❝ Wang Yi? ❞ She recognized the sight of his back, but hesitated under a wave of nostalgia. ❝ Is that you? ❞ Gone were the white robes and long hair she'd endeavored to get used to, replaced by a familiar red jacket and short pink strands curling along his nape.

With another strange development unfolding across the city, Nicolette's focus had shifted, entirely captivated by a waking daydream shared amongst every Spirale citizen. Ironically, it had only been thanks to Mary Sue's curiously active imagination that Nicolette found herself coming back to reality. As handsome and suave as fantasy men might be, there was only one on her mind, whose eyes she feared wishful thinking would not be strong enough to open.

So imagine her surprise upon arriving back at his apartment to find the bed his sleeping form had occupied for weeks, empty. The shock of it was unsettling enough, but a lack of contact from his end left her wildly concerned. The entire atmosphere of the city seemed to shift in a moment, growing dark and ominous where it had once been bright and carefree. Despite his belongings remaining to prove otherwise, Nicolette could not shake the fear that he was gone— that it was her turn to lose him first, this time.

Please, anything but that— not yet, please.

She had walked the streets with a rising panic, seeing familiar faces from the corner of her eyes that dissipated like smoke the moment she turned to look closer.

Seeing Wang Yi now, Nicolette considered the possibility she may be hallucinating, despite him being the first figure not to disappear before her eyes could fully adjust; however, it did not stop her from moving closer, hand reaching out to seek comfort as it pinched the fabric at his upper arm. ❝ Where have you been? I've looked everywhere for you. I thought... I thought you— ❞ Disappeared, again. Though she could not say the words, they hung in the air between them, anyway.

ASK ABOUT THE SERIES (ACCEPTING)

In the mansion lives, Aster, Morvay, Garu/Karu, Yakumo and Blade I think ? Others have their own rooms in there though too as does Eiden so he does sleep in his own room ? ... i think? actually im not sure but I think there is like... a bed room for him (theres that one commonly appearing bed ... i forget if artbook says anything about this) - but of course he sleeps with the lads sometimes (with some of them more often than others for different reasons), there's no real schedule or anything though

I ... think they gather up for breakfast usually - with whom whoever is happens to be there that day anyhow! I remember this being mentioned but can't remember.... Also will often eat lunch together if there's time, join Aster for teatime. Really there's a lot to do in the mansion so it's going through like regular morning routines, maybe visiting the clan members outside, maybe reading in the mansion library... etc. I don't think any day is too similar but Eiden actually lazes around quite a bit too since the mansion pretty much allows him to. Obviously there are lots of 'activities' with everyone but there's little routine in that.

There's no real tech in Klein though but there are sextoys tho lmao so Eiden does spend time researching those hehe. All the herbs with their effects, etc. But ... generally anything sextoy related.

New dude... has an appearance but that's a leak so i cant post it but there is a bird though - otherwise story speaking we only know he's water element and... that's it. He'll be probably introduced better in the ch11 p2

Mixed Questions for Muses

2. What will your muse be like in the future?

In the future....Like after the stone nap and all, we can expect Sun to have retained all of his memories from how he came to be and all throughout the journey. He won't still remember what happened after the journey. If you think you've lost all of what you knew Sun to be...Like his naivety, his child-like wonder, curiosity, sweetness, etc you're half right. Sun won't be AS naïve anymore and he's definitely not going to be someone that lets anyone push him around. Confident, almost cocky. Something you may not have noticed completely about him is that he may show signs of jealousy toward certain things. He'll be more sure about the things he wants, how he wants them, etc. Assertive? Is that the word? Sun will start going by his name Sun Wukong. He's still sweet, still kind, humble. Humble meets cocky :0. (I hope all this made sense)

3. What is a hobby they have that others might not know about?

Sun thinks his hobby (even if he doesn't like it) is fighting. It's all he's known as far as he remembers, but in truth Sun has a green thumb. Sun Wukong loved gardening and actually making things as well, such as knitting, stitching, etc. He's very good with his hands.

10. Who would your muse consider to be their greatest enemy?

Bentley. It's always been Bentley. It's such a strange feeling, really. Bentley gave him a place, raised him, took care of him (although he was real shit and disgusting and just all around a nasty guy) and so because of those feelings Sun feels for Bentley, it's....complicated. There's that love hate I think? Sun wants to be acknowledged by Bentley and will do anything and everything to get the praises he wants from the guy. However, because of Bentley, he wears a leash. He's shacked. He's doomed unless he breaks free. Bentley will continue to hold that leash and when he's no longer holding that leash, someone stronger will.

When Sun wakes up from his nap though...Perhaps his greatest enemy will be himself.

11. Who would your muse consider to be their closest friend?

Byleth. When he first arrived at Isola it was Byleth who found him and it was Byleth who took him in and nursed him back from injuries he had sustained. Byleth was the first to teach him about teas and all the fun things he was allowed to do. She introduced him to a lot.

Nezha is his FIRST true friend. From enemies, rivals, to friendship. Though if you ever got the chance to ask Nezha, he might say otherwise.

Cyberbullying in Social Media in 2030

Cyberbullying is a form of bullying that takes place over digital devices such as cellphones, computers and tablets.  This form of bullying can occur through SMS, text, online social media and gaming app where other people can view it, participate and share.  Cyberbullying involves posting, and sending negative, harmful, false or mean information about someone else.  This can also include sharing information that is personal and private in order to humiliate or embarrass someone else (Stopbullying, 2018).

Hillary Grigonis (2017) discusses in her article Cyberbullying Happens More Often on Instagram, a New Survey Suggests, the ranking of social media sites where cyberbullying takes place most. In a survey conducted in July 2017, it suggests that half of teen and young adults between ages 12 and 20 have been bullied and 17% experience online bullying through social media platforms.  According to the study, Instagram at 47% was that platform that most teens and young adults experienced the most cyberbullying, Facebook was close at 37% and Snapchat ranked third at 31%.

John Prumos (2015), discusses his findings and predictions for cyberbullying including year 2030 in his article Cyberbullying: Future Projections.  In this article, Prumos points out that cyberbullying no longer has to be an individual being bullied through social media sites by one or multiple people but now cyberbullying has taken on an extended method through memes.  

Memes are a humorous image, video, place of text etc. that is duplicated and spread rapidly through users of social media (Rodriguez, 2017).  Memes are known and typically can go viral overnight and many of these images are depicting an individuals’ physical flaws or appearance which ultimately falls under cyberbullying.  Due to the popularity, usage increase and power of social media, these memes are able to be shared and reach opposite ends of the earth although not directly making fun of the individual straight to their social media account, they are still in a way participating in bullying.  Jennifer Rodriguez (2017) included a brief overview and story in her article, Mean Memes and Cyberbullying.  In 2016 a meme was created featuring “the ugliest woman in the world”, the individual whose picture was posted is Lizzie Velasquez who suffers from a rare congenital disease that prevents her from gaining weight.  After this meme went viral and got back to Lizzie Velasquez, she uploaded a statement on her Instagram page,

“Yes, it’s very late at night as I type this, but I do so as a reminder that the innocent people that are being put in these memes are probably up just as late, scrolling through Facebook and feeling something that I wouldn’t wish on my worst enemy…At the time you might find it hilarious, but the human in the photo is probably feeling the exact opposite.”

Lizzie Velasquez is only one of the many who are negatively impacted from cyberbullying. According to American Association of Suicidology, the rate of suicide for 10-14 years old has grown 50% over the last three decades and is only to increase due to the vast increase and popularity of social media.  Approximately 42 % of youth report being bullied online which leaves the remainder 58% going unnoticed and not being helped.  

No Bullying: The World’s Authority on Bullying is a website that informs users on how to identify bullying, how to handle bullying, causes of bullying and types of bullying.  It also gives parents information on how they can participate in helping stop bullying with articles, and how we as parents can teach our children the impact that bullying can have on others.  The website also provides stories about cyberbullying that can be beneficial to children to read, to really understand how critical our actions are on others.  

Overall cyberbullying and harassment in year 2030 will only increase in occurrences, severity and advance due to the growth and popularity that social media holds.   Society holds an abundance of power when it comes to social media and has great control over the rate of exploiting information through personal devices.  For those victims of cyberbullying in 2030, ability to form friendships will result in more difficulty due to the rise and unavoidably of cyberbullying.

The validation, while unnecessary, has the intended effect, stroking her ego the same way it warms her chest. Patience is not Nicolette's strong suit, and caregiving requires such virtues in spades. She is still learning how to embrace it all— how to heal as much as she hurts.

They both are.

Wang Yi's promise settles the remaining distress, and the feeling of his lips brushing her flushed cheek elicits an answering smile. A few years— now, wouldn't that be a dream? ❝ I'd say you need it more than me, but... maybe not so much anymore, yeah? ❞

Nicolette still has to remind herself that he hardly needs defending. Wang Yi has far more than mind control and a gun at his disposal, now. Her arms might not be the only ones capable of carrying a body, anymore. ❝ I'll still let you have a bite, though, if you ask nicely. What else are those pretty teeth good for, hm? ❞

He softens instantly at her words, worry quickly pooling into contrition.

"You have," Wang Yi says first—because that was the truth, honestly. Losing himself in his headspace was necessary to improve, but he could imagine how quiet and lonely the other side must've been. Especially with Nicolette, who loved life when it was loud.

"I shouldn't have to do that again," he says decisively, nuzzling gently against her cheek before placing a return kiss back—warm but brief, since he still has things to say. "I made sure to concentrate all my efforts this time...effects should last a few years at least."

"Don't feel scared anymore. At least share it with me—I'm so bad at feeling fear I'll just eat yours all up, yeah?"

A Cause for Colors

Hello wonderful world of Tumblr! The names are Rachel C. and Julianna P. We here to spread the news of an issue that we feel needs to be addressed. We are here fighting racial bullying in schools. There are far too many victims to racial bullying. In fact, up to 160,000 targets of bullies skip school each year to avoid abuse! Not only will students who are being bullied of race will have their education disrupted, but their self confidence will be severely damaged. With the constant humiliation and rejection of the victim, it may cause them to anxiety, depression, sadness and loneliness. They might isolate themselves from their friends and family, filling them with the feeling of being alone. This type of discrimination is a dangerous one. All type of bullying is bad yes, but when it comes to racial bullying, people are being discriminated for something they can’t change about themselves. This causes fear and loneliness to victims’ hearts. Here are some facts and statistics that may shock you and leave you thinking.

Asian American teens are bullied more than teens belonging to any other racial group

62% of Asian Americans surveyed reported being harassed online once or twice monthly and only 18.1% of whites reporting being cyber bullied.

Teens of Muslim descent fall into the largest group of bullied kids, Asian Americans, who have seen increased amounts of bullying since the 9/11 attacks on the U.S.

American Indian community that is facing an unusually high rate of suicide but among Native Americans, 40% of those who die by suicide are between the ages of 15 and 24.

In 2006, Native American youth were 4 times more likely to be detained than whites.

Among young adults ages 18 to 24, Native American have higher rates of suicide than any other ethnicity, and higher than the general population.

Latino youth as a group are the most likely group to be out of school and without a high school diploma.  Economists have calculated that each Latino male who graduates from high school is associated with a savings to the criminal justice system of more than $38,000.

African-American students are far more likely than their white peers to be suspended, expelled, or arrested for the same conduct.

Youth who experienced racial discrimination without emotional support from parents and peers had higher levels of blood pressure, a higher body mass index, and higher levels of stress-related hormones at age 20, placing them at greater risk for chronic disease as they get older. 

So you see, not only does racial bullying damage the victim’s mental health, but also their physical health as well! See why this type of discrimination is a dangerous one? There’s a petition on a website called “Stand for Children” that supports this cause. Attached to the petition, there is a letter directly for U.S President Trump! Who better to ask for a change then the elect-president of the United States!? There are already 34, 802 signatures, and we're apart of it! There is also another petition taking place on Change.org supporting the cause. Only 11 more signatures to reach 100! Our goal is to make school a safe environment, and make sure no one is discriminated feel bad about something they can't change about themselves. Let’s remove the fear and loneliness from these people's’ hearts, and help the discriminated feel safe again.

Starting next week, we will be posting twice a week to keep our followers updated on how the petitions are going. If we find any other organizations and petitions, we will be posting them here. And very soon, we will be bringing a video we made at school. We are trying to reach out to the public to inform them of the sad truth that is racial bullying. Spread the word! Help us out!
