How Hanzo still burns with the residual fire and the smoke within him; as if pillars of fire and pillars of smoke from that very day become a guiding light that will triumph his weakness and give him abundant hope. The fullness of it overwhelms his system, and opens up a realm inside his being he had no idea was so full.

"My scars... They may constitute as inevitable weakness of being a human, but they are testament of everything I believed and I still believe," how his mind whirls in wind gusts and whorls that whisper of his duality, of interconnection. Hanzo Hasashi becomes whole, because of all those crude imperfections that adorn his hardened skin. "My memories accrued may manifest as a special form of torture that I will endure for the rest of my life, but in turn, they become endless fuel that will steer me away from being adrift, as I further sustain resilience even amidst darkness." 💥 ||

If you bring it up to him, he'll stay quiet and listen. Honestly, he understands how vulnerable this moment can be and will keep his comments to himself

Insists how you've not only earned his respect, but he's literally in love with you and that means so much already (he actually thinks you're great, brave and so kind to him...pls he thinks does not deserve you)

Never before had you ever experienced self-restraint controlled quite this fucking poorly. 

Joe started it. This was definitely all his fault, because he got all close. Told you that he had noticed your blush creeping down your neck as your chest flushed, and when that pulled a whimper from you - a fucking whimper, you were so embarrassing, oh my God - Joe was on you. 

Softly, at first. All tender, like every single touch was one too many. A light brush to your face. A barely there kiss where Joe fit your bottom lip in between his and held it there a second. Fluttering eyelashes that left butterfly kisses over a cheekbone - it all started very carefully and weirdly intimate. Like he was scared to break you.

And then you got all dumb, didn't you? You still had a bunch of angry energy to get out, and Joe could fuck right off being all sweet all of the sudden. You had only been able to take about eight seconds of it before you grabbed hold of Joe by the skull and forcefully pulled him into you.

You took a few running steps and jumped, trusting Joe would catch you, which, he did, with willing arms, and you latched yourself onto his face again. Jesus, you wanted your face on his face forever. It was a shame that Joe didn't like you. You know, not generally. Not as a person, anyway.

For now, you could pretend that he did, though.

With you in his arms, Joe started moving, and took steps in exactly the wrong direction. You didn't stop him until you were stood in your kitchen, and you pulled Joe's head back by his hair.

"Don't judge," you panted into his mouth before kissing him again. "I didn't know I was going to have people over."

Joe had no idea what you were talking about, until he got a chance to let his eyes wander around.

Your place was a right mess. Random shit strewn about, dirty dishes, evidence of takeaways, empty coke zero cans - lots of things just placed down in all the wrong spots that you'd get to later.

"Oh my Go–" Joe's grip on you loosened, and your feet found the floor again.

You wanted to bite Joe to distract him, so you did. You bit his lip, not harshly, but it was definitely not a friendly nibble. It was enough to leave temporary marks, and you expected Joe to react in some way. To at least maybe sort of chuckle? Or grunt? But he didn't. He just... fully accepted what you were doing and completely went with it.

With an arm behind you, you swiped some empty takeaway boxes into the sink.

You hopped onto the counter, and Joe helped you a little, pushed you back so there'd be no chance of you slipping back off. You hooked your legs back around him, and then moved his hands away from your hips.

He was fast to move them to your jaw, to cup your face, but you used both your hands to get his away once more.

"So, you don't hate me, huh?" you asked as your fingers continued unbuttoning Joe's shirt, until they abandoned their task and found the button of Joe's trousers.

"N-no, I don't," Joe held both hands up and looked down to see you undress him. "I don't, shit, I don't hate you,"

"Prove it," you challenged, roughly tugging at the fabric to reveal Joe was throbbing inside of his underwear.

"Prove you don't hate me," you panted all breathily and made Joe hiss and groan as you placed a firm palm over him. Rubbed him over his boxer briefs, which were calvin klein's because of course they fucking were, and Joe had to hold onto the counter either side of you, his expression contorting.

"Prove. It." you hissed through your teeth, stilling your hands and now waiting for Joe to take charge. You'd gotten him this far, now he could show you just how much he didn't hate you all by himself.

And she'd said it just after Mark made a comment on you ending up in Joe's bed and unknowingly, she'd opened about nine doors in Joe's mind. Doors that had been closed, locked and bolted shut for ages. It took just one comment from Poppy, drunk or not, for those doors to be blown from their hinges and now, here he was... making out with you in your kitchen. Your hands all over him. Your breath on his face. Your tongue in his mouth. Your fingers unbuttoning trousers, and... Poppy didn't care. Didn't mind at all. Was all casual about it.

Joe remained still for too long, and you kind of thought, oh no, maybe you weren't actually winning, but were very quickly spiraling into losing.

So then you squeezed him, too close to the tip, and Joe growled. He shut his eyes and breathed heavily through his nose for just a second as you waited with a smug little smile on your face.

Joe'd eyes flicked up at you, and you saw it.

"Fuck it," Joe then muttered and pulled you forward by the hips, crashing you into him and the way you had tried to make Joe kiss you was exactly what he was giving you now.

Whew, thank you for sharing this with me. I think I loved the version of him that he painted for me. I don’t think I ever really knew this person. I fell in love with his manipulation tactics. I am mourning what I thought we had and what I envisioned we would become. But when I read those first batches of texts, my heart sank because the person I fell in love with could’ve never done that to me. “Don’t stop.”

Soarynn giggles at her boyfriend’s words and he knows why, he sounds like he’s pouting. It’s not like he can help it, not with her nails scratching his scalp just right. And he’s had a long day, so if anything, he deserves this, to be in bed with his head in Soarynn’s lap while he reads one of her favorite books out loud.

It’s domestic.

“Well, you stopped reading,” Soarynn replies, some teasing in her tone. Coriolanus glances up at her, nearly losing his breath from how gorgeous she is. “Because you stopped giving me scratches.”

It’s a pitiful argument and they both know that but Soarynn simply rolls her eyes and continues scratching his scalp, her other hand resting on his shoulder. It’s nice to be like this every once in a while, completely engulfed in her and her scent. A few years ago Coriolanus would’ve scoffed at the idea of being this intimate and vulnerable with his girlfriend. But now four years into their relationship, he allows for a moment like this every once in a while. Besides, he knows how much it means to her, to be like this with him.

Coriolanus knows he’s far from perfect, and he’s definitely not the most outwardly loving boyfriend. He’s seen how his friends act around their girlfriends in public, stealing kisses, holding hands, teasing, and laughing. He’s not one for public displays of affection. Soarynn has never brought it up, never complained but he knows she wishes for that type of affection sometimes. And she gets it. But only behind closed doors.

Coriolanus Snow is a proud man, an important man. He can’t be seen running around the Capitol streets coddling his girlfriend. He’d be the laughingstock of the country! So he adopts a more reserved persona. He does show some displays of affection, he holds her hand, opens the door for her, and buys her whatever she wants. Things like that.

He can’t have people thinking he’s a negligent boyfriend.

Coriolanus clears his throat once more before reading where he left off, “Where were we? Ah, yes, the chase. The rabbits quickly took off for their den in hopes of escaping the clutches of the hawk's talons, Juniper called out to Clover, ‘Run! Run faster!’ She could feel the hawk getting closer and closer and…Soarynn you can’t possibly enjoy something as childish as this,” he says, furrowing his brows as he continues reading silently. Nothing about this book pegs him for good literature.

Soarynn gives his golden curls a tug, “It’s not supposed to be realistic Coryo, it’s supposed to be a cute story.” Coriolanus rolls his eyes, “They’re talking rabbits! How is that good writing? I’m going to find out who the publisher for this book is and write them a letter.”

Soarynn sighs but says nothing, which is just another thing Coriolanus appreciates about her. She doesn’t argue with him. “Maybe we should read a different book,” he suggests, tossing the rabbit book to the side. Maybe Petunia will use it as a new scratching post. He’d be perfectly fine with that.

“Why don’t you just tell me a story then? Since you’re such a writer,” Soarynn quips. Coriolanus looks up at her again and she’s giving him that look that lets him know it’s a losing battle no matter what option he chooses. Coriolanus sighs, “Very well. Once upon a time, there was a little girl who lived in a beautiful city. The Capitol. In the Capitol, it was safe, clean, and filled with order. The little girl lived there her whole life and grew up to be a beautiful young woman.” He steals a glance at Soarynn to find her genuinely interested in where he’s going with this.

“One day the girl realized how terribly lonely she was. Not even her cat could offer true companionship.” He thinks of Petunia, a gift he'd given to Soarynn two years ago, a cat as spoiled as can be with an attitude to match. Still, Soarynn adored the cat so that had to count for something. Soarynn's fingers begin to slow down and Coriolanus is quick to shift in her lap, pleased when she picks back up, "But one day she came across someone, someone good and noble, someone who would protect her no matter what."

He hears a snort but chooses to ignore it, "Someone who was ruggedly handsome and tall, someone who was a shining beacon of authority, someone wh-"

"Someone like Coriolanus Snow," Soarynn says dramatically, cutting him off before he can finish his lengthy description of this mystery man. Well, he tried. Coriolanus slowly sits up, listening to Soarynn giggle behind him, "You're a horrible audience," he tells her, running a hand through his golden curls. Soarynn crawls up behind him wrapping her arms around his neck, resting her chin on his shoulder, "But you love me all the same."

Coriolanus feels a small smile form on his lips, "That I do," he replies, allowing himself a moment to simply enjoy being in her presence.

Soarynn was truly a gift he felt he often did not deserve. She was kind, beautiful, caring, funny and charming. Anyone could have her but he had been the one lucky enough to swoop her off her feet. She was more than gracious with him when it came to his mood swings and short temper, something he knew he did not deserve.

Soarynn wraps her arms around him a little tighter, to the point where he's concerned, "Are you alright darling?" Soarynn hums, burying her face in the crook of his neck, her favorite thing to do.

"Just promise you'll love me forever."

Coriolanus chuckles at his girlfriend's sweet request, something only Soarynn would ask. He reaches behind him and runs a loving hand through her soft hair, "As long as you remain a devoted girlfriend then you won't ever have to worry about my love for you straying Soarynn," he assures her. He didn't even think he was capable of love for the longest time. Then he met Soarynn. Now he doesn't know if he could stop loving her, even if he tried.

Soarynn lets out a content sigh followed by a yawn, "Just had to make sure," she mumbles, her arms slowly loosening. Coriolanus looks down at his wristwatch, it's well past their bedtime and they both have things to do tomorrow. "Time for bed," he tells her.

Burrowed under the covers with Soarynn safely in his arms Coriolanus can't help but wonder what the future holds for them. He has an idea, a dream if you will of what his future could be.

There is something calming and peaceful about picking berries and persimmons whilst you enjoy the warmth of the sun. Most of all, it sets the stage for deep conversations about anything that goes on in life at that moment. Thaddeus thinks that moments like these are the most intimate and vulnerable.

Thaddeus can get lost in the way you look at him. Your eyes glitter with so much admiration whenever he is talking about something that he almost loses his train of thought and thus what he is saying. He is also extremely charmed by your gentle nature, leaving him to often wonder how he has received such a Godly woman from the Lord.

Comfort - How would they help their s/o when they feel down/have a panic attack etc.?

It will take him some effort to not panic together with you. He is the type of person to become agitated whenever his loved ones are feeling unwell, since he is an empath and senses your extreme discomfort. However, he tries his best to calm you down as much as he can, without rushing you.

The very idea of getting married, settling down and starting a family makes this man extremely nervous and shy. He can barely daydream about it without blushing his ears off. But yes, he would love to have it all with you some day.

Thaddeus and you are quite equal in your relationship. This man is far from dominant but you aren’t the type to be that way, either. Both of you being introverted means that you have to force yourselves to sometimes take the lead in things, which keeps things refreshing.

Dear Thad wouldn’t hurt a fly which means that apart from minor disagreements on little things, you never fight or argue about anything. Gentle in heart and nature, you two are very compatible and are able to communicate very well.

The two of you have made it a habit to pray together on a daily basis and he never fails to mention you to God every night, telling Him how grateful he is to have you in his life, asking the Lord for guidance to lead you in the way a man is supposed to treat his wife (to be). He appreciates you immensely and will make sure to say this out loud.

Thaddeus always sees the right in people, never assuming ill intent. No, he does not get jealous easily whenever someone else is conversing with you. Even if they appear to be interested in you as more than a friend, he maintains his calm and collected nature. After all, you are definitely reminding the other party that you are spoken for by yourself.

Kiss - Are they a good kisser? What was the first kiss like?

The former stonemason is a soft, gentle kisser. He would kiss your face all over and make you giggle uncontrollably with his smooches. The first kiss was a little awkward since neither of you had ever done it before, ever, but this means that you can learn to master it together.

Love Confession - How would they confess to their s/o?

Under a starlit sky, Thaddeus had confessed his feelings to you after a long day on the road. Both of you had been on watch that evening and were sitting at the fire, chatting about life, when suddenly the topic of romantic relationships came up in the light of Thomas and Ramah joining the group and obviously being sweet on one another. Feeling like it was a case of ‘now or never’, Thaddeus just told you that he liked you as way more than a friend, and you gladly reciprocated these feelings.

Oh yes, he definitely wants to get married to you some day. His proposal would be intimate and sweet with just the two of you, not in front of others, since he doesn’t want to pressure you into saying yes. Once you agree, he goes to Jesus to ask if he can visit your hometown in order to ask your parents for permission. A marriage to Thaddeus would be very fulfilling, since he would make sure that you’ve got everything your heart could ever desire and he is the most thoughtful spouse ever.

Nicknames - What do they call their s/o?

It gets him all flustered whenever you call him ‘Thaddy’, but you often call him ‘cutie’ as well. His nickname for you is either ‘sweetie’ or ‘honey’.

On Cloud Nine - What are they like when they are in love? Is it obvious for others? How do they express their feelings?

Thaddeus is very obviously in love with you, but not in a declare-it-from-the-rooftops kind of way. He will daydream more often than not, which causes his friends to bump his arm to get his attention several times a day. They think it is adorable, so they don’t mind it.

PDA - Are they upfront about their relationship? Do they brag with their s/o in front of others? Or are they rather shy to kiss etc. when others are watching?

The two of you would be holding hands constantly - on the road, at the fire, while listening to Jesus. You’d be inseparable, which has you in turn become close friends with Little James. Luckily, James doesn’t seem to care that Thad and you are constantly touching each other’s hands. Things like kisses and cuddles are reserved for more private settings, since neither of you appreciates an audience.

Thaddeus is extremely gentle with you. It is in his nature to be thoughtful and he constantly makes sure you are feeling cared for. His main love languages are both kind words and spending quality time together.

Being a former stonemason, Thad knows a thing or two about pretty rocks and will thus collect them to find ones matching your eyes perfectly. Once he’s found two of them, he will craft them into a necklace. Who knew he could make such delicate work? Needless to say, it makes you tear up with happiness.

Your number one supporter will always be Thaddeus, no matter what you would want in life. He will always stand right behind you and urge you to achieve your goals. If you don’t have any, he will try to convince you to set some.

Sauron laughs, granting her his most charming smile. “You should talk with my subjects one day. You might be surprised. I assure you I am a very generous ruler.”

“No, thank you.” Judging the icy expression on her face, she does not appreciate his attempt to impress her. How frustrating. And how predictable. “I have no intention to serve the dark.”

“Now,” with a quick glance along the thankfully still empty corridor, Sauron steps closer to her, leaning in a little to make his next words more intimate, a soft whisper only between the two of them. “I never wanted you to serve. You would rule beside me. As my Queen.”

The way she swallows at the words and his proximity is definitely satisfying. As is the slightly hoarse tone of her voice as she retorts. “A Queen of Darkness you mean.”

“No,” he captures one of those tempting golden strands between his fingers once more. “Your light would cleanse those lands.” A soft tug on her hair brings her closer to him. “And me.”

She is silent a lot longer than he thought she would be, a look in her eyes he cannot interpret for all the long years he has spent in this world. But then in many ways she has always been a mystery to him from the moment they met. And he suspects she always will be.

“I am not your salvation, Sauron.” The words are soft when they finally come, a rough vulnerability in them, that makes him freeze. “I cannot be.”
