, hey, if you happen to be one of those folks seeing this, I'd super appreciate it if you'd maybe remove the old reblog and replace it with the new one from here if you can). It's my mistake for overreacting, and now I just have to live with it. Sorry for any confusion.
What are your preferred pronouns/gender?
Thanks for asking! I’m non-binary, and I use they/them pronouns.
How old are you?
Ancient (in my 30s).
What is your avatar supposed to be?
A goblin. Very smol, very nervous, very puntable.
What are you using this blog for?
Art, mostly. I draw digitally and rarely make stuff with yarn. I've also been writing since I could hold a pencil (though I don’t have much finished, so art will be the main focus for now). Also, expect a lot of reblogs, shitposts, and/or silence between posts - I am a simple hobbyist and neurodivergent as hell in a very exhausting world. I’ll do my best, but - again - I hope you’ll be patient with me if things go quiet from time to time.
What are your interests?
I love stories. I love characters. I love folks who can weave whole worlds with nothing but words on a page or color on a canvas. I grew up on fantasy novels, short horror stories, and late ‘90s/early ’00s animation. Later on, I learned to appreciate slice-of-life and slow-burn romance (especially the queer kinds). Mythology and folklore also slaps, and I wonder sometimes if I should’ve majored in psychology instead of lib arts. My playlists are nothing but video game OSTs with a little heavy metal and j-rock sprinkled in for flavor. I sold my soul to Nintendo years ago, but sometimes I find indie darlings to fall in love with for a time. Dogs are adorable little menaces, and I love them all with my whole chest. Cats are okay, and I am allergic to them. (Does that answer the question? I think I lost track towards the end there…)
Any current hyperfixations?
Tons, but the biggest ones at the moment are Kirby, Hollow Knight, and Paper Mario. More nebulous interests include (in no particular order) Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Sky, Rain World, Stardew Valley, most Soulsborne titles, Hades, Darkest Dungeon, The Legend of Zelda, Undertale/Deltarune, OFF, The Binding of Isaac, Ace Attorney, Luigi's Mansion, Animal Crossing, The Magnus Archives, Sonic the Hedgehog, and countless more. When I say “multifandom,” I mean it, homie.
Do you have any other social media?
Just this and an AO3 account. So, if you see my name anywhere but these two places, it’s probably not me. For now, Tumblr will be the best place to keep up-to-date with my stuff. If anything changes, I’ll let y’all know here.
Do you have a list of tags you use on your posts?
I tag things obsessively, but I’ll try to sort out the most relevant/unique ones I use here:
#veins art - for any art I’ve made (chrono link | masterposts: 2018-2024)
#veins fanart - for art I’ve made featuring characters from other IPs
#veins ocs - for art I’ve made featuring my original characters/stories
#veins sketches - for any of my unrendered doodles/sketch dumps
#veins old art - for reposts of older art I made before moving to Tumblr (Note: these posts are here for archival purposes and may not reflect my current style/interests.)
#veins writes - for any written works I’ve made
#veins ships - for any posts (reblogs included) featuring romantic pairings; I will also try to include specific pairings as “#(blank) x (blank)” and/or any ship names
#veins rambles - for random thoughts/text posts

I’ll update this with new tags if/when they pop up. Anything else will have generic tags to fit the context of the post. I also mark trigger warnings with tags like “#(blank) tw” if necessary.
What do you use to make your art?
For digital art, I use Clip Studio Paint and a Wacom Intuos Pro S drawing tablet. I don’t draw traditionally as much anymore, but, when I do, it’s usually just quick sketches with pencil and paper. For writing, I use TextEdit or whatever generic rich text editing software I can find. For crafting, I use yarn and plastic canvas.
What brushes do you use?
For sketching and linework, I use a slightly modified version of the Wick Pencil from the 8 Particle Pencil catalog made by saturns_day. For flats and rendering, I use the default CSP hard round brush, airbrush, and G-pen. For effects and extras (clouds, textures, sparkles, etc.), I use default effects brushes or whatever I can find from the CSP Asset Shop.
Can I share your work through reblogs? And are tags okay?
Of course! Reblogs are always encouraged. I’m also fine with tags as well (though I ask that you not mark anything as a ship unless I’ve marked it as such on the original post - look for the tag #veins ships if you’re ever unsure).
Can I repost/use your work for my own personal/commercial use?
Absolutely not. While I'm always in support of creators inspiring each other with our works and endeavors, that does not mean anyone should engage in art theft (intentional or otherwise). Under no circumstances may you repost, reupload, reproduce, copy, trace, modify, sell, use, tokenize, scrape/integrate into A*I, and/or otherwise claim as your own any of my art/written works. Never assume a piece of art shared online in yours for the taking - that is someone else’s hard work and passion, and you need to respect that.
Can I dub one of your comics?
As flattering as that would be, I worry about lack of credit or my work being stolen for others’ content, so I sadly have to say no.
Why is there a big watermark on your art?
People are just kinda garbage sometimes, so I make sure to sign and WM anything original I post. I know it’s not exactly fun to look at (maybe even distracting or bad for engagement), but I’d rather be safe than sorry, so we'll both have to just deal with it.
Do you have an askbox? Can we send in questions/comments/etc.?
Yes, the ask box is currently open, and I'm more than happy to receive any questions, comments, etc. you guys might have (even if it makes me a bit nervous, haha)! I just ask that you read the rules first before you submit anything.
Do you take requests/commissions/suggestions/collabs/etc.?
Sadly, I do not take art requests or suggestions unless I put out a specific call for them. I'm not really in a position to take commissions either. Collabs I'm on the fence about - maybe with mutuals or folks I know personally, though no guarantees (chronic social anxiety is a real bench sometimes).
Is this an inclusive space?
Of course! This queer little goblin accepts everyone under the LGBTQIA+ umbrella, along with folks of all shapes, sizes, backgrounds, disabilities, and colors. That said, there will be absolutely no tolerance for (inhale) racism, sexism, transphobia, queerphobia, xenophobia, misogyny/misandry, bigotry of any kind, ableism, p***philia, inc*st, selfc*st, z**philia, RPF, trolling behavior, self-promotion, the promotion of N*FTs or A*I art, or any otherwise harmful, toxic, or hurtful rhetoric. Anyone seen behaving as such will be blocked, reported, and forgotten. I do not feed trolls - I let them starve. :)
Is this an all-ages space?
No. While I probably won’t be posting/sharing anything too lewd or graphic, I’m not opposed to things like swearing, angst, the occasional gout of blood, fluff bordering on suggestive, and discussions of mature subject matter (all of which I will make sure to tag with content warnings as necessary). Obviously, I can’t police everyone who wanders into this blog (especially since some people omit or lie about their ages online), so the best I can do is ask for good faith on your part. If you are under 18, interact at your own risk. The last thing I want is to make anyone - myself included - uncomfortable because there are kids in an adult-allocated space. Again, I hope you understand.
What is your stance on shipping?
The vernacular around pro- or anti-shipping confuses the hell out of me, so I’ll just try to explain my personal philosophy on it: I have ships I like, ones I’m indifferent to, and ones I won’t touch with a ten-foot pole. I only reblog (and tag) ship-related content I’m in support of, even if it’s not one of my personal favorites. Most importantly, I don’t bother others about their personal preferences. Anything I don’t like or don’t support, I simply do not engage with. Or, if it makes me too uncomfortable, I block outright. The same should apply to your experience as well - if you ever see ship stuff here that you don’t like, feel free to block the tags (look for specific pairings, ship names, and/or my personal tag #veins ships) or even the blog entirely. You are not obligated to like the things I like or engage with media you don’t enjoy. Respect for each other and curation of your personal online space is always key. Additionally, I 100% will not ship minors, blood relations (including adopted family), self x self, anything relating to b*stiality, or anything relating to RPF.
Are you okay?
No, not even a little bit... but fuck it, we keep going.
Why do you put a comma before the “and” in a sequence of three or more words?
You can take my Oxford comma away from me when I’m cold, dead, and rotting in the dirt.
Is there anything else?
Nah, I think we’re good for now. Thanks for taking the time to read all this. Hope it wasn’t too rambly or weird - just trying to cover all my bases. I hope you all have a lovely timezone out there, wherever you are. Be sure to wash your hands, wear your mask, and stay hydrated. Remember to be strong, be safe, and, for the love of dog, be kind. Peace!

Hi! Just sending some love and appreciation over because your art just incredible! Your use of the blank spaces or specific highlights are brilliant.
I've always struggled with drawing people, especially faces and especially front view. Do you have any tips? And do you draw by hand or on a device? Also, I won't post it anywhere but although I haven't drawn in ages I do my best copying something else. Can I practice by using your art as a guide instead of a stock model? Of course you can say no.
Thank you so much! This was so lovely to see when I woke up this morning <3
Lately I’ve been doing all my art on procreate, although I’d consider myself more of a painter than a digital artist but less mess is nice 😂 I do find it freaking impossible to draw on procreate (like the first sketch/outline) so I usually do a rough sketch on paper and then trace it on procreate and do the rest on there. I think it’s the zooming in and out that really fucks with the perspective in my head ?? Idk lol and if you want to know what brushes I use on procreate - I only use 6B pencil for all my sketches, HB pencil for hair details (it goes smaller than the 6B) and turpentine for paintings and I avoid the blending tool like the plague (i just use turpentine and turn down the opacity if I want to blend a painting)
Tips for drawing faces… you’ll see a lot of people on here start with a circle and then horizontal lines going across marking out the dimensions/features. I can not do that lol it messes with my brain so much.
I approach drawing similar to how I approach a new painting (this is a very very old technique that I did not make up but maybe adapted a little for my brain) where I usually start with a feature in the middle of the face (often the nose or maybe the inner corner of an eye depending on the reference and what’s jumping out at me). Then I use the distances between that point to what I’m trying to draw next to figure out how big/what the shape should be. I’ll include some pictures to try to demonstrate this but let’s say I drew a nose hole first and now I want to draw the nostril around it. So on my reference, I’ll “measure” (not using like inches or something just a visual) how high the nostril goes using my finger or maybe on my pencil (or you can actually buy tools for this at art stores too) and then I will transpose that measurement to how big my drawing is (or you can make this super easy and have your drawing the exact size of your reference but I’m often using a photo on my phone lol). I’ll basically break the face down into dozens of these measurements until I have a whole sketch. Of course, not with every detail do I feel the need for a measurement, sometimes you can just draw it, but when I’m first trying to get the shapes and proportions right, this really helps
I’d also recommend using references that are higher contrast with bold shadows. It’s a lot easier to see those shapes and shadows on higher contrast images instead of pictures where you can barely see the shadows (the one I’ve included below that I’ve used a couple times for Remus is a good example!)
My only other tip is less concrete and more just a way of thinking (but honestly just from hearing a lot of people that think they can’t draw talk about it I think this is a big issue for people but maybe this is obvious to you idk lol). You can’t think of what you’re drawing as what it is. That probably sounded really stupid but I mean that I think people get caught up in how they think something should look that they don’t draw what they’re actually seeing (like a face not being perfectly symmetrical, for example) and then their drawing looks weird and they don’t get why. When I’m drawing, I’m not drawing a nose or a cheek or an eye. I’m drawing a weird rectangle with a little triangle under it (nostril) or a kind of curved triangle (cheek) or two little triangles and a circle (eye). Or another way to think of it is I’m drawing the negative space around all the facial features (or literally anything that you could be drawing) rather than the features themselves
like this is kinda what I mean by seeing everything as shapes but a bit less blocky
You can absolutely use my art as references! I truly think imitation is the best way to learn how to do pretty much anything. There’s a reason we have copies of so many famous paintings - because their apprentices sat right beside them and copied them brush stroke for brush stroke! Tried and true method of learning. When I first started drawing (or when I pick up any new medium), I pretty much always copy a few things from artists I admire (famous or otherwise) to get the hang of it so it’d be a bit hypocritical for me to tell you not to 😂 (between you and me - I think people that aren’t very involved in the art world don’t really understand what plagiarism actually is in visual art but that is a rant for another time)
Anyway I hope these helped! If you have any other questions or want to talk something through, my ask box and messages are always open!
#if anyone wants some painting tips#I might be more helpful#or on procreate I do the same process with every drawing if anyone’s curious#(like with colouring not just sketches).

@frostysfrenzy made the audience inside my head very happy by tagging me in this anyway picture me like this for the duration of this post (I am miss piggy)
Writer interview ✨💖
About me
When did you start writing?
I was was 10 and a deranged little girl so my best friend and I cowrote what I considered to be the most ambitious crossover of all time: a Star Wars/The Beatles/Bleach/Monk/WKRP/The Partridge Family/Corner Gas fanfiction trilogy. It was utterly bananas and at the time of writing we considered it to be our magnum opus. It wasn’t and I believe we destroyed all but one of the “books” when we were about 12 when she visited. I know that one still exists cuz I have it and my brother and I read it when we need a laugh.
Are there different genres or themes you enjoy reading other than the ones you write?
I almost exclusively read nonfiction. I’d love to do that, but I don’t have the attention span. That being said, I am working on a collection of memoirs from my particularly wild youth.
Is there an author you want to emulate, or are compared to often?
I try to be my own person, but my dad tells me my voice is similar to Hunter S Thompson at times in my personal pieces. I can see it.
can you tell me a bit about your writing space?
Currently it’s my bed and my phone/laptop, but I prefer sitting at a desk with a notebook nearby for quick notes. I’ve tried to digitize the secondary note paper, but I’m so boomer pilled apparently that I want to have the physical paper beside me just because I like the flexibility of being able to sketch out mind maps and timelines for lore.
What’s your most effective way to muster up a muse?
Watch a show and pick a guy to obsess over for til college
Did the place(s) you grew up in influence the people and/or places you write about?
Yeah absolutely! I’ve lived in a lot of places and been in a lot of circumstances, so that definitely bleeds into my work. I tend to write what I know, so it’s not uncommon for me to base characters, scenes or scenarios on real people, places and scenarios I’ve encountered.
Are there any reoccurring themes in your writing? If so, do they surprise you?
Yes and yes lmao my recurring themes I find are found family, loneliness, and the moral grey areas in crime and punishment. When I first noticed these recurring themes, I was definitely surprised, but in a way, noticing these themes has really made me learn a lot about myself and how much of my past truly looms over me. Then again, now that I’ve recognised this about myself, I find that I’m able to process everything better.
Characters
would you please tell me about your current favorite character?
His name is Nathan, he is a sad, scrungly wet cat of a man found behind a dumpster that has been surviving off of scraps and spite for many years. He’s unlikeable, constantly feeling sorry for himself, peaked in high school and has very few redeeming qualities. My favourite thing to do with him is put him in mental agony, physical peril and moral conundrums. He’s a cop who, through his own foolishness, hates his life and self destructs. He is constantly taking his problems out on his coworkers because he has no real friends and has cut most of his contact with his family. However, he goes through a lot of character development where his morals are being constantly called into question and he discovers the power of friendship and not being unbelievably fucking unpleasant. I hate him so so much that I love writing him.
Which of your characters would you be friends with in real life?
Definitely Scout and Dan considering I based them entirely on myself and my brother. I literally wrote them in so my brother would listen to me talk about my writing and he won’t do that unless he’s in it. Their full names are Scout Trouble MacKenzie and Atticus Danger MacKenzie and they’re fully aware of how bizarre those names are. Dan goes by Dan because he likes watching the light fade from people’s eyes when he says Dan isn’t short for Daniel and is in fact short for Danger. They’re chaotic gremlins who are considered to be not well socialized and developmentally arrested at 16. Both of them are noted by other characters to be staggeringly bizarre and incomprehensible as they communicate entirely with inside jokes and meme references. They bicker like small children, especially when the topic of their old GameCube is brought up as the ownership of Monkey Ball is still a point of contention as one of them received it for Christmas in 2004, but they can’t remember which one was the actual recipient.
which characters would you dislike the most of you met them?
Josh, easily. My man is unemployed, stinky, and refuses to mature beyond an edgy teen. He doesn’t even do his own laundry. His vibes are so pungent that he makes my crops wither and causes the foxes to eat my chickens. I hate him. He really is the Josh of all time. Close second would be Kaylee but that’s just because she would stress me out too much.
Tell me about the process of coming up with your characters?
It depends on the day. Most of the time it’s utility driven, so as an example, for one of my WIPs I needed a librarian character, so, as I often do for background characters, I kind of just thought of the librarians I’ve known all my life, culminated them into one character and called it a day. Then, phase two was me ending up really liking the character and developing her more as I wrote her. Eventually it got to a point where I gave her a husband and a son and she’s now a recurring character. Effectively I am both the DM and the Party and every time I make up a detail about a background character, I end up really liking them and it snowballs. I have, on a few occasions, sat down with the express intention of making a character, and sometimes it works, but if you ask me details about both Theodore (carefully crafted over a few days) and Freddie The Information Guy (Background character I developed by accident), I’d be able to tell you a lot more about Freddie.
Do you notice any reoccurring themes/traits in your characters?
Again, going back to writing what I know, I always end up writing AFAB characters as being extremely tight with their dad’s. I don’t know, man, aside from that, the poor fuckers all just get a delightful little spoonful of my personal trauma as a treat.
How do you picture your characters?
As little dolls that I pick up and play with. They are my littlest pet shops and I am a 7 year old girl who wants to watch the world burn.
My writing:
what’s your reason for writing?
I have to write otherwise the characters just spin around my head like that fish in the funky town (low quality) video. I need to get them out of their enclosure and onto the page so I can know peace. On a more serious note, I write a lot as a way to process my thoughts. I’m a journal girly which I started doing when I was in the throes of alcoholism with undiagnosed BPD and ADHD. Whenever something bad happened, my gut reaction was to buy a bottle of bourbon and drink it like it was a race. Once I started journaling, I was able to replace that instinct of needing to drink with needing to write. Nowadays, I’m on occasional drinker and constant writer which I’m very proud of.
Is there any specific comment or type of comment from readers that you find particularly motivating?
Any and all for the most part. I’m always a fan of people liking The Characters and telling me that, but I acknowledge that no one cares as much about your OCs as you do, so I’m content with it being an uncommon but very welcome compliment.
How do you want to be thought about by your readers?
Isolated and weird, the type to fly a kite in the middle of the night, too bizarre to be welcome in polite society so I live in a farmhouse of the edge of nowhere and Exist. Hopefully they think of me as the personification of those unhinged author’s notes in fics.
What do you feel is your greatest strength as a writer?
Probably dialogue? I dunno, it’s definitely not the plot, because my characters are all just on side quests, if there’s a unifying plot than it’s accidental.
What have you been told is your greatest strength as a writer is by others?
Character development/creation and dialogue.
How do you feel about your own writing?
Illegible garbâge that is so self-indulgent and convoluted that it should not be perceived by anyone but me. However, that does not stop me from burdening my friends and readers with it. Their enjoyment of my writing is collateral damage of my creativity.
If you were the last person on earth, would you still write?
Yes, I’d be even more nuts if I didn’t write. Besides, I really am my own target demographic, so hell yeah.
When you write, are you influenced by what others might enjoy reading, do you write purely for yourself, or is it a mix of both?
I write for myself so hardcore that I’m surprised when other people like any part of it. As previously mentioned, if other people like what I write, that is incidental and not part of my grander mission of making things that make me happy. That being said, I do consider one opinion sometimes when I write, and that is the opinion of my brother and what will make him laugh.
Anyway, I’m gonna tag @swaggysagiewagie @sarcasticsciencefictionwriter @prismatica-the-strange and anyone who wants to do it hehehe also no pressure to do it
Blank version can be found at the bottom of the linked post :)

Let me tell you that this is my best work so far and I'm really proud of this reference I made for Hellbat in the TFA style. But it took a while, from sketching, linearting to coloring, however it was helpful to learn a different artstyle and practice it out with one of my favorite transformer. I got into Transformers Animated when I was rewatching some videos of the show and people talking about it, so I decided to watch the whole show and I forgot how good the show was. That and it was all 2D animated, so yeah, it got me hooked. X3 I never thought this was the push to try another artstyle and I'm glad that I encouraged myself to do it. I'm so glad to get into another TF franchise and create a new AU story for TFA. I'm so excited to practice more on the artstyle and write a new story about this AU. ( Hehe, I plan to write a new story but it'll be awhile, though it's going fast with a few chapters being written) So without further adieu, here's Transformers Animated Hellbat! ----------------------- Not going to lie it was a little tricky with designing him. I had seen a few artists draw him in the style with their own interpretation. So I gave it a try with the inspiration and the refs of other TFA characters. Sketches were drawn and practice was done for Hellbat, I tried to make him with his Victory look with the wings, chest plates and armor. He got his boxy arms and legs. His helm stayed the same but his fins are a little big. he has like the thrusters on his peds, like rockets. He got claws now and a tricky part and the change in the design was the tail fin. (The part of the plane at the end of it.) This was something I took from his Hades figure that I have. The tail fin is on his right leg than the left leg like his figure. Thought it would make him a little different from other seekers. He has this odd feature making him like the black sheep in the seekers. And yes he has a chin, kind of, it's more sharp and this design is him being younger in TFA. --------------------- Which I will talk about in his personality in my AU: *Hellbat is a young seeker who works under the great general Deathsaurus. *He lives in the fortress on an organic planet after the Cons lose the Great War and were exiled. *Lives with other cons that are his 'teammates' 'classmates', though, he's not good socializing with them. Avoids them sometimes... *He's a cheeky, sneaky and a good liar that is training to be a warrior. Though his teachers don't think he'll be a good warrior... *He's a yandere, kind of, but gets protective with someone he really likes. Due to not having friends. *He's also a good listener though bots think he isn't paying attention to things, when really, he is. *Is good a doodling pictures on a datapad. :) *His loyalty is to the Cons and to Deathsaurus. Though, that may be challenged later on in the future... *Wanted more than living in the fortress, wanted to go out to space and help out the Cons in the name of Deathsaurus. *He uses his tricks to get what he wants in info to getting bots to feel he isn't threatening, when he is with his words and empty promises. *He crashed landed on Earth years ago after what happened to the ship he sneaked on where Megatron was and was in stasis for 50 years. He woke up dizzy and confused on what happened till he remembered. He was left on Earth all alone at the time as he tried to contact Deathsaurus to get someone to come and help him off the planet. Little did he know, he would meet someone, someone he would have a new idea of to fool to siding with him and the Cons... He would become a spy on Earth for Megatron. ------------------- There's a lot I would want to talk about TFA Hellbat but it would be too long, so I'll may draw or write, showing his personality more. I hope to get the AU story going soon. Till then I hope you guys like the design and the little writing about him. Also this is a big post for me on this site! So hope it’s not too much for you guys! XD I also have another design of him with a different chin, it makes him a little older but it's personally looks cool on him. It’s a favorite of mine. :) Anyways, I hope to finish up some art I have and post soon. Till then, Enjoy! And Happy Friday! Have a great day! Art, Design@Mine Hellbat, Transformers Victory@Masumi Kaneda, Ban Magami Transformers Animated@Hasbro, Sam Register, Matt Youngberg and Derrick J. Wyatt (Rest in Peace)

HSH House Floor Plans
So I was trying to write something and I was having a hard time visualizing it. So I decided to sketch out what I thought the HSH house looked like to make it easier. Originally it was just a doodle for myself but then I got carried away and ended up with way more detail than I set out to do. So I’m just gonna post it here just for fun!
Starting out on the bottom floor:
(I know these lines aren't straight. I know things look wonkey. Yes, it bothers me too. But i'm lazy and I'm not going to do it neater. I didn't have any graph paper, okay?)
This is what I envision when I write out the house (second one, not the original townhouse).
Starting on the sidewalk I have you walk up a few steps to get to the front door. The foyer is where the staircase goes all the way up so you can see the top floor, so it’s open ceiling there. Aside from that tiny alcove where the front door is. A little closet under the stairs for your shoes and coats is about the only real ‘feature’ aside from high ceilings (and poor murdered thermostat).
Moving up, we go into the living room and come across the bay window. Or as I like to call it - Sky’s sleepy spot! It gets a lot of light and it makes him feel like a happy remlit to sleep there. There’s a big bookcase and a small sofa for the anti-social too.
There's a bathroom (because it’d be weird for there to be no bathroom on the first floor) but I was too lazy to map it out so use your imagination there.
Then we hit the main area of the living room - the TV spot! The TV is mounted above the fireplace and there’s a shit ton of space to chill thanks to a very nice sectional sofa. Coffee table to hold your drinks and snacks. There’s a shelf unit behind the couch for all their games and movies and a door that leads outside.
Into the Kitchen/Dining Area!
The Kitchen is huge and has a shit ton of counterspace and cabinets. There's what's almost an industrial sized fridge/freezer and two stovetops and ovens. And of course what kitchen would be complete without an island and a breakfast counter.
The dining area probably has, like, fine china in cabinets or something but I was too lazy to draw it in so just imagine that it's very classy. All I could muster was drawing that huge table. No chairs tho lol
There’s a door into the garage. Take a few steps down to make it more even with the street and there’s space for the cars and the bikes to the right. To the left there’s a huge pile of miscellaneous shit Time brought from the old townhouse and things that Legend can’t store in his room. The lower left of the garage is sectioned off by an invisible line that Four draws by glaring at you when you cross it. Enter at your own risk. But he does permit people to come in to wash their clothes in the laundry machines/dryers behind his space.
Out back there's the porch and shed. I didn’t draw the furniture, grill or tree (or treehouse) but rest assured it’s there. The yard is fenced in but any assassin worth their salt can jump it, so Time has garden lights out on the perimeter to keep it from being too dark to see at night.
The Second Floor:
The second floor is basically all bedrooms. So. many. Bedrooms. I almost didn’t fit them all because holy sheet there are a lot of boys in the house and they all have to live on the second floor. Even Wind because I’m pretty sure he’s on the second floor with the others in the new place.
Going clockwise from bottom right;
The small bathroom. Not as big, not as nice, but still coveted. Time made sure to have more than one bathroom in the new place because the boys threatened mutiny if they all had to keep sharing one. And to be fair, it was a rather big oversight the first time. If Time had gotten the ten kids he’d wanted he would have had a lot of unhappy campers.
Wind’s bedroom is a mess. He chose this bedroom because it shared a room with only one of the others and it was close to a bathroom. He opted for a single bed to have more room for his computer set up, since he’d downgraded from the townhouse in terms of bedroom size (and he wasn’t going to need a double anytime soon). He’s got a big honking chair because he spends so much time in it and mounds of junk on the floor because he doesn't have a dresser. The X is the forbidden zone where his clothes go to die and feed the colony of bacteria and teenage boy germs.
Wild’s bedroom isn’t really optimized. A random dresser on the wall leaves a lot of dead space around. He has a lot of stuff and not enough places to store it so a lot of it ends up between his bed and the wall. It smells nicer than Wind’s pile though. Instead of a desk he has a vanity, but due to disorganization it houses his mixing board now.
Twilight ended up with a corner room because he likes having a lot of light. His bed faces the windows because it helps him wake up in the morning to have the sun beam its light directly into his retinas. He’s got a desk and a closet that he keeps pretty clean. He didn’t know what to do with the space behind or in front of his bed so he got a thin shelf and shoved it in. He’s not super satisfied because it feels like he’s wasting space but he’s got other things to think about these days.
Sky’s room is neat and cozy. Thanks to the weird corner he had a hard to optimizing his space but he figured it out. His bed faces the door because unlike some people he actually doesn’t appreciate the sun trying to burn his eyes in the morning. His desk is on wheels so he tossed his chair away and just drags it to the edge of his bed when he actually needs to use it. It saves space and Sky gets extra time in his bed. Yes, he is a master of his craft.
Warriors opted for a very small desk so he could better fit in another wardrobe for his clothes. The room is smaller than he’d like but it’s close to the nice bathroom and that’s what’s important to him. (not pictured it the full sized mirror that hangs on the wall in front of his closet). Being a social creature, Wars doesn’t spend much time in his room so he doesn’t need it to be big. And after living in the barracks he’s more than used to living in small spaces. The biggest challenge for him was finding enough room for his clothes. Thankfully he cycles through Time’s wardrobe so it’s a non-issue.
The bigger bathroom is bigger and better and almost always has a line in front of it in the mornings. (That's what the couch out in the hallway is for. Waiting.)
The rooms on this side of the house are actually smaller than the ones on the other side and don’t have closets, which was a big thing to consider when the boys were picking rooms. Despite the smaller space, eventually Legend and Hyrule chose these two because they are adjoining, which makes it easier for them. Legend's room is mostly storage aside from his signature rug where he performs his work rituals and his altar, which he keeps pristine among the clutter.
They both sleep in Hyrule's room. Legend respects Hyrule's space and keeps his clutter to his own room, only using the bed. The chest at the foot of the bed holds most of Hyrule's things but it has to be either dragged out to be opened because it’s so close to the wall, or you have to smush yourself against the wall. Usually Hyrule smushes because he’s too tired to go digging around. But he doesn’t have to go into it often because his day-to-day things are kept in the thin dresser along his wall. It’s very small but Hyrule lives frugally and doesn’t own a lot aside from his work clothes, which he hangs behind his door to keep them from wrinkling.
Four won the corner room from Sky in a rock-paper-scissors dispute because of the window. It's an impossibly cozy nook that Four loves to read at when the weather is gray and a bit dreary. It really sets the mood. But truthfully he hadn’t really wanted the room because of the window. He likes it because it puts him as far from everyone else as possible. Not that he doesn’t love the guys but Four is private and he doesn’t want to deal with people walking past his door and peering in randomly. All the spaces above, below and around are as quiet as he can get so the corner room was worth fighting for. The privacy is extra nice when he has a guest staying over. The lack of space isn’t bad either since he doesn’t have much to begin with and anything he actually needs he can just store in the garage.
The Danger Ledge is a small space between the banister and the large window at the front of the house that lets in a lot of natural light. It's called the Danger Ledge because you have to climb around to get to it. Many a boy was bruised in their constant endeavor to climb the Danger Ledge, thus it earned it's name.
The Third Floor:
Upon hitting the top of the stairs you can find a little seating area. It’s just a quiet place to sit that doesn’t belong to anyone else and also is away from everyone else. For the occasional need to decompress without another presence.
Then there’s the master bedroom. And god, is it big. The bed is basically the size of one of the bedrooms downstairs. There is a dresser with a big TV there for when Malon visits or for when Time needs to watch his soaps without judgment (joking. Maybe).
And of course he has a huge walk-in closet and private bathroom. It’s got the biggest, nicest tub and no one else is allowed to use it. Everyone else is very bitter about it.
His office is opposite that. Big desk and a huge bookcase to hold his old cases, a fireplace and brooding window for ambiance. And another seating area, this time just for in case any of the boys pay him a visit. There’s also an armchair next to the couch so he can sit there and discuss things on the couch that I forgot to draw in. Oops lol
Then the last room is the newest. Originally it was another storage room but since Winds been helping so much and his newest rig needs a lot of space, Time gave it up so he could have his own space. With the stipulation that he keeps it neater than his bedroom
#hsh au#townhouse au#this is just my interpretation#probably not truly accurate but it was fun to draw out#the bedrooms were my favorite part of this#they were a real challenge because despite the size of the house having NINE bedrooms on one floor was killer#I tried incorporating hallways but i couldnt do it#i work in squares and rectangles exclusively#also those maybe unidentifiable things in some of the bedrooms are chairs#sorry i cant draw
