Tyler watches as you stumble over to the Wranglers who are all sprawled out around the campfire they've got going. You've got a beer Boone handed you in one hand as you plop on the floor, just a little too close to the fire for Tyler's liking.

Wandering over, Tyler's approaches slowly, hoping not to spook you the way Dani did earlier. Lily notices his approach from her place in front of you, nudging your foot in an effort to settle you. Turning, your eyes widen and a goofy grins spreads across your face.

"Tyyyyy-" oh shit you're drunk.

Tyler sits next to you on the floor, letting you lean into him, and it takes him by surprise when he realises that you're shaking.

"Shit, you cold?" He feels you shake your head, and his heart sinks in his chest. So you're scared. That's worse. A lot worse.

He lets you sit in silence for a moment before he feels your body shaking against his and your chest heaving.

"Shit, baby, talk to me," his arms curl around you, a gentle tug pulling you into his chest. A sob claws its way from your chest, and he feels his constrict.

"Baby, talk to me." Turning in his arms, you curl into his chest, your face hidden from him, but he can feel the tears marking his shirt.

He holds you for some time, letting you cry, until he feels your body still against his. Gently, he stands, Boone helping keep him steady as his arms hold you close.

He climbs the stairs to his motel room slowly, wincing as the metal creaks under his weight.

Once he reaches the room, he's careful as he places you on the bed, his hands moving your hair from your face, heart breaking at the lingering tears wetting your face.

The sun is shining when you wake in the morning, head pounding and mouth dry. Sitting up slowly, you're startled when you see Tyler sleeping in the chair just off to the side.

Gasping, you jump up, body shaking as the cold air hits. Tyler twitches in his sleep, and you try to pull the door open, but the hinges squeak, and Tyler turns his head to face you, a frown taking over his features.

"Baby, where are you going?" His voice is groggy and deep, and he scrubs his hand over his face.

"I-"

"Don't go, please," his voice is uncharacteristically quiet, "we don't have to- I won't ask- we-"

"People died." Your voice is so quiet he almost doesn't hear you. Almost. The pain in your words makes him flinch.

"Baby-"

"They died, and I couldn't do anything to help them." Whispering, you move closer to him, and he reaches out for you. "I couldn't save them."

Gently, he takes your hand and pulls you closer to him, your body between his legs.

"Baby, I'm so sorry," his hand strokes the back of your thigh gently. "There's nothing you could have done, baby. Tornadoes are wild and unfair."

Rainy Dayz With The Cowboy. 🤠🌧⛈️

It's another hot day in Oklahoma. The glass is greener, while the wind is breezing in the air, and the people enjoy themselves during the summertime. So, while you are on vacation to work on some research on climate change, especially how storms have gotten more extreme for the last few years during hurricane & tornado season. However, storm chasing is not really your thing cause of due to your anxiety of storms during your childhood till all the way through your adulthood later on, so while you in Oklahoma, spending time for yourself. This one man caught your attention, and your heart too was YouTuber sensation, aka Tornado Wrangler, Mr. Tyler Owens. At first, he was out of your league because of his cocky but arrogant attitude cause how he came off when you first met him. However, soon after , day after day, as soon as you get to know him more, he is just the most humble but sweet guy you ever met on earth. So, later on that evening, it's was raining and storming outside where the two of you stayed in at a hotel together.

"Hey there, pretty lady, got us some pizza & drinks." Tyler came in from the rain.

"Oh cool, that what up, because I am starving like Marvin." You chuckled.

And, so after y'all two ate some dinner this evening, y'all are chilling and having a conversation about almost everything from y'all childhoods to y'all families .

"I'm surprised that you have a PhD. degree on meteorology, I thought you just a dumb youtuber who cares about clout & the views." She furrowed her eyebrow and being sarcastic .

"Darlin', I'm not that dumb. Besides, it's just my facade I have to put on for the camera." He have a wicked grin towards you that make you blush.

Then....a thunderstorm cracked out of nowhere loud as hell, and you got scared quickly, so you run into the bathroom, and Tyler was concerned, so, he follow behind to comfort you and make sure nothing bad happened to you. Having someone who understands bout being scared and have to face their fears dealing with severe weather phenomena, especially in Oklahoma, is a good thing because Tyler is that type of guy not only be around with but he been around tornadoes and severe storms before with his crew.

"Thank you, and I'm sorry, I just don't like storms." You were embarrassed, but your face was still blushed that Tyler was holding you.

"Sweetheart, there is nothing to be sorry for, is alright to be scared, and you know I'm always be here and I not going to let anything happen to you." He gives you a genuine but sweet smile and a kiss on your forehead.

"Hey honey, I'ma be back, going with the crew again." Tyler has his keys & his hat on.

"Okay babe, please be careful, I love you." You say to him while you clean up the kitchen.

"Love you back." He kisses you on the cheek and heads straight to the door.

So, while your husband is out chasing tornadoes with his crew as usual, you always can't help that anxiety you felt in your stomach that your husband can gets hurt in a tornado especially this time of the year in Oklahoma, however, lucky for y'all, you two live in Atlanta since three years now after you & Tyler gotten married. But it's still didn't change the fact that he still got that wild card personality in him, regardless of who he is because of what he loves to do.

*rings, rings, rings* Your phone is ringing, and you answered it.

"Hello?"

"Hey Sierra, this is Lily, I'm calling you to form you that Tyler is injured from chasing today, and he is in the hospital right now, if you okay to see him."

"Okay, thanks, Lily. I'm otw now." You hung up and grab your keys, and head out to the hospital with no hesitation.

Afterward, you got out of the car after you arrived there. Feelings are overwhelmed that you don't know that he makes it out: alive or dead.

"Hi, I'm looking for Tyler Owens, I'm his wife." You said to the lady in the front desk with lace of concern.

"Hi, Mrs. Owens, your husband has been waiting for you, and he is in room 101." She said to you with a smile.

As soon you come in, Tyler turns around, and his face changes to a frown to a big, wicked smile because you know he is happy to see his love, especially if you made his day around.

"T!!" You walk towards him

"Baby" He cooed

"What the hell you were thinking about? I'm was so worried that you gonna hurt, especially doing storm chasing an-." Tyler, stop her from talking.

"Hey, hey, hey, shhh, it's alright, look, I'm sorry, we saw a EF2, it's was coming towards me & the crew and all a sudden we got hit by something from the tornado and the truck filp over, and we got out of there quick." He explained.

You are sitting down and processing that your husband is explaining what happened. However, all you know is that you are grateful that your husband is still here and blessed to be alive.

"Don't do me like that again, T, or I will divorce your ass, please." Your voice was stern but soft.

"Aye, aye Mrs. Owens, I love you." He tips off his imaginary hat while having a cheshire cat grin on his features that you can't help but smile at him.

"I love you too, Mr. Tornado Wrangler." You rolled your eyes, but you can't help that you love him, and he gives you a kiss on the lips.

I'm thinking that the reader, Baal, and Anat are in the temple of Baal ( in Canaanite mythos, the gods lived in their temples and were dressed, fed, and cared for by their priests) when Baal or Anat gets called to fight Alexander the not so Great. You can choose who wins or of its wholesome or a bit of angst

➩ Y/N once a worshipper to the god couple Baal and Anat, found themselves to have become their lover!Things were great for them and their relationship thrived while living in Canaan.

But one day their messenger brings serious news about Ragnarok having started, and either Baal or Anat are forced to fight for the gods. Causing disturbance to their peaceful lives!

In the heart of Canaan, amidst the golden fields of wheat and the roar of distant thunderstorms, stood the grand temple of Baal.

It was a place of reverence and worship, where the Canaanite people gathered to pay homage to their beloved deity, the God of storms, fertility, and harvest.

Within its sacred walls, Baal, alongside his cherished lover Anat, resided, watched over and cared for by their devoted priests.

Y/N, a faithful follower of Baal and Anat, often found solace and guidance within the temple's hallowed halls.

They would offer prayers and sacrifices, seeking the benevolent favor of their gods, to be closer to them somehow.

One fateful day this wish that felt impossible came true, as Y/N was welcomed to become more than a worshipper, a friend, a lover.

All thanks to their endless devotion!

But happiness as it seemed wouldn't last forever once Ragnarok came around and on this particular day, the tranquility of the temple was shattered by urgent whispers and hurried footsteps in the distance.

Y/N looked up, their heart skipping a beat as they saw their loyal messenger before them. Anat and Baal pulls Y/N by their was it, closer to themselves protectingly.

There was a tension in the air, a sense of foreboding that Y/N couldn't shake.

Before Y/N could ask what was even going on, the messenger breathless and wild-eyed, finally spoke about the news he bore.

"My lords," he gasped, "The gods of Valhalla demand one of you to duel against Alexander the Great. Ragnarok it has-"

Anat's eyes blazed with fury, her grip on her spear tightening, she couldn't believe what she was hearing! Baal, usually serene and gentle, puts his hand on Anat's to calm her.

"We must act swiftly then, I will go and fight for us. I'll spare you from another battle my darling Anat.." He declared, his voice resonating with power and love.

Y/N and Anat stared at the god in disbelief, Anat's face tensing up with tears rolling down her face, rather than turning soft like Baal had hoped for.

"Are you out of your mind Baal! I shall confront this so called Alexander the great and protect you and Y/N from harm."

Y/N's heart clenched with fear at the thought of Baal or Anat facing such a formidable foe.

They pleaded silently for both their safety, knowing that with Baal's gentle nature could be overshadowed by his wrath if provoked, as well for Anat, who often could be reckless.

Baal's gaze hardened, something he rarely could do, especially to his lovers.

"As I've said I'll not risk your safety, Anat. This fight is mine to face alone.."

Anat clenched her first, the weight of their decision hanging heavy in the air. But before their debate could escalate further, a voice soft interrupted them.

"I know you want to protect us Baal, but understand where Anat is coming from.." declared Y/N, their voice gentle yet firm.

Baal and Anat turned to regard Y/N, their presence softened the tension between the bickering lovers. Anat's eyes softened as she reached out to caress Y/N's cheek.

Thankful for their understanding.

"Thank you my sweet Y/N, this is exactly why we adore you so~"

Y/N accepts the goddess and her warm caress, letting Anat stroke the side of their face until Y/N let's their hand cover Anat's.

Anat looks confused at her lover.

"But.. I do believe Baal should get the chance to prove himself, Anat."

"No.. No! I cannot bear to see Baal in harm's way! Please understand Baal!!"

Y/N smiled reassuringly at Anat, pulling her into a embrace while she panicked.

"Trust in our bond, Anat. Together, we can weather any storm." Baal spoke reassuringly, joining in on their shared embrace.

With a nod and a few tears, Anat reluctantly agreed to the decision. Baal would be the one to face Alexander, with Anat and Y/N standing vigil at the sidelines watching.

When that day came Anat and Y/N nervously watched, comforting each other.

The battlefield raged with the fury of a thousand storms as Baal clashed with Alexander. Lightning crackled and thunder roared, shaking the very foundations of the cosmos.

Baal fought with all his might, his power unleashed in a torrent of divine wrath. But Alexander proved to be a formidable opponent, his tactics cunning and his resolve unyielding.

Baal found himself gravely wounded, his strength waning with each passing moment.

Anat's cry of anguish pierced the chaos of battle, tears streaming down her cheeks as she watched her beloved falter. Y/N's heart ached at the sight too, their own tears mingling with Anat's.

Baal, battered and bruised, felt the darkness closing in around him. But then, amidst the cacophony of battle, he heard their cries.

The voices of his beloveds reached him, stirring something deep within his soul.

With a roar of defiance, Baal summoned every last ounce of strength within him. With renewed determination, he pressed on, his every strike fueled by the love and devotion of Anat and Y/N.

Finally, the tide of battle turned. Alexander faltered before the might of Baal's fury.

With one final, decisive blow, Baal emerged victorious. As the dust settled, Baal stumbled forward, his wounds still raw and bleeding.

But then, he saw them, his lovers rushing to his side, their arms open wide in welcome. With a grateful yet weak smile, Baal collapsed into their embrace, the weight of his victory and his wounds finally catching up to him.

But in the arms of his beloveds, he found solace and strength, knowing that together, they would weather any storm that came their way.

How she didn't complain once while they were picking up marshmallows from the kitchen floor, but was smiling, still complimenting Luz on her achievement and joking about it with her and the others...
