Scream sentence starters - No Longer Accepting!

Fucking hell. She knew she should've asked Chiaki to come with her, or at least done a better job of convincing her best friend to help. Instead, Sonia had shown her sympathy when the Ultimate Gamer had hesitated to accompany her to the busy arcade not far from Shibuya. While she was often the one gawked and pointed at, if not approached for an uncomfortable question or a photo, it was Chiaki's turn for such behavior should she step foot into an arcade of any sort. And while Sonia was more than capable of handling, and deflecting, such attention politely, her friend was less so.

What Sonia wasn't capable of was winning at the UFO Catcher games. Or at least, the one she'd been focused on for the past two hours. While other patrons flocked to the latest offerings from otome games, an action series featuring ninjas, wide-eyed maids and anime idols, she'd planted herself in front of a single cabinet. It was full of plush dolls styled after various horror icons from East to West: Sadako, Michael Myers, Freddy Kreuger, Jason Voorhees, the Jigsaw Puppet, Chucky...and her target, the two different versions of Ghostface. One of them featured the popular fictional horror icon with a plain, grimacing mask, but Sonia was laser-focused on the limited edition version, complete with red patches sewn to mimic blood splatters. They weren't available in any of the anime shops, only the arcade, and thus she'd come armed with an arcade card and sheer determination.

And the latter was quickly running out, considering that, without a care for the rest of the patrons of the arcade, she'd let loose a string of swear words. In a variety of European languages, thank goodness, but the tone was enough for several heads to turn and stare at the loudmouthed foreigner, with a glare in her eyes and cheeks turned deep pink in focus. In stress. And now, in shock as she heard a voice behind her.

"Whoa, Hey, hey, hey, hey, Deep breaths, Lot of deep breaths."

He'd distracted her just enough that, in her attempt to snag the small loop attached to the doll's black hood, her grip had shifted and the claw had let go, dropping the soft, squeezable bloody icon right back into the pile. It was one of only a couple in a pile of dozens, and she'd tried for what appeared to be the easiest one to retrieve. Not that she couldn't afford it, but she didn't want to consider the amount of euros she'd spent on the venture thus far.

"But there is no time for deep breaths!" She protested, panicked as she gestured wildly towards the machine. That too earned her some suspicious looks: girls, especially foreign girls in private school uniforms, hardly ever spent that much time in an arcade. Much less making a scene over something as morbid as plush dolls of fictional serial killers. The crowd seemed puzzled, not just due to the fact a pretty blonde girl was choosing to spend her time in the arcade, but she didn't care for either the otome love interests or trinkets featuring the popular anime about groups of delinquent boys.

No, Sonia had far more important things to worry about. "The Ghostface doll with the blood on the mask is limited edition for the arcades only! You can't buy it online or at anime shops yet, and I must ensure one is in my collection to complete the set!" She nodded her head to the display poster, which showed every toy in the horror icon set. With appropriately-unsettling font and still images from all of the film series represented.

"I've got all the others, but I must have Bloody Ghostface too," She explained pointedly, before realizing she was, in fact, not droning on and on about her odd hobbies with a stranger and instead, it was someone she actually knew. That made it less embarrassing at least. "In any case, what are you doing here? I would've thought you'd been busy with sports today."

Rules & Muse List!!!

{ HELLO! Welcome to my blog, I'm Seras or Klemmie. Nice to meet ya! Below is my muse list and my rules for mobile navigations! } [ most up to date update!! ]

RULES

1.) Hey everyone, my name is Seras but I do go by Klemmie! I am nonbinary & my pronouns are they/them or she/her, I prefer they/them though! I am of age at 29 years old and have been RPing since about 2010, over a whole decade! Due to my age there might be NSFW on this blog at times but it will always be under a read more and tagged. On this subject, most muses are of age or have a verse where they are, please be aware of this and all main verse ages for my muses are on their bios on the character page.

2.) I am working a job which I usually only have a couple days off in the week and most evenings free. However activity and replies may be slow or low due to the nature of this being a multi-muse blog and my energy levels on any day. I will do my best to pop in at least once or twice a week with the intentions of queuing up any replies that I owe and once in a blue moon do I reply quickly and without queuing. I am also going to be selective on who I RP with at times so this blog is semi-selective, but if I am following you I am interested in writing with you!

3.) I am good with a mix of jumping into things without a plot; such as memes, open starters, random things are good. But sometimes I prefer plotting, even if only a little bit, especially when it comes to a pre-established relationship that isn’t the canon between two characters; this includes children of muses. I am okay with writing with said muses but I would like to have a bit of plotting to this as my version of the muse or muses as parents in question is not the one canon to yours as such, I need to make sure I know whats going on or all your gonna get from my muse is either ’ I have no kids ’ or i dont believe you, so i tend to avoid that if no prior communication has happened before hand! I do also like screaming about plots that both parties might want to do and discuss between us to work out a possible thread idea?

4.) This blog is multi-fandom, verse and ship. Meaning all threads even if tagged as in the same verse for a muse are their own story and thread between our muses, this includes for relationships, unless its a story that has been discussed and plotted between all involved. We are also Crossover-friendly here! I love mashing up fandoms and seeing what happens!

5.) As stated in my first ruling, NSFW themes and topics may be present, if I feel that the topic, even if it’s gore and not sexual nsfw, is too heavy or unsafe to just have out on display I will always put it under a read more and tagged the triggers like; tw;______

6.) Continuing with the point above, I will not tolerate certain things like underage sexual content or abuse or any nsfw content with minors - this goes for muns & muses and hanging, if you are ever unsure of anything please ask me. This is also a if I ever forget or don’t tag something that is a trigger for you please just message me and I will tag them accordingly.

7.) Unless your muse has some supernatural abilities or in my muse’s canon knows things about them, please don’t use information that is like their weaknesses and things like that in our threads until my muse reveals them or it is revealed in a thread, I class this as meta rping/writing/gaming?? and it’s no fun???

8.) I’m okay with multiple writing styles, I don’t have the need for anyone to match my length in replies, I know I can get lengthy at times, but as long as it’s more than one sentence or is appropriate for the type of thread we are writing together, because sometimes even I just want to do shorter threads, though I do prefer more written and longer ones.

9.) I’m more into story driven threads, ones that develop my muses and yours hopefully, ones that develop a chemistry and relationship between them. These are the kinds of threads I prefer.

10.) I’m open to all plots and relationships, just come hit me up and let’s see what we can come up with!!!

11.) For shipping I am a shipper of chemistry, I am here for the development. But if you feel like our muses are beginning to develop something, please message me and we can talk. I am always up for shippy things and all relationships, I prefer them to be developed and chemistry based. I will not force anything onto anyone if they feel like something isn’t there.

12.) I’m no biggie on spelling, grammar is also not too much of an issue, but a clear grammar is preferred. As long as I can read and understand it for a reply we are good. If I am having trouble I will ask you to clarify.

13.) When sending in an ask, please specify a muse, one thing on my anxiety is when I get an ask without some specifying, sometimes I will throw someone randomly if I can but if not I get anxious about it, so unless you state one or that its for any muse I will not answer it, unless I know you & muse or muses well enough to know who it’s from or I have come and asked you to clear up who it was for.

14.) OOC =/= IC. I will not tone down my muses for anyone, but I don’t agree with their morals and choices all the time. OOC is not the same as IC.

15.) I have a habit of forgetting to reply to threads, if it’s been more than a week since I have replied, give me a poke. I may have forgotten or lost muse, this doesn’t mean we can start more threads and get back to it.

1.) Hey everyone, my name is Klemmie! I am nonbinary & my pronouns are they/them or she/her, I prefer they/them though! I am of age at 29 years old and have been RPing since about 2010, over a whole decade! Due to my age there might be NSFW on this blog at times but it will always be under a read more and tagged. On this subject, most muses are of age or have a verse where they are, please be aware of this and all main verse ages for my muses are on their bios on the character page.

2.) I am working a job which I usually only have a couple days off in the week and most evenings free. However activity and replies may be slow or low due to the nature of this being a multi-muse blog and my energy levels on any day. I will do my best to pop in at least once or twice a week with the intentions of queuing up any replies that I owe and once in a blue moon do I reply quickly and without queuing. But just to make everyone aware that this is how this blog operates!

We are also Crossover-friendly here! I love mashing up fandoms and seeing what happens!

Here's a hopefully innocuous question for all the folks out there who comment under these confessions coming from someone who runs a meme resource blog: Why do non-roleplay blogs constantly reblog sentence starter memes? It's something I've been wondering about for the last couple of years now. I don't mind that what I make is getting some traction in some way, shape, or form, but I make what I make in the hopes that it gets shared around roleplay circles and engaged with by other roleplayers – for roleplayers to have things to send each other and to have fun in this hobby. But the bulk of what I make often gets shared moreso by people who aren't even remotely involved in roleplay. I've been told by friends that maybe they're just reblogging them on personals to reblog later on their roleplay blogs, but seeing my activity, that definitely isn't the case. I also get that some people may have their neurodivergent obsessions and they pick up on any little thing they can find that brings them joy, even if it is just a random list of quotes, but I can't reconcile the peculiarity of it with myself. Not that I'm going to go screaming from the rooftops to NOT use my resources unless it's for roleplay, but still.

He's outdone himself; This hurts much more than it did last time, and Khan supposes it will only become worse every time he's lead back into that room - brought there for research purposes, as that Admiral dares to call the procedures done to him.

The audacity of naming his fun little experiments such almost makes Khan laugh, somewhere inside himself; All he can do is cough, however, which makes his head hurt so much he thinks he's going to cough up his own stomach, which thankfully does not happen.

There's just blood dripping from his bottom lip - some comes from somewhere inside his mouth, perhaps deeper than that, while the rest escapes him in a steady trickle from both of his flared nostrils.

"---I am okay.", is what he says, standing on his two feet as their gazes meet. Vega, who's been waiting within their cell, is still here - and as much as Khan wished she wouldn't be, but being free instead, her sight eases his mind. He's thankful to have her, to have someone who can relate, even if it means she has to suffer through the same shit.

He will kill him, one day. With his own, bare hands. Smash his skull with his palms, slowly so, while making him scream and cry for his own mother as the pain of bone being squashed infiltrates the whole of his cursed, disgusting existence.

Khan swallows, then spits dark red saliva onto the floor; He makes a few more steps, just needs to reach his cot where he can take a seat. It's not too far, just a bit further---

She catches him before his leg gives out completely; Vega is strong, she can hold his sudden weight, and sometimes Khan just forgets about how powerful she actually is.

"I can---" he starts. I can do it, is what he wants to say. Yet his sentence doesn't get finished, interrupted by him biting his own bottom lip, his face scrunched up in a wave of pain that crashes through his being. They make it, somehow end up at the other side of the room where he finally sits, taking weight off of his feet with another breath that escapes him a bit more forceful than he would like it to.

His chest hurts, so do his legs - and his brain. Tissue that's not supposed to hurt, as it does not hold any pain receptors; But it's different for his kind, the ones who possess a powerful mind that Marcus wants to explore with an eagerness that won't make him refrain from using questionable methods.

Blinking, Khan looks up, lifts his head to meet his companion's gaze. He simply gazes at her, his eyes saying "Thank you" without him needing to voice those words out loud.

"---One day.", is what he croaks, voice rattling within his throat. "---One day, It will all come to an end."

Marcus needs to die - and he will. One day.
