🧸 A headcanon about their childhood

Russell had some of the strangest obsessions as a child. One of them being obsessed with silent, black-and-white films. Thankfully, they were allowed by the Utopians, so his parents let him watch them occasionally. Russell used to study the characters’ body language to see how they communicated without words. That's why he can easily pick up on people’s emotions just by watching their body language.

👻 A headcanon about what scares them

Letting people get close to him, both physically and non-physical. He doesn't like people touching him without his permission and hates being crowded around. Russell also fears letting people into his life and heart. He’s already been betrayed by people he trusted (aka the Utopians) and is scared of it happening again. Russell believes that if he doesn't let people get too close, it will hurt less when they inevitably betray and leave him.

👽 A headcanon about a weird quirk of there

Russell hates other people making his tea. No one ever gets it right or remembers how he likes it, no matter how many times he tells them. He will allow only four people in his life to make his tea without complaint and in order: his mother, Amy, his father, and Yann. His mother took her tea similarly to him; Amy paid diligent attention to how he liked it and made it her mission to remember the order; his father used to make Caroline’s tea and would also make Russell’s when he was too small to do it himself; Yann always takes the time to learn people's likes and dislikes, and while it took a couple of tries, he eventually got it right and continues to do so.

🦾 A disability headcanon

He has OCD. Everything has a place, and everything should be in its place when it is not in use. He also has to perform certain tasks in specific orders, or else he’ll need to restart. For example, he has to grab everything he needs in a specific order before he leaves his house. So even if he were to find his keys before his wallet, he wouldn’t grab them until he had his wallet, even if it would save time.

💔 An angsty headcanon

Russell used to collect coins when he was a kid. He stopped collecting them after the Utopian leader deemed no members could have unapproved hobbies, and unfortunately, collecting coins was not one of them. Russell was forced to get rid of or spend the money and was forbidden from collecting them again. After the Utopians were dissolved, he slowly began collecting coins again. Amy’s the only one who knows about the collection, as he’s scared that if others find out, he’ll be forced to get rid of them again. She’s never told anyone and gives him any unique coins she finds to add to his collection.

🎭 A headcanon about what they lie about

He was a child actor. Many Utopians pursue careers in acting, and even more put their children into the spotlight. Russell never had any significant roles and usually served as a background character. But there were a few movies where he was a recurring character. Thankfully for him, those movies weren’t very popular, so no one recognized him from them. Someone once questioned him about it, thinking they’d seen him in a movie or show before, but Russell managed to deflect their suspicions by saying he used to do commercials, and that’s probably where they knew him from.

😺 An animal related headcanon

Russell had a pet cat when he was a child. Technically, it was his mother’s cat, which she had owned for years before he was born, but the cat loved Russell as if he were her kitten. Where Russell went, the cat was never far behind. She was his protector, and Caroline took many pictures of the two together. Sadly, the cat died of old age a couple of years before Russell escaped the Utopians. To this day, every time he sees a fluffy white cat, he thinks of his childhood pet and his mother.

💄 An appearance headcanon

Russell is a stickler for cleanliness and good hygiene. While he’s not an overly vain man compared to others in Pacific Bay, Russell is guilty of taking extra care of his hair. He hates having his hair a mess and uses special products to maintain his waves and keep his blond hair looking shiny. Amy always tells him he loves the smell of his shampoo, making Russell smile every time she compliments his hair.

😭 A headcanon about the worst thing that happened to them

When Brad Belinsky kidnaped Russell, he was nearly strangled to death by the hypnotized strongman. When Brad captured him in a headlock, he squeezed Russell’s throat so tightly that he cut off the profiler’s oxygen supply. Russell struggled to get free by hitting Brad’s arm, but his attacks did nothing against the wall of muscle. Thankfully, Brad lightened up after he put a gun to his head, but Russell struggled to breathe until he was rescued. The following day, he woke up to a bruise across his throat, and he covered it with makeup to prevent worrying his teammates.

😶 A random headcanon

He’s lactose intolerant, and that’s one of the main reasons why no one is allowed to make him tea: they use regular milk instead of an alternative. The first time Amy took him to get ice cream, he didn’t know how to tell her he couldn't eat it. Thankfully for his bowels, the shop had lactose-free options, so he was safe. After that, Amy always ensures she takes him to shops with lactose-free options and keeps a tub of his favourite ice cream in her freezer for when he visits.

Any ideas on lgbt (mostly gay stuff) in khajiiti culture?

Canon sources of LGBT khajiit are rare from what I know of, encountered some gay NPCs when I was playing ESO which was never commented upon (this was before the Elsweyr expansion which I haven't played), and years ago, sex jokes from Daggerfall were often brought up as crumbs of representation but I believe they're less lore-y and more fantasy flavor takes on basic jokes. Gender is very important to the notions of what makes LGBT- khajiit culture, judging by the creation myth in Words of Clan Mother Ahnissi as well as by the honorifics they use in their naming conventions, seem to go for a male/female binary. There are no transgender or gender non-conforming khajiit mentioned that I know of, although I cannot name any culturally relevant sexism either, so it's fair to assume it's not much of a thing. Historically, the real life cultures I've read about that strictly see gender as male or female seem to inch for both sides of the same coin approaches, or seeing them as two separate things, and given khajiit motives of duality and seeing outside of it I would assume it's the first. I also believe people outside that strict biological binary have and will always exist, although in video games representation it is not fair to read much into their absence because those people are rarely if ever represented in mainstream media.

This being out of the way, here's the headcanons portion! I'll be referring to khajiit and elsweyri culture interchangeably (a can of worms for another day)

My main idea would be that khajiit are very lax about sex, do not consider it a taboo topic and in their culture, have a lot of freedom around it. Ostracizing someone for homosexual relationships would be considered an attack. The times it could be a big deal would be surrounding situations where someone wants biological children, should it be of their own desire or because of peer pressure, which would be niche situations more depending on individuals than culture as a whole. However, I also believe that in using our modern terms, the social norm would be bisexuality and that someone displaying exclusive preference should it be gay or het might raise a few eyebrows. Given this, I do not believe that the born and raised elsweyri have specific gay subcultures as is the case in our modern world. Same sex marriages would also happen (more in my marriage post).

Regarding transgender people, with the strong binary I mentioned above I think gender non-conformity and transgender identities would be understood closely to our modern world. It'd be easier to understand to a khajiit that someone would transition from male to female and the other way around, but more complex personal expressions of gender would be outsides of the social norm and broadly characterized as "third other" or by less gentle people, as a combination of traits of each, the basic "x soul y body" or whatnot phrases you sometimes hear. This could be both rejected and reclaimed by people! And contrary to gay stuff, it's likely that GNC individuals would group up to find in each other respite from the social norm.

But if you're to ask LBGT questions to a khajiit the most likely answer would be in the lines of "why is this your business?", or adjacent 😺

Siren in batdr 😺☝️

Picture 1 is her as an entity in batdr. She can only move through a puddle due to her structure as a mermaid. Audrey encounters her in an inky river somewhere (my memory's fuzzy and i dunno if theres an inky river in batdr but if there isnt, well lets just pretend there is) and she is given choices of whether to talk to her or ignore her banter.

A. If Audrey chooses to ignore her, Siren will get angry and will disappear into the dark puddles. Only to appear again occasionally to jumpscare audrey (kinda like slicer but more vicious and vocal)

B. If Audrey chooses to go and talk to her, she will ask Audrey to do something to her bidding (havent thought what thatll be but maybe something in relation to getting a bendy plush or smth? And a radio maybe) And when she returns with the required items, Siren will immediately be the supplier of Audrey in batdr: supplying her with inky hearts, coins, upgrades, batteries, and even the canister(she can only two tho). But this transaction can only happen once in every encounter. She can also be a jack of all trades, she can help audrey occasionally whenever she's stuck in a level, low power of the gent pipe, distract the keepers or any enemies nearby. Usually she'd do this by randomly popping from an inky puddle or when audrew looks on her back to see siren out in her puddle.

She is one of the experiments who escaped The Pit. She loathes Twisted Alice and loves to dive in when audrey battles Alice. Whenever she says goodbye to audrey after the trade, she says "Your welcome for that, my little goldenfish. Oh! And dont forget to say hi to my darling devil!" She waves briefly and then disappears into the puddle, then the Ink Demon will be heard nearby, initiating the usual warning from the game.

Picture 2 depicts another version of Siren--except she replaces Audrey as the protagonist. Her weapon is changed from a gent pipe into a fountain pen. Upgraded in a different way, she would need to dip it into an ink puddle that is charged with electricity. It causes the pen to enlarge and strengthen itself. There are certain stations for this upgrade tho, like the gent pipe upgrade station. It just doesnt have a manual compared to the pipe. The metap tip will have some electrical shock and it can be pulled out to reveal thick ink inside that can be used to temporarily blind or immobilize enemies (its sticky). She doesnt have the banish ability and will be replaced by Soul Snatch, she can snatch an enemy's life in one touch. She will still have the flow ability from Porter (changed from yellow to black) and the travel ability from Heidi tho.

The ink demon aint merging with her in the end tho, lets say... just a change of heart.

Oh i forgot to say, they cannot both exist at once. So no one meets the other.

LLD -> Lang Lang Ding (literally "wandering nails"), a ship name for Gong Jun and Zhang Zhehan that was coined around the time Word of Honor finished airing

Junzhe Rio -> Rio here is joking Chinglish for "real". The phrase is used to say that Gong Jun and Zhang Zhehan really are a couple rather than it just being fan shipping. If you see the acronym lldszd (for 浪浪订是真的), that means the same thing

🥚 -> "shan dandan". I don't think the term is used much in the English fandom, but if I'm not mistaken it's a subcategory of shippers who view junzhe more as a bromance and/or who don't keep up with news/rumors as much as fully invested shippers (junzipi, 🍊)

😺 and 🐶 -> Zhang Zhehan and Gong Jun respectively. It references the fact that Gong Jun likened Zhehan to a cat during an early interview, while Gong Jun himself has a very dog-like personality (cute, playful, loyal etc.)

Two in One Post

I eat Flaming hot Cheetos as well. But I only eat them once it's winter time. Four days ago at my Social Club, I did a park walk and Sign Language, while we were walking at the park, it was super freezing outside and after we walked, I had enough coins to see if I could get something to snack on, And enough to grab a water bottle. Because anytime I eat something spicy, I always grab a bottle of water because it's really good to cool your mouth off from eating something spicy. So yeah I eat Flaming hot Cheetos both normal and baked, and even Flaming hot Chester's Fries. Those are the Spicy foods I snack on even during the winter times or anytime it's not hot out. Plus Flaming hot snacks are my favorite snacks besides baked Cheetos, Original Goldfish and Doritos.

🚨 Cutting: I tried to get out of a relationship with a younger cutter after nothing I tried to do/say helped.
