It’s pretty ridiculous people throw that “protect them from what????” argument when those very same people are just like “well they just haven’t had some good dick yet” or whatever else nasty comments towards a-specs. Under the cut is a masterlist of all of Adelaide’s friendships with child OCs, both from my own creation and from others. All OCs listed that aren’t my own have interacted with Adelaide at least once. 

(Also please note that all information is from my own head. :’D If you’d like something added to the list, just let me know.) 

Violet Sprout

My own OC. The daughter of Clay’s childhood best friend, Marigold Sprout. A shy, quiet girl who knows about the grief of losing a father at a young age, these two met at a support group that dealt with expressing and dealing with their loss, and became close friends. They also go to school together~

Shares a lot of things from her mother, such as her subpar eyesight and curled hair, but also has the shy personality of her dad.

Name comes from the term, “shy violet,” which means a shy or modest person.

Unnamed Cousins

Two more of my own OCs, whom I haven’t named yet. Adelaide, luckily, isn’t totally surrounded by total jerks in her family, and have two cousins who are also misfits. The first one is a girl who’s around the same age as Adelaide, and would often hang out with her during family trips and the such, doing everyday, normal kid things. Adelaide allows her to start to internally question the family’s controlling ideology, becoming more and more open-minded.

The other one is a trans girl who can’t fully out herself, out of fear of being ridiculed or even worse. Adelaide learns her secret by total accident, but does her best to respect her secret and support her when things get rough.

Biblical names. Because of course, everyone in the Nunn family has a name relating to the bible in some way.

Also, there’s a cousin named Eve. Eve is terrible, and the eldest. Don’t trust Eve.

Edmund Koda (Inactive/Hiatus)

Child belonging to Robyn at curlsnglasses/klugekind, he’s the biological son of her Klavier (tanguitar) and Mochi’s OC named Shuuji (kodapi). An awkward, nerdy, tech-savvy goofball, his main passion in life is both being the greatest builder of robots while putting minimal effort in as possible. He’s about 8 years younger than Adelaide, and she is often his babysitter, which sometimes can produce… disastrous results. Nonetheless, he’s a good person at his core, even if he shows it in... strange ways.

Calls Adelaide by the nickname of ‘Ladle,’ and is the only person allowed to call her that. Ever.

Musical talents consist of being an expert kazoo player.

Has a bird that he loves dearly despite being loud af.

Hacker voice: “I’m in.”

Don’t mess with him. You mess with him, he’ll track you down, build an army of robots based on your worst nightmares, unleash them where it will cause the most damage and cackle menacingly while doing so.

In a constant state of weirded disgust. It’s how he gets by in the world.

Adelaide loves him dearly; he’s like a cousin to her, but actually good and not terrible like her biological ones. 

Nickname is “Ed,” but “Eddy” can and will be used for teasing purposes. 

Adrianne Wright

Child belonging to Nickey at prodigysdaughter. The biological daughter of her Phoenix (defensisms) and Athena’s Franziska (myuzux). A bouncy, excitable girl who is the older brother of Christian and 2 years older than Adelaide, she has her father’s personality and her mother’s sense of motivation, excelling at her academics and becoming a lawyer a young age, following the footsteps of her parents.

Has heterochromia, just like her father.

Bluffs like no tomorrow in court: like father, like daughter, haha~ 

Adelaide knows her as a good friend, is slightly self-conscious on the fact of how much she’s managed to do in such a short time, but still supports her, nonetheless.

Nicknames consist of “Annie” when they’re younger and “Anne” when older.

Christian Wright

Child belonging to Athena at seiiger. The biological daughter of her Franziska and Nickey’s Phoenix, and is the younger brother of Adrianne. Is the same age as Adelaide. An equally energetic but also more relaxed sibling, he has a passion for horses like no other, ultimately becoming a champion horse rider when he gets older.

Horses. Like seriously, horses. All day, everyday.

Sees him as a good friend, and a bit more approachable than Adri, given their same age and his nature. 

Nicknames are “Chris” and “Tristan.” 

Abigail Fey

Child belonging to Yazzy at ruler-of-all-burgers-maya, as part of her Widow AU. The biological daughter of her Maya and her OC named Andrew, she’s around 10 or so years younger than Adelaide. A young girl that had come to her attention after the death of her own father, Andrew, Adelaide set out for Kurain Village in the hopes of helping her understand death, despite being such a young age.

Adelaide sees her younger self in Abigail. Young, naive, and confused, all in the middle of a web of complications. She wants nothing more than to help the girl understand, and to be there like the person she needed all those years ago. 

Suskun Edgeworth (Hiatus)

Child belonging to Sena at turnabouting. The biological daughter of Mona Naye and Kat’s Edgeworth (turnaboutrp) he’s the same age as Adelaide. A curious, mute boy whom Adelaide met while she was lost at the prosecutor’s office, he quickly caught her interest with both his friendly demeanor and his way of communicating. 

Has an adorable little service dog named Bee.

Adelaide quickly starts to learn sign language on his behalf, so that they can communicate easier.

Eirene Justice

Child belonging to Kay at nomoschild. The biological daughter of her Apollo (snarkiestlawyer) and Athena’s, well, Athena! (myuzux) A mischievous girl who is somehow 3 years older than Adelaide, (Kay trying to mess with the flow of time, sheeeesh. :P) she’s energetic and cheerful, always ready to find fun, and ultimately follows the path of law with her parents, becoming a judge.

In one verse, is Adelaide’s sister. And man, is she a pain to handle, sometimes. XP But like all good siblings, mess with one, you get the wrath of the other.

Nickname is “Rina.”

1. what does your muse smell like?

mint, flour and now she’s starting to smell like coffee. Occasionally she’ll have the scent of alcohol thanks to her job, or blood. 

2. how often does your muse bath/shower? any habits?

she showers when she gets the time, which means sometimes she goes a few days without it. she has a habit of getting her hair wet and then letting it dry without being brushed, turning it into a mess of curls. she usually has to take a bath, but sometimes she flings herself into the ocean when she’s had enough of feeling gross but doesn’t have any time to take a proper shower/bath

3. does your muse have any tattoos or piercing?

so many. a nose ring & septum piercing, her ears are pierced and there’s at least five on both ears. She’s been thinking of a belly button piercing..... she has a sleeve tattoo on the right arm (the pointing arm) that involves flowers, bands and a starry sky

4. any body movement quirks ( ex.knee shakes )?

she plays with her curls a lot, and sometimes she cracks her knuckles. sometimes she jiggles her leg as well

5. what do they sleep in?

she either goes in only her undies or an oversized shirt. no need for pants when you have no legs!

6. what’s their favorite piece of clothing?

her necklace. it’s a solomon’s crystal on a simple chain, but she cherishes it. even if things are getting difficult between her and the man who gave it to her...

7. what do they do when they wake up?

put on her legs, drink coffee, and ignore apollo’s chords of steel warmups. 

8. how do they sleep? position?

when she’s alone, she sleeps with her arms sprawled out. sometimes she’s on her stomach and sometimes she’s on her back. when someone else is around, she snuggles up to them. sometimes her head is over their heart and other times she’s spooning or cuddling. 

9. what do their hands feel like?

soft, but her palms are sometimes rough. her nails are well taken care of, usually painted either yellow or purple.

1. what does your muse smell like?

Leather and bad aftershave, generally.  Maybe sweat if it's a particularly stressful day, or he's been running around in the heat a lot.

2. how often does your muse bath/shower? any habits?

Usually once a day.  Exceptions would be if he has a baseball game or something -- he might take one at night and skip the next morning, in that case.

3. does your muse have any tattoos or piercing?

No, and I hate him for it because boys with tattoos and piercings are my aesthetic.

4. any body movement quirks ( ex.knee shakes )?

Dude is a bundle of nervous ticks.  He's always fidgeting with a pen or his tie, or tapping his foot, or jiggling his leg.  He can't sit still.

5. what do they sleep in?

His birthday suit.

6. what’s their favorite piece of clothing?

His cowboy hat!  Jake gave it to him, and he considers it his “lucky” hat and wears it to all of his trials.

7. what do they do when they wake up?

He takes a shower, gets ready for work, makes his coffee, and reads the newspaper while he's drinking it.

8. how do they sleep? position?

He sprawls a bit.  Generally, he's on his stomach with his arms and legs splayed wherever.

9. what do their hands feel like?

He's generally fairly soft and smooth in the hand department.  He doesn't go to any extra lengths to keep them nice, but they're not rough.  He might get some callouses once in a while, but he's usually pretty average in the hand department.

10. if you kissed them, what would they usually taste like?

Probably coffee or 5 Hour Energy drinks.

i think tagging the source in the tags would be best, and then if people really want to know they can get themselves to the original post. and don't worry about looking for sources for old drafts, just do it for new ones?

I’ll do that then. You can ask me for sources for older musings, but for the new ones I’ll be writing the source in the tags then. Thank you for the insights!
