Ok so how do you explain to old people that you're not actually the kid they thought they had and also that half the country you live in is cool outing you to Nazis with the express knowledge that the Nazis want to cause you harm
#asking for me#trans issues#us politics#family problems#seriously failing to understand how they don't realize I'm like actually mentally ill#and ok#it's not like they're actively hateful to me about my identity#but when I started coming out to the relatives I'm still connected to#it was s lot of “we support you” “of course we'll use your name” “well if that's who you want to be” etc#but none of them asked a variation of “her are you ok? safe right now? got the medication you need?”#like it just seemed like the 3 of them (it's only 3) had zero curiosity about the New Me#and what that meant for the kind of world I'm living in#it's hard to believe people like that have your back#especially when I'm still kinda “expected” to participate in The Family

I finally received some positive news ♡ my corona test is the only thing not negative about me rn
#wonderful ♡#where did i catch it?#probably my neighbors#who live in the same house#or my mother is infected but has no symptoms#i literally don't leave my house otherwise lol#except for that doctor's appointment last week#and ok#i went to a supermarket once in the last 3 (4?) weeks#AND I ALWAYS WEAR MY FUCKING MASK#but ok#this is just a fun thing we do these days#my body and me are enemies#I'll have to ask my friend if she can pick up my thesis from the printing service and drop it off at the exam office#i hate it#anyway#fun times
