First picture of our little Cinders shooting. I am so happy we had the opportunity for a shooting with a horse (it's my friend's (Kaito) horse). It was fun but a little exhausting as I have not been sitting on a horse for around 25 years or so 🤣

But it was worth it and the pictures we have, turned out really good. (The shooting didn't take a lot of time, because we wanted to make sure it's no big stress for the horse.)

Another work of short poetry or prose to complement the image captured one morning in Lassen Volcanic National Park. This is while hiking along the Cinder Cone Trail with the namesake feature to my front and looking to the south-southwest. I’d come across a similar image several years prior from a blog post (https://www.sfgate.com/california-parks/article/Don-t-make-the-same-mistake-I-did-Go-to-Lassen-15620578.php) describing different things to hike and explore in this national park. This setting is one that I had promised myself that I would attempt to capture when I came across it. The view is looking to one of the paths leading to the summit area. I chose though to take the path that goes behind and follows a different direction with the return coming down the trail to the front on the image right.

The rest of the image was attempting to align myself with the peak and some of the evergreen pine trees as foreground interest. I later worked with control points in DxO PhotoLab 8 and then made some adjustments to bring out the contrast, saturation and brightness I wanted for the final image.

Spider Knight 2099 let out a scream of rage looking at the other spiders that were in the room taking off blaze that would react to that seriously and jokingly.

Spider knight (2099) turns to blaze knight with an expression of hate on his face and starts saying ''horrible'' things that make all the spiders in the room get scared except for frost who was smiling and not listening to anything.

One tiny little fire and she'd been more or less kicked out from the grove, the halfling having promptly set ablaze the ivy that covered the groves door...in a dramatic display of maturity. Only the wish to not drag her fellow party members into the middle of her growing dislike of the place, had her from doing more - as she finally decided to head on back to the camp - before her wild magic could kick in and make the situation even dire.

"I was even being careful", she explained to Scratch, who just watched her with what she could only assume was confusion, Cinders allowing a ball of fire to form in her hands, lighting up the campfire with ease, a sigh of relief escaping as the presence of the fire helped to put her at ease, a little light from home, some could say.

Gazing into the dance of the flames, she couldn't help but to allow her thoughts to drift back to those nasty druids...picturing their home bathed in the warmth of her beautiful fire...which is why she squeaked when a shadow fell over her, Cinders having believed herself to be alone - the campfire flaring slightly in strength. "AHHHH!". She was way too used to travelling alone it seemed.
