            Katie’s morning had been  a  little  hectic,  as  it  was  most  days.  But  she  didn’t  really  mind.  Everything  managed  to  get  done  &&  she  was  ahead  of  schedule,  which  gave  her  a  bit  of  time  to  breathe  &&  enjoy  her  coffee.  Her  husband’s  compliment  brought  a  smile  to  her  face.  Not  that  she  didn’t  hear  that  often  from  him,  but  it  still  meant  everything  to  hear  it.  So  she  leaned  over  the  counter  &&  softly  kissed  his  cheek.  

                                  ❛  I love you too. Now, go say goodbye to the little nugget. I have to take her to school soon. I also made you lunch for work - it’s in the fridge.  ❜
