I wish I could take better pics of myself bc broooo my tits&shoulders already look amazing with 2(two!!) weeks at the gym I'm not even going that hard just like an hour a day with 2-3 rest days a week
#it speaks#gym talk#im already up in the 50s-70s in the arm machines i started out in the 30s on#going to platue for a while once i hit the 100s and work on just increasing rep count#(alot of what im doing is 2 sets of 10-20 reps for weight)#i should be at that by the middle of may and ill hold there till the middle of june i think then start bumping up hopefully 20 lbs a week#as long as i can keep a high rep count. 2 sets of 50 minimum i think#my bench goal is 200 by new years which i feel is pretty feasible#more than feasible if im honest im aiming low so i hit it fast and get excited about it#my other goal is a 15 minute 5k on the rower. which is also feasible considering i did a 22 minute 5k last week
