irene was sitting by the well, all alone in the courtyard. the moon was shining brightly on the star filled sky, illuminating her lone figure. in her hand was a single white carnation, bloomed and beautiful in the moonlight. irene lifted it to her face, inhaling the light floral scent with a silly smile as she thought over what had occured a few moments ago.

reality finally dawn on her as she recoiled, ripping the flower away from her face. a tired sigh left her lips, sea green eyes lingering over the carnation in her hand. it left a bitter taste in her mouth, knowing how the prideful, sarcastic dorm leader of ramshackle had been reduced to a lovesick highschool girl. "oh, what's the matter with you, girl..."

unknown to irene, a group of students heard her. it was her close friends, sereia, calira, ryoko, remy, and elyssabeth. elyssabeth recalled having not seen her in the dorm, so she called up the others to help find her.

"irene's in denial again, huh." said sereia.

"i say we play wingman until either one of them confess." suggested calira with a grin.

the group collectively agreed. they were hellbent on making their friend see the feelings she had been denying all this time.

a 'poof' was heard, the group saw their clothes were changed into pristine white chitons and sandals. their hair were held neatly in place with gold headbands. they all turned to a smiling elyssabeth, who was wearing the same outfit. faint hints of magic lingered on her fingertips.

"what can i say, character immersion." she didn't elaborate further.

they saw irene stood up, brushing the imaginary dust off of her cream coloured chiton. she wandered aimlessly around the courtyard, when she saw a metal cupid figure on a marble pedestal, with his arrow pointing at her. she scowled and lifted her hand, turning the figure facing the other way.

irene glared at the white carnation in her hold, and threw it away. ryoko, who was standing the closest to her, caught it. the group shared a grin, as they began to sing and dance to the song.

irene walked along the hallway, immersed in her own thoughts that she didn't notice her friends behind. lately, she had been seeing this one guy poking around around her personal space. sure, she saw his appeals, and how gentlemanly and soft he was with her, but that didn't mean she was falling, right? how could she, when she had other things to worry about? but the temptation was strong...

she sat down by the well, when she suddenly felt something in her hand. there was the white flower again, didn't she throw it away a while ago? (remy snuck up to her and placed it there, not that she knew) she stared at the flower, her other hand lightly touched its petals mindlessly.
