Just another normal day after school at NRC. Unfortunately for Yuyume, they work at Mostro Lounge, run by the one and only Azul Ashengrotto. (Boo.) Just as a bartender for a few days a week though, so he doesn’t have to see Azul every day. (Very good!)

The job isn’t bad, it just involves talking to people.

Okay, wait. That is bad.

Well, at least they get paid.

Lucky for them though, it’s Monday! Who is going to Mostro Lounge on a Monday? Barely anyone. And the people who are there are mostly at the tables and not the bar.

As usual, Yuyume is not working. No orders mean no work. Now, could he just disappear behind the counter so it’s less likely that people come to the bar? Yes, he could. But will he? No, because it is far more likely for Floyd or Jade to come over and ask them why he isn’t working. Which is bad.

Spacing out on the job isn’t apparently not a good thing because now there is a person in front of Yuyume. Gosh, maybe just pay attention for once in your life.

Ah yes, this person. Who are they. Oh they’re speaking we should pay attention probably.

“Hey! You work here, yeah? Could i have a…” She was probably giving an order to Yuyume, but I wasn’t really paying attention. In any case, the order was placed, the money exchanged, and the drink in the process of being made. What do people even order to drink at Mostro Lounge? Isn’t this a school, I don’t think minors can have alcohol so is the menu just like, soda and water? Root beer floats? Milkshakes?

“Oh, by the way, I’m Stella! What’s your name?” she asks. She seems to enjoy meeting new people.

“..I’m Yuyume.”

“Cool! Nice to meet you, Yume! You’re friends with Yuu, right? I see you two walking around campus and stuff sometimes.”

“Oh. Yes, I am” they say. “Do you know Yuuko?” It’s not hard to imagine people knowing Yuuko. Especially this one. Stella was her name? Yuuko talks a lot, Stella talks a lot. I can see the potential.

“Yeah! He’s pretty cool! Occasionally I see him when I’m out and about. Trey also talks about him and Cater sometimes during science club and…” she continues to talk.

‘Trey? Why is Trey talking about Yuuko and Cater.. oh. Yeah. Makes sense. Those two are like Ace and Deuce but. Older. I feel bad for Riddle and Trey,’ he thought.

Wow, look! It’s already the blossoming of a new friendship! Probably. I don’t know, I can’t predict the future. But look! They are functioning just fine! Even though one isn’t talking, like, at all. (Yuyume.) Well, at least Stella doesn’t seem to mind.

…Wait, did Stella ever get her drink?

“What a wonderful interaction! Don’t you agree?”

A photograph was seen at the doorstep of the Night Raven College library this morning. I tried picking it up for closer inspection, however, the sight of this... cold, dark substance was a blaring red flag to avoid doing so. Luckily, █ █ █ █ █ █ showed up. Since he had gloves on, he managed to pick it up with no problem.

Unfortunately, no matter how hard we tried to clean it off, the picture remained unclear. The substance penetrated through the printed ink, fully shrouding the truth behind it.

Suppose the picture isn't entirely a piece of junk either. Upon flipping the picture, the back reads:

AFEL CMY UEL'X KIC GSR'R LMVR CGY, RLMW UI KLYPD TPC QSSV WCCW JMELL AGHW SNIF XM XZI ZPARBMFK RVMXF. OPEN YOUR EYES.

At the moment, we don't know what this means. What doesn't help is that Ms. Eliza doesn't seem interested in discussing the matter. We're truly left in the dark with this one.
