WAKE UP, PEOPLE!! You are NOT a bad person!! Let’s get this straight: if you like an artist, go follow them!! Who cares if they’re proshipper? You enjoy their art, and that’s what matters. They post beautiful creations of your favorite characters, and that’s what you’re there for! Stop stressing over things that don’t affect anything.

And don’t even get me started on the whole “reading toxic ships” thing! If you’re curious about a fic, READ IT! WHO CARES if it’s about a messed-up relationship? It’s fiction! Those characters are NOT REAL. They are not real. They don’t have feelings. You’re allowed to enjoy things in fiction that you would never, ever entertain in real life. So why is everyone acting like you’re morally bankrupt for reading something you enjoy??

Stop acting like the anti-proship rant is some sacred religious text. It’s NOT! Enjoy your damn life and the content that makes you happy! Quit letting other people’s judgments or self-righteous rants dictate how you consume fiction. Stop letting these online rules ruin your fun. I really feel thankful to the proshipper community.

My two best friends I only met because we were all proshipp mutuals on tiktok. I started to get into fandoms i used to like when I was a kid. I started to re learn how to write fiction and be creative again. I started feeling actually happy just by engaging with fandom stuff. I dont see fandom as an equivalent for drama anymore. I started doing fanart again. I started becoming actually free to be "cringe" or "weird" without judgment !! I think that is actually the fandom spirit is: a community, that is safe, focused on having fun.
