Liar! Uncover the Truth Part 5 - Scheming Socialites Spin-Off

I guess the ritual is that the story always starts off with a cheating boyfriend lol! Heroine in this one and I guess the rest of her friends are all rich though. Rich people problems now? Well, that was creative… Using a planner to keep track of when he’s meeting what girls and then him actually having a twin to swap places with all the time on dates etc, and they’re using the heroine as the mould for an android girl they want to build? Yep, she sure found a wonderful cheating boyfriend. And so for the sake of the future of her family company, she’s gotta marry a rich guy they can do business with and her time limit is by graduation to find one that’s suitable for her, otherwise she’ll have to marry this cheating boyfriend that has a twin, I can feel how desperate she must be feeling already…

1st Liar HAHAHA, what is a professional virgin??? Textbook knowledge with no experience I guess?? Maan, they stole her bra? There’s an underwear thief going around? Yeah… That’s not fun. Omggg when Shunya said ‘I love you’ to the heroine as part of the game but then privately messages her and says that he was serious when he said that, and then even looks away blushing after she looks at him once she’s read it. Such a flirt lol. I was wondering what the problem would be this time around, guess there’s someone in the group that likes to upload videos, and they uploaded the whole mixer party online and even had shots of the heroine’s panties when she stumbled because she was a bit drunk🤨 This person is very…🤨 But lol, oh yeah, Shunya was the one that always knows what’s on the tests, yeah I remember thinking he was dodgy for sure because of that, didn’t think he would hack the security camera to get this footage to upload though lol. And his “reasons” for starting to do all this was silly zzz.

3rd Liar Hmmmm, so this one is kinda about which rumour about which person is actually true? Not really buying the one about the gay guy, but I’m pretty sceptical about Akari after she gave the heroine the wrong time for the shoot and took her spot, it was the heroine’s fault for not having her planner and not knowing the time but stilllll, she does seem to hang with guys a lot and act suspiciously. Sounds like a long stretch for Mio to be having an affair, seems more like she’s buying stuff for her dad that she doesn’t see much or something.

Yay I’m right! Like, seriously, who bothers to type 15:00, totally a liar, totally meant the 5:00 so that the heroine would be late. But wow, she’s been stealing boyfriends, stealing jobs and sleeping with all these guys in the entertainment circle making it seem as if she’s their girlfriend but she’s really not😶 and now it’s biting back at her because the guys she’s been playing with are friends that regularly hang out together! This is why you shouldn’t play around with guys so close to you and could be friends lol. I guess reading the True end is better than the secret end for SS?🤔 Akari sleeps with so many men because she seeks the validation she can’t get from her father from them since her dad will never praise her and will always disapprove of her modelling and her appearance when she should be working hard like her capable brother that’s in the police force, but really, even though she works hard, her dad doesn’t see it or really care, so it’s pretty saddening. Doesn’t give her the right to play with the guys like she’s serious though, she should be open with the fact that she’s playing lol. Anywho, her problem, her life, still despicable to steal jobs, especially from friends, like wth, don’t buy or care about her story.

4th Liar Lol at the heroine meeting all the guys coincidentally and they’re all interning at Media Act (the setting in Office Deception). Right now tbh, Shotaro and Kaname are pretty unappealing so I don’t really have anything to say about them. Nagi seems cool but that’s all too. Tbh, I’m kinda hoping all the guys are a dud, she gets a best friend at the end and then marries her butler Haru🤣 I feel like he’s the only one she has a genuine bond with, the rest are so superficial lol. Hmmmm maybe Haru is secretly a rich boy! That would be nice, they were so cute eating the birthday cake together and talking about her internship. She needs to dump all those other guys and get with himmmm!

How scary for the heroine though. Accidentally stumbling upon illegal deals for guns at a party that you thought was just some fun😶 I find it so hard to take any of the guys seriously when they just all randomly confess like that though lol. Anddd it’s Kaname! Tbh, I don’t remember anything about this guy besides him being in the same club as the heroine lol. His True End on how he initially traded things his explorer brother brought back and then it becoming a big thing with him eventually going deeper and holding parties and then letting them get out of control because he thinks he’s “helping people out” by doing these people favours for them to trade there. Yeah, no. I have no idea how the son of a top attorney could be so silly and think so naively when it comes to illegal stuff that probably ends up killing people. It’s ridiculous. Outrageous. No sympathy, do not care, would call police on their parties but too scared that I’d get killed lmao.

5th Liar Hmmmm I think that a big problem that I have with this story is that for each liar, I don’t really know what the story is going along to and what is the problem with the “liar” until like the last two chapters before the accusation part where the heroine suddenly finds out some random problem, and right when she discovers the problem, she discovers the culprit too! It’s just so…bad in terms of how the story flows imo. Anyway, the story isn’t particularly interesting either too, since as usual, another guy confesses, she travels around Kyoto and then they realise someone has been posting her photos and details of her and her trip on a blog as if it’s her blogging.

After looking at the blog posts, it’s obvious that it’s Senri, he’s the only one that knows that the handkerchief is a Chinese peony specifically and not a tree peony. Sigh, I liked him the most out of the three personally. Well, Anko is cute I guess lol, but sigh, Senri, why are you a disappointment? Yeah that was creepy, Senri, your true ending just made me even more uhhh wth lol. I thought these true endings were supposed to make me sympathise with them but it just makes me even more disgusted with them lol. So creepy of of him to make a blog about her and all the things she does “out of love”, like dude, that ain’t love, you’re just obsessed and infatuated with her, you don’t even know her, you haven’t even talked to her since she was 8 like whaaaat. Not gonna feel sorry for you even if you cry, Senri. Totally disappointed in him. Anyway, at this rate, I don’t like any of the guys so I hope one of the girls is the one lol.

6th Liar Toru and Azusa are brothers?? Well, he sounds dodgy already. Uhhh Nagi knew that the water bottle had lotion without opening it? Can all the good looking ones stop disappointing meeeee!? I don’t like Sosuke or Shotaro either but I thought Nagi looked pretty good, sighhhhh. Why be a kinky fetishist and kidnap the heroine for, sighhhhh. Lol, I honestly feel like these stories and reasons are getting even more shallow as the story goes on, it’s just so…basic? Like, Nagi just found out he’s a masochist when his girlfriend slapped him when she wanted to break up, and then now he’s like this, it’s like uhh okay? What did the heroine do to make him so into her? Okaaay. Well, I guess it’s good that the heroine is open to reporter jobs as well, wasn’t sure why she was so keen on the magazine editor job specifically when her reasons for wanting it weren’t something only that job provided, but whatever.

7th Liar Right now, I don’t think I’ll be surprised at whoever is the traitor friend. I feel like it’s Anko just because she feels so fake? She’s way too sweet and nice that it’s impossible for her to be real! Mio’s cool so I want her to be the best friend🤣 Honestly not sure how safe it is for the heroine and them to pick mushrooms in the forest when they’re complete newbies relying on the web to see if these mushrooms are edible or not like hmmmm… That doesn’t sound very safe at all!

Hahahah, I’m sorry Anko, you were the genuine good friend LOL. I’m pretty sure Mio cut her finger on purpose just to interrupt the heroine’s conversation with Shotaro. Aaaand she did, no idea why Mio is like this but geez~ Lol, awesome, she loves the heroine and is obsessed with her to the point that she is willing to die together with her, yay, what a wonderful best friend. I don’t get why if the one she likes is the heroine, why would she get the heroine lost in the mountains by herself in the snow and force her to take cover in a cave???? Like, what if she slipped or got so lost she couldn’t find it and died? I am so confused and weirded out. As expected, Mio is so obsessed with her because she was the first person she met that didn’t act fake and genuinely wanted to be friends with her and liked hanging with her, she’s still weirdly obsessed for no reason though.

8th Liar Rental boyfriend?! Aren’t they all rich?? Why do they need to be a rental boyfriend??? I guess they might be disowned or something? Shotaro seems so suspicious though lol, with all the women’s clothing, earrings and credit card bills etc in his “house”, hard to not doubt him tbh. Although Sosuke with two toothbrushes in one cup is kinda hmmmm… I feel like it has to be Sosuke, he probably bought all that food he said he cooked (like why was it so expensive when she paid for half?!), and having perfume and toothbrushes just seems way too dodgy. Well, my gut feeling was right even if my reasons to choose him were not hahaha! So, he’s poor and ridden with debt from his father, and his mother got sick from raising him and his siblings, so even though her condition is better now, he hopes to get a good job or marry into money so his family won’t need to suffer anymore. That’s logical. I don’t blame Sosuke for trying to lie his way through to get the heroine for that reason, doesn’t change the fact that it’s something he shouldn’t have done since he’s blatantly lying to get her money, but it just shows how desperate he is I guess, considering how tough it must be to take care of siblings, work and feed everyone :( But yeah, anyway, still don’t like Shotaro and still think he’s dodgy and hope he is, so that the heroine can go with Haruki!🤣

9th Liar Uh, what? The heroine is going to be betrayed by someone she trusts and even though there should only be two liars left to pick from, they decided to add another two, with one being Haruki? Zzzz. I don’t know but I don’t like this format, it’s like suddenly introducing another two characters that I should be suddenly considering as a part of the liar story. It’s like dude, I barely remember this Professor Mori, why is she suddenly a liar candidate, at this point in the story, I’m not gonna feel anything even if she betrays the heroine😪 Only Haru is the one that consistently appears enough in the background for you to care if he actually betrays the heroine tbh, just because I feel like Shotaro and Anko are such superficial characters that lack personality, and I much prefer and enjoy the little things the heroine and Haru share every now and then with them talking so unreservedly with each other etc.

Well, considering the suspicious calls Haruki has made throughout the story and the only one you’d care about betraying the heroine at this point, it’s most likely him. I really want it to be Shotaro, but if we take the fortune teller guy’s words to be the truth with Anko being her best friend and Shotaro being the guy she’s destined with, then really it only leaves Haru and the professor. And yeah, the professor is such a side character that I doubt it’s her. Sigh, Haru, it’s like one disappointment after another for me throughout this story lol. Reading the true ending for Haru was tough, he’s had a pretty unfortunate childhood. He initially had a nice family with a younger sister and they all loved his piano playing, but then his parents passed away, he got shafted to relatives that used his piano skills to earn money, his sister fell ill and passed away too, and then he somehow got picked up by the heroine’s dad to take care of the heroine, and by staying beside her, he got to experience all those emotions he had lost. So it’s pretty saddening that they made him one of the “liars”.

I’m quite dissatisfied with Scheming Socialites tbh, the story, the reasons for lying, the personalities for the characters, everything felt rather forced and done in quite a mundane way. Also doesn’t help that Shotaro has such a cookie cutter personality that they try to make redeeming in the end by having the same interest as the heroine, but really, it’s so superficial. I honestly only really liked Liar Uncover the Truth. Office Deception and Scheming Socialites just didn’t have the same spark and didn’t have particularly interesting liars, and their reasons were so uncreative compared to the first, oh and I totally didn’t care for them at all, at least for the first series, I felt some sort of emotions towards each liar but for the latter series, I just seriously couldn’t care for them and just felt that they were ridiculous instead. I’m not even mad at any of the liars because I feel nothing for them, yeah it’s that terrible lol. So yeah, I would only recommend playing the first series and Itaru’s Lovers Route to feel complete haha.

Beginning A/N

. There are a few things though that I want to say before we kick off this story. One is that this story is going to be incredibly kinky, I am just making that clear up front. There won’t be any blood play or anything too hardcore, but it will be kinkier than the average story more than likely.

Two, for this story I intend for the reader to be a few things. One is that she is intelligent, but being intelligent doesn’t exempt people from making questionable decisions. Two is that she is not Korean, but is fluent enough to get into a Korean university, more of that will be explained throughout the story. Three is that she is a mixed race female with dark skin. Yes she has DARK skin. If you have an issue with that you can leave. However, I will more than likely leave the description of her skin color out of the writing because nothing turns me as a dark skin female off more than “his hands trailed down your pale skin”. I mention this because if you’re someone who uses that description in a reader insert, please stop.

Third is this is going to touch on a variety of different issues that I’m sure many people may disagree on. These are all going to have to do with race and sexuality more often than not. I’m not going to go into specific political issues, but if you are politically informed than you may recognize some of the stuff.

Lastly, at the beginning of every chapter will be warnings for the chapter in case content might be something that you may not be into or may cause incredible discomfort for some people. As well as need to know definitions and explanations for the AU in each of these chapters.

Gender Much like our world people are assigner a sex based on what genitalia they possess. Gender is the same as it is in our world people choosing to identify whatever they decide be it female, male, or fluid. However, in addition to these are sub-genders. Sub-genders are in a way something a person cannot choose, but many believe that the way a person acts is what determines these sub-genders when people present. The sub-genders are alpha, beta, and omega.

Your Saturday had started out like any other day. With a nice breakfast and you calmly looking at the news on your laptop. Unlike most college students your age, you were known for being incredibly calm and put together. Your professors had mentioned this more than once and your classmates generally commented on it any chance they got. For the most part, it was a good thing. However, you not being so ready to go out and do things often got those around you to try and drag you out to things.

Your two best friends Mark and Jackson often dragged you out of your dorm to go for runs in the morning. The only reason that you hadn’t gone today was because according to Jackson, Mark had started his rut and was in no shape to go running. Jackson wanted to go lift weights and you had no interest in being that sore the next day. So, the beginning of your day had been relaxing, but now it was anything but.

You lived with three other roommates. There was Sana who was a beta like you. The girl was unbelievably cute, but pretty out there now and then. Momo was your other roommate who despite being an alpha was oozing with ageyo. It was actually quite disgusting at times, but hard to resist. The last roommate was Tzuyu. She was a sharp-tongued alpha that you personally never wanted to mess with. It wasn’t like she was constantly threatening anyone, but she could definitely intimidate people with a meaningful glare. She was your newest roommate having moved in for her first year just earlier this week. She was already famous though for being incredibly beautiful.

The reason why you’re thinking about them is because you’re pissed at them. The three of them combined had managed to get you out of the house and to some ridiculous house party. Normally house parties weren’t the worst thing that someone could force to go to, that would be night clubs. However, it was because Momo and Sana wanted to try and set you up with an alpha that you had been crushing on. The only problem was that he was known to only date omegas.

You personally had no issues with being a beta. Some people liked it some people hated it. The only thing that was surprising was that you hadn’t gone into a beta heat once. Which meant that you were a late bloomer. It just happened that was all going to change later that night.

“You’re cute, so I don’t think it will really matter if you’re an omega or not,” Momo said, sipping on her beer.

“Everyone is aware that Jinyoung only dates omegas,” you said. You were on your second drink of the incredibly strong punch that the party’s hosts had provided. By the time you finished this one, it would probably be enough, so that you were pleasantly buzzed.

“It doesn’t hurt to try right,” Sana said. She had a positive smile on her face as she tried to encourage you.

“It hurts my pride,” you stated. You downed the rest of the drink quickly looking for an excuse to escape your friends. “I need another drink. I’ll be right back.”

You made your way back to the kitchen, moving past the sweaty and hormonal bodies. When you go there you found Jinyoung pouring more vodka into the punch bowl. You should have known that this was his party.

“Hey (y/n) what’s up?” he asked once he noticed you.

“Getting more punch,” you stated. You cringed on the inside at how squeaky your voice sounded. “What about you?”

“Making more punch.” He paused for a moment and his eyes met yours. “Are you feeling okay? Your face looks a little red.”

You knew that at that comment your cheeks had probably become redder. You placed a hand to your cheek and felt that you were burning up.

“Uhh… I don’t think there’s anything wrong,” you replied.

Jinyoung set the bottle of vodka down and moved to press a hand to your forehead. You felt a wave of heat go through your body and felt the urge to present your neck to him. You swatted his hand away and Jinyoung gave you a surprised look.

“I’m going to pee,” you stuttered out.

You made a run for the stairs feeling that wave of heat happen again as you smelled the scent of chocolate and again at the smell of coconut. You had no idea what was going on, but your body temperature was increasing at an alarming rate and you felt yourself getting wetter.

When you reached the top of the steps your senses were invaded by the scent of fresh pine as you stared up at a man. Your mind screamed alpha as you looked into his dark eyes. His black hair framed his confused looking pale face as he stared down at you.

“Help…” you moaned at him.

Yoongi hated parties, especially house parties where one could accidentally walk in on some couple going at it. His normal plan of attack was to find an empty room and stay in it by himself until it was socially acceptable for him to leave. Perhaps if he was still an undergrad than he would enjoy them, but he was now a graduate student and felt no need to interact with the immature undergraduates.

However, Hoeseok had insisted that they go. He had backup from Jimin, Taehyung, and Jungkook, so that had left Yoongi with no chance of getting out of this.

Yoongi had been about to leave when a stumbling and scared looking omega had come up the stairs. His nose had been assaulted with the scent of peppermint as she stared helplessly at him with doe eyes. A scared omega was unfortunately not to uncommon at these parties, but this one definitely stood out. She was a foreigner which was something not to common in their university or at least western foreigners weren’t too common.

“Help…” her voice was weak and confused. Despite the scent of arousal rolling off her she didn’t seem to be asking him for help of the sexually kind.

Yoongi moved instantly without thought to help her. She was going into heat. This had to be one of the most dangerous places for her, where any drunk idiotic college asshole could try and take advantage of her.

“Get on my back,” Yoongi instructed.

The second he turned around the girl instantly flung herself onto his back clinging onto his favorite leather jacket like her life depended on it.

He began to make his way outside to the yard. Quickly weaving between the bodies that were probably starting to become aware of the omega’s intoxicating scent.

“Which building do you live in?” he asked. They weren’t too far away from campus. He could probably get her back before the worst of it hit.

“Alpha/Beta building four,” she replied.

Yoongi stopped. That was impossible. The girl was clearly an omega her living in that building would pose a threat to her safety. If she was mated she would be living in one of the mating buildings.

“Do you have anyone I can call for you?” Yoongi asked.

“Tzuyu…” you said.

Yoongi paused. That was one of the Alpha’s in Jungkook’s orientation group. That probably wasn’t a good idea. He knew for a fact that Tzuyu was unmated and didn’t have an omega.

“Do you have any omega friends that I can call for you?” Yoongi asked.

“Why? I should be fine with Tzuyu,” you mumbled. You moved your head into the crook his neck and Yoongi felt himself freeze as you inhaled his scent.

“You’re having an omega heat. You’ll be safest with an omega,” he stated.

“Alpha help me.” Yoongi felt a shiver go through his body at the sincere words.

The girl’s grip tightened around him and it was clear that the effects of the heat were surely getting stronger. He felt the girl slowly move to the point where she was nuzzling close to his scent gland and he felt like the contact was all too intimate for someone he didn’t know well and someone who didn’t really know what she was doing. As much as he would love to let her do it, he couldn’t. He skillfully adjusted her on his back away from his scent gland.

Yoongi tugged his phone out of his pocket and clumsily sent his location to a friend. It was a bit difficult with the death grip you had on his body.

Yoongi had always been known as an odd alpha. Alpha’s were normally tall and strong, stereotypically all muscle and no brains. They were known for being aggressive and able to dominate others at any time, so they were high on the dominance spectrum. However, the one thing that Yoongi prided himself on was his self-control that many alphas seemed to lack. With the way you were so trustingly nuzzling into his neck, just barely missing his scent gland, he was surprised that he hadn’t lost control yet.

“Yah, Hyung what was so urgent that you had to…” a voice yelled. Jimin had stop running toward him and glanced at the girl hanging off his back.

Jimin was an interesting person to say the least. He had the whole cute thing going for him, but there was something incredibly strong in his presence. Yoongi knew that Jimin had faced a lot of issues when he had found out he was an omega. He just didn’t fit the normal omega stereotype, not that Jimin really cared.

“What the hell is going on hyung?” Jimin asked.

“You still have that vacant room in your omega apartment, right?” Yoongi asked.

“Yeah…”

“She keeps telling me she lives in an Alpha/Beta building. Can you take her to your place for her heat?”

“Yeah… there’s no way that she can stay in an Alpha/Beta building. The girl reeks of omega.”

“No kidding,” Yoongi muttered. He was perfectly aware of how you smelled. He was also beginning to feel a buzz of arousal through him. “Do you think you can get her back by yourself?”

“Sure, it should be no problem,” Jimin responded. “Hi there you’re going to come with me. We’re going to get you to a nice safe place.”

Jimin reached out and tried to pull you away from Yoongi, but you merely tightened your grip on him and pressed closer into his leather jacket. Jimin kept cooing at you, trying to get you off him and you only held tighter on him, and Yoongi wasn’t sure what to do.

“Feel safe, don’t want to go,” you whispered.

Yoongi felt your words tug at his heart strings. He knew that no matter how much he prided himself on his control, he couldn’t guarantee that you would feel safe with him when this wave died down. You couldn’t give him consent at this point in time and he would take advantage of you if left long enough with you in heat like this.

“Listen, I need you to go with Jimin okay,” Yoongi started. “He is going to help you like I can’t right now. Go with him okay?”

Yoongi felt you loosen your grip on him and try to stand on your own, but you let out a loud moan and your legs gave out. Thankfully, Jimin was there to catch you, but Yoongi needed to get away. Your scent was becoming increasingly potent and he could feel a heat stirring in his gut.

“Hyung, your jacket,” Jimin said.

“What?”

“Give me your jacket,” Jimin said. “Your scent should be able to help her through this heat. I can get it back to you after she’s done with it.”

Yoongi hesitated for a moment, but peeled it off before tossing it to Jimin who caught it.

“Do you want me to walk with you there?” he asked.

“Normally, I would say yes, but Hyung.” Yoongi cocked an eyebrow at him. “You’re clearly aroused and I suggest you do something about it.”

Yoongi clicked his tongue. Damn hormones were out to get him.

What was this guy’s name? Jimin that was it. Your mind was kind of all over the place at the moment, but it could register that Jimin had taken you back to his dorm like the alpha earlier had said. He had set you in a room and had brought back pillows and blankets, but it was hard to stay focused. The burning and itching sensation you had felt earlier was downright painful at this point.

Beta heats were supposed to be mild and pass easily, but you had never imagined that it would be this painful. Sana had never had any issues with hers like this.

“Hey…” Jimin’s voice drew your mind from the thoughts. “(y/n), right?”

You nodded your head and moved to look at him. At this point though your vision was getting blurry and it was hard to focus on him.

“Do you understand me?” Jimin asked. You nodded your head at him. “Good. I’ve contacted your roommates and they know what’s going on. You’re having an omega heat.”

“But I’m a beta?” you replied.

“Yeah, that’s something we’re going to have to talk about when you’re a bit more with it. You’re having an omega heat and that means you need to orgasm or I’m going to have to take you to the hospital eventually.”

Despite everything you let out a bitter laugh. Why was this happening to you?

“How?”

“Excuse me?” Jimin seemed confused.

“How do I orgasm?” you asked. Was that the right word? God, you could tell your Korean was starting to go.

“You mean you never…” Jimin trailed off. “Umm… well shit. You just you know, touch yourself.”

You saw his blurred form move closer to you and suddenly the fresh scent of oranges filled your senses. Now that Jimin had moved closer you could make out more of him.

Jimin was most definitely built solid, he had to be to have gotten you over here, but that was now all the more obvious to you now. For the first time, you were looking at his face. He had a captivating face. His eyes were serious as he moved closer checking you for any doubt and his lips looked absolutely kissable. He was probably incredibly attractive, but right now it didn’t really matter as long as he helped you. He maneuvered himself, so that he sat behind you with his arms comfortingly wrapping around you.

“Okay… shit what do you? How should I?” He couldn’t seem to make up his mind what to do. “Are my fingers okay?”

“Yes, just please do something!” you whined out.

“But like are you really sure?”

“Yes!”

You heard him mutter something, but finally he slid his hand under your skirt. His hands felt almost cooling against your burning skin and you let out a loud moan when his fingers gently brushed over your clothed core.

It was about four days later when you emerged from the room into the common area of the dorm sore and probably looking like a mess. Jimin was sitting at the counter with a book open and a cup of iced coffee. He offered you a small smile.

“How are you feeling?” he asked.

“A bit like I got hit by a truck,” you replied.

“That’s good and normal,” he replied. He paused for a moment. “So how are you taking the whole omega thing?”

“What do you mean?” you asked.

“Most people are disappointed when they turn out to be an omega. You know, wage gap and all those other things,” Jimin said.

“Ehh… It was unexpected, but I’m fine with it,” you replied. “The coolest person I know is an omega.”

“Coolest person you know?”

“My dad. My mom’s a beta and they had me kind of late in the game. Their relationship wasn’t too accepted at the time,” you answered.

Jimin paused for a moment looking like he wanted to press you for more, but he didn’t.

“So what are you going to do now?” Jimin asked.

“I guess, I’m going to have to go to the housing office and see if they have any open omega housing,” you answered. “Pick up my books and contact some of my professors. I missed the first two days of class, so I guess I should try to catch up.”

“Well, I hope you don’t mind but… I told the housing office you could stay here,” Jimin said. “I talked to my other roommates and they thought it would be fine. They’re actually pretty good friends with your roommates.”

“No that makes my life ten times easier,” you said. You offered him a small smile. “How soon can I move in?”

“Umm immediately if you can,” Jim said. “It’s uncommon, but sometimes a second heat can happen if an omega presents late. It would be better for you to move in here in case that happens.”

“It’s like I’m going through puberty all over again…”

Jimin chuckled at that.

“If you want I can call some of my friends to come help grab stuff if you want to go now.”

“No don’t worry about it…” You trailed off. “Do you happen to have my cell phone?”

“It’s in the living room charging. Sorry I used it to try and call people for you. You should really put a lock on that thing.”

“I’ve got nothing to hide,” you called, moving to the living room. You picked up your phone when you found it and dialed Jackson.

“Wei?”

You hung up the phone and turned around to see Jimin with his jaw wide open.

“You speak Chinese too?” he asked.

“I speak Mandarin well yes. I never quite got the hang of Cantonese though. My Mandarin is way better than my Korean.”

“Your Korean is really good though,” Jimin said. “A lot of foreigners have more of an accent when speaking, but yours is pretty unnoticeable.”

“Thanks, but I still have a lot to know.”

“You mean learn.”

“See I just proved my own point. Do you mind if I grab a quick shower?”

“Not at all. The green towel is mine so feel free to use it.”

“Thanks.”

You went to go shower and took a deep breath. This was weird, but you were going to have to get used to it.

“Baobei!” Jackson said. Without further ado, he gave you a bone crushing hug and the his somewhat metallic scent filled your senses.

“My friend is here so speak Korean,” you said, returning the hug so that he would finally let go of you. He didn’t though he just kept you in your arms.

“Oh hello!” Jackson said, noticing Jimin for the first time. "Jackson Wang. Nice to meet you!”

“Uhh… Park Jimin,” Jimin said, looking at you. He looked equal parts confused and worried. “Is this guy your boyfriend?”

“No. He’s really more of a family friend than my friend,” you replied. “I just called him because I needed some more muscle.”

“Aww don’t be like that.” Jackson finally removed his arms from around you. “I asked Mark to meet us at your old dorm. Hope you don’t mind.”

“That’s fine.”

“Shall we head out then?” Jimin said with a smile.

“Yeah… Ugh I hate packing things this is going to be a nightmare,” you said.

“Getting your heat for the first time at a house party is most people’s worst nightmare,” Jimin said.

“You got it at a party?” Jackson asked. “You went to a party? You never go to parties. Maybe this is some mystical force’s way of telling you that you shouldn’t party.”

You let out a scoff at that, but part of you agreed with him. The one time you went out you get your heat. Only something that terrible would happen to you, but it turned out just fine.

“Oh, (y/n) not to be pushy, but my friend really wants his jacket back,” Jimin said, with an awkward chuckle. “It’s his favorite one.”

“Like an alpha’s jacket?” Jackson asked. Jackson grinned at you and he rolled his eyes. “So, you’re finally interested in someone. Oho this is juicy gossip. Who does the jacket belong to?”

“I don’t know and I don’t really remember much, but he was nice enough to get me away from the party,” you said. “Please drop it Jackson. It’s still in the room I was in during my heat, Jimin.”

“Wait if you’re an omega and Mark’s an alpha does this mean the two of you are going to leave me alone to rot by myself?”

“Probably not,” you replied.

“Man I was really hoping you would finally get some or be motivated to get some,” Jackson said.

“Wow you’re really straight forward,” Jimin commented.

“Oh, this is him on his best behavior unfortunately,” you said. “He knows you need to like him, so that he can try to come over and eat all the food in our dorm.”

“You do like alpha’s though, right?” Jackson asked.

“Well…” you trailed off in thought. Your mind floated back to how Jimin had helped you at the beginning of your heat. “The only thing I know for sure is that omegas are also okay.”

Jimin choked on air as he must have realized what you had been thinking of. Jackson looked between the two of you. Before you could react, Jackson was already lunging at Jimin, pushing him against the wall.

“What the hell did you do to her you—” You hit Jackson over the head cutting him off.

“Nothing I seriously didn’t ask for. Calm down or you’re going to look like even more of an idiot.”

There were already quite a few students staring at the three of you. You pushed Jackson aside and grabbed Jimin’s hand, tugging him along.

“Seriously Jackson, you’re an idiot.”

“Baobei!” he whined.

“Jimin, can you please tell Jackson I’m not going to talk to him until he apologizes to you,” you said, turning to Jimin.

“Sorry Jimin…” Jackson muttered.

Jimin grinned at that.

“It’s amazing how well you trained him.”

“Oh Jackson is nothing, you should see Mark,” you said with a smile.

You guessed that this whole omega thing wouldn’t be that hard. Well not as hard as calculus was anyway.

how do I imagine them kissing? I’m assuming you mean just in a general sense for how they kiss and not just their first kiss, or a kiss hidden at school, one in their room etc. since this doesn’t really specify a scenario for a kiss(?). of course, I have plenty of different scenarios in my head in which they kiss, and of course not every kiss is the same; some are slow, gentle, sweet and others rough, hungry, frantic. It’s almost like fanfics inside my head. but going off just how zhanyi kiss in general, I do think they kiss very sensually. assuming they’re alone, again in general, I think their kisses tend to be very long and romantic but also have a sense of desperation and hunger to them like ‘I want more, more, more’. It usually starts off slow but builds up into something more and deeper. Lots of hair tugging, hands grabbing, face cradling, taking breaks and kissing at the neck only to go back in for more. they pretty much always use tongue, I think even for some of their quick pecks, at least one of them manages to sneak in a bit of quick tongue action.

I’m the same where I also imagine both jian yi and zhan zheng xi to get turned on very easily when they kiss, jian yi more so. with jian yi, he gets turned on by the simplest things, he just has to feel xi’s breath on him and poor boy has lost his mind. as for the last part of your ask about xi discovering things, I’m assuming you mean his feelings for jian yi. I think that currently, right now within the storyline, zhan zheng xi is in the process of coming to realize his feelings for jian yi. I’ve talked about it so many times (here: x, x, x, and probably a bunch more times I’ve forgotten). his feelings for him have always been there (confirmation by old xian: x). I wouldn’t be surprised if he kisses jian yi soon because zhan zheng xi has actively initiated many things already, he has repeatedly shown and let jian yi know how important he is to him and how he is desperate to protect him and doesn’t want to be part from him, plus jian yi confessed, the forehead kiss, they’ve gone on a date etc. zhanyi have progressed very beautifully and a kiss is probably closer than people might think. plus I wouldn’t be surprised if old xian were to have xi kiss jian yi before he disappears just to twist the angsty knife in our hearts a little bit more because old xian sure does love angst.

Odo and Garak for the situations ask?

Fake dating/marrieds: there are two options. one is that odo is excruciatingly uncomfortable and people start taking garak aside to give him unwanted relationship advice for his fake marriage, or they slip odo cards with a divorce lawyer’s name on. garak finds this hilarious at first but, because it’s garak and he is a vain vain man, quickly becomes appalled at how everyone assumes odo has fallen out of love with him and he’ll be left heartbroken. maybe he’s moved on to greener pastures, guys, didja think of that?alternatively, and maybe less likely, garak is for once determined to properly be a good friend to odo, who in fairness has always been a good friend to him, and not do anything that might push his boundaries. odo on the other hand is a noir detective in his heart of hearts and immediately gets super into the roleplay/disguise element, and is surprisingly good at playing the part (because playing the part is what odo has been pressured to do for as long as he’s been conscious and self-aware).either way, it’s not what people expect it to be, and it’s sort of hilarious.

Bodyswap: odo uses his security codes to turn up the temperature in his room, breaks it, and causes environmental problems. o’brien gets pissed off with him, then figures out why and is sympathetic, and then goes right back to pissed off because garak has turned into goo to get into places he shouldn’t and hear things he shouldn’t, and o’brien just found him in his goddamn alamo replica.

Telepathy:  ANGST. angst happens. probably they bond over having daddy issues, but resolutely pretend not to be able to hear each other’s thoughts because they are stubborn pieces of shit who Don’t Do Sadness.

OH NO only one bed at the hotel: odo doesn’t use a bed so this is maybe not an issue. if it’s during the humanoid!odo time though, i can see a cuddling-for-warmth scenario arising. only they refuse to call it cuddling and come up with completely absurd periphrastic overcomplicated bullshit to make it sound like Serious Stuff that was unavoidable and doesn’t mean they’re friends or anything.

Accidental time-travel: oh jeez. i mean, probably the awkward bisexual disaster that is teenage garak turns up, right? that is generally the best use of time travel. no matter who he runs into he develops a crush, because it’s practically asit!canon that that is garak’s whole thing at that age. just crushing on everyone in the entire goddamn galaxy.alternatively, an au of ‘things past’, in which odo’s unresolved guilt about the things he did/allowed while an unwitting/uninformed semi-collaborator is actually addressed. if anyone’s in a position to talk to him frankly about Doing What You Gotta and not feeling worse about it than you have to, it’s sisko and garak. sisko, because he’s a good person and a bit of a martyr, might make odo feel worse, though he’s self-aware and empathetic enough not to do it as much as he could. garak, i imagine, could find the words to make odo feel more okay with what he’s done (if only because he knows that garak wouldn’t just say these things to make him feel better, though actually that’s 100% what garak is doing).

Their first kiss: hmmmmmm. can kinda see it happening near the end of ‘the die is cast’, just after they escape the trap laid by the founder, both of them very confused and not totally okay with what’s going on. but that’s not going to have been a great first kiss, so maybe… okay, a few options:a) they hang out a lot while garak’s in jail, because i don’t remember if it was ever clarified but if garak was in jail on ds9 that is potentially horrific, the holding cells we see on the show are tiny and have no privacy; hopefully a longer-term cell would be nicer but either way leaving that aside it’d mean he was spending a lot of time with odo. if he was in jail on a different station, which would prbably mke more sense, i like to think odo would still visit him pretty often, maybe even more than julian because i think odo ‘gets’ him more but relates to the lying etc less, which makes it easier for him to sympathise than julian, who empathises a lot but pretends he doesn’t and wishes that he didn’t. anyway they get really close over that time and when garak gets out they have excruciatingly awkward small talk and then a ‘uhh, hey, so… how ya feel bout… touching mouths…’ and then they smooch.b) also sad: when garak and kira realise odo’s dying just after they all leave for cardassia prime. everyone’s poly and that’s not an issue. odo is dying and that is��an issue.c) they discuss odo’s awful romance/smut novels and the terrible descriptions therein, and it quicly comes up that odo’s never really kissed anyone before, so garak offers to help him get some experience, fully expecting it to be taken as a joke (as intended!), but odo’s like ‘yeah actually i do need some practice? this is one of those solid things?’ and……. the obvious fanfic ensues.d) the episodes ‘my way’ and ‘our man bashir’ mesh perfectly into one episode where they are both nerds in tuxedos who make out in an early/mid-20th century themed holosuite.

Meeting the parents: this has happened on one side already. i like to think that garak would be very very cutting to dr mora, with no reservations about how he has to be nice to odo’s ‘dad’ and not cause problems in their already fraught relationship. also probably sabotage several little things to make sure that his stay on ds9 is awful, though nothing that’d actually damage him. probably. maybe a lot of ‘accidental’ electric shocks from ‘accidental’ wiring faults, though. turnabout’s fair play.

Moving in together: odo puts his bucket in garak’s room. garak tucks several blankets and a space heater under the desk in odo’s office. DOMESTIC AS FUCK.

A crossover of my choice: oh boy. okay, let’s take some creative license here, cause this is sort of more of an au, but… white collar. odo as the dedicated  and sort of boring-seeming cop with a strong sense of justice and commitment to law & order, but who in his heart believes that people really can be redeemed, and also kind of grudgingly admires criminals like master forger & art thief garak, who is so fucking talented and creative and twisty-mindedly a genius, and who seemingly by coincidence takes care not to put anyone’s wellbeing on the line if they’re just trying to make a living and haven’t done anything to deserve it. together, they solve crimes (and drink a lot of wine).

An au of my choice: again, i have such a fondness for the white collar au i was just talking about, though i don’t think i’d really considered it in any depth before just now, other than ‘oh hey, this neal guy reminds me of garak, and if he’s garak then i guess this superficially by-the-book but secretly-a-loose-cannon cop is probably odo’. i love this au now.but because that wasn’t exactly a crossover i feel like i’ve gotta be really strict and come up with a canonverse au for this one. so, either:a) dominion!odo au, where odo rejoins the link willingly the first time he meets them back in ‘the search’, and for the rest of the series is a semi-enemy who genuinely believes the founders can impose order on chaotic and harmful forces like cardassian expansionism and prevent atrocities like those that that happened on bajor from happening again. this brings him into conflict with the regular ds9 crew, obviously, though those conflicts never come to violence because both odo and the rest of the ds9 crew realise that the other has good intentions and they don’t want to hurt each other because they’re friends. garak has no such qualms - anything that might jeopardise cardassian interests, no matter how well-intentioned (and no matter how badly-intentioned he thinks the current cardassian government might be), is fuckin’ going down. this could be a very long fic with a lot of drama where everything turns out okay, or it could be a short one where, lbr, garak fucking dies because he tried to kill an entire planet of near-invulnerable shapeshifters, again.or b) deep dish nine, the One True AU in every niner’s heart. my initial thinking is that this hypothetical fic would relate to odo being involved in an ongoing attempt to shut down a drug operation in the neighbourhood, which he did not realise that that odd but strangely easy to talk to tailor who lives in the basement was involved with. either he talks to garak (who has probs already been talking to julian about this whole Drug Problem Sitch) and convinces him to help with the sting, or he doesn’t find out until the middle of a raid or something. again, this one could end well or it could end badly. i like to think it ends well.

If you like, another trope/scenario of your choice: i mentioned it earlier but it’s canon that odo reads a lot of terrible smut (despite being probably ace, which perhaps surprisingly is not an uncommon combination, even though it’s not an intuitive one at all). and it’s semi-canon (thanks, andy) that garak is a hopeless romantic, a bisexual disaster, kind of kinky, and (full canon now) v into reading as a form of escapism. so, their breakfasts together definitely end up being a second replimat-book-club for garak, only in this one they might pretend it’s Highbrow Literature but genuinely all they discuss is like, bad housewife erotica. they know it’s garbage but they also both unironically love it. (quark overhears more than he wants to but like hell is he telling them that since breakfast time is quiet he can overhear certain frequencies if he’s near the exit of his bar - which he is, more often than he needs to be these days. he’s not suicidal enough to try blackmailing either odo or garak without a damn good reason, but having some material on them doesn’t hurt).

Description: Summers for most kids are spent going to the beach and on vacations with your family but lots are shipped off to summer camps for the whole summer. But the kids at Hempman Summer Camp actually beg to go! Patrick Stump, Andy Hurley and Joe Trohman all met there, they had all known each other for probably over a decade because of this absolutely amazing stay-away camp for kids from the ages of six to nineteen. All the kids that were there came back until they couldn't and they always had the same kids except a few new, younger, kids every year. That is until the year that the weird kid with the jet-black, dyed, black fringe and the crazy piercings and a couple tattoos comes in like he owns the place. That year also happens to be the same year that Patrick Stump gets gum stuck to the new emo kid's face and hair. It was love at first sight... But hate at first interaction for the blonde-haired, blue-eyed boy and the complete opposite for the new kid, Pete Wentz.

Chapter 4: Four: Memories I Keep Locked Away for Times Like This

Pete

“But, Patrick… I still want to do this stuff with you.” I frown at him.

“I-I… I just… I can't do- do this…” He stammers out, trembling and twitching like a drug addict having a withdrawal.

“Why not? You seemed to like it before?” I ask sadly.

“I… It's too much… I can't do it.” He stutters.

Something is obviously wrong with Patrick, he’s jumpy and can’t stand still for even a second. His eyes darting everywhere and he refuses to look at me. It looks like he just wants to run away from me.

“What made you change your mind so suddenly?” I furrow my brow.

“N-No! No, no, Pete, I-I… Um, I just, er- I… Uhh, um I-I want… I don’t-... I can’t uh…” He shakes his head, still not looking at me.

“Was it something I did?” And just by the worried, wide-eyed look on his face I could tell I was correct. He starts to stammer out a lie and I cut him off quickly, “Patrick, tell me what I did.” I demand, grabbing him by the shoulders.

“Uh… Um, I- Well… You-... You talk in your sleep sometimes and, er, you said something last night and it, um, freaked me out a bit.” He stumbles over his words and my eyes widen as I know exactly what he meant by that.

“Oh my god… Patrick, you’re afraid of commitment?” I gasp in shock.

“No!” He snaps but I give him a ‘tell me the truth’ look, he frowns and relents, “Yes… I-I… I get this like… Itch and I-... I feel so… Trapped and like, I get twitchy and worried and I panic and I have to run away.” Patrick spills in a fast jumble of words, “Like, I only want what I can’t have and once I can have it I have to run away.” I nod. I don’t understand how anybody could feel that way but I mean, I’ve always just wanted to be in love and be loved just as much in return.

“Patrick, you’re not trapped. I won’t push for anything you don’t want. We can just be fuck buddies, we don’t have to make-out or anything, we don’t have to do anything you’re not okay with. I’m down for anything.” I say and he starts to nod.

“Isn’t that just using you though?”

“Not if it’s mutual, like in any type of relationship, everything has to go both ways.” I say and he seems to calm down.

“Okay… So, fuck buddies?” He finally looks me in the eyes.

“Fuck buddies.” I nod and he grins.

I definitely have fallen in love with him.

Gerard

“Fuck!” I gasp out as I fall to the ground, Frank on top of me. He thought it was a good idea to just jump onto my back without saying anything before he did so.

“Sorry Gee!” He giggles as he flops off of me onto the ground.

“You’re an asshole, you know.” I huff, sitting up, now covered in grass and dirt.

“Yep.” He grins, brushing the small splotch of dirt off my forehead and raking the grass out of my long, black locks. He laughs as he does so.

“I hate you.” I roll my eyes and he tosses his arms around my shoulders, shoving his face up against mine.

“I love you too!” He kisses my cheek and I make a face. A girl passing by lets out an ‘awe!’ as they usually did.

“We’re not gay!” I call after her, “You’re ruining my chances of getting dates you fucking lesbian.” I groan but he still hangs off of me.

“We’re not gay we just do gay shit together, Gee.” He smiles up at me.

“You’re definitely gay, Frank.” I retort and he gives me a horrified look.

“Say that again and I’ll fuck you in the ass.” Frank drops his arms from me and I laugh at him. He’s a moron but you gotta love him, he’s so small and adorable.

“Shut up you loser.” I give him a nudge and he grins wide as he stands, offering a hand to me to help me up, “Thanks.” I chuckle.

“You’re welcome.” He winks and I make a face in reply.

God, he’s an idiot.

Andy

Joe squeezes my hips in his large hands from behind. I jump and let out a small squeak-like sound and I hear Joe laughing. I turn to face him, “We could get caught if you keep doing shit like that around people you know.” I scold and he still grins.

“I do that to Patrick a lot too, Andy, don’t worry. I’m gay with like everybody and I’m way gayer with you.” He winks and I roll my eyes as his cheesiness.

“Idiot.” I smile at him, there’s just something about Joe that makes it impossible to be angry with him and he always makes me smile. I’ve known since we were still little, only eight, sneaking little kisses when the others weren’t watching, playing with each other’s hair and hiding this childish crush from the world, knowing it was wrong and we shouldn’t be doing it. We did it anyway and now I know that someday we’ll stop sneaking those kisses and those small little things, the passing touches, brushing of hands, the loving looks and longing to be close. Someday I’ll marry Joseph Trohman and I’ll tell everybody how much I don’t care that it’s ‘wrong’ to them. To me, this is the only thing that I have done right in all of the years I’ve lived.

“What?” Joe smiles up at me and that’s when I realize I’m staring.

“Just thinking.” I grin back, staring into his eyes, full of love.

He takes my hand as soon as we’re out of sight, “What about?”

“You… Me… Us… ” I shrug as my head tips to bump against his shoulder.

“What about me?” He asks, tapping his head to mine for a second.

“How, I’m going to marry you someday.” I smile and I can just feel the happiness radiate off of him. He kisses the side of my head.

“I can’t wait.” He sighs and pulls his arm around me, tugging me closer, “We were only eight when we tried this, it was just for fun, an experiment.” He speaks, “And now we’re talking about marriage.” He coos dreamily.

I start to laugh, “I remember knowing how wrong it was to be sneaking off to kiss you and how bad, yet amazing it felt to be touching and playing with each other’s hair.” I recall, “Remember that night I braided your hair and everybody kept asking who did it because they wanted it done too but you wouldn’t tell?”

Joe starts laughing as the memories flooded back, “And that time we were kissing on the tire swing in the middle of the night and you fell off and broke your arm and you wouldn’t let me get help until we came up with a mutual lie to tell the counselors of why we were out on the swings so late at night.” I laugh this time at that memory, he kissed me so hard that I lost my balance and fell off.

“What about when we were fucking in the lake and a counselor spotted me and not you and you almost drowned waiting for her to leave.” Joe and I make our way to the boulder.

“And the time I told you jump off the top of the boulder because it would be romantic if I caught you?”

“You broke your leg and I had to carry you back to camp.”

“Then you felt bad about my leg and came down to the infirmary in the middle of the night and we fucked.”

“And the nurse almost caught us because you were hooked up to the heart monitor.” I shake my head as he pulls me up onto the boulder.

“What about that time you brought me out here to dump me but we ended up having sex and you basically said never mind?” Joe sits against the large rock and I pull him against me.

“I remember when my family told me I was moving, I brought you out here and told you and we both cried and I suggested we break up but you refused to let this go and you came to visit for Christmas and begged my parents to let me come back to camp.” I run my fingers through his hair.

“I laid my head in your lap and you played with it just like this.” He reaches up and touches my hand.

“I love you, Joe.” I mumble.

“I love you too, Andy.” He squeezes my hand and closes his eyes.

“I promise someday that we’ll be together everyday.”

“You better not break that promise.”
