wanted to do one of the summaries to go through all my art from the year. these werent all the pieces i worked longest on or were technically the best but they are all the ones i liked most <3

this week I'm going to try to make a ginger bug and a turmeric bug because I want to make homemade soda and fermentation is very interesting to me!!

I'm also going to get more plants into the garden. I have so many seedlings started. cucumbers, peas, beans, peppers, tomatoes, radishes, cabbages, broccoli, dill, cilantro, basil, snapdragons, zinnias, etc. the list goes on! all from seed. I am very proud of myself. I just hope the chickens don't eat everything.

Although it seems anachronistic for Zampanio to be based entirely on House of Leaves, I believe it's likely that the two share significant amounts of DNA through having similar influences. The mutual focus on labyrinths is very reminiscent of Borges, especially in Ficciones, and I think that you can make an argument for Zampanio as a modern Tlön, Uqbar, Orbis Tertius.

Ahem. That aside, now that you mention it,, yeah there are,,, but i have too many drawing ideas that i sometimes just forget and abandon them lmao (my management skill is nonexistent). I do have some (and by some i mean many) unposted art though,,, some i plan to post, some i contemplate to post, some i probably will never post, and some just sitting in my gallery—untouched, forgotten, fossilizing.
