hello! really new fan (by really new I mean just finished books 1 and 2 new) that decided to hop on here for some lore and I am so endlessly confused :sob:

however, what I am most curious about is all of the different aus involving the legacyverse. stuff like the silent one jesse and whatnot. just curious if you could give a biref rundown on all of the main aus that you have for them, if possible.

For 100% strictly lore that adheres to the Main Story itself, the Elemental Compendium tag is your best bet! Unfortunately the 'Info Tag' has since become my tag for ALL (or most) asks as opposed to directly relevant information itself, but that's the second place I would direct you to regardless.

Cracked!Legacyverse: The very first one, which is essentially an AU with @k1ngtok's OC Jamie + things with Olivia/Harumi not being quite as extreme as they are in the main story. Has a BUNCH of sidestories by myself, King, and others I can direct you to if you're interested in a slightly fluffier take on some S2/S3 events!

Royal!Legacy AU: The 'main' au with actual story to go along with it is what it says on the tin: royalty au! There's a lot of bigger worldbuild-y aspects to it with all the supporting characters to parallel the main story, but otherwise it's just a big fancy love story between Jesse and Cole for people who (like me) want to see them with a relationship without waiting for my agonizing main story slowburn jljhgfdghf

Mer!AU: Started with me spitballing some vibes I had at the time, turned into a WIP (with art!) that I still have yet to finish, but I keep on chipping away at (I WILL finish it. One Day). It's another Aftershock story though (I have one braincell)

Shark!Nya AU: Started as one of many What If asks from long ago that branched into its own thing -> but it's an AU where Nya as the Samurai joins the Shark Army with Olivia during Book 2 instead of trying to be a third party, and the subsequent falling out that would result all the way into S3. Also doubles as an AU where Plasmashipping (Jay/Kai) ends up canon, but that's neither here or there

Quiet!Jesse: An AU where Jesse goes to help Harumi right away at the end of Book 2 instead of prioritizing Miranda, leading to the death of his sister instead and him being the one injured in the elevator + him being the one to blame Lloyd for it and concocting revenge. (He also dies at the end, rip)

Into the Ninjaverse: Kind of a 'for fun' AU where selves from the Show, the Movie, and Legacyverse (potentially with other variants as well) meet each other and interact with shenanigans. Also doubles as an AU where Stormlightshipping (Jay/Sunni) winds up canon

Volleyball!Harumi: Not actually an 'AU' as I do plan to do something with the concept, but literally everything is the same except Harumi actually joins a non-evil volleyball team lmao. This also kind of goes hand-in-hand with another concept of Harumi writing Ninja/Shark Army fanfiction lmao

DR!Jesse/Dragons Rising-related Stuff: Not actuallyyyyyyy an AU, but it's technically notttttt canon to the mainverse eitherrr, so. Basically this encompasses how certain aspects of Legacyverse would (THEORHETICALLY) work within DR, alongside a (THEORHETICAL) story following how Jesse would deal with all these newfound changes to his life, on top of raising his kid as a single parent. Be mindful if you dive into that tag tho; there do be some spoilers (but those are tagged as well)!!

Next-Gen Jamboree + Alter!Verse: Essentially an AU of the prior AU when everyone's got (at least one) kid prior to The Merge, and the angst that comes with that falling out...except for Lloyd, who only gets a kid thanks to alternate universe shenanigans that rain upon him during his five years alone Post-Merge. It's different from simply "DR!Jesse", as there Jesse's kid is the only one present for DR!events (and thus that's a more """""canon""""" take on things), so anything with the other children is just for fun/speculation and to clear out the brain rot (though I am surprised it got as much traction as it did :d)

 Matthieu Louis-Joseph Bonnefoy is the personification of an alternative history version of Canada that remained under French control after the seven year war. It will be fleshed out a bit more as I get a feel for it.

Mattieu has a slightly different personality than the mainverse version of himself. He’s a bit more arrogant and has a bit of an ego. You can tell that he was spoiled growing up as France’s son.

barn re-verse An alternate universe where the world is the same except the barn never got destroyed and the sea spire still exists. (My favorite. They both exist for character/worldbuilding reasons.) I write this verse when I write cinnabar and red together, since they’ve always had the barn. It’s just a part of their story now.

red-emption arc Red cadet is on the path to become better but is having a time letting go of the past that made her who she is now. This is one of my main arcs, but it’s a side one for now.

mundane Just plain old normalverse. The su world before the movie happened, spire gone, barn gone, but the house has not been remodeled and the world was not in danger to Spinel. Secondary.

It looks like Lloyd is mostly just used in the mega-fights near the end of each season so far? (I’m still mid-S3 so shot.) I do still like the idea of even the Golden Ninja needing a balance, so I think I’ll make Celexa also being a Golden Ninja an AU, but make their Ninjago mainverse (as suggested by a friend) a samurai.-- The Defender, who is meant to defend the other ninja... So woot more combat!

Cel’s Ninjago mainverse won’t get a tag (b/c I’ll die from how many tags I’ll have to make) but their Golden Ninja counterbalance AU gets the tag below (and on this post!).

Who the heck is my muse anyway:

The Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald version of Team Magma’s leader, the one with the vampire hair, alcohol, and the plans for rocket fuel. Also the successful destroyer of the planet’s ecosystem depending on the verse.

What they’ve been up to recently:

mainverse - post-game traveling and a lot of self-reflection. Team Magma is still active, but subdued, something of a mixed clean-up crew for the sootopolis disaster and working on conservation efforts for native species not far off from what Aether does.

gameverse - trying to get the orb. having the worst breakup in the history of hoenn. the usual.

tequilawine - essentially following sapphire with a few exceptions: he’s held onto the orb for far too long and fused with it, and aogiri is based on another take, aka he’s a nearly sociopathic world-drowning mf.

trr - he’s sakaki’s bitch but he’s not happy about it.              see also ( e: primal hazard ) which takes place in the world he ruined & is open for more interactions.

I have an oras verse but haven’t utilized it yet. someday maybe? someday maybe.

Where to find them:

Most verses he stays to Hoenn, with the exception of Mainverse where he is travelling to learn about other regions, and trr which is obviously in Alola.

i don’t quite have an one-true-pairing for darius as it stands, even outside of the context of roleplay. it’s actually been dreadfully long since i’ve sought out fanwork for him outside the context of roleplay actually, darn.

WHAT ARE YOU WILLING TO RP WHEN IT COMES TO SHIPPING?:

most of my partners know i’m an Angst Lover(TM), but that generally goes more for hurt / comfort. but really, i’m a multiflavored shipper, pfffffft. i love writing fluff, angst, smut (though i certainly barely indulge the latter on this muse for muse-specific reasons), slice-of-life, and by gods, everyone and their mothers that ship with me know how much of an au aficcionado i am. poor @the-virtuoso​ knows from her adventures with my jayce, i go hard on alternative universes for one single ship.

HOW LARGE DOES THE AGE GAP HAVE TO BE TO MAKE IT UNCOMFORTABLE?

with darius, in specific? not... overly large, i assume. ten years of gap below his age is a stretch already, given the idea of indulging into relationships with those younger than his brother makes him slightly uncomfortable (---keep in mind his mainverse draven is eight to seven years younger than him); keep in mind he’s a man in his forties. his tolerance to relationships with those older than him is apparently more lenient, and indeed it is a double standard of his own.

ARE YOU SELECTIVE WHEN SHIPPING?

well... yes. yes, i am. as much as i say i am extremely into shipping, there’s a degree of chemistry i need to see between my muse and yours before i indulge into actually shipping something. besides, in the context of this muse in itself --- he’s not a man that easily gives himself to relationships, so i’d be doing his character a great disservice if i shipped him left and right, i believe. he’s got too many trust issues, man, so even if i’d like to see him with more people in whatever sense, platonic or romantic or whatever, it’s... not as easily done as it is said.

it depends on what you mean by ship obsessed. do i get extra hyped about established ships and can be an absolute nightmare as a partner to put up with (ask @omendus​, i spend hours ranting about swarius with him, bless his heart for putting up with that) and come off as a little obsessed in particular instances? ... yes. am i usually more focused as a whole in characterization rather than shipping when it comes to the blog itself, usually, so on the greater picture fall for teh ‘ship more-or-less category likely? also yes.

Whats this about?

Literally, I have another Steven Universe RP blog, but I had been ruminating around about making a blog for Pink Diamond for awhile now; ever since the 4th season, actually.

It is inspired by a few of my own headcanons, “fandom-canons”, and my knowledge of South Korea. -Also a little bit about me: I studied abroad in South Korea for a bit! I’ll be using the cultural things I experienced there in this blog too c:

A summary for P.D’s Pink Diamond:

She is a very spoiled lead of a K-drama!

She even dies at the end!

Pink Diamond is the youngest diamond, after Yellow. She was made on Earth, though there is little record as to how and why. What is clear is that a good 75% of a continent is markedly missing (what we know is Russia).

She is very childish, preferring to distract herself with the novelties of Earth and it’s life (especially humans). Her main base of operations was in Korea.

As of the mainverse she is unaccounted for, but it is highly likely she is the originator of the “Arena Glam Rock” aesthetic. .

How do you Roleplay Pink Diamond?

Glad you asked!

I have a particular approach to canon characters. I also love roleplaying with different canon versions of my muse. B) Its the best thing about roleplaying canon characters to be honest.

In my verses, all other Pink Diamonds exist on different planes of existence.

Sometimes reality can get kind of squirrely, so they meet each other. No variation of Pink Diamond is wrong in my eyes! Everyone has their different take and it’s just part of being creative.

If any one wants to talk about their muse and character development with me, I’m always down, just message me!

However, regarding Pink Diamond as antagonist-

My Interpenetration of Pink Diamond

My Pink Diamond wants to subjugate humanity and life on Earth as a means to spread (her) influence across the Universe. (This includes Steven as of the finale!)

 She has a hint of megalomania, seeking to control everything around her.

She can be possessive, manipulative, and has different set of morals then the norm.

Of course, I do not ever support the actions of my muse. I just play a villainess sometimes, and sometimes I want to play a (less) villainess middle schooler. This disclaimer is more for you then it is for me.

While all this is true: I will

NOT be playing the antagonist of your roleplay. Mostly because I have a certain way I play antagonists and, trust me, I’m really good at it. If you want me to play your antagonist, talk to me first.

NOT be torturing your muse. It needs to be repeated.

Not allow you to disrespect my muse without consequences. Some people think it’s cute to back talk dictators? There will be consequences. We can discuss them but... It won’t be pretty. Pink Diamond is more emotionally violent then she is physically, proposing to segregating the ones who don’t do as she says.

Discuss plots with you where Pink is the antagonist

Stop the roleplay when I feel uncomfortable. And I ALWAYS have this right. I play Pink Diamond because she’s interesting and fun. I will play her how I see fit. I won’t let any one dictate to me how I should be playing my muse. K?

Whats your roleplaying style?

I personally use the “yes, and…” technique!

A quick lesson on improvisation: when you are writing or performing with someone else, always use the yes, and technique. All you do is go with the current scenario the person is suggesting and add small ideas to it – this keeps the flow of ideas forming. Try it! It’s great practice while roleplaying.

That being said, if you give me a random prompt and there is a 85% chance I’ll answer it. So please do. – Give me your prompts!!!! >:U

Contribute to the thread. Take it in a direction. Redirect a thread from a direction I’m taking it in. This is the way to keep me engaged in our thread, okay? Otherwise I do:

Is this Single Verse? Multiverse?

Officially, this is  Multiverse Blog. The main canon of this blog is canon-divergent: Pinky exists as Pink Diamond, and not as a conduit for Steven’s power. However, she can interact with Stevens, “Rebellion Rose Quartzes”, and Pink Diamonds of other alternative universes. 

In this verse, Pink formed after the formation of the Diamond Authority. She was introduced by Blue Diamond as one of her ‘protege’. In my headcanon, the Authority is about 75,000 years old, Pink is about 50,000. Pink’s court, meanwhile, is far younger and she didn’t have it as long.

Here is the list of  verses:

v: Pre-Earth

Time period between Pink Diamond’s emergence and when the Authority grants her her first planet. Pink Diamond’s first in canon experience fits snugly into this verse.

She’s found by Blue Diamond on Earth and is inducted into the Authority as a conduit for some of Blue Diamond’s objectives. They aren’t much, just keeping White Diamond engaged and making Yellow Diamond learn more patience. 

However, Pink Diamond is shielded from a lot of the inner running of the authority, she’s stunted as an effect. Pink starts to actively defy her sisters in secret: stealing their injectors, playing around with making gems, sneaking into the logs, interacting with lower ranked gems. A lot of shenanigans and sand boxing in this verse.

v: Pink Court

Blue Diamond grants Pink her own planet and, subsequently, her own court.  This verse ends when the rebellion begins. She still has her court, of course, but the rebellion brought many of her projects to an end. 

By this verse, Pink has calmed down a lot and is focusing on specializing. She is learning more about her area of choice, Astrobiology, and develops most of her contributions to the Authority. This is when she makes Rubies and Rose Quartz.

v: Rebellion

Pink Diamond was established as a figurehead over Earth. It becomes clear she has no real power, so she orchestrates a “rebellion” in a bid to get more resources to expand her small colony. However, the Authority steps in and forces Pink to abandon her holdings on Earth and retreat to the Moon Base. After several thousand years of imprisonment, Pink then decides to stage her “assassination attempt" to reclaim the Earth in a bid to release the Earth.

She defies her sisters to go to Earth, trying to negotiate with the “renegade Rose Quartz”, she calls Kappa 12, a modified Rose Quartz she uses to insight the rebellion. 

With Kappa 12′s help, Pink flees to the Korean peninsula. Pink Diamond is then free to create her grand experiment, forming this Universe’s country of Korea and shutting down the continent completely. This verse ends when the Corruption Song is used on Earth. Kappa 12 and all other gems in Pink’s are the Crystal gems. However, Steven does not exist in her verse.

v: Post Rebellion

Period after the Corruption Song but before the Modern times. Pink spends her time trying to figure out how to cure corruptions and continuing her work on astrobiology. She eventually figures out how to embed gems into Earth’s underground biomes, gradually spreading her influence. Trees begin to grow up that have gems inside of them, staying in bloom even in the Winter.

v: Pink Peach

Set in the modern verse. Pink Diamond has now taken on punk rock in her exploits. Mainly because it’s fun. 

She remains hidden from the Authority, working on ways to “out evolve” them.

The way that I hash up my main verse. It just helps me organize when and where things happen with Pinky. These verses are so drawn out that many relationships often don’t carry over between them. Alternative Universes (AUs)

These are treated as “different universes”. Totally separate from verses.

Human AU: Pora Porum Mangjeol is a recent graduate in Bio-Engineering. However, she is an overachiever who graduated in 2 years and had a mental breakdown. Closely after, she decided to live her life and participates in the local roller derby for a few years. Eventually she would be an intern at the national science museum, but she’s slowly making her way. There is a sub-verse where Pora escapes her demanding childhood by fleeing to Mount Ebbott. In this Undertale-verse, she is bravery. You can read up on this verse on this tag: “Pora-has-a-great-fall”.

Upsidedown AU: AU where Pora Porum is Will Byers from Stranger Things. Please someone help this child...

High Fantasy: Pora Porum is a giantess trying to survive in a shrinking world. She comes from a lineage of mariner giants, who had escaped most of the poaching on land. When her clan returned her family was dismembered by mages, who use giants for their great concentrations of magic, and their ships were destroyed. Pora Porum flees into the mountains and must survive as one of the last giants.

Pinky dabbles too much in dimensional travel and ends up sandwiched between two chaos gods. Apparently, you can find a lot of them in the Universe. Both of them want her for their own purposes and Pink, with very little resources to deal with inter-dimensional wide beings, pits them against each other.
