So I go on Ao3 looking for Transformers One fanfics, since I’ve been reading a few as they come out and I just like seeing what premises people have. Though specifically I’m only interested in megop fanfics. Because I’m incredibly biased. Anyways, so there’s a few that have mechpreg in them, and I swear, every time, it’s Optimus having the kid

Where the heck are the Megatron being the carrier fics? I want to see that side of the premise, give it to me!

#I mean I guess if it’s Megatron you don’t have as much potential danger for the kid #since if it’s Optimus you have the conflict of “oh no the Decepticons what happens when they find out”#but if it’s Megatron you don’t have that (bc they’re the danger and no one’s messing with their leader’s kid)#most of the angst is gonna be from him specifically I think #and also with Optimus in this scenario you have the angst of when Orion died because of Megatron #but still I want to see it the other way around #I need it #but I’m not writing it #probably #idk I like pregnancy stories in fics but in real life I find the topic unsettling for some reason #I don’t even like the word (or writing it for that matter)#so you know that may put a damper on me trying to write that story considering that’s the whole point of it #though the more I think about the more I think maybe I could do it?#no guarantee I will as is with every idea I have #but yeah no I need more fics of this #I can’t have it just be Optimus #transformers #transformers one #fanfiction #megop #megatron #random stuff #mechpreg #*sigh* I should probably put the tag in here #hmm what happens if I search the tag here on tumblr?
