Due to Gallifrey's geography, unusual plant life, climate, and its residents' biology, Gallifreyan wine isn't like the Earth's equivalent and potentially has wild consequences for non-Gallifreyans.
ð·What Goes into Gallifreyan Wine?
Gallifreyan wine would be made from fruits and plants native to Gallifrey, which doesn't include any kind of grape. Some possibilities include:
Ulanda Fruit, Magenta Fruit, Trumpberries, and Lushberries: We don't know exactly what these taste like, but they're bound to add some exotic fruity flavours.
Molten Rushes (with zinc hawthorns): Known for their unique mineral content, these wines would probably create a sharp, metallic note.
Fungi-Based Fermentation: Gallifreyans are big on fungi, using them as a food source, so it's not a stretch to think wines are made with fermented feathergills, pogsquats, skullcap, or Cardinal's collars, all of which probably add a rich, earthy flavour.
