💝 - Who are some rpers you look up to?

Ooc: Aaaaa I have a few! 

The first is @doctormyuu, also known as @hazeywrites. She was the first person I met in the Dragon Ball Z RPC and is one of my best friends. Her writing is amazing, and not a day goes by when I don’t think back on the wonderful privilege I had of being her partner and sharing with her incredible skills. Eduu (the ship name for MyuuxEden) was the only ship that happened on its own, like without planning. It was a surprise, but a pleasant one, for both of us! It’s quiet, gentle, and shows the different facets of both their personalities, good and bad. I know things have been tough for her lately, but I will always look up to her as a dear friend and a role model in literary art. 

@crownprincefreeza is another close friend of mine. He’s honestly been so patient and understanding with me, I’m immensely thankful that he’s been there to hear me out on my craziness. I admire how creative he is, like with his OC Yuut and his headcanons on Freeza. I always enjoy talking to him, he knows so much and I learn a lot during our conversations. He also has a poetic approach to his writing that I enjoy. Writing for villains can be difficult, but he has certainly mastered it! 

@drxgons-fists, also known as @kyu-cumber, has many wonderful ideas for his OCs. I always adored Zen, and when I first read Kyuki’s story I got teary-eyed. He has a talent at writing for different characters, which is something I hope to improve on someday. He’s also been very kind and always lent a listening ear. I want to be as chill as he is. 

@greatmegabots plays very unique characters. I understand how some characters become popular, but I always admired folks who can play those who don’t have the spotlight. Not only that but they have captured the spirits of the muses they play. It’s very easy to imagine the muses saying and doing what is described in their posts. Another talented writer that I would like to learn from! 

@divinesaiyan plays a genuinely kind-hearted, naive character, which certainly has charm! I’m kind of stuck on a particular character type, and I’ve always struggled with softer, sweeter muses. I loved every chance I got to write with them, whether it be with an ask or an occasional thread reply. 

@snowfxlling is great too! I always love seeing different takes people can come up with canon races. It’s nice to see Ice-jins that are different from the ruthless ones we see throughout the series. 

@urumisu is another person I admire. I don’t speak to them often, but I enjoy how they write. Both their OC and Fu are so animated and full of personality, you can visualize what’s going on in each post. I also love seeing their art, they have a very nice style. 

@aerfahren is someone I admire for his wisdom and his ability to write for so many muses successfully. He’s been there to help me out as well, and has given me faith-directed guidance which I am always thankful for. He’s always there rooting me on, and I want to cheer him on as well. He’s just all-around a great person and an incredibly talented writer. 

Also want to give a special shoutout to last but certainly not least, @mountainxchild (aka @bioxdroid) and @asymmetricalflowerchild. Cell-mun is brilliant in their headcanons and writing for both her terrifying android and adorable kid muse. They actually inspire me a lot. Aaliyah-mun is a friend I’ve kept contact with, and someone who I admire for her bravery and strength. She’s been through a lot, but she’s still up and fighting, just like her amazing Saiyan OC!

//Aaaaa....I really appreciate it!! It’s something I’ve always struggled with every time I’ve been on tumblr, actually. That it feels like people don’t realize how much work I put into my characters and research and time and effort. The effort to draw them and to make sure the details are right and to write them with just the right character without straying too far from the core.

I’m glad that my art, writing, and characterization are enjoyable as it does take so much time to do them. ;v; And I try my damnedest to be nice as a person and to be a good and helpful one to people even if I’ve only just met them through rp. 

I intend, when I have free time more, to do some writings and such for more development and revamp some of my pages on my blog to better reflect the development I have gotten for Varus. My other muses are also very near and dear to my heart but I try not to abandon Varus too much since he is my main boy right now!

It’s just very nice to know that people appreciate him, even if he is not canon anymore. ;A; It’s something I actually worry a lot about now since the changes happened.

OOC: Mun’s worries and apologies.

I have bad cases of worry in which I feel I’ve annoyed or upset people. For absolutely no reasons... I hope you guys know that I keep character away from the real me, so any sass talking Rin does is not what I think about you, it’s between the characters. Also, if you EVER are worried I’m mad at you or hate something, please come talk to me about it. I’ll gladly respond and let you know what’s going on. I try to talk out situations if they get bad.

Basically, I hope I’ve never upset any of you and I’m so sorry if I have. I’m sorry I’m not the greatest at keeping up with the times, as juggling here and life with art and everything else full time is incredibly hard and I have so many of you I care about. I wish I could do more.

❀ Yooo I was bad and didn’t actually do anything at 500, so here I am at 550 instead!

I figured it’s time to show some positivity/shout outs for my great mutuals, and everyone I interact with! Before I start the (very) long list, I’d just like to say thanks to everyone who follows this blog and puts up with my constant inactivity, lots of OOC, tons of incoherencies, and then of course the RPing on this blog!

I’ve truly enjoyed running this blog, even despite my anxiety and constant mood jumps that have come with it. I’ve truly enjoyed meeting people through this, even if I no longer talk with them or they have left tumblr. I love being able to talk with those that I’ve met and interacted with though, and you’ve all no doubt had huge impacts on me that I will forever be grateful for! I honestly have no clue where I’d be without you all. While I still am struggling a bit with a few things, everyone that I talk with is helpful and supportive which honestly is so kind??? This blog and those I’ve met through it have helped me through when I’ve been feeling down and feeling awful, and I can’t say how thankful I am for it.

Also, I highly recommend following all those that I list, as they’re all quality RPers and people that I enjoy talking and interacting with! ❀

Favourite muse(s) you’ve written: I really just rp muses I love. Currently, Summer comes out very naturally, perhaps I never grew up XD I just recall so many feelings, not in similar manner but the general struggle. I also love to write Mos @tmxmory​ which doesn’t have that much interactions going on but GOODNESS I love her.

What inspired you to take on your current muse (that you are posting this on): I was introduced to show around season 2 and I binge watched the whole thing almost on one evening. I really liked Summer, something... bit familiar about her. I was first bit hesitant to start out new blog but there was migration from current community to others, and some of my friends had made blogs for the R&M fandom so I was like, why not? So I made Summer a blog and started on  writing, never regretted the choice, now community has grown and I’ve met even more people it has become.

What are your favourite aspects of your current muse: She is very dimensional character nowadays. Not to take the show too seriously, of course, but what her situation offers for a writer: Summer being 17-18, going through all family issues, growing towards adulthood. She had struggles with her past, denial, trying to find who she is, seeking to become respected and popular. Her room is decorated with pink and cute items, but in a blink she proves everyone to be capable of dealing with her problems, even surviving in post-apocalyptic environments. She can cry when she feels like it, she is just so living and emotional? Herself.

Starting out the show she was this parody of a big sister side kick in older kids cartoons ( you know all those who constantly disturb / bully the protagonist, never understanding ) but instead of staying that way the entire show, Summer has just developed so much over the episodes, becoming more than that. It’s crazy to think.

What’s your biggest inspiration when it comes to writing: Episodes, music, ARTWORK, other threads... just mere talking about our characters ahhh

Favourite types of threads: I like long threads with some kind of pre-plotted idea behind. It is easy for me when rp partner and I kinda have decided lines over interaction like ( friends, they get together, they deal with problems which were presented in episode x, get into this crazy adventure and have to cooperate etc. So if Summer feels like acting in a way I don’t need to concern if it’s okay or not. If they had different ideas. ) I adore ships ( I am so excited to have one actually ), friendships (aaaaa), family bonds ( just having her getting closer with brother 10/10 ! ), and of course enemies! Anything that provides possible deep development over time. ( and when muses have common friends aaaa ) Summer is very open character in the end.

I absolutely love random threads too! And dash inspired. Sometimes those just sprout an idea over idea.

Biggest struggle in regards to your current muse: This is mainly problem for me with canon characters on running shows. Any head canon of mine can be ruined by next episode or season. Of course, our personalities and interests change over time so it could be smoothly explained, but gosh if you start a thread basing on idea x or problem y which is later completely dismissed. Summer is impulsive and says things as they are, sometimes I find myself filtering her LOL.
