1. Particularly bitter over the fact that he lost out on the alpha role to Snyder, Gabriel would go on to turn the Hunter household into a miserable place for his entire family. First for his wife and then for his 3 children as they’re born and grow up. Adrian in particular would endure the worst of the abuse as Gabriel focused most of his attention on him and pushed for his oldest son to "be the alpha he was making him to be.”

2. With Gabriel being such a monster behind closed doors, Ronnie looked more to Joel as a sort of father figure and would often go to him for things one might usually go to a parent for. He was just the kind of person that she always thought a father should be and what she wished her own father was. Ronnie holds a great deal of respect for Joel and trusts him completely and this would eventually stem to Laura. She embraces Laura’s inclusion completely, dubbing her the “Pack Mom” even before she marries Joel. 

3. Despite a rather crappy home life, the Hunter’s have a great deal of support and comfort in their other pack mates. Doug and Joel were labeled by Gabriel as “competition” and did his all to pit Adrian against both men. However, Adrian ends up forming a rather strong bond with Doug and an even greater friendship as time goes on. And even Joel, who was dubbed his greatest threat to the alpha role, is someone Adrian comes to respect and later serve under. Deacon being the closest to Gabriel in terms of personality struggles a bit more but is eventually drawn into the friendship group of Holly, Dev, and Adam. He feels he can be more himself around them and especially Laura later down the line. Ronnie bonds with Tabs and Micah over their similar circumstances and crappy parents but it’s Eric she spends most of her time with. For as far back as memory goes, there has always been Eric and he has always been her best friend and eventually even more than that. She loves him most and he is classed as her favorite.

4. Joel saves Ash and Sadie. Ash triggered in self defense and thus starts on his downward spiral of alcohol and drugs. However, Joel steps in before it can become more of a problem and with the help of Adrian, they work together to get him on the right path. A year later, the same happens to Sadie but it’s an accident as opposed to self defense. She’s immediately given the help she needs to cope and never turns to alcohol or other substances.

5. When Joel finally takes his place as alpha, Gabriel is absolutely furious with Adrian. Despite his father’s best efforts to hammer certain views and entitlements into him, he’s unbothered by his loss because he’s actually learned a lot from Joel and believes it was earned. He doesn’t lack purpose despite his father raising him with just one singular purpose his whole life: Be the alpha. Adrian knows he’s found his place in the pack helping the younger ones and seeing how much of a difference he’s made and with Tabs in particular. So he finally stands up to his father and then leaves with his siblings in tow. He would hurt and control them no more.

ADMIN DANNAH

ADAMS, Cynthia

Vampire alliance:

The way the vampires were treated in the AU world has caused Cynthia to question the coherence between the vampires and how easy it would be to overrule the vampires again. Unlike the werewolves, the vampires aren’t organized in packs, nor is there a higher power tying them all together. The lack of community between the vampires and the recent AU event have caused Cynthia to fear for what would happen to the vampires when one of the wolves or warlocks tries to take over the city. That’s why Cynthia is trying to get in touch with all the vampires in the city to create some sort of alliance between them. She would even go as far as wanting to announce it at the next community meeting, if she could get all of the vampires on board with the plan.

Contact for newborn vampires?

I wasn’t sure how to call this one, but it kind of goes with the plot idea I talked about above. Cynthia has fully outgrown her newborn years, but I feel like she could still be considered to be a rather young vampire. She also knows what it’s like to have to go through your newborn years without a maker – it was her own choice, but still – so I feel like Cynthia is in possession of a lot of knowledge that she could possibly pass down on a few newborn vampires. Even if the younger vampires don’t want her help or advise, it would still be a nice way for her to get more involved with the community.

Meghan’s cancer

The recent AU event has drastically changed Cynthia’s views on Meghan’s cancer. With Andrew shooting Cynthia and Meghan wanting to joint he Council, Cynthia has become aware that she can’t keep Meghan safe forever. Meghan officially becoming a part of the supernatural community has become an inevitability and in this world Cynthia would rather turn her herself. Cynthia becoming Meghan’s maker is the only way Cynthia can keep her promise to Meghan’s mother. This way she can guide Meghan through the transition and prevent her from making the same mistakes she made as a newborn vampire. Cynthia has always said that she would only change Meghan once the cancer had so far progressed that there was really no other way to keep her alive, but now Cynthia has come to terms with changing her, she would rather do it sooner than later.

Daylight ring

Now Cynthia has accepted the fact that she will have to turn Meghan into a vampire sooner or later, she has slowly started to make some preparations for Meghan’s transition. The only thing she hasn’t completely figured out, though, is how to provide Meghan with a daylight ring. Andrew would have been the obvious choice, considering both Meghan and Cynthia are very close to Andrew, but now Andrew has given his magic away to Carter, he’s obviously out of the question. Carter is also not an option since I play him as well, so right now I’m looking for Cynthia to befriend another warlock who could help her with providing a daylight ring for Meghan. Even if Meghan eventually decides not to become a vampire, it would still be nice to have Cynthia befriend some more people. Because she could reeeeally use some friends lol.

Nomads

Cynthia had already began to question her friendship with Andrew before the AU event, when she figured out that he had a room completely dedicated to his parent’s old weapons and files. But it was only with AU Andrew shooting her during the snow storm that Cynthia had realized how much she had endangered herself and Meghan by befriending Andrew. On top of that, there are also more and more anti-supernatural activists popping up all over the city, turning New York into an even more toxic environment for a newborn vampire. Cynthia is starting to fear for her own and Meghan’s safety, hence why she wants to take the matters into her own hands and become a Nomad. She is aware that her chances of being accepted into the group are slim, because she’s not a hunter turned vmpire, but she hopes that her motives will be enough. If not, she will simply go rogue. She’s confident that she’s done enough research to be able to pull it off.

College

I almost didn’t write this plot idea down, because it feels so out of line with the other ones, but it has crossed my mind before during a thread between Oliver and Cynthia, so I wanted to include this one anyway. Even though, Cynthia likes her job at the Nouveau office, a receptionist was never the answer when asked what Cynthia wanted to become when she grew up, that’s why she’s considering to go back to college. But I feel like it’s very unlikely that she will actually make the jump and go back, because her life is just too preoccupied with other things right now. With Cynthia wanting to unite the vampires and wanting to become a Nomad and not exactly being able to afford to quit her job because she still needs to provide for herself and Meghan, there just isn’t any time.

CONNOLLY, Carter

Siphoning

Carter’s only been in the city for a couple of weeks and he has already successfully tricked one warlock into giving up his magic. Even though, it was Andrew who approached Carter, instead of the other way around, Carter still likes to consider it as a success on his side, because it looks like the word is getting out and he hopes that more and more witches and warlocks will approach him to get rid of their magic. Especially with the most recent AU catastrophe, Carter is even more motivated to go out on his own and look for witches or warlocks that might be willing to give up their magic.

The Kingsmans

It wasn’t until Carter siphoned Andrew’s magic, that Carter realized just how powerful the Kingsmans were, or were supposed to be at least. Upon first meeting them; Kaden Kingsman didn’t seem to be a very experienced witch, Zachary Kingsman seemed a little too divested and then a little too intrigued by Carter’s spellbooks for his own good and Andrew Kingsman just wanted to get rid of his magic as soon as possible. So naturally, Carter didn’t think as highly of the Kingsmans’ magic as he did of Derek’s magic. But Carter was quick to change his opinion once he felt the Kingsmans’ magic rushing through his own veins. Carter is also very aware of the possibilities now he seems somehow tied to Zachary and Kaden and he’s definitely considered to abuse that connection to grow even more powerful himself, but he eventually decided against it. Carter feels like it would be more in his own interest to keep friendly with the Kingsmans. So that’s why Carter’s now trying to grow closer to them and get them to trust him.

Derek Summers

Becoming close friends with Derek Summers is still on top of Carter’s list, especially now it looks like Kaden is giving up her spot on the Council so Derek can take her place. Carter believes that Derek and himself are the two strongest warlock’s in the city right now, and he therefore sees Derek as a strong ally. Carter is still looking to grow more powerful and he feels like Derek’s household name will give his own reputation the boost it needs to get people to trust him more. Though, this friendship is more than just Carter wanting to climb up higher on the social ladder. He thinks Derek’s cool and the friendship he’s offering is genuine.

Stealing magic

This is definitely one for the far, far future, but I’ve mentioned this in my application before and I’d still really like to continue this plot idea. I want Carter to grow somewhat addicted to siphoning magic. I always imagine the siphoning process to have a very adrenaline-rush-like feeling and I feel like that is definitely something Carter could get addicted to. He’ll also become so obsessed with growing more and more powerful that he will eventually feel like there is no other way, but to start stealing magic, for him to reach his goal.

DARDEN, Kevin

Kyle Davidson

The bromance is becoming strained as of late. Now things are coming between them that wouldn’t have before. Kevin only slightly minds that Kyle doesn’t approve of his marriage. He can easily get over that fact, but when the news of Kyle’s own marriage comes out Kevin isn’t going to be too happy. It doesn’t make sense to him that he’d jest about Kevin’s marriage but get married himself. Plus, Kyle is now his alpha too, which no longer makes them equals. He was all for there being an alpha to help keep the werewolves in check, Kevin just wasn’t ready for it to be Kyle. It’s just another reason to add to the struggle they are going to have to face in the future. The one thing he’s going to support Kyle with no matter what, is getting him on the Council.

Antonia Moreno

Kevin can’t honestly wait to be married. He’s not completely onboard with having a wedding because there’s too many things that could go wrong, but denying Antonia that is something he doesn’t want to do. The fact that Nick is back in town, doesn’t help their relationship. He still hates Nick because of everything that happened before, but he trusts Antonia not to leave again. If there is a confrontation, Kevin doesn’t want to make a scene because he’d rather enjoy the life he’s going to have with her instead of worrying. Being in the pack seems a little odd when he’s engaged to a vampire. He also still supports the fact that their should be an alpha council member, which Antonia was not on board with. Kevin wants to support everything that she does, but this is one thing he also doesn’t want to have to budge on.

The Pack

It was only a matter of time that Kevin would join Kyle’s pack, and it really was no time at all. Practically, as soon as Kevin turned normal again he wanted to join. There was no way he wouldn’t join his best friend for this. It’s a little other worldish because Kevin isn’t alpha, and he’s under Kyle again. There isn’t an urge as of now to take it over. But he is worried that the part of him that wanted to take over before, in the other world or not, will come back. He adapted into being a werewolf pretty well, but now having to answer to a pack is going be an adjustment. Now that he’s starting a separate life and not living with Kyle, he’s not sure how to balance both of them.

DAVIDSON, Kyle

Road to Alpha –

With what the other version of Kyle started, it was only fitting that he continue it. A strong portion of the Alpha that still remains strongly in Kyle can’t find it in himself to inform those that had joined his pack that it had been done by another, someone that did have his body, but wasn’t him. He’s long since accepted it and tries to find any way to build his mentality as Alpha as well as physicality. Maybe it was the connection to the pack that was strengthened by the unification of Kaden and him, whatever it may be, he considers each wolf in his pack to be a brother or a sister. Even more so, like a son or a daughter. It’s a strange sensation, but one that Kyle accepts entirely. His first motion as Alpha was to inform his pack to not reveal themselves just yet. In his mind, with the reveal of the Supernatural, the population of hunters has spiked, and though him and his pack display a strength he knows is unnatural due to both their already massive size and the spell that bound Kaden’s magic to his pack, he wants to first ensure the safety of his pack while he gets the gist of fully being Alpha to them without it being the Other Kyle. Gradually, he’ll seek to elongate his pack – which is at twenty-two wolves right now – then after that, he is going to see what can be done to both ensure safety and instate their power in the city. Kyle doesn’t plan on necessarily being the Alpha the Other Kyle was, but he’ll make sure that humans are protected as much as his wolves and anybody or any species that inflicts harm will be dealt with. If it makes him look ruthless or like a savage, he is fine with that as long as the right people are safe.

Dealing with What Happened aka A Job –

If there is one thing Kyle is lacking at the moment, it’s money. With what the Other Kyle did with emptying his bank account, opening credit cards and getting a house which he is in a year lease with – and also paying off the loan needed to buy it – he is in desperate need of have some form of income other than the wolves living in the Brownstone with him that are paying rent. Baseball season is coming up, and though he won’t offer himself to play for the Yankees – he wouldn’t be able to be away so much from his pack and the city – Kyle is going to offer himself in any other form that would ensure he stays in New York while being able to give his services to the team. If he can’t do something there, he’s going to try and become a personal trainer for baseball players of any age, furthering what he was first doing at the batting cages way back when. Baseball is his calling – not so much as being Alpha – but he needs money and that’s what he’ll enjoy most.

Kaden Kingsman Davidson –

Despite the fact that Kyle has to now be the Alpha to twenty-two wolves and is in search of a job that could replenish his debt, his marriage to Kaden was by far the most life-altering event to come from having the Other Kyle take over his body. The emotions that he feels are genuine ones, similar to the ones that he had felt when he was originally with Kaden before the demise of their relationship. However now, they are magnified. Stronger than he ever thought was possible. The heart inside of him is the one that is in her, and if that isn’t enough to spring forth more deeds to be done without their consent but that of the magic that put them there in the first place, I don’t know what else would. Kyle is constantly fighting the necessity of trying to be in the vicinity of Kaden, right now being more strong than ever. Right now they have to at least sleep in the same house, choosing between one or the other so they’re always discussing things to make it easier for their lifestyles. Gradually, he will hone in the emotions and the tethering he has to Kaden, learning to live with it or at least manage it in a way that is not so overwhelming as it is right now. I also see them becoming a little too comfortable, not being able to help what is happening inside them so they allow themselves to just relinquish the discomfort the magic from their wedding is doing and try to see it as an act of the binding, not themselves. There will also be a moment where it’s announced, probably quite grandly in a way that Kyle will either yell it or it’s released and how he reacts is more than likely just to try and ensure him and Kaden aren’t made fun of or she gets the short end of the stick. It’ll also hit him at one point that his tie to her makes him and his pack stronger so he might try to make an agreement with her that he already knows won’t happen but an agreement to keep them bound until they can’t any longer. It hurts Kyle to want Kaden again, after everything. But he can’t say no to anything she says even if he forces it, it’s never genuine. I do see them reigning the pack really well, despite the hatred they hate at what brought them to where they are, but he still takes her discussion into account for them because she is the wife of the Alpha, he can’t help it.

Kevin Darden –

There’s no lie that there was a slight connection that was lightly torn from all that happened between Other Kyle and and Kevin. From moving out and not telling him that he got married to Kaden, he knows that he’s holding back vital information from his best friend, but Kyle can’t find himself to open up about anything. There’s also the case that he got married – which is ironic since Kyle was so against Kevin and Antonia getting married – he feels like he can’t tell him anything or it would be utter backlash for him being so hypocritical. I know this is going to strain his relationship with him, and even though he’s automatically initiated Kevin to be in his pack, he still feels like he’s holding back a lot from him and the rest of the pack holds a higher place just because they know that vital information. At one point, I see that there’s going to be something related to the pack and Kaden is going to have to make an appearance that will reveal to Kevin that she is actually his wife. Tension will be caused, betrayals made at the fact he kept so much and possibly lose his closest friend in the process.

The Council –

Because of the Council’s dislike toward Kyle’s motion, he still holds that against the Council for doing anything for the Supernatural. That view on the Council is still intact, more so than ever with his pack in mind and since now Kyle is actually an Alpha and feels that only Alphas should be ruling werewolves. This distaste is only going to grow and I don’t see Kyle or any of his pack abiding by any rules the Council instates or any motions to harness his pack from what they’re doing. To Kyle, they’re an entirely different country that has no say in what he or his pack does since he is the ultimate decision maker of all of his wolves. I see a lot of disputes and negative things coming from his anti-Council views and a lot of ways to even get it to be disbanded if they put harm towards his wolves or himself.

DAVIDSON, Tarryn

(Just Joined)

HEATON, Oliver

1. GATHERING INFORMATION ON THE OTHER WORLD: While Oliver knows what happened in the first instance of getting to the other world, this second time around where the two worlds collided, it seemed like an impossibility that no one was expecting. Because he remembers being the other Oliver for the first time, he has been growing more and more curious about what the other world was, and how it all happened. Curious to a point of obsession where he wants to solve the riddle that no one seems to be questioning. This is due part to the fact that he wants to prevent it from ever happening again, and because he wants to know the connection between Nathan and the other world, if there was one at all.

2. PATHWAY TO MEDICAL CAREER: Before Oliver ever even came to the big city with aspirations of taking down the council, and setting up his own fortress to honor his name and his father, he was well underway to becoming a medical practitioner. Those dreams had been put to the side because of the conflict in NYC and his career had been halted. But now, since everything seems to have settled, at least the things he cared the most about, his considerations in going back to medical school are all still there while he begins to make a plan in becoming a doctor again. With his family name tarnished in Kathryn’s absence, he figures the only way to get back on track is to become a distinguished medical professional, and with that, I want him to start at the very least looking into getting back into school so he can finish.

3. HEALING MAGIC: This goes right along with becoming a doctor, but I thought that since Oliver’s specialty is healing magic and the craft of using herbs in combination with magic to heal, I think it would be in his best interest in either opening up some shop or clinic to help others heal. Since the whole world knows about the supernatural now, he thinks that it would be in everyone’s best interest if he went along with his own practice. Because he is a self-proclaimed expert in the field of healing, and because the initial reason he took up a specialty in healing was to help people, he thinks that there might be a need for him in the world, and perhaps he would be able to live out a life that made him happy doing this. Of course, to practice legally, he will need to obtain licensure, but for now, a low key shop would be something of interest in him getting, and with the right funding, he could become a sort of witch doctor.

JOHNSON, Nicholas

KHALIL, August

1. DRUG BUST: August has always had a knack for fleeing from cops. Even though he’s dealt in the shadiest parts of the city, he really had never gotten caught before. Until now. Once August gets caught dealing or using, he’ll be arrested, building a new side to him that has never been tested before, something that will help him strength his exterior. He’s gonna spend a short time in jail, before he finally manages to get Kevin to bail him out, because who better than to bail you out than a previous buyer? Even only after such a short time spent across with some inmates, August won’t really be the same guy, his aggressive side coming to the forefront of his mind and pushing other feelings to the side.

2. STRAINING RELATIONSHIP: They aren’t on the outs, but August and Olivia have shared quite a lot of history together, and like most couples, they have their highs and lows, and unfortunately in this relationship, they’ve had a lot of lows, another one being a moment of weakness in August’s control where he’s going to end up biting Olivia out of pure panic and aggressive behavior that will be triggered in a sense from his time spent in jail. I have no doubt in my mind that he’s going to spiral back into drugs because of his high tolerance and the fact that nothing else works for him. The heavy drug abuse will probably affect his overall character in ways that are reminiscent to his days of addict, and perhaps this spiral will lead into a more violent self for August.

3. LONE WOLF PACK: While it has been circulating for a while that there had to be a pack on the rise out of the ashes of the lost and forgotten, August has always pictured himself as more of a lone wolf. After being abandoned by his own maker, he found himself fending for himself and learning about the werewolf lifestyle in the fact that he was living through it. There were no warnings for anything, and even though he respects the decision of packs to form, he feels as though he doesn’t belong in one. He used to be in a pack so desperately before he found how liberating it can be to be by yourself, and because no one holds him accountable for his suspicious activity that he probably gets involved in.

KINGSMAN, Andrew

Back to his hunting roots/Nicholas’ come back:

Now that Andrew gave up his magic, he’s 100% sure he wants to be a hunter again. It was the last thing that was preventing him from killing his fellows — at least the ones who had a bad behaviour. He will consider himself the righter of wrong more than a proper killer — although the barrier is thin.

Nathan’s murder provided him a big relief, and this feeling will only get stronger when he’ll learn that Nicholas is back in town. The first thing he’ll do is send a message to him through Victoria. Even if he doesn’t know who she is yet, he’ll not hesitate to hurt her the same way Nicholas did to the Kingsman family. He will not do this willingly since Victoria seems to be a nice girl, but still.

On the other hand, he’s confused as to what he should do to his friends who confessed killing people in the past (Cynthia and Joshua, mainly).

Family relationships:

As much as Andrew can be angry at his older brother for leaving without making sure he knew why, the twins will eventually fix things up. He’ll feel like he’s the only sibling he can trust and openly speak to without being judge or be subject to a lecture. It will take some times, and not without a couple of argument, but eventually, they will make it through this.

Andrew deeply regrets not talking to Kaden before giving his magic away. He didn’t realize how bad it would be for his siblings, and what it truly meant until now. But at the end of the day, he feels a lot better without it, and if she can’t understand that, then he’ll not fight with her.

She’s the one keeping things from him all the time — the fact that Nicholas killed their parents, that she knew who burnt their childhood house down, for example. He can’t handle it anymore. Plus, Kaden saying that their mother would be ashamed of him for doing it was the most painful thing he’s heard in a long time, and he can’t look at himself in the mirror

Noah being turned:

His childhood friend being turned into a vampire is something that will truly affect him as well. He did his best to keep him away from this world all this time, and now, not only does he know about the supernatural world, but also is a part of it. He’ll feel guilty and angry at himself a little bit more, especially after their last conversation, when he told Noah he’d do his best to fix this and he had to trust him.

And the fact that Antonia is the one who turned him will not help him get over it. It will take some times for him to understand that it wasn’t the real her, but he said he’d keep an eye out for her and it still happened.

KINGSMAN, Kaden

1. Andrew Kingsman Giving Up His Magic

Andrew still hasn’t told Kaden about his plan to give up his magic to Carter Connolly, but whenever he does it is basically going to destroy Kaden. Although the Kingsmans are still relatively new to being a supernatural part of the supernatural world, they have grown up around the supernatural world and the original council for their entire lives. Kaden knows more than enough about the different supernatural species and their values to understand how shameful it is for a witch to give up his or her abilities, and therefore whenever she learns that Andrew is giving up his magic she is going to be heartbroken. Not only will she be deeply hurt personally, and also undoubtedly feel betrayed, but it will more than likely strain her already strained position on the Council as well because one witch in a family giving up their powers is really a shame on them all. Kaden has already struggled in the past with getting accepted by the witches in the city, so to have Andrew give up his abilities is most likely just going to increase tensions once again. Kaden personally will be hurt that he decided to give up his magic, but most likely she will be even more hurt that he didn’t tell her about this giant step that he was taking. She is already frustrated that he has brought it up to her multiple times while still refusing to divulge what his actually plan was regarding his magic and giving it up, and whenever she learns that he was hiding such a huge life-changing decision from her she is going to be unmistakably heartbroken.

2. Zachary Kingsman Arriving Back in Town

Even though AU Kaden is now gone for good, this version of Kaden still remembers all of the conversations that that other version of Kaden had while she was in control of her body. One of the conversations that will be the most important to Kaden is the one that she had with her brother. Obviously Zachary has been gone for years and years, and just like I will mention in point four regarding another person she ran into while she wasn’t herself, Kaden at first might deny that she saw her brother at all. After eight years she just can’t wrap her head around the idea that he would be back, and even more than that, she can’t quite believe that she would just happen to run into him on the street when she wasn’t even truly herself. Whenever Kaden and Zachary finally reconnect again, it is definitely going to take a while for Kaden to warm up to him at all, after all, eight years in a twenty-three year life is a lot to forgive, but I’m sure that Kaden will slowly come around to attempting to reconnect with her brother. I can’t say that their relationship will be perfect or that there won’t be any missteps or drama along the way, but when it comes down to it, Zachary is still her brother, and with only Zachary and Andrew left, Kaden really can’t afford to lose either one of them, no matter how intense of a headache or heartache they both provide her with at times.

3. Noah Pearson Becoming a Vampire

Noah becoming a vampire is something that has oddly shaken Kaden to her core. It’s not like Noah is the first person that she has seen killed in front of her, and she has known other humans that have been turned into vampires (mainly Olivia), but for some reason the whole experience with Noah has been rather traumatic for Kaden to deal with. Perhaps it was the fact that it happened right in front of her and he needed to feed on her to survive, perhaps it was the fact that it was Antonia (or at least her body) that committed the crime, or maybe it was just that it was all just a little too much on top of everything else that was happening at the time. No matter what it was, Kaden cna’t help but feel haunted by everything that transpired, and guilt has started to creep into the crevices of her mind too. She can’t help but feel that she kept blowing Noah off as opposed to taking the time to explain the real danger, and because of that she can’t help but feel that she’s partially at fault for him being in the wrong place at the wrong time. Going forward, Kaden is really going to want to do the most that she can to pay for what happened, and she’s going to be fully committed to trying to help Noah navigate this whole new world as much as possible. She can only imagine how bad the epxeirence is for him since he’s the one directly impacted, and she’s feeling traumatized herself, so she’s going to try and be there for him as much as she can. This is one of the worst times in history to become a vampire with all the civil outrage going on regarding the supernatural, but Kaden is willing to do whatever it takes to make sure that Noah survives the first few turbulent years as a vampire and makes it to a point of being able to guarantee his full safety and control on his own.

4. Nicholas Johnson is Back in the City

While the other version of herself was in control, Kaden Kingsman not only ran into her brother Zachary, but she also ran into Nicholas Johnson as well. Of the two interactions, the one with Nick is definitely going to be the one that she is going to wish didn’t happen. Her and Nicholas have a traumatic and dramatic relationship to say the least, and the last thing that she’s going to want is for things to get all messed up again. The last time that Nicholas left, it was without warning, and although it was crushing at first, Kaden has been able to move on and look back and see just how bad that whole thing was for herself and her psyche, or at least how bad the after effects of what happened were for her and her relationships. Kaden has finally gotten used to the thought that Nicholas is gone and she won’t be seeing him again. She has finally repaired her relationship with Antonia, Antonia is engaged to Kevin, and although her relationship with Kyle is on far from good terms, Nicholas at least hasn’t been there to stir anything worse up. Nicholas’s return always brings drama into Kaden’s life and leaves her feeling more confused and conflicted about who she is as a person as well. He has caused her more emotional pain than anyone else in the universe, but at the same time there is the same constant problem with vampires and the humanity on and off thing. She also can’t help but know that if anything happened to Nicholas that it would destroy Antonia. Basically, Nicholas’s return is just an added stressor on top of everything else in her life, and she’s not really going to know how to handle it whenever she finally meets him face to face for the first time again. Whenever she learns of Victoria’s return, things are going to get even more intense because won’t be able to help but see Victoria as the reason her parents are dead and partially hold a grudge towards the vampire because of everything that happened. She’s also certainly going to tell Victoria about what Nicholas did to the Kingsman family somewhere down the road too which will surely lead to a bit of chaos within the little vamp fam they’ve created.

5. Kyle Davidson and the Binding Ceremony Aftermath

Although it was both the Kaden and the Kyle from the other world that took part in the binding ceremony, even with both of them now sent back to wherever the hell they came from, this version of Kaden and Kyle are still going to have to deal with the aftermath of what has happened. It’s an awkward situation to say the least when you wake up married to your ex-boyfriend whom with things are already on stressed terms, and it’s surely going to be at least a little bit complicated for Kaden and Kyle to figure out how to fix this, if there’s actually any possible way to fix it at all. Kaden and Kyle are not only now married under werewolf customs, but they have now also aligned themselves and their power (along with the power of the wolves that were a part of Kyle’s pack at the time and the magic of the entirety of the Kingsman bloodline), and to say the least it’s going to be a mess to figure out. On top of everything it’s the last thing that either of them really need at the moment with the turbulence they already had regarding their personal lives. Although Kaden knows that this mess they’ve been sent into is neither of their faults, she’s still going to feel a bit of shame when she has to explain to Antonia and company what’s happened, and frankly she might try and hide it for as long as she can as well. She’s not too sure if this is even a mess that they can get out of, and because of that she’s also going to be plagued with thinking about how her and Kyle are going to be able to make it through their lives either trying to ignore this whole bound thing and just pretending that nothing has changed, or if they’re actually going to try and make it work. WIth Kyle stepping up to try and become the alpha of the city and bring an actual pack together, I feel like that will have some sort of impact on Kaden’s magic as well because of the way it has all been tied, so only time will tell if this turns out severely hurting them, or actually benefiting the pair in the end.

6. Derek Summers and the Council Position

Although I haven’t talked to Ray about this yet (surprise if you’re reading this!!!) Kaden is going to consider giving Derek her council seat, or at least offering it to him if he doesn’t want to accept. She’s kind of gotten to that point of what the hell am I doing, and I think that she’s finally starting to be able to accept that perhaps she works better doing other things as opposed to sitting in a council seat and having to follow everything by the books. Kaden was trained to go out there, boots on the ground, and make a difference, but she also knows that it would look horrible for the council to have one of its members revealed to be doing, or even to just have done, some of the things that Kaden has done in the past. Even if she has done things for the right reason, such as eliminating Rhett, Kaden still has a feeling that it would be looked on less than favorably by some of the people that she is supposed to be leading and making proud with her ways of leadership. Kaden also knows that she is far from experienced and that there are definitely other witches and warlocks that know more about magic and deserve it more than she does. Derek helped so much during the AU crisis that it only seems fair to talk to him about the council seat first, especially with his family history. Kaden trusts him after knowing him for so many years, even with things being on the outs as of late, and she would much rather follow him than many other people in the city that could be other options. Kaden is starting to realize that she would rather play to her strengths and what she is good at than trying to become somebody that she’s not. Antonia for example is built to be a council member, but Kaden just thinks that she has the personality and strengths to be doing other things. She also has a lot of other focuses that she would like to zero in on right now at the moment, and it’s really hard to do other things or put energy into other things when she has the council weighing down on her nearly constantly.

7. Kaden Kingsman and the Need for Independence

Although Kaden has been loving her life as Antonia’s roommate at the penthouse, it is starting to become time for things to change. Kaden was used to living on her own for years until the Kingsman Family Home burned down, and now that Antonia and Kevin are gettting married, the last thing that Kaden wants is to live under the same roof as an awkward third wheel. Instead, Kaden is going to go and try to find herself an apartment in Brooklyn that she can call her own and live in with Oliver her cat. She’s hoping that this will help her be able to figure out what she personally wants to do with her life more and figure out a direction that she wants to go (as well as give her some of that independence that she’s been missing out on since the summer). Kaden just wants to be responsible for her own place and to feel like she’s actually trying to do something with her life. She knows that more than likely Antonia is at least going to try and pay for her place since she feels an inhernet need to take care of her friend, but even just having to do the dishes by herself and keep on top of her own laundry instead of someone else being paid to take it away and do it is something that Kaden actually looks forward to. She’s been so busy living in luxury and with focusing on the council that she hasn’t really had a chance to adult and just figure out herself in quite a while, and getting some time to herself, and where she can try to center herself and decide what she truly wants, is something that Kaden feels will probably, or at least hopefully, be good for her.

8. Kaden Kingsman and the Attempt at Regular and Magical Education

Kaden has been trudging her way through her education at NYU ever since reenrolling, but with all of the council stuff she has been lucky to be even passing her classes. With Kaden most likely dropping the council, she is hoping to be able to finally concentrate on her schooling and actually finally declare her major at twenty-three years of age. Although Kaden knows that she will always be in the supernatural world, she also wants to have a degree so that she can at least pretend that she has a way to support herself besides just depending on Antonia to be her sugar daddy. Kaden truly just needs to find some interests outside of the supernatural drama, and if going back to school (and actually focusing on it) this time is the thing that it takes to get Kaden to that point then so be it. Besides just her regular schooling, Kaden also wants to start working on her education when it comes to magic. She knows that she is already far behind because of the Kingsman magic not being released from the Treadwell line until last year when Jia was killed, but she definitely wants to play catch up to try and keep improving. When the other Kaden was in her body, that version of herself actually was able to stretch Kaden’s magical limits quite a bit and work on mastering some control as well, so Kaden has popped into a body that has done some of the boring, dirty work for her. With Kaden currently being bound to Kyle and his wolves too, at the moment there is another source of power there as well. Now is as good a time as ever to strengthen her control, and Kaden hopes to really be able to buckle down and work on her schooling through NYU and her magical schooling as well. She wants to just force herself to focus and learn as much as she can over this winter so that hopefully she will continue to get smarter and stronger in both areas of her life.

9. Kaden Kingsman and the One Good Thing on the Horizon

Finally, this is a plot that is far, far from as important as all of the other ones that I mentioned, but it is a bit of a light in Kaden’s life at the moment. Last year Kaden and another girl that was around at the time, Brianna McClain, got together to throw a costume party on Valentine’s Day. it was a party that Kaden genuinely enjoyed, and although Brianna is no longer around, it is something that she wants to do again. Kaden has never really been much of a party planner, Bri had taken over with a lot of that stuff the last time around, but Kaden knows that she has resources she can pull from to help plan the party and make it a fun time for a majority of the people that she knows in the city. Since she will no longer be a council member whenever Valentine’s Day weekend rolls around, Kaden won’t feel guilty or bad at all for throwing an event that really is just about having fun, and frankly after everything that has gone wrong in the past few months, everyone deserves to just kind of rest and hang out and take a break for a night. Like I said, this really is a less serious plot than most (and really probably not one that should even be on here), but I figured that I provided eight decently plot related ones, so I could sneak this one in here without too much backlash. Basically it’s a little bit of a spoiler for the Valentine’s Day Event in a few weeks, and it’s genuinely something that Kaden is looking forward to and thinks that everyone else should be too. Also feel free to start trying to brainstorm your costumes for your characters, I’m pretty sure I’ve already gotten Kaden’s figured out, and I’m super, super excited for it!

KINGSMAN, Zachary

1. Zachary’s reunion with the Kingsman family - Zachary found Kaden while she wasn’t really herself, and they didn’t have a meaningful reunion. Now he wants to find her and have a better conversation. They have a lot to talk about, one of the topics being the other Kaden’s insistence that the Kingsmans are witches and warlocks and her place on the new counsel. - Zachary and Andrew had a argument when they ran into each other. Now Zachary has to make amends with his brother and try to regain his brother’s trust. He is still figuring out that they are warlocks, so he has mixed feelings when he found out that Andrew has gotten rid of his magic. 2. Zachary’s discovery of magic The alternate universe Zachary took over his body towards the end of the event. While in control, he performed spells and met up with the vampire Cynthia to discuss what happened in their world before it all faded in the smoke. When things returned to normal, it was a new normal for Zachary. He now had evidence that he had experienced for himself (sort of) that he was a warlock. It tips his world upside down. He has mixed feelings about it, but somehow it begins to make sense. He’s concerned that even if he tried he might not be accepted into a coven because of his history as a hunter. The only supernatural life he had ever taken was a witch, so he has more than one secret to bear. 3. Zachary’s return to New York City NYC has gone through a lot of changes since Zachary was last around; the supernatural community is more in the open and he has his own self-discoveries to handle. Besides his family he has several other reunions, one of them being his childhood friend Noah. Along with realizing that the city has changed Zachary has to realize that the people have changed too. The upcoming months will continue to grow Zachary’s discovery of this theme.

MCCARTHY, Sabrina

I Won’t Die A Liar - Sabrina Mccarthy

Sabrina outs her father to her mother after Sabrina’s near-death experience from the Society Ball. While being locked up and totured she’s asked by another captive girl what she regrets most in life; they both think they’re going to die. Sabrina states that she never told her mother the truth and that she was going to die a liar and that was something she never wanted. Going to the person she knows she can for advice, Sabrina seeks out Carter whom gives her the correct advice. Knowing she needs to tell her mother, Sabrina goes to see her mother. From the moment she sits her down things go south; her mother furious for Sabrina keeping it a secret for so long and that the man she loved so dearly could lie and sleep with another women ends in both parents deciding that Sabrina is no longer welcome in their house hold and for the time being all money is cut off from their daughter leaving Sabrina to pay for all the things she’s always had so freely. 

Fine Dine & Meat Eaters. - Sabrina Mccarthy

Sabrina being of high class and society is invited to a luxury society ball for the rich and wealthy. The mansion is decorated and everyone wears their ball gowns & suits to show of the money each and everyone of them has. The night seems to be going smooth and thousands are being donated in the cause of a charity none of them have ever heard of before. The owners of the mansion then propose a game of harmless Truth and Dare; the entire room erupts into laughter. For every Truth or Dare completed the owners of the house will donate $1000 to the charity, and that a few individuals would also win prizes; the participants are quick to begin playing. But the reality behind the night is yet to be found out. Each time someone steps up to play, each one had been harmless so far, the owners were deciding whom they want to take for their snack. As Sabrina steps up she is quick to be chosen as they tell her she has won a prize along with another girl and are quickly escorted off. But after they are tied up and tortured the two girls wonder if they’ll make it out alive. ( possible extra plot depending on time it begins ) Upon Andrew hearing about it, using his hunter skills he sets off to find Sabrina saving her life.

MORALES, Diana

Joshua Rhodes

With the newly broken arm, Diana blames herself for all of it. People had told her to not be with a werewolf, but she figured if she could avoid the things that made him angry everything would be okay. Of course he blames himself and doesn’t want her to be with him anymore, but with the baby Diana refuses to leave. A baby just complicates things more for them because they have to start from scratch and figure out how to prevent something happening with again. As well as Diana being more protective of herself because of the pregnancy.

Kyle Davidson

Diana is going to Kyle for help. She’s seen so many other werewolves live normal lives and not worry about making a mistake. Kyle is one of those people. Plus, now that their is a pack, Diana hopes Josh will be more inclined to join because he seems to want to be more involved with his wolf side. She has also always been a big supporter of the Council, but Josh hasn’t. Diana is going to try and convince him if that he is joining the pack, then he should support the Council a little bit more. That way both of them will be more involved in the supernatural community.

The Council

Diana has tried to be involved with the supernatural community. She’s heard about Meg becoming a human representative on the Council, and being one of the few humans that go all the time. Diana is interested in getting involved with that part of the Council as well. She also liked the idea of the Council having a werewolf member who was an alpha. Now that Kyle has become one, she wants to help convince the Council that he should be on it. Ultimately in her eyes, she sees that this could help Josh in the long run. Even if the people around her don’t think so.

MORENO, Antonia

1. THE WEDDING: Antonia is engaged to Kevin, which is a pretty big deal because of the vampire/werewolf dynamic, and the wedding is set for the end of February. It’s not the biggest plot device, especially when related to the overall plot, but it is still a huge part in Antonia and Kevin’s character development. As far as the wedding goes, I’d say that most characters would be able to come to the private affair, and while I don’t know the exact details of other character interactions that could potentially happen, I do think that there will probably be some overarching themes ( i.e, Nick being in attendance and stirring up trouble, Kaden and Kyle being the maid of honor and best man, etc.). This wedding is going to be a pretty big plot for the next month or so, and has plenty of opportunity to end in multiple ways, though the plan right now is to have Kevin and Antonia elope in a private ceremony, but again, that isn’t set in stone and depends on what happens leading up to the event.

2. THE VAMP FAM: So, it’s safe to say that most of the taken vampires are a part of a larger bond than just being random vampires, turned by other random vampires. The vampire family includes Victoria, Olivia, Noah, Nick, and Antonia, and while there is some tension, there is also an inseparable family dynamic there. Being the mother figure of the group, Antonia has taken her role seriously, and this plot has played out through the course of the entire roleplay and even in flashbacks before the the RP began. Because the family is bigger than ever before, Antonia and Nick’s relationship has been put to the test as they strive to make their makeshift “divorced” family work. While the entire family hasn’t actually sat down all together yet, I think there is a large chance that they may eventually have to have some sort of family dinner.

3. THE COUNCIL: Antonia is still the vampire representative on the Council, and this role is practically a full time job, as she tries to keep not only her species safe, but the supernatural community as a whole safe. There is no more room for error, and as the whole world comes to terms still with the supernatural population being very real, the Council is going to face more and more threats. I think something that will probably come into play very soon is the fact that Kyle is alpha, and with that, he’s going to have a voice in the Council, something that would actually be pretty beneficial to finally have a wolf that was a leader, and knew what was going to help the packs most.

MUELLER, Olivia

The Alliance

Cynthia approached Olivia about joining a vampire alliance she was creating. With everything that Liv had to go through in the other world, she was all for it. There were also a few things Kyle said that made her want to join as well. She wants unity for all the species, but with vampires and werewolves being enemies until the end of time, Olivia is worried that something could actually happen in the future. No matter how well everything is going now with the Council, she’s going to be alive for a long time. Maybe things aren’t going to happen right now, but when the next werewolf takes over Kyle’s pack everything could change again.

August Khalil

Things have been strange between Olivia and August since the first encounter with the alternate world. He’s more aggressive with her, but Olivia hasn’t confronted him about it. She let’s him do it because she’s in love with him and doesn’t want to cause anymore problems. Any time she has retaliate, he only gets mad at her. Olivia doesn’t have any clue about the drugs he’s still involved with. And then when he ultimately goes to jail, that’s when the confrontation is going to happen. She figured all of that was over, and now that’s introduced into their life again she can’t support it. This is most likely going to lead him to bite her, which is going to force her to seek out someone to help. Carter and her became friends with Olivia was her AU self, so she’s going to go to him to make her better.

Victoria Johnson

Olivia is excited to have someone else be a part of the vampire family she has. She’s known how much Victoria meant to Antonia and Nick, but she can’t help have a little sense of jealousy. At some point her own parents won’t be there for her, which leaves Nick and Antonia to be her parents. With Victoria being back, Liv is worried that she’ll have to start vying for their attention. Liv feels as if she has to get along with Victoria to keep the family together. She isn’t living with Nick anymore, plus she knows more about the modern world than Victoria, which leaves her somewhat alone and having to set more plans up with Nick and Antonia.

O’NEIL, Caleb

PEARSON, Noah

1. VAMPIRE NOAH: With recently having been changed into a vampire, Noah is at the forefront with plots, and availability for new plots as well. In this new chapter in his life, his main concern is learning how to be a vampire, that is, how to be as good as a vampire as he can be, without risking his own life. This includes learning to take care of himself, and his thirst, without having to rely on Kaden and Antonia to provide for him. Still, the penthouse has become a home to him, and he’s not sure if he can even go back to his old home now. Along with getting used to his lifestyle, he only has so many sick days, and is going to have to quit his job, until of course he gains a better control of himself. For now, he doesn’t trust himself enough to be around kids, and that hurts the most for him. As he struggles to come to terms with his new life, he’ll have his own set of moral dilemmas to face along the way.

2. RECONNECTING WITH THE PAST: Because of the changes in his life, Noah is more nostalgic than ever, coming to the realization that he’ll never have the chance to grow up, start a family, or even live a real life anymore. With this, the reflections of his own past are coming to haunt him in a way that seem too real, and that comes with greeting people from the past that he thought he’d never see again. This includes Zachary Kingsman, one of his closest friends from high school, whom he thought he’d never see again. In this, he’s going to be learning a lot more about Zach’s past along with the Kingsmans’ altogether after Andrew recently revealed that he was a warlock.

3. BROTHERHOOD WITH NICHOLAS: Because of the circumstances surrounding his immortality, Noah has been like a son to Antonia. But this isn’t the only relationship that has unfolded with his recent transformation. Nicholas having had a connection to Antonia, has seemed to take Noah under his wing, and possibly teach him everything there is to know about being a vampire. While we all know Nick hasn’t been the most friendly of vampires in the past, Noah has a strong heart, and hopes to only learn from the behavior, not mimic it entirely. He wants to follow in the footsteps of Antonia, seeing that she’s chosen a different path to normalcy than Nick has, though there is no doubt that the relationship held by the male vampires will be an interesting one.

4. RELATIONSHIP WITH KADEN: While it is no secret anymore, Noah once had a huge crush on Kaden during high school, though was always too afraid to tell her anything back then. Now that they’re both a little bit older, and arguably more mature, he’s told her his feelings for her, and this has caused some sort of strain on what they had become, though, it seems after everything that has happened between the two of them, they have remained close friends. Noah still likes Kaden in a way that he thinks she’ll never reciprocate back, but the last thing he wants to do is make things awkward for them again.

RHODES, Joshua

Werewolf Nature –

With the recent bout of events, finally having his worst nightmare come true with the maiming of Diana, Joshua has come to question himself once again and with a doubtful mind comes unhonest actions. He thinks that every waking moment, the control that the Other Josh lacked will come and the years of him trying to build it will come tumbling. He knows that it wasn’t him that hurt Diana, but the fact that it was all mentality that took away his control, he’s trying to find a way to manage his wolf. From wolfsbane to meditating, he’s been giving himself ways to fully control it now so that nothing else can give him a reason to hurt another. Sooner or later, I see him confronting Kyle or another member of his pack – maybe even a different pack if there is one because Joshua knows with a pack that he will be stronger. He’s tired denying what he is because it just makes weaker and he can’t be that around Diana.

Diana –

The biggest pain that came from the Other Josh inhabiting him, Joshua hasn’t been able to get past the fact that it finally happened. After things were going so fluid and nice between them – from their marriage to finally living in peace and harmony together – seeing her everyday with the cast on her arm and the painkillers that she has to take multiple times a day has gotten the best of him. Pain and betrayal in himself is there and he can’t help but think that sending her away or distancing themselves would give him – and Diana – and better state of mind. Joshua is second guessing marrying her. He can’t help but think it was a bad omen that it had to happen right after they married. I do plan on him discussing this with her, separating the two gradually if he could because her in pain just did it for him

A Pack –

Even though being part of a pack has always been the last thing on his mind, being a lone wolf something he preferred and always vouched for, he knows that a pack will make him stronger and also more honed in with the wolf in him. He has gradually gotten past the denial of what he is, knowing that nothing or anyone would be able to take away what his nature is, so he’s going to start searching on different outlets to broaden that part of him to make him stronger mentally and physically. Joshua also just wants to ultimately have it so that Diana is safe from everything and knowing that a pack can help back him up on anything is more fortifying than just a room or moving states if something happened to him again.

Friends –

What is already obvious about Joshua is the fact that he doesn’t have any friends other than his wife, and no one can deny that you can’t just have your significant other as your best friend. Hopefully with him joining a pack, this will initiate connections of him with others than himself shying away from discussing stuff or being naturally friendly instead of awkward. He has made friends with Andrew, but if he learns he’s a hunter, things won’t go quite so smoothly, but the fact that he can have a connection with someone, a person who has cast out what they are and knows the hatred for what they are, it makes him feel good to know there’s someone else out there.

ROBERTS, Meghan

1. The Council A while ago now, Meg suggested to Antonia that they should add a human representative to the Council, and Antonia suggested she should take that position. While Meg initially was doubtful that she could do a good job on the Council, she eventually decided it was a good way to make a difference, and that it something she wanted to do. She’s already told Kaden and Antonia that she’s willing to take the spot, and now just needs to make it official. She really cares about both the supernatural community and other humans, and honestly just wants to figure out a way they can all get along with the least amount of toes being stepped on. I imagine that with the other Council members having gone public, Meg probably will do so too, and could in a way become like a human spokesperson for the supernatural community (like a news commentator  role/ one of those people who get invited to news shows to be interviewed about specific topics haha). Her private life will probably get much less private if this happens, and I see her struggling a lot with that fact. 2. Cancer/supernatural transformation Meg’s condition is worsening. Even if she’s not exactly willing to admit it (sometimes even to herself), she’s been growing more tired and feeling weaker than usual. She stopped undergoing chemotherapy treatments a while back, and her doctors have estimated that she has much less than a year left, unless a miracle were to occur. She hasn’t told anyone about this prediction– not even her parents. While knowing she had so little time would’ve induced panic in her a few months ago, Meg’s oddly grown more at peace with it, even as she’s not sure whether she’ll escape death by becoming a vampire or a werewolf. Cynthia’s offered to turn her, and she’s pretty sure Kyle would turn her if she asked, but Meg’s not sure what she wants, or if she even wants to be a supernatural at all anymore. Her recent experience as her AU self and reading through some those case files Andrew kept of the supernaturals the Kingsmans had previously hunted really opened her eyes to the downsides of being supernatural.*

*An extra note on this: I have a sort of half-baked idea that Meg might seek someone to try to heal her with magic instead of seeking to be turned, and it could in some way go horribly wrong. But I’ve got nothing past that. If anyone has any ideas/is interested, let me know!

3. Attitude Adjustment Recent events have left Meg feeling emotionally drained. She doesn’t feel like she has the energy to get too angry or upset anymore, and is growing increasingly withdrawn, keeping to herself more often than not. She’s grown tired of being trodden on and told what to do, and is dealing with it by just avoiding dealing with others. Eventually, something will happen that’ll make her say ‘enough is enough’ and stand up for herself, but for now she��s just distancing herself from people and any drama that might arise, which, if we’re being honest, is probably only really making her more upset, even if she won’t admit it– Meg’s a friendly person and a people-person, so it’s unlike her to behave this way. She just feels like she’s finally had enough, but doesn’t know what to do about it.

AU: Adrian challenged and won against his dad for Alpha of the Hunter pack to save Ronnie (before meeting Jared/Davidsons)

As tradition goes in the Hunter pack, the alpha legacy is passed on to the firstborn son in the Hunter family. Being the oldest, Adrian has been trained underneath Gabriel since he was a child to one day take his place on the throne. Typically the next-in-line will take over when the current Alpha dies or steps aside for his son to take over the responsibility. However with Ronnie fast approaching 18 and Gabriel making it clear he isn’t ready to step down, Adrian does the unthinkable: He challenges the Alpha.

Being a pack that only recognizes one bloodline to lead them, the idea of challenging the leadership is considered to be traitorous and it’s not a practice they’ve ever adopted. No one ever dared to challenge the Alpha before. However, since Adrian is the next-in-line and thought to be the rightful heir, Gabriel accepts his challenge under one condition: It’s to the death. If Adrian wins, the alpha position is his and if he loses, Deacon will become the next-in-line. The thought of having to kill his father deeply troubles Adrian, but he knows what’s at stake if he takes back his challenge and he knows what’s at stake if he loses. For his little sister, he pushes forward and though it ends up cutting very close, Adrian comes out on top.

Now under Adrian’s leadership, the pack undergoes some very drastic changes. Seeing as Ronnie was his biggest motivation to take charge, his first order of business is to unburden her and give her the freedom she deserves. The trigger-by-18 law is tossed out and so is the age-old tradition of premade matches  within the pack. She no longer has to carry the weight of a trigger she didn’t want nor a man she didn’t care for.

As the Alpha, Adrian also decides to reintegrate the pack back into modern mainstream society where they could lead more civilized, fulfilling lives than the one they’d been accustomed to for centuries in their little woodland territory. The idea initially is the scout around North Carolina for new territory, but when Cyrus unexpectedly dies and his mother reveals a truth to him in her grief, the search for new territory starts taking him closer to Virginia...

Despite being known as the true heir, Adrian’s “insane” decisions lead to backlash from some of the more extreme members of the pack. The Everetts, the Millers, and his own brother especially. Crystal, angry that Adrian isn’t so easily controlled, turned her attention to Deacon instead. He was more susceptible to control and she liked that. With backing from some of the other alpha bloodlines and extremist pack members, they start to follow him as she spins a web of further conflict between brothers.

The reveal of Adrian’s real father is a threat to his already shaky position. So this is a secret kept between just him, his mother, Ronnie, and eventually Jared.
