oh yeah also almost forgot to post that one year ago today i moved out of utah. i went from constantly tired and 8ody Hurts Randomly All The Time and Gets New Minor Illnesses Monthly and Starting to get heart issues to like... i've only gotten sick once since i moved out. any pain i get is just from workin lots. ive gained TWENTY POUNDS(!!!) pro8a8ly more since i moved out (REALLY GOOD). i finally have irl friends :) and we go out shopping or to eat at least once a w33k, every other w33k X) literally every8ody in my store that i talk to loves me and is happy to s33 me and gives me compliments :D i kinda cant express how huge a deal it is for me to 8e a8le to Go Outside and TALK TO PEOPLE nevertheless MAKE FRIENDS WITH THEM!!! 8ut god this was kinda all i ever wanted? this was like the 8aseline thing? people are just as nice as i thought they'd 8e and my parents were wrong X) i am way more lova8le than anticip8ed even if i do get confused easy and am slow at some things people still WANT me there :D i have my own money now and can do whatever i want with it and i have :) a lot... in savings and i plan to learn to drive this year and move out next year or so!

On my needs begging you to expand on the godhood and religion of the No Venom universe

Hey anonim asker. Do you feel well marinated? Did you wait a while? (I forgor to finish it up for two weeks lmao)

Godhood in No Venom is based loosely on my og story religion! Therefore it's bit beefier and under the cut :D

Also, warning, this post got SO CHAOTIC. Read on your own risk

Okay before anyone judges, I was lazy and drew the symbols with my notes app, with finger haha

So!

Divinity in No Venom belongs to a handful of entities who create a very moody pantheon. The strength they possess is determined by their following and by the country they're tied up with (except Mumza but her whole deal is spoiler reasons so for now shhh)

each god "belongs" to a country- Kristin, Lady Death, belongs to the Antartic Empire

XD belongs to Essempi

Prime Belongs to Lmanburg

Golden Totem belongs to Las Nevadas

And Time Lord, who is temporarily inactive belonged to Kinoko

Why is it important? Gods are tied to the dealings between countries. This means that the bigger the country, the better fun they can have BUT also can be very dangerous to them if said country stops existing

Kinoko and Time Lord are current examples. Because Kinoko is not their own country but merely a province to the Empire, Time Lord is currently inactive- somewhere between a coma and falling from godhood temporarily

In og story, after Kinoko gained a status of the independent Kingdom, Time Lord was reawakened and pretty happy with the turn of the events

But both Totem and Prime got struck into coma instead (Las Nevadas was overtaken by Essempi and Lmanburg became Empire's province)

Mumza controls everyone, and would control everyone, regardles if Empire existed or no but she likes the extra boost of power

Each country has its own god and their religion is centered around said god- to the point where its NOT ALLOWED to have temples of another god in your country.

You can have shrines and leave offerings in the general temple but you cannot outshine the god of your country by a temple of another god!

Domains of the gods!

Lady Death deals with souls of the dead, rebirth, [spoilers] and [MEGA SPOILERS]. She's a patron of crows, avian hybrids, cats, phantom hybrids and enderman hybrids

XD is a god of domination, connection and magic, more soecifically magic creation. He's a patron of oxes, horses, bovine hybrids and sheep hybrids.

Golden Totem is a god of greed, drive, ambition and shares dominion with Prime over riches. He is a patron of scarabs, ants, sharks, cat hybrids, bug hybrids and structure hybrids (for example, totem hybrids- anything thats not animal hybrid)

Prime is a goddess of chance, trickery, good fortune, riches and astrology. She is a patron of foxes, snakes, deer, snake hybrids, nether hybrids and humans

Time Lord is a god of time, dreams, stories and phophecies. They are patron to slime hybrids, creeper hybrids, moths, sheep and rats

Each god "holds" onto the dead of their country for a bit before they are forced to give them up to Lady Death who holds them and later repurposes their souls for new lives or [VERY LOUD SOUNDS OF SPOILERS]

Also, fun fact for the fic, Lmanburg cannot grieve. Its not allowed to grieve in a normal manner.

Their whole deal is seeking chances and happiness and good fortune. They do not show their grief outside and people generally dont say stuff like "im sorry for your loss", they say "Let them dance with Prime and Prime repay you" :3

Each god has 2 holy symbols as well

For Lady Death it's the classic angry hardcore heart

And a cheaper version for the masses, three shards- those are usually used in the temples as chimes

XD has the eye of ender (sometimes swapped with ender eye)

And cheaper, an x scratched onto any item that is dear to the person (Knight Dream has tiny x scratched onto his mask for example)

Totems symbol is a golden pyramid

and, the budget version is any coin attached to a chain!

Prime, as a goddess who is said was born of stars, has a star with divots made. Idk how to explain, basically this star:

cheap version is this pentagon because if you pushed the sides so they curved, you would basically get the star

And lastly, Time Lord has an hourglass. To show if you will have good or bad time or what period of your life you are, you flip it so the sand inside flows down or keep it down (dripping sand=good, still sand=bad. People would get concerned and will attempt to flip someones hourglass if they notice it still)

And "cheaper" version is tree symbol. Thankfully, it can just be a little bit of a branch but some people are really nitpicky about it

My very first anime I watched with the actual knowledge of what anime even was. Shout-out to my big bro for getting me into it when I was 10. Helped me make one of my very best friends to this day and I have such fond memories of this anime. 💗

2 House MD

My favorite medical drama to watch! Some episodes had me thinking 'I can't believe my mom was okay with me watching this show' 😆 I still remember so many episodes vividly and I really want to re-watch it all again now that I'm an adult XD

3 Chrono Crusade

Oh lord the things this show did to my teenage brain 💗 I shit you not I would finish this series and then REWATCH IT ALL OVER AGAIN ON THE SAME DAY, I was hardcore obsessed with this show!! Permanently altered my brain chemistry, and unfortunately in the process I watched it so much I ruined it for my older brother 😂😂 To this date this show has one of the most powerful shows of intensity coupled with the most bittersweet ending I have ever seen 😭 Like literally, hmu about this show because there's no one else I know that even KNOWS what this show is and I am always down to talk about this one any time!! (This gif of Chrono was too cute not to use!!)

4 Tiger & Bunny

This show. These two. Holy shit. 💯 they've definitely altered my brain waves too XD This show has some of the most dynamic characterization, design and storytelling I've seen in a long time! I definitely got into it later in life but I'd say I got into it at just the right time. An anime about the nitty gritty of superhero life specifically made with adult audiences in mind 💚

5 Code Lyoko

I was obsessed with this show when it first launched on cartoon network! A unique blend of 2D and 3D animation with all kinds of dangers and hijinks. The 3D is definitely a little aged but I think it still holds up well for a show made in '03. Me and my brother used to quote this show all the time and giggle over the dumb jokes so much that my mom dropped the rule of needing to be excused from the dinner table for reasons I can't remember XD Shout-out to Odd for being my first introduction to a cat-like person with his 3D model 💜

6 Case Closed / Detective Conan

Murder mystery anime for the win!! Still ongoing even after 28 years of airing 💯 I'm going through and trying to complete an entire series watch!I didn't get into this one until 2011 with the 6th movie (they played it at our library's local anime club meeting) and only watched the dub until recently, but at least I have a lot to watch! 💚

7 Xiaolin Showdown

I loved this cartoon! Fun, exciting, well rounded characters and villains, amazing plots and fun times all around! I remember they even had a contest for this show to design your own weapon that would be later added into the show! Jack Spicer is a hilarious villain and shout-out to Chase Young for being my first fictional crush ever 💚

8 Pokemon

Raichu my beloved!!! 💚💚Aside from Raichu, I loved this show growing up. Ash was such a fun and likeable protagonist for me as a kid and heck this show is even the reason why I have my irl nickname in the first place. I legit teared up when Ash was finally no longer the main protagonist of the series anymore lol!

9 Avatar: The Last Airbender

Ironically, we did not have cable at the time this show was at the height of it's popularity, so I was only able to watch it when my parents took me and my brother over to our friends house. (Our parents were friends so naturally all us kids were friends too!) But we would all get super excited when this show was on, especially if the episode was new! I think we used to pretend to be the characters? XD And I remember the eldest sister of our friends came by one day with avatar fruit snacks for us all, it was awesome 💯💚 Zuko still has one of the best redemption arcs I've seen in a show 👌

10 Tsubasa: Reservoir Chronicles

A middle school favorite!! For months I wanted everyone in school to call me Sakura 😅 Still have my DVDs and a few manga books for this series. Loved it a ton even if the anime itself never did wrap up the story completely. The OVAs were bad-ass though, and a lot of the OST is still downloaded to my ipod 💯 (Yes I still use an ipod in 2024 lmao) (Looks familiar? The Manga artists of Cardcaptor Sakura, Magic Knight Rayearth, and Chobits also made this one - CLAMP!)

Holy fuck this took way longer to pull together than I thought it would! I think I spent over an hour?? XD But it was super fun anyway!! I will see if these cool cats would also like to do this one! (I can't think of 10 sorry! XD)

Just finished re-reading your fic Switcheroo, and I love it so much. Thus, I offer you the suggestion of young!Tim getting his version of young justice and the extended batfam to help him kidnap his alternate self, if only for a little while to give him a vacation, mayhaps involving yj meeting their alternates, littlest brother acquisition, and fucking with Gotham's rogues

Bruce would definitely be like: “Tim! I told you not without an adult!”

Tim: “Red Tornado was there!!”

Red Tornado, who thought he was just taking the kids for ice cream and did not expect to suddenly find himself part of a kidnapping plot: 😔

I’ve always kind of wanted, if I do write a follow up, to include Klarion in some way, because I really liked Klarion’s interactions with Young Justice (pretty sure they just straight up threatened to kill his cat if he didn’t turn everything back to normal, which was the only successful way to actually get Klarion to turn everythinf back to normal) but I can imagine that the Young Justice kids would be super down to help Tim kidnap and alternate dimension version of himself.

There would definitely be littlest brother acquisition! Both Tims have no idea how to hold a baby, but neither do most of the other Young Justice kids, so they just give Damian to Red Tornado or Cissie. (I’m petty sure, but not positive, that Cissie was used to babysitting in the series, but I may be wrong) The mental image I have of Tim, Cassie, Bart, and Kon all pondering over how to pick up a baby is really funny XD They get into an argument about it… Tim and Kon nearly start punching each other… Bart and Cassie panic and try to convince older Tim to help but he just watches and sighs wistfully and says “Those were the days… I should punch Connor when I get back, just for old time’s sake.”

And fucking with Gotham rogues would be really fun to write. I’ve always imagined a scene where older Jason Robin is out and finds a Rogue, only for a slightly smaller shadow to slip out from behind him. The Rogue doesn’t panic, they’ve become a bit more used to this trick, it won’t fool them again- holy shit a third one??? (A third shadow slips out from beneath the second shadow’s cover, and one can just barely glimpse, in the alleyway only just lit by a streetlamp at the opposite end of it, the glint of teeth in the sharp smile on the third shadow’s face) It would be really fun to write :D

I should probably write the sequel… but first I have to reread nineties Young Justice and the Red Robin run and I’ll read through some Batman comics and I love reading Teen Titans comics and- <— This is why it’s been so long, I’m so sorry to everyone who thought I was quick 🫡

SO if you follow me or follow any my ebro buddies (@yoggybloggy @ghostingbrightly @timesnewfishcat @bitchyfog @alanahsart-blog i think are the ones who have been posted related stuff on tumblr??) you might have noticed #magical girl knights or #mgk or #mgk paragons or just an abundance of #knights and that's totally on us for not agreeing on a tag for it!! personally i use #mgk paragons bc it's the one that seems to be most tumblr tag search friendly.

Basically the premise is magical girls... medieval times and also magical knights!! Girls (gnt) are cosmically chosen or had found their way into becoming Paragons... Supernaturally magically powered knights! It's so fun because knights and mahou shoujo are two concepts that share so much similarities, like having an alter ego, soul crushing sense of duty, wearing cool outfits to fight evil protect the good etc...

The playing ground is pretty big, cuz it's a sliding scale from knightly responsibilities (loyalty to lords! catholicism! squires and horses!) to mahou shoujo tropes (character specific colors and associated powers! magical transformation! power of friendship!), we're still working through lore specifics, but we've already are so attached to these characters XD

It'd be sooo hard to list all the existing characters so I'll just briefly explain a couple that's floating about, and if any ebro member would like to elaborate go ahead!!! :,]

1. Are you named after anyone? My first name, Cristine, comes from Cristo — Jesus Christ, if you will. My father's and oldest brother's names have the same root, so you could say I was named after them as well. My second name, Maria, in turn, is a homage to Holy Mary. God bless my latino parents.

2. When was the last time you cried? I really don't remember :/ I'm very much a person prone to anger, but not crying; and that's definitely an issue I have to work out.

3. Do you have kids ? No, I don't. I'm not even sure whether I would be a good mother, as I'm admitedly not a very nurturing person.

But it's still cute. I don't know how this anon got the idea that 'vermin' aren't cute. They're still cute animals - and in America they're a huge problem! These two things can co-exist. Ted Bundy was a despicable, but attractive, murderer. So are these lil guys that I've grown to just call 'murder birds' when I see them out at my feeder. Besides, what does anon think that not showing pictures of them will do? Do they expect the average person to go out and hunt down invasive birds? It's sad, what that do to native species in the US, (I even joke about them being little British colonizers xD) - but I'm not qualified to do anything about it... so I'll just enjoy harmless pictures of incredibly cute 'vermin'. (Plus, like many said in the comments - hilarious to assume everyone is in the US. These birds are native to other places, and the internet is home to everyone, everywhere. Since someone is openly denying factual information (what a world, where a 3 second google search to separate fact from fiction is too hard for some people) about cats as an invasive species in the comments, and I'm educated enough on cats to talk on the subject, so I'll go off about that below the cut, in case you just want to stare at these adorable 'vermin' birds.

Since it was mentioned in OP's post, and someone in the notes is too in love with cats to understand what an invasive species they are all over the world (part of loving a creature is acknowledging its faults! Human or not! You're hurting them by not learning about them!) - reminder to spay/neuter you cats as well, and keep them indoors for both their safety, and that of local wildlife/bird populations all over the world! Cats are wildly invasive, kill for fun, and kill many creatures each hunt - only for a majority of the kills to ultimately go to waste! They tried to compare this to dogs killing for fun, since they refuse to read a scientific article about it, but people let cats roam. They do not and can not let dogs roam. It's quite literally against the law, everywhere that I've been in the States. No one talks about dogs bringing back dead animals like cats do, either, because they are fundamentally different animals... and dogs don't kill for fun, unless taught to, generally (and people, you know, don't generally let them kill!). They're kept in the house or on a leash or in a fenced yard. Cats go where they please, because so many people allow them to - and then they kill indiscriminately - that's just who they are.

So be the parent! Tell them no. Supervise outside time, or take them on leashed walks. I have a covered playpen that lets mine watch birds in the feeder nearby without hurting any, and my vet celebrated the idea! It let's them get close to birds and simulate hunting without hurting anyone at all! Part of loving a creature is learning about it, and accepting both the good and bad qualities... and since this is what brings cats joy? It's up to us to redirect that harmful play impulse into something non-harmful to them or the environment.

The first step to fixing a problem is acknowledging it, however - and cats are an invasive species all around the world. We, as a species, loved them so much, and found them so useful, that we took them everywhere... and they thrived alongside us! So it's on us to make sure we don't cause more harm than good, now.

If you don't educate yourself about your beloved pet, do you really love them? And if you openly deny facts about them, at that... you are an active danger to them, and the world around them that you're allowing them to do harm to that we might not be able to fix. A responsible pet owner is an educated/ informed one.

Now for the cat tax!

why do you keep reposting invasive species like house sparrows and starlings? I love your blog, but am getting exhausted with always seeing invasives. You should already know that they don't belong here and need to be eradicated. They aren't "cute", they're vermin. I guess declining native species means nothing to you?

i mean you could ask the same of any blog that posts about domestic cats. do they not care about native species because they like cats? invasive birds also have native ranges…not everyone is US based and they didn’t spawn in as invasives, we created the problem. im not ‘pro’ invasive species (i support humane control methods) but im not against them existing as a whole either. you wouldn’t complain about someone drawing a lionfish because they are invasive; animals do not exist with a concept of being good or evil, they’re ultimately neutral beings and it’s not their fault we put them in non-native ranges where they thrive

All of this is keeping in mind I've only been "in" to Cats for the past three years, and I've actually seen a limited number of productions.

Favorite just has to be Vienna Revival. Not to say other past productions haven't been as amazing, but this is the one I saw in the theater and am most attached to. The amazing cast. The beautiful theatre. The teeny tiny stage which squished everyone together. The incredible interaction between all the cats. The gorgeous makeup and costuming. I will never ever ever ever ever be over Vienna. I mourn everyday for its closing 😭

I don't need to say that Pekes & Pollicles will henceforth be put back in it's proper place as *Munkustrap's Song* and the cutest, silliest moment on the musical. I will never ever ever forgive RUG for dumping it and creating that unholy mishmash of P&P with Growltiger than does a disservice to both.

Overhaul Growltiger put keep the panto pirates and let the crew be part of the action! Growltiger is *enormously* important. What the people who crudely substituted P&P for it seem to have completely missed (I have no idea how), is that Growltiger is a FLASHBACK. It's a silly fun pantomime with the Cats playing "characters" in Gus's mind. When the scene ends Gus is left alone, reliving a scene and seeing an audience that no one else can. It's sad moment full of pathos. When Gus slowly walks off stage it's with the cats that love him mourning his loss. Which is WHYYY they call for Skimbleshanks because Skimbleshanks cheers everyone up!

Find all the cats alums, especially those that worked with Gillian, and get their opinions, thoughts, and expertise worked into the productions. Pay and treat them well enough that you get experienced Cats back on stage teaching the younger ones

Do I even have to say keeping Gillian's choreo?? Also bring back the entire Ball including British Airways.

Bring back the swings and stop cutting Electra and George and Etcetera

Round theater or thrust stage!

Get rid of NuGriz and bring back the original

Discovering Cats!

So I grew up in the 80s and 90s and Cats was absolutely everywhere in popular culture. But the only time I actually saw the production was when I was quite little (probably around 4 or 5 years old). I have a vivid memory of the cats creeping along the theater and hanging over the balconies. I thought it amazing but mostly I thought it was terrifying and I *really* didn't like the makeup or costumes because I didn't think they looked like cats!

Scoot forward to 2019 when I put the Movie on for a lark and then about 15 minutes in decided I need to see the stage musical - since I couldn't remember enough about it.

And holy COW was I blown away!!! My background is more in dance than anything else, and M&R was the first number I watched. After that it was Old Deuteronomy and that's when I realized that Cats was about Dancing and the music for Old D was so beautiful that I ditched watching the movie and found 1998 instead. Fell for Munkustrap and Tugger immediately and went searching for fanfiction XD I'll say from the moment I watched Cats I never got any sense that any of them were "related". The idea of brothers or mates or sisters or Dad or whatever really didn't factor in. They were just actual cats all thrown in together. So I really consider all the extra stuff just fanon.

Ok so… imagine a enemy decides to wearing the sins by turning them all into kids. Now, if the sins only three are unaffected. Merlin, King, and Gowther. Mainly cuz all of them are more or less ageless in some capacity or already kids. The other sins have no memories about being anything but children, they don’t know each other, they just woke up in some random human kingdom. Diane and Elizabeth immediately start making flower crowns together, Ban stole Hawk’s food bowl, Escanor cries, and it took an hour before anyone found Meliodas because he was clinging to the rafters in the darkest corner he could get and was spitting and hissjng like a cat at anyone who came close. Ages are

Diane: 9 (in giant years)

Elizabeth: 6

Ban: 8

Meliodas: 5 (in demon years)

Escanor: 12

Meliodas looks very different as a toddler because demons can’t control their darkness very well so he’s basically walking around in all fours with clawed hands and feet like a mini Assualt Mode Meliodas and has a pair of wings on his back. One eye is green and the other is black. He is very much the most aggressive and feral of the children due to the abuse the DK put him through making him believe he has to be “mean” or else he’ll get in trouble. Ban immediately adopts him.

Meliodas had to be picked from the rafters by Gil, because he was the only one brave enough. Anyone else who tried got swiped very badly, and even has a child he’s ridiculously strong (remember that one manga cover? Actually, that was probably what you were thinking about when you sent this ask XD ) And Mel immediately jumped Gils hands and floated down, flapping his wings, then hid somewhere else.

Or he would have, when he ran face first into Ban, who just got away from Hawk with his haul. Mel hisses, very much looking like a cat, and Ban hisses back. Then laughs because “this one is fun!” and offers him some of his haul. Mel goes for the meat in an instant, and while he’s distracted with that, Ban picks him up. Mel swallows what he has and then swipes at Ban to let him go. Ban drops him and Mel runs off, Ban follows.

Everyone chases after Ban and Mel, because holy fuck, they cannot let a tiny thief and a demon child walk around with no supervision, what if someone tries to pick Mel up and gets mauled-

Baltra lowkey cries, both out of distress but also because his youngest is a child again and that’s just too adorable. Eli gives him one of her flower crowns, and Escanor also gets one (Eli or Diane) and it calms him down a little.

Ban is caught easily enough, but Mel is way trickier, because he has no issues with going up walls. He’s in one place one moment and the next he could out the window and climbing up the outside castle walls for all he knows! In the end, it takes the knight trio and Merlin to track him down. Merlin has to pick him up with her magic, because he swipes at everyone, and Gowther uses his blackout arrow to get him to sleep for safe transport. When he’s asleep, his darkness also calms down a little, looking just a tiny bit less sharp, and he’s so adorable that everyone coos at his sleeping form.

Diane gets really attached to Kink, who also has to control himself like Baltra. His love is tiny and cute, and while she doesn’t remember him, his heart still can’t take all this cuteness.

i probably shouldn't be showing this and keep it a part of my private life, but have ya'll heard of Miitopia? No? Great. Then this will be worse, have fun listening to my... thingies !

If you own a Switch i REALLY recommend getting the game, you could literally make your cousin fight your cat if you wanted to, you create the characters of the entire game and the gameplay style is REALLY fun.

In my case, well, i have two teams: the main gang of this blog and a Greek heroes gang. i apologize for the randomness. Also money doesn't grow on trees and therefore i don't have a way to post the direct screenshots from the game, so i apologize for the bad quality since you can't see very well the details and the effort i put onto them. Cries.

THE GANG !

Apollo is a mage! ( come on, it fits him ) He has a little drawing of the Sun around his left eye and loves shiny things !

Artemis is an archer ! ( well, an elf, actually, since only that class allows said unit to use a bow ) You know all the times she's represented with a moon around her head? Well, she has one on her forehead and the bow she's actually using is called a Moon Bow.

Hermes is a warrior ! ( i WAS gonna make him a thief, but it was a weaker class and for me Hermes is strong as hell, but with a good heart ) He has freckles messy hair and i love his armor. Can't say the same about the sword, but out of all of them, it's the one that fits him the most, so here we are.

Dionysus is a chef ! ( because him slapping enemies with a frying pan is pretty neat, it's something he would do ) i wanted his hair to be longer, but it was very similar to Apollo's, so he ended up like this. His frying pan is purple because who doesn't associate Dionysus with purple. ( no it's not because of the grapes )

Now, the second team, THE HEROES !

i don't think i ever got to say who were my favourites... so here they are xD

Odysseus is a scientist ! ( he WOULD be one if he could ) He throws a literal black whole onto enemies and the jar he uses is the closest thing i could find to a vase, or an amphora- yeh.

Medea is a mage ! ( like Apollo, but what else was she gonna be? A cat? ) For some reason i made her blonde, she's... NEVER depicted as such, if i'm aware. i apologize for that.

Atalanta is a warrior ! ( LIKE HERMES I KNOW but what else could she be? A tank? ) Again she's never depicted as blonde, as long as i know. And even worse, who wore twintails back in those times? No one. But here she is. Being something. i was trying really bad to be creative.

Perseus is a thief ! ( THANKS i'm aware this should have been Hermes' class, it's just very weak and not that useful, as i said ) He has freckles just like Hermes, because i thought that was nice. i also love his clothes.

Some shenanigans that happened in the game:

The main bosses were Cronous and Chaos using Rhea's face. And believe me, that was pretty funny to watch.

Apollo cooked something for Hermes, but apparently he got the sugar and salt wrong and it didn't end well.

Odysseus and Medea were on that boat, but Odysseus started doing acrobatics for some reason and fell. Medea didn't feel like rescuing him, apparently.

Dionysus and his mom, Persephone ! Her hair strands aren't white, they're a more light purple, it's the camera dskdjkdf

Also, yeh, they have a horse. i named him Pegasus like the one we know, his bestie is Perseus and he only shows his wings with Apollo because no one else can imitate Zeus' fury and start throwing lighting towards the enemies except him. No, that's- for real. He does that. Also he has horns because... Horns !

Persephone's eyes are really pretty and i wanted to show them too

The story of this picture is Dionysus holding a very, VERY big gurdge towards Apollo, to the point were he didn't want to attack the enemies ( Achilles moment? Kind off ) and Hermes had to, literally, slap him in order for him to stop behaving like that.

He still didn't forgive Apollo until THREE days had passed. Holy.

I decided to follow in @thotinshield's footsteps and post what I would like to/plan to work on over 2022. If there are any fics that you are particularly interested in, please let me know! It may give me more motivation and inspiration, rather than bouncing around aimlessly XD

Below I will list out current WIPs (this includes multichapters that have been posted, as well as one-shots I've started but haven't posted).

First up is my behemoth of a multichapter:

I'll Die to Care for You | E | 20/40 | Canon-verse, time traveling!Thorin, two quests for the price of one, slow burn

His gaze landed on Mahal's eyes once more. "You did your best, Thorin." It was tempting to look away; he wanted to deny that with everything he had. It certainly didn't feel as though falling into Gold Sickness and then dying was doing his best. Mahal smirked, as though he knew Thorin's desire to contradict him, and pinched his cheek before walking over to a table. "Aye, I didn't think you would believe me. I'm not lying, it certainly could have gone better. More according to my plan, but I know you really did try."

"Your plan?" He didn't know if he should ask, really. Knowing that his Maker had set a course for him, he didn't want to think about the ways he had done everything wrong. There were too many examples of mistakes in his long life, too many opportunities that he had missed that had probably been planned for him from the beginning.

Mahal feels like Thorin fucked up his legacy and gives him a do over.

I have been slowly plugging away at this, and wrote the next five chapters for NaNoWriMo before losing inspiration. Those chapters probably need to be edited heavily before posting, but I would like to do that sometime this year, as well as maybe get past the Erebor part altogether.

Stories that have been started:

Amrâgu Lukhûd | T? - Part of my Dwarrow Holidays series, where Bilbo tries to learn more about the dwarrow holidays and celebrates them with Thorin to help Thorin feel more at home while they reshire ;) Based somewhat off Hanukkah, and includes the origin story as well as snapshots from each of the eight days.

Bottomfeeder | E - That is not the official title. Falls in my Pippin x Gandalf universe, though is a prequel to I Can Make it Holy. In Lothlorien, Merry and Pippin approach Boromir as a way to distract them all from the loss they've just suffered.

Feel You Out, Feel You In | E - Bilbo wakes up early to bind Thorin to the bed for a day of taking his pleasure and punishing Thorin for being an ass at a meeting. Includes bondage, orgasm denial, and creampie!

I Can Make it Special | E - The sequel to I Can Make it Holy! This takes place a short time after the Ring is destroyed, and is some angsty smut. Essentially, Pippin knows that Gandalf won't be staying in Middle Earth for long now that his purpose is fulfilled, and is some tender goodbye sex.

Kiss Me in a Way That Makes Me Wanna Fall on My Knees | E - My marathon sex/creampie fic! Thorin uses a buttplug to keep Bilbo ready, as well as keep his cum inside Bilbo, and both of them spend the day finding time to go to the other for another round of sex.

Writing Prompt | T? - This is a prompt I got FOREVER ago from @sunnyrosewritesstuff that I never got around to writing, but have saved because I thought it was cute. Bagginshield (of course), and the prompt is one character distracting the other from completing work with kisses. Should be pretty fluffy!

Ideas that have not been started:

Cat!AU - I've seen this a bit, where Bilbo gets turned into a cat. I think they're so cute and fun, and I had the idea to write one taking place after the BOTFA (of course, the Durins live) so that he could see everyone's reactions to him being missing, but he also gets to comfort Thorin. Plus, typical cat hijinks and fluff!

Sukkot Fic - Would be in Dwarrow Holidays as well, based off Sukkot. Thorin would explain what the Sukkot holiday (I need to come up with a name for it) means to Bilbo and they would celebrate in Bag End's gardens. The holiday would be somewhat new, developed once the refugees from Erebor settled in the Blue Mountains, and would help them remember their wandering years.

Oh I have been looking FORWARD to this!!!

Excellent in media res opening, you get us into Fu's insecurities & head-space so smoothly and his ensuing logic, along with setting up Trixx's gambit which I am super curious about to say the least!

As before, more excellent in media res, flashbacks are hard to use but you set it up so smoothly without disrupting the frantic nature of the fight or how off balance Marinette is without a partner this early in her career. It makes sense Marinette's just been low key happy but also not noticing Chloe's absence from her life and is only keying in now, the little details are nice touches as Marinette is a very detail oriented person but one with a heavy reliance on her gut.  Chloe's continuing meltdown outside of the façade Purrge allows her to keep up came off really well, the "I know, I suck!" aspect was especially telling, I like Bustier making an effort though clearly being out of her depth given the circumstances. Also gosh, Chloe hissing XD

Adrien: So the Cat Miraculous does make us behave more like cats! Plagg: No, no I do not, don't pin this on me kid. Chloe: (Climbing to the highest place to hiss at people more)

Also nice to see the rest of the class showing some agency and activity on their own without prompting from the MCs, and that whole bit with Marinette nominating Alya only to realize Alya wasn't gonna nominate her was great, I loved their dialogue exchange they are so witty and fun and oooh the confused ball of Adrien feelings, I love it!

Solid break out from the flashback too, and a very smooth introduction with Fu, I love her not realizing his age due to the Miraculous mask effect and his dialogue. I dunno, I just really like how you write his manner of speech. Also more Adrien feels! Fu's method of just leaving Miraculous with people who's vibes are right may come back to bite him XD

"That which was not known could not be pursued, much less caught."

As before I love the distinct manner in which he comes off with, everyone has their own voices, but Fu's is perhaps the most distinct which makes sense given his age and life experience. Sewer Hat Boy, another victim of the Miraculous mask effect and I love the manner in which Chloe is described, very much feels like a feline in human form. The fight itself was awesome, Fu's general nervousness really did not serve him well (Overall) in this fight, constantly over-thinking and fretting and then losing himself in a flashback while Chloe's turned off everything but fight mode. The swapping of the Cataclysm was an inspired idea and gods:

“Five minutes left to show you just how big of a mistake you’ve made.”

Is such a badass line and mental image!!!

Great intro with Adrien's scene, smoothly setting up Nino's upcoming presence and I love the Marinette ramble slipping out as Ladybug! Also gosh his minimal self worth and wow, thinking he can get the Black Cat back even without a Miraculous of his own, optimism bordering on delusion there I'm afraid.

Very swift intro with the Snake and Aspik, it makes sense to skip it even if I was curious, also love Marinette oscillating between her LB person and Marinette vibes. Also oh dear, he went with the bald cap again and aaaah you fools why did you separate, that didn't work out last time now did it!?

Holy fuck that was brutal, easily her most heartbreaking Adrien chapter, this whole experience is borderline cosmic horror in terms of vibes as a thousand truths overlay and his perceptions crumble, heavy stuff! "Would that have been what made her give it back?" That is still your focus my boi?!

Nino is such a ride or die guy, I love him, great sensation work for Adrien and oooh setting up a future conversation that I really wanna see!

& Trixx is here, to make us all cheer, because oh so many questions now rear! I lost the rhyming scheme but suffice to say excellent lead out location, loved all of this!

Crossing Blades

The warning continued to blare on the ancient radio. It almost overrode the sounds of panic coming through the thin windows and walls of the backroom apartment. Wang Fu paced like a caged animal, twisting the bracelet on his wrist over and over. Beside him Wayzz hung in the air, concerned but silent.

Master Fu stopped in place, eyes narrowed at some unseen ghosts of the past, or future. “I must act. Wayzz, shell on!”

In a flash of green, casual clothing was replaced with armor and mask. Jade Turtle stepped up to the gramophone with determination in his manner. Tap, taptap, tap. Out came the miracle box.

Ignoring the two that remained on the top layer, he reached into a side drawer and took out the snake miraculous. He paused only once, turning away with the green band in hand. Is this the correct path? A life of running had not prepared him for a fight.

Without looking back, Jade Turtle closed the miracle box. The snap of the lid renewed his flagging conviction. This was right. He could bring things back under control and set them in balance once more.

If only he had looked back, he might have seen the fox tail necklace judder and bounce. He might have seen it hop from the box and hook itself to the back of his belt. He might have seen the little fox kwami blinking into existence, the culprit behind the jewelry’s odd behavior, then blink out again.

But, he did not.

Ladybug ducked between two buildings. She had no idea if the narrow alleyway was a dead end, she just needed breathing room. Squads of black armored knights marched up and down the streets, attacking anyone caught outside at will. Dark clouds painted the sky, casting everything into deep shadows.

She believed the source to be at city hall, a new akuma -of course- but she needed more to go on. She also needed a partner. She was *this* close to wishing for the Miraculous thief to show up, just to have someone watch her back against the legion of minions this akuma commanded.

To think, this morning had seemed like such a big deal only a few hours ago.

“Good morning everyone. Before we start for today, it’s time to elect your class representative.” Ms. Bustier had spoken in a chipper but uncertain tone. She gestured to Chloé in the front seat, “Chloé, I haven’t heard from Sabrina yet, but can we count on the two of you again this year?”

“What?” a muddled reply came, “No, ugh. I don’t want to be stupid representative anymore. Someone else do it.”

That had brought Marinette out of her own thoughts. Chloé had been weird lately, but Marinette had had her own problems to deal with. However, passing up prestige, not being the bigwig in the room? That was something else entirely. Marinette looked down at the back of Chloé’s head. Was the ponytail frizzed today? There was body language there that felt off, the set of her shoulders wasn’t right. Marinette had gotten good at reading Chloé’s moods in self defense.

Ms. Bustier’s lips made a surprised ‘oh’ and she looked up,”Well does anyone else want to run for the position?”

The kind of absolute silence that can only come from asking for a volunteer echoed back at her.

Ms. Bustier clasped her hands and tried again, “Chloé, why not be representative again this year? You know the most about it. You’re right here at the front of the room too. If things are a bit hectic, I’m sure we can work something out…”

“I said No!” Chloé slammed her palms down on the desk and stood up so fast Sabrina fell off the bench as it moved. “If being at the front means I have to do it, FINE!”

She grabbed her bag and stalked back to the rear of the room. All eyes followed her but no one dared say a word. Rose scooted closer to Juleka. Ivan’s brows lowered as she passed. Nathaniel’s eyes began to widen as she approached his desk.

*Thump* She shoved her bag onto it. Nathaniel’s eyes darted, he seemed paralyzed. Chloé’s face flushed for a moment then she grabbed his sketchbook from the desk.”You sit in the front now!”

The hurled sketchbook opened in mid-flight like a wounded bird, flapping and spinning until it landed on the front desk then skittered off the other side to the floor. Ms. Bustier’s eyes tracked its entire flight. There was one more beat of silence then she looked up.

“Ms. Bourgeois, that is no way to-”

“I know I know. I suck, whatever. Shut up. I’m in the back now, I can’t be the rep. Someone else do it.” Chloé dropped herself onto the bench beside Nathaniel, who fell off the other side, scrambling to escape.

He scuttled down to the front. Ms. Bustier met him and handed him his sketchbook with a gentle, ”Please put this away during the lesson, Nathaniel.” before looking up to the back. “Ms. Bourgeois, see me after class.”

An honest to God hiss was her answer to that.

Ms. Bustier quickly replaced the serene mask she normally wore, “So, it appears the field is indeed wide open. Would no one else like to take the reins and lead our class to the future?”

Alya’s elbow dug lightly into Marinette’s side. “You should do it,” her friend whispered.

Marinette bit her lip. It would be work, more work on top of Ladybug. She didn’t want to let anyone down either. She was always late, even before the miraculous. Surely someone else could do it, right?

“I don’t have time. Why don’t you try it?” Marinette whispered back.

“La-dy Blog,” Alya sing-songed. “Come on, maybe you could get Adrien to be your assistant.”

That sparked a whole ball of feelings. Imagined black cat ears popped into being atop Adrien’s head in Marinette’s mind. Adrien, Cat Noir, a chance to be partners again?

“Mylene!” Alix broke the silence that had settled again.

The redhead gave the girl beside her a friendly shove.

“You’re always into political stuff. Why don’t you do it?”

Mylene smiled for a second before shrinking in her seat. “I umm, don’t know. I’ve never actually been in charge of anything before.”

Alix leaned grinned down at Ms. Bustier, “I nominate Mylene! We can do that, right?”

The relief was clear on the teacher’s face, “Yes! Yes of course, nominations are allowed, though they need to be accepted.”

“Cool. Then that. I nominate. Come on, Mylene. Show us what you got.”

After a look towards Ivan, and another downcast fidget in her seat, Mylene finally nodded.

Marinette sagged with relief. That was taken care-

Alya’s voice, “Well, I nomi-”

A storm of images hit Marinette. Pressure, uncertainty, working with Adrien, not working with Adrien. Mylene working with Adrien, of all the oddball things.

She shot to her feet, “I nominate Alya!”

There was a general classwide blink.

Ms. Bustier nodded, “Alya, would you accept?”

Alya missed a beat, but recovered. “Yeah, sure. That way we get an election, right?” She leaned around Marinette, “We’ll highlight important issues with our speeches, right Mylene?”

Mylene brightened, “Yes, of course!”

There was a general murmur of excitement. Marinette took her seat again, giving Alya a smug look before whispering, “Beat you to it.”

Alya raised an eyebrow. “Girl, I was gonna nominate Adrien. You already said you didn’t want to. I figured it could work the other way too.”

Marinette’s triumphant smile melted into sadness. She slumped face first onto the desk. Alya patted her gently on the back.

“I dunno what about Mr. Modelpants does it for you, but I was trying to help.”

Marinette mumbled against the wood, “You got my vote.” She pushed herself upright and looked down to the row in front of them. “He just seems… nice. I think he deserves a chance.”

Alya’s snort was anything but subtle, “A chance with you, that is quite a reward.”

Marinette went instantly red. “I didn’t- I mean-”

Alya laid a hand on her shoulder, “Relax, girl. I got you.”

“You can speak at my funeral when I die of embarrassment,” Marinette groused.

“I will move the crowds to tears.” Alya nodded solemnly.

Much needed giggles slipped from Marinette’s lips. A sharply cleared throat cut her reply short though.

“Miss Cesaire, you will be ready to deliver your speech in the morning?” Ms. Bustier asked pointedly.

Alya saluted. “Yes Ma’am.”

At the time it had all seemed so important.

Breather over, Ladybug considered her options. She wasn’t even sure where the akuma was. City Hall seemed a good bet. The roving packs of armored warriors were a risk. One on one, she trusted her miraculous enhanced reflexes, but five on one? Ten? She wished for Cat Noir. In a moment of weakness she even felt she would settle for the thief. She needed someone to watch her back. She needed a partner.

A flash of motion -above!- Ladybug lashed out and dodged.

Spang!

Her yo-yo rebounded off the wide-brimmed metal hat of a green glad warrior. “Hold, Ladybug! I am ally, not foe!”

Ladybug kept her yo-yo at the ready. “Ally? Who are you?”

He raised his head, revealing the green mask and a smile. “I am the Guardian of the Miraculous. You may call me Jade Turtle.”

She sized him up quickly. Her height, her age? It was impossible to tell much from behind a mask. He held himself with poise, but also hunched like his namesake, as if awaiting a blow. “Guardian? What is that? Do you know what’s going on?”

He bowed his head a fraction, “I do, and I will share what I can with you once the crisis has passed. I have brought you the means to garner an ally in this battle.”

He unhooked a small box from his belt and opened it. Inside lay an unassuming bracelet of Jade.

“This is the Miraculous of the snake, which holds the power of intuition. It will allow the wearer to loop time, up to five minutes, to find the correct path to victory. Give it to one you trust.”

Adrien. The name popped instantly into Ladybug’s mind. She could have her partner back. She reached for the box but paused. “Will you be fighting with us too?”

Jade Turtle shook his head, “I am here to reclaim what is lost. I expect the black cat will make an appearance, and I will be ready. It is vital the miraculous not fall into the wrong hands.”

Ladybug took the box. Something nagged the back of her mind, but it didn’t translate properly and only, “Are you sure?” left her lips.

Jade Turtle nodded and ran his fingers along the brim of his metal hat. “Yes, almost as sure as I was in choosing you to be Ladybug.”

With that he turned and vaulted up out of the alley to the rooftops.

The box was heavy in Ladybug’s hand as her eyes lingered after the only person with any answers to her questions. Adrien. I can get this to Adrien. No rooftops for me though. I can’t risk being seen and followed.

Ladybug checked the end of the alleyway and then scurried back towards school, and she hoped, an ally.

Jade Turtle moved quickly as possible, keeping to the shadows. Avoiding being seen was still an ingrained habit. That which was not known could not be pursued, much less caught. The city swarmed with units of armored knights marching in formations. They were a concern, but also, he suspected, the perfect bait. His instincts proved correct. Commotion, running soldiers, and sounds of battle drew him to his quarry. 

The new holder of the black cat stood in a swath of carnage. Fallen knights littered the ground like leaves, but there was a lull. Only one knight still stood, sword held robotically en garde against her.

Jade Turtle's eyes scanned the scene quickly. He broke cover, “No! Wait!”

Too late. The black cat moved, slipping the knight's stiff guard and lashing out. Claws tore metal and everything beneath with equal ease. The knight crumpled into the pile.

“You! You! They are being controlled by the akuma! They are innocent people!”

She seemed to register only slowly. Feline disinterest painted across her sharp features. “Who are you supposed to be? Sewer Hat Boy?”

He raised his own guard as he approached. He knew better than to trust the languid curiosity in those mismatched eyes. “My name is unimportant. My purpose is to reclaim the black cat from you. You are not the one destined to hold it.” He directed a pointed glance down to the fallen bodies. “And you paint yourself unworthy by deed as well.”

She tilted her head slowly, then kicked the body at her feet. “They’ll be fine once stupid Ladybug does her thing. As for my miraculous, oh just you try to take it.”

Jade Turtle steeled himself and dropped into a fighting stance. “As you wish. These bones may be old, but they know many secrets.”

With the moment at hand Jade Turtle hesitated, how best to attack? He must strip the ring from her hand. Protection would be the key. He cou-

There was no warning in her eyes, no tension in her stance, none of the things he had learned to look for. She dropped into a hunched run, legs powering her into a lurching drunken charge that devoured the space between them.

Jade turtle jerked backwards. A clawed swipe slashed through the air where his throat had been. Another lunged for his eyes.

Block. Block. Redirect. Turn. Clear roo- no she was on him again. Catch. Twist. Her whole body moved as bonelessly as her namesake, spinning her whole body in the air around the pivot of his wristlock. Her claw toed boot scored lines in his metal hat.

Jade Turtle tried to disengage. He just needed space, time. She dogged his every move. He was being chased again, chased across the street just as he had been chased his whole life. Flashbacks warred with reality. His foe lunged and it wasn’t a child, it was a grown man in a black leather uniform with a very different meaning. Jade Turtle had been helpless then, he wasn’t now.

He lashed out and struck the man a deeply deserved killing blow to the sternum. Contact evaporated the memory. The child collapsed the ground in its place, but rebounded impossibly.

“So that’s how it is…” She gritted through clenched fangs. “Cataclysm!”

He’d lost control! Dodge. Dodge. Stagger. Dodge. Dodge. Backpedal. Something in that heterochromic gaze dredged up every fear from his two centuries of running. He couldn’t- he needed- She wouldn’t give him room.

“Protection!”

Instinct took over when reason fled. He met her next swipe and caught her just inside the wrist. The turtle Miraculous did the rest. A bubble of Green around that black death-clad hand.

He panted, keeping her wrist held firmly. ”Now… I’ve got you. Surrender. You can not-”

The Cataclysm vanished.

Motion.

Jade Turtle flinched and it saved his life.

Her free hand came around, sparking with destruction. It met the dipping edge of his shield hat and blasted it apart in an instant. The feedback robbed him of his senses and strength. Jade turtle fell. He sensed more than saw the shadow looming over him.

“Five minutes left to show you just how big of a mistake you’ve made.”

The difference five minutes could make; a million times over.

“Adrien!”

Adrien skidded to a stop at the sound of that voice. He cast a quick glance back over his shoulder, it looked like he had finally lost them. He turns his gaze skyward just as Ladybug landed beside him.

She unclipped a small box from her hip as she straightened up, holding it out.  “Am I glad to see you! I looked at your house first and you weren’t there, so then I checked the school. You weren't there either, so I tried all the streets in between and-”

She paused, withdrawing the box slightly.

“What are you doing out here?”

Adrien looked down, rubbing the back of his head. “Well, I thought, I mean I hoped, maybe I might still be useful. If I could, maybe at least find the akuma and report back.”

Or find Chloé and get the cat back. Or anything just to not be a disappointment. Well, not a disappointment to her. He was pretty sure Alya and Nino wouldn’t be happy with him for running off. He had glimpsed Nino running after him, even.

Ladybug made a soft sound in her throat, “Adrien, you’re amazing,” his heart swelled, “I don’t want you to be running around without a miraculous though. It’s dangerous out here. It’s a miracle you haven’t been caught and turned into one of these knight-zombie things. That’s why-”

Adrien looked up, sure the axe would fall now. He couldn’t account for the color on Ladybug’s cheeks, or the softness when she held the box out again.

“That’s why I’ve got something for you. It’s the snake Miraculous. With it you can help me again. We can defeat this akuma, get back your miraculous, and stop Hawkmoth!”

She’d laid out the snake’s powers. Sass had been more reserved than Plagg, but polite. When Adrien had transformed into Aspik he’d thought he’d caught Ladybug giggling behind her hand, but she flashed him a big smile nonetheless. She even rubbed his new costume’s smooth head ‘for Luck’. The plan was simple, split up and circle City Hall north and south. See what could be seen and meet up on the other side.

That had been less than ten minutes ago.

It had been months ago.

Aspik had spotted Chloé midway through his sweep. She ran on rooftops, wielding the power of the black cat, his power. The power he’d lost. He had the perfect chance to get it back, as many chances as needed. Aspik had activated Second Chance and altered his course. He couldn’t fail.

Reset. Come from the right. Reset. Try the left. Reset. Try reasoning. Reset. Threatening. Reset. Bargaining. Reset. Fight. Reset. Angry. Reset. Screaming. Reset. Go for the ring. Reset. Go for a knockout. Reset. Try to call Ladybug. Reset. Ladybug arrives on her own and catches a cataclysm. Reset. Reveal who he is. Reset. Again. Reset. Again. Reset. Reset. Reset. He’s hanging over the edge of a roof, danglinging from her grip on his wrist. The last light is blinking on the bracelet. He can’t reach- She smirks and twists the bracelet for him. Reset. Reset. Reset. Something is happening. Reset. The world feels thin. Reset. Spots at the edges of his vision. Reset. No, spots in the sky. Reset. Destruction. Reset. Cataclysm lingering. Reset. Wearing away these five minutes like a thread pulled back and forth through the eye of a needle too many times. Reset. He can’t fail! Reset. He has to prove- Reset. To Ladybug. Reset. He is-

Falling…

He can’t remember what he said this time. He can’t remember who threw the first punch. A thousand thousand truths overlap and spill out, covering his senses.  There’s only one consistency. He lost, again.

Aspik hits the pavement hard. A storm of black lightning tears at the sky for three, two, one. The snake Miraculous chirps one last warning and powers down. The storm vanishes. Time, no longer abused, marches on. It leaves him behind again. Chloé didn’t even spare him the benefit of a backward glance this time. Would it have even mattered if she did? Would seeing him defeated by her hand again have been the right or wrong thing to do? Would it have made her pause? Would that have been what made her give it back?

He feels numb. The street is a too-hard bed but he feels like he could sleep for a decade if he just closed his eyes. The overcast clouds no longer threaten the end, but are still a reminder of the akuma at large.

“Adrien!” Nino’s voice is so out of place it takes a moment for Adrien to recognize it.

Adrien turns his head, still not ready to move beyond that, to watch his friend rushing headlong down the empty street. Nino? Why are you here? It’s dangerous. Too dangerous.

“Dude! Are you okay? Can you stand?” Nino drops to one knee and tries to haul Adrien to his feet.

The answers quickly present themselves. No, and No. Adrien is beyond exhausted. His legs won’t hold him. He stumbles into Nino. His throat feels like sandpaper. “What are you doing here?”

“Looking for you, dude.” Nino loops Adrien’s arm over his shoulders and tries to take on more of the weight. Adrien’s legs still aren’t cooperating.

Ha. Hero saved by a civilian. But then, what’s the difference? Adrien found the strength to push Nino off gently, but not the strength to keep standing once he had. He sat down hard, but pulled the Snake Miraculous off his wrist.  A weary Sass sprang into being, hovering low in the air.

Nino blinked, ”Dude?”

Adrien waved him off with a floppy hand. “No time. Ladybug needs help. Defeat the Akuma. Tell Sass ‘Scales Slither.’ Bracelet resets things. Five minutes tops. Help Ladybug.”

Nino’s eyes darted between Sass and the bracelet Adrien was holding out in a trembling hand. Shock and fear each had a turn, but determination was right on their heels. He took the bracelet from Adrien’s hand, “I’ll try.”

Adrien remembered, “Get the cat back for Ladybug, if you can.”

Sass managed to perk some, and the transformation worked. Snake-clad Nino turned in the direction Adrien pointed, but before leaping away called back over his shoulder, “You have so much explaining to do, dude.”

And with that, he was gone.

Adrien fell back onto his back, ready to let the darkness of sleep take him, hopefully before more knights showed up.  Instead a new, high pitched, scratchy voice reached his ears.

“Hey. Hey you. I’ve got a proposition for you. We can both help each other out.”

Oh my God, it'd be so fucking hilarious if Ulbert programmed some keyboards in Demiruge that immediately make him go with LET'S CONQUER THE WORLD!!!!!111111 Oh, right, I checked the tag cuz eh, I'm like on the volume before this season so XD and yeah, you're right XDDD Also, is that panic in Ainz I can read there? Good old Ainz not changing even in vol15. No, seriously, I need to rewatch all these scenes in which Demiurge explains to everyone the plan that Ainz has. These are really comedy gold.

Renner surely is a breath of fresh air but holy eff, seeing how much different she is from everyone is always so shocking, at least to me XD Like I said, never been into yanderes, but Renner is a damn good yandere. (Oh no, I think I know who you mean, yikes). About Ainz, that's why I love how overpowered he is! The enemies are taking out their last card, their super-duper-ascending-tier-magic shit and they are so super confident it'll allow them to win, only for Ainz to kill it with a snap of his fingers XDDDD Ainz manifesting 'gg noob' is always so wonderful to watch <3

I heard stuff and watched a bit of gameplay of RE: Code Veronica, and I want to try it one day! But it'd be nice if they decided to remake it </3. But, hm, I cannot say I'm a big fan of RE... (remembers they have a nsfw alphabet with Carlos to finish)... yeah, that's right cuz I really don't like anything that has horror in it XD Still, omg, the atmosphere and the LORE is amazing there. I could spend my time reading wiki and I'd be so damn happy.

I have no effing idea who agreed to make Chris punch a effing bolder in RE5 and I also have no effing idea who made him such a dilf in Village but, Capcom will forever own my soul for doing these things. <333

Renner is super cool, and I adore everything she does! I also love she actually kind of becomes Albedo's first real friend. In the latest season, while I got far more Albedo than I wanted, I still loved seeing her different personalities outside of 'omg, Imma jump Ainz'. Even if it was an act to be a political figurehead for Nazarick before humans, seeing her so reserved and kind was...so nice?? I dunno, it awakened something. But I'm already a sucker for succubi, so that wasn't hard for her to do. LOL

I will say, RE games are like my nostalgia. Will I write/draw for them? Neh. Not unless commissioned. I just prefer the atmosphere, like you said! It's so enjoyable and creepy. Those creepy letters you find scattered throughout some of the games to set the background are always a great read. They've stuck with me for years. X3;
