The break from that fucking hell hole (affectionate) And some of those terribly toxic people(truth) is fantastic. I havent cried since my last shift…

Despite having no money for groceries, that also means no take out which has forced me into the better habit of cooking for myself & making food at home from what we have. The house is clean, I’ve got more energy, i’m getting my walks/steps/activity in daily which is giving me more energy. I’ve actually got the motivation to put me first for the first time in a LONG time so there is a blessing in this bullshit. (Now if only i had the money to go buy healthy food & pick up some skin care… lool)

My name is Ahmed Turk, and I am reaching out to you from Gaza, a place where the sky has forgotten what peace looks like. 🌌 My family and I are trapped in the heart of an unending conflict, and I am here to share our story—not just as a cry for help, but as a plea for understanding, compassion, and hope. 🤍

🌿 This is us—my sister Aseel and I—and our family, caught in the crossfire of circumstances we never chose. We have lost our home, our safety, and everything that once defined our lives. 🏚️ Imagine losing everything—the place you call home reduced to rubble, the memories you cherished scattered in the wind. We are now living in a tent, under the open sky that offers no protection from the coming winter. 🌧️❄️ The cold is creeping closer, and with it comes a fear that grips our hearts. How do we keep warm when we have lost everything? How do we stay strong when there is no shelter to hide under? 🥺

🥀 We are surrounded by scarcity—there is no clean water to drink, no healthy food to eat. Every day is a battle for survival against hunger, thirst, and despair. The prices of the little that is available are too high, and with each passing day, we feel the weight of this burden growing heavier. 🍂

My father was injured and now needs urgent surgery. I explained this in a previous article, and he is still suffering. Please remember, my father is a peaceful civilian who loves life just like any other father. 🙏💔

A part of the fear we are feeling is captured in this video from about a month ago. Yet, we know this is the least of what we feel right now. We've reached a point where hope of coming out of this war unscathed feels lost. 💔🕊️

The moment we left Rafah and were displaced for the fifth time in a row - now we are in Nuseirat in a tent on the sea coast, living.

But even in the darkest of nights, we hold onto hope. ✨ Your generosity could be our lifeline, your kindness the bridge that helps us cross from despair to hope. 🌈 I know the borders are closed, and the path to a better life seems blocked. ENCANTO CHARACTERS AS ANIMALS🕯️✨:

Which animal represents each member of family Madrigal? (In my opinion)

- Mirabel: Butterfly🦋 There many butterflies in the movie that indicate this is Mirabel's animal: the pink one she wears in her top, the one that's engraved in the candle and obviously the golden one that appears in Bruno's vision and in the scene of Mirabel and Abuela in the river.

- Abuela Alma: Lion🦁 She's a wise and strong woman who's hard on herself and sometimes can make others fear her. Just like the leader and the most powerful of felines.

- Julieta: Cat🐈 A little cute and domestic animal that everybody loves and who makes people around it feel comfortable and safe.

- Pepa: Chicken🐔 Idk why but Pepa reminds me of a chicken because they are adorable animals that get scared or stressed easily and that's how Pepa is. Let me know if you agree with me or if you don't and which another animal do you think could represent her🙏🏻😁

- Bruno: Rat🐀 I mean, there's no discussion here. His best friends are the little rats that live with him🥺💚

- Agustín: Dog🐕 An adorable, loyal and funny animal that is always there for his loved ones and that could get in trouble because of his innocence.

- Félix: Bear🐻 A sweet and lovely animal whose hugs and protection are the best medicine for his loved ones. Everybody loves teddy bears and everybody loves Félix Madrigal.

- Isabela: Swan🦢 One of the most beautiful and sweetest animals ever. Do you agree with me? Idk which another animal could represent Isa.

- Luisa: Donkey🐎 A strong, cute and loyal animal that usually carries heavy weights and that sometimes is abused by its owners. Donkeys dance with her in her song and they give her a hammock and a drink so she cast rest at the end of the movie😭💙

- Dolores: Rabbit🐰 A sweet and beautiful little animal everybody loves with a very sharpened hearing sense.

- Camilo: Chameleon🦎 He's literally the one who can mutate to become other people. I also thought he could be a monkey because they are funny animals that make everybody have a good time, but the animal which truly represents Camilo is definitely a chameleon.

- Antonio: Leopard🐆 I know he's just a toddler, so his animal would be a little leopard because his pet is a leopard. I mean Antonio is lovely but also cool because he literally gives off boss vibes. He will be a king when he grows up😎💛
