The words were like mush in Ekira's ears as the bard sat dumbfounded, tilting their head to the side as Ryuji continued to explain- or rather, try to, the dramatic waves and swoops of his hands only causing the bard's brow to furrow further. Their hooves shuffled uneasily, running through their fur as they tried to make sense of it all.

"Wait, so y'want me t'stand where, while th' enemies do what?" they blinked, their large yellow eyes wide with earnest confusion. "Why not jus' charge in, sing a song t' distract 'em, an'--" they paused, watching as Ryuji's face only grew more and more perplexed.

"Or... 's there more to it than jus' that?" they chuckled nervously, brows creasing wearily as they laid their chin in their hooves.

Let’s try this again. Shinichi plus Conan equals two Kudo brothers. Then there’s also Shiho plus Ai, the Miyano sisters, so a total of four. Simple right?

Today marks one month since I've started this account, which is by no means anything incredible – but I just wanted to say something real quick.

I had tried holding an account on other social media platforms before but I felt anxious and it died out quickly. I'm a very insecure person so it took me a lot of convincing myself before starting this account too. I was sure no one but maybe a couple of people were even gonna notice me, and instead I've been getting WAY more interactions than I ever thought!

This time, I'm actually having fun posting stuff, interacting with people and such. Whether this is thanks to tumblr itself or the TSH fandom specifically I'm not sure, but it doesn't change the fact that I really do feel comfortable and I've been having a great time!

It's the first time I'm just about confident enough to let my art and my random thoughts be seen by people I don't know irl, and even just a few notes of people liking something I've written or drawn, or even finding it nice enough for it to be SHARED with other people is mind blowing to me. Every single notification I get really does make my day!

I realize it sounds cheesy but I still had to take this off my chest lol because I really mean it. Not sure anyone is even actually going to read it but it's okay, it was mostly for myself, I guess. Thank you!!! 🌻

Of Ethics, Values, Morality and Such

I've always found fascination in the meanings of words, and applying such meanings to characters in the ways that they might think or do things.

For one example, one meaning of ethics is 'the discipline dealing with what is good and bad with moral duty and obligation'. Which I feel in some ways defines Neri's understands of what 'being a good person' is to her. A strong sense of duty and obligation;- she considers morality and the acts of being humane to others around her as not only something she believes in - but something she has to do. It's a key factor of her role as a combat medic. Not only that - constantly mimicking and reflecting what her father has taught her.

There are all sorts of fascinating psychologies around moral, immoral, amoral; Neri definitely falls into the categories of being a moral person. She understands right from wrong. She feels a great sense of anxieties and shame if she does something that she knows wouldn't be what she considers the right thing. And exploring that a little more;-

Whilst what Neri values stubbornly don't tend to change too much - her morality and especially her pacifism can be prone to flexibility. There's already been evidence enough of that when Neri slapped someone because she believed they were being an abusive twat. In that, it could be defined a little more as 'I will not hurt or use violence against others'; until they give me no other choice to do so. Usually, 'no other choice' is when her loved ones are in danger. Other times, this is a matter of self preservation. Neri doesn't want to die, because there's still too much to do, and it would be a domino effect. More people would die because of her death.

Neri in herself has always been an interesting writing dynamic with the different layers of what is just and right, what needs to be done, how much can you live with if you veer away what you've adamantly said you believe in. She is painfully aware - which is where most of the Xanxus/Neri conflicts come from - that even if she's backed into a corner or might have well-meaning reasons to break her pacifism or moral standings - it still makes her a hypocrite. She resorted to being just like everyone else. She made herself a liar.

But what's the worst outcome, really? To become what you've always feared and hated yourself? Is it really worth holding onto everything you've said that you were, if it means the people you love will have to suffer or disappear entirely for it?

i recently started using the flora study app because my close friend got me into it and i got a friend request from one of my friends' sisters whom i've never talked to and she has a basil pfp from omori, and my pfp is the omori plushie (the same one i have on here currently). so i was guessing that was why she added me and i was right because minutes later she messages on one of my session results 'is that an omori pfp'. and this friend told me she had a younger sister but i had no idea how old she was so i search her name on the school database and she's in fifth grade... missy aren't you a little too young to like a game famous for being psychological horror? 😭
