Right. Focus. "Sorry. On it." And with 'on it', she meant she had to slowly climb up the building again. It would be so much easier if these lines would be attached at the roof, she could simply run up to there, but no, they had to stick to the sides. "Ugh. Maybe I should've searched the nearby citities for someone with untangling powers instead of this." Like they joked about before. "Would probably be faster than this." And she wouldn't have to climb, which was like, almost the worst. It took way too much concentration to be careful to not slip or grip onto something loose.

Busy trying to manage himself and keep his fear from showing, Fulcrum couldn’t manage giving a sarcastic response when Lightning asked if he was okay.  With his wings in the way, and the lines tighter around him, he couldn’t just gesture an answer with his hands either.

“M’fine,” he huffed.  And he was fine, he assured himself internally.  After all, Lightning was helping him get down and out of this;  it shouldn’t take too long until he’d be free.  However... He looked up at the ground below him.  Maybe he should tell Lightning about the ‘mass’ problem.  He was wary about speaking about that with someone else around, though.

Meanwhile, the girl jumped when Lightning suddenly appeared next to her and scrambled to regrip her phone before it could fall.  A full second passed before she processed what had just happened and what Lightning was talking about.

“Yeah, I wasn’t posting it,” she explained.  “I was just texting my uncle.  Fulcrum and Reign saved my uncle from some robbers a few years ago.”

“Lightning...” Fulcrum called, his voice the slightest bit higher pitch than usual.  “Can we stay focused please?”

As much as he didn't want for this to be posted online, he very very Very much wanted to not be trapped here for longer than he needed to be. He held himself rigid in an attempt to keep himself still.

"Crémy the Shattered" - This is 'Crémy the Shattered,' dedicated to my incredible friend. Their favorite OC, Crémy, has been through a lot, but just like my friend, they always come out on top. They've been there for me for years. Hopefully, we'll have many more years of friendship and adventures together!

"Tribute to Kuro" - This palette, 'Tribute to Kuro,' is a heartfelt farewell to a dear friend taken too soon. It's my way of honoring someone who meant the world to me. Rest in peace.

"Fizzing Up Like Soda-Pop" – Soda, Kuro's younger sibling, is a cherished friend who has been by my side through thick and thin. We've always been there for each other, supporting one another every step of the way.

"Pink Lilypad Slumber" - I don't think I can make tons of friend palettes without mentioning the other person who runs this blog with me, Mod Tired, who I appreciate a lot! @froggy-n-tired

I was feeling a little tingle to draw some old ocs. However, this is the height chart for them with the bonus of how they probably write their names! (Never really done it before lol)

From largest to smallest :

Comet - MudWing/NightWing

A big bulky guy who's surprisingly a lazy brainiac. A natural planner who will never touch anything requiring physical work. He would rather read scrolls than combat others. Even then, he's the type who will have a stone face when reading heavy smut in public. Yeah, he might have a pile of scrolls that could possibly be like Ao3. 🗿

Nephthys - SandWing/NightWing

With family drama and mystery, they are a rough dragon to be around. Bulked up from working as a soldier for a few years, they rely on their strength and endurance to last through the fight. Naturally cold and suspicious, it might be hard for them to warm up, but they have a good amount of advice and knowledge from their life. 😒

Cyclone - SeaWing / SkyWing

A combination of speed for the sea and sky. He lives by the motto of Lightning McQueen: "I am speed." With wings uniquely designed like that, he's great for quick flying and diving near the coastlines. With a natural higher temperature, he loves hot water spots. He likes to challenge Nephthys in the combat of speed vs. strength. 💪

Mist - RainWing

Originally, her scales were much paler (hence the name) with a more quiet and gloomy personality. However, after a few years of disappearing in and out, she comes back refreshed. Now, she's a social butterfly. Snarky and quite a gossip girl. Don't worry. She's a girl's girl when needed 💅

Jade - SeaWing/RainWing

Smallest yet the calmest. Living more along the coastlines, she manages to get the taste of both worlds. Definitely the sweetest in the eyes of any outsider. She's pretty quiet as she just observes everything. If Nephthys provides advice, it would be about general survival and life tips while Jade provides advice about emotions and people. 🌸

This is what I could come up with, very tentative (I'm open to suggestions), a couple of options for the ones you've asked about and three more KHR OCs to the mix.

Definitely a horse, because she's a Cavallone. If Dino is the big horse, she's the baby horse. She's not going to be a baby forever (unless...) and I'd like to add a flower motif too, but since there's no calla lily emoji, maybe a sunflower?

Another one that comes directly from her name, plus the lipstick for how fashionable she is.

Can you tell me what roles your OCs have on a run?

Sure!

🪐 Saturn - In one comic, she's hired as the face because the rest of the runners have negative charisma. She's very good at lying and smooth talking but I wouldn't say her normal role is the face, she's more just a general street sam. Very good with guns and good at punching people.

🔑Keys - Another gun guy. He knows a lot about guns and the art of killing people. Very good for defense points, I think.

🌸 Phase - She's a shaman. So magic and support. She's good with spirits.

💾Source Code - Decker/hacker. He is absolutely pathetic in combat so he sticks to not being on field what so ever. Later turns more into a fixer, since getting shot at really sucks (and he gets PTSD after Phase dies)

🪫Denchi - He's a mage. And he used to do magic forensics type of work before becoming a shadowrunner so he's very good at analyzing magic and tracking people. But he's also really good at zapping people with Lightning bolt.

🪳 Gokiburi - Not a runner, he's more like incomprehensible nightmare. With bugs.

🔊Noise - Classic Street Sam. He is very chromed up and likes to rip people apart. For fun.

🌪️Hush - He will say he's the face but he's not. He used to work for an intelligence gathering/almost spy like corporation so he's good at gathering information, infiltration, etc. He's not the best at up front combat but he's not actually bad at it either.

🦈Kareem - Shark Shaman. He bites people. And throws them around. He would beat someone with another someone.

🎭Whatever - The face. He's a shaman of Iktomi/Trickster. And his whole thing is he is so good at lying it's scary. He has several set up personas to wear and can fit himself into most situations. Absolute king at manipulation.

💵Gretchen - Street sam. She is a former gangster and enforcer so she's just really good at beating people down. There is a secret thing but that must remain secret for now.

🚬 Smoke - Fixer. Also a rigger. Wow that's the only rigger I have. Amazing.

Headcanon - Lightning's Deliveries

Not sure how many are even aware, but in the about of Lightning, I mention that she occasionally (rarely) works as a delivery girl. She doesn't do that for just any company, no, she does it for NaNext - which is my made-up company which is supposed to be similar to the big names on the onlineshop-world. (You know what I mean, amzn for example)

Lightning came across the owner of this whole business really early in her hero-career - before she even chose to be a hero, actually. She met the girl owning this - her name being Nanette (and I haven't bothered to give her a last name yet) - shortly after her abilities showed the first time, and she got help from her and food and a place to stay, and will forever be grateful to have her as a friend. That delivery service that they occasionally offer is available only whenever Lightning marks herself as ready to take on something, it's very very expensive (don't ask me for a precise sum, idk, more than standard deliveries and more than express deliveries) but for that price you get your thing - as long as it isn't anything too big to handle - within 5 minutes. It's always popular whenever it's available; people have tried the weirdest things to escape actually having to pay the fee when they realized that the delivery indeed happened easily within 5 minutes; and it is through this that Lightning earned herself a good bunch of money to use whenever she needs it.

i mentioned it before, but she really likes gardening. she spends a lot of her time working with different flowers, and is in chardge of taking care of koichi's garden that is in the midle of his tea shop

it would probably the dumbass gang, kimiko and his family before he turned into a yokai. he is very social and all, but he doesnt say his secrets to every person he sees. the people mentioned above are the few who do know a lot bout koichi. kimiko basically became his guardian when he became yokai and took care of him for hundreds of years, and she basically became a mother to him. his family is kinda clear and the dumbass team is pretty clear too.

her morals are kinda in the midle, maybe even leanin a bit towards the black teritory. she very much sends people to suicide missions knowing that they'll die, but she also has reasons for it. mainly that sacrificing a few people to save a town, or even a country is worth it. and that taking out a dangerous person is worth death of a team. her morals are mostly formed by herself, as she didnt have a family she was close to until later on in her teenage years.

Headcanon - Lightning

When it comes to knowledge about shows and movies and the likes, Lightning knows barely anything. She might have caught a few snippets or general ideas of things in places she stops at on occasion, but she has never really seen cartoons or animes or anything like it, neither movies or shows or whatever else you could name, here.

If anything, what she should remember from "experience" would be more like poems or books or what else one would define as more "classical" things like that, but she also doesn't remember those since even when actually reading or listening to some of these things, Lightning never really paid attention.
