Bite-sized update

I’m working on myself trying to stop overthinking so much and get in touch with my feelings instead. I thought things were getting sorted out for me but that wasn’t the case and for the past month+ I’ve been going through a situation that’s still causing me occasional stomachaches.

One day when I was particularly disheartened I happened to see this cutie around, I called out to him without holding too much hope and he came over to let me love him. He rolled over too! 12/10 experience, much needed.

Thus the break is still ongoing but I hope I can eventually muster up enough motivation and energy to finish up some things for Simblreen. As expected, it’s hard to create with a heavy heart.

In order to keep my mind off things I decided to finally start learning Welsh and it’s making me reasonably happy with myself.

Kinktober and an Apology

I wanted to do this quickly, because I know a lot of you are waiting for the bingo cards - and sadly I have run into a bit of trouble with that so far.

While two of my IRL friends are helping me with the selection of "tropes"/prompts, I (@alpaca-clouds) am doing the cards on my own, and sadly I am currently struggling with big time issues because of health related stuff - and because I am spending way too much time at work.

And because of that I am working very slowly through the cards. Though I hope that come the end of next week, this will hopefully look up finally, because work should get better then. Fingers crossed!

Mutuals I need your help please!

Me and Ahsoka (my horse) are signing up for state competition today. She is not papered so she doesn’t have a show/registered name, I have not been able to come up with one to put down for shows. I don’t HAVE to have one I could just put her down as Ahsoka, but I’d like to be a little extra. So if you have any suggestions please let me know! You can look up examples of what a horse show name typically looks like, they are usually kind of ridiculous and I love it.

I’m wanting to either have something with ‘snips’ or ‘snippy’ in it or something else Star Wars related that rolls off the tongue.

Heyoo, so this is a little note for those following HEPoD - Basically, because of RL busyness I didn't post last Sunday, which I would have warned for in the last chapter, but forgot. Thinking I was going to post this Sunday, I thought it's fine, I'm just missing one week.

Well, ehh... I gotten really sick. Not something to be worried about, but I can do nothing but lie in bed and stare mindlessly at Youtube videos currently. So while the next chapter is written, I don't trust my editing skills right now, so will not post it until I am better.

Which hopefully will be Sunday next week.

So, just wanted to inform, so people only following the story on Tumblr don't get worried.

For something positive, my brain has been looping Shen Yuan getting all the cuddles (which he deserves after all I put him through). Just a nice warm puppy pile with Shen Yuan in the center having a great time <3

I have also been horny planning a oneshot or two, because people in the SVSSS fandom have too great ideas not to inspire. But I will get back to that another day.

So no need to worry, I will be back again as soon as possible ^^

Wanna hear some fucked up stuff? They laid off more of our team yesterday without warning. Or I was stupid enough to assume we wouldn't be hit since they gutted our team last year. I'm safe apparently, but they haven't shared names (obviously) or number of people lost.

And then this morning I had a call with my boss who basically said I was up for a promotion but he wanted to let me decide what to do. So I just told him I want to give it up in order to fly under the radar. I'm absolutely NOT drawing the ire of Upper Management by asking for more money right now lmfao

I did it again😁I ordered my second McDanno photo book and included my friend‘s Hawaiian holiday pictures. 139 McDanno pictures. I’m in heaven❤️.

I just laid witness to literal cat sorcery.

Nothing fandom related, I just wanted to share something that literally just happened in rl to my mom that involved a cat.

Ok, so. My mom was eating a fish dish for dinner right?

And all of a sudden, she starts crying.

Because she got a large chunk of a fish bone stuck in her throat.

So obviously, everyone around starts panicking because what can you do??

It's a fishbone down someone's throat and that shit is painful.

After a while my grandma and her friend start yelling at me to grab a cat from outside.

Naturally, I responded with:

"Wha- HOW TF IS THAT GONNA HELP??"

But naturally, they responded with: "JUST DO IT!!!"

So I did.

I ran out of the house and grabbed the first cat I could find, which wasn't difficult considering we had 20+ cats. (The one I grabbed was one of our female Tortoiseshell cats named Bubbles.)

And carried the fat cat back into the house and practically threw her into my grandma's arms.

Once my grandma had a hold of the cat she then began to hold the cat's paw and use it to stroke down my mom's neck.

After a few seconds of doing so, my mom somehow miraculously got better.

The pain in her throat slowly disappeared as the fish bone was no longer stuck down her throat.

All the while, I just stood there with the most bewildered and confused expression.

Like, how the fuck did that work??

Was there a science to it??

Magic??

Are cat's paws magic now???

Anyways, yea.

Cat's are healers with magic paws now apparently.
