Awhile ago I asked for sonamy headcanons (and I’m always hungry for more!) and I received the most beautiful headcanon from @hedgethemaze and I just had to illustrate it!

Sonic and Amy’s favorite nighttime pastime is stargazing 🌙​⭐​🌠​👀​

Amy enjoys making out constellations and discovering new figures drawn in the sky and would occasionally make up stories with them – She knows Sonic finds this a bit childish, but appreciates that he doesn’t let it show and listens to her stories, instead (even participating once in a while, throwing in some action to keep them from being too daydream-y lol).

Sometimes, looking at the stars would remind Sonic of Starfall Islands – of cyber space – of Amy being at arm's length yet, an entire plane of existence out of his reach. The thought makes him reach for her hand as they lay on their backs on the grass, with a whole new appreciation for the feel of her hand nestled in his - Amy, aware of the gnawing memory, would shift her hand and intertwine their fingers, successfully chasing the memory away.

And some other times, she’d say those stories are just bedtime-story-practice to tell their 'future' child/children, only to tease him because there’s nothing as amusing to her as watching Sonic go from cool blue to cherry red live in record time 😆

About stargazing - it occurred to me that it could be more than likely for Sonamy to catch sight of a shooting star.

Well, I imagine Sonic would notice Amy staring at the shooting star in silence, knowingly waiting for her to say something but then the star disappears from view and he'd say "huh... kinda thought you were gonna wish something for a sec,"

Amy, realizing what he means, would jump a little on her spot next to him, they'd still be holding hands, but she scooches over and rests her head on his shoulder.

"Oh! Well, actually," she rubs her cheek on his shoulder and her grip on his hand tightens "I have everything I could wish for already."

Sonic notes she's got her eyes closed, now more interested in the warmth their bodies are sharing amidst the nightly breeze. Sonic blushes, hoping in vane she doesn't notice his body getting warmer at her statement.

"What about you? Don't you have any wishes?" Amy is genuinely curious (she can feel his awkwardness, so she doesn't tease him 'this time').

Sonic looks away, the hand that's not being held by Amy scratches a very reddish cheek, taking a deep breath to cool himself, "Nah..." the shyness quickly evaporating from his voice and he braves returning her gesture by, ever so slightly, snuggling against the top of her head. Leaving Starfall in the past, to focus on the present, Sonic's already made up his mind. "I'm good, Ames."

Synastry/Composite Observations 🌠

(These are just some of my experiences and I really just wanna share what I learned with yall)💕

Synastry-

💙✨ Saturn square Venus can really just throw off the timing of a relationship. Well its less the timing and more of the fact of that the two people cant ever make their minds up and mature up for one another. And there are for sure alot of barriers that come withing this aspect one of them being that other people can set these two apart. In the couple that i saw this in the guy was Saturn and the woman was Venus. Venus was led on for almost 2 years while Saturn chased a different woman in that time. Until in may 2023 they started talking but their communication was off so Saturn broke it off. Now in december everyone finds out Saturn wants her back but Venus has moved on. So in their case it was a lack of maturity and indecisiveness.

💙✨ Venus conjunct Pluto makes the Venus person SO obsessive ESP if the Venus person has scorpio in their natal chart. Remember the Saturn guy from the first bullet point? He was the guy ive had a crush on for the past 3 years and in my scenario with him, hes the pluto in this case. Sadly it was unrequited but man this guy had me in a chokehold which was weird because I never wouldve thought id be attracted to someone like him. Its like no matter how far I go I cant ever forget about him its so frustrating. My Venus was conjunct his Pluto in Capricorn in my 3rd house so the way we talked to each other was very agressively but strangely we find comfort in it? Talking to him was easy too but lemme tell you when we argued WE ARGUED like it was HEATED. Our friend group always felt so uncomfortable whenever we went back and forth with each other. So yeah i would say really look at what house this conjunction happens in because for me it affected my house of mind, communication, and friends but if it falls in a deeper house like the 8th house the affects would be like 10x more magnified. Alot of people say its a sexual aspect but I really just think it depends on where it lands. I fell hard because im a plutonian person in general i have a Scorpio Moon and Lilith conjunct in the second house and my Venus in the 8th degree.

💙✨ Venus conjunct Moon brings alot of understanding and patience in a friendship/relationship. So ironically the Pluto guy also had his Capricorn Moon conjunct my Venus nd while we did argue alot and made me cry often I always had a soft spot for him. I felt like I understood him and we had many times where we joked around and laughed often. However Venus conjunct Moon can sometimes amplify your emotions to each other if theres other planets in contact with it. In a case like mine BOTH his Pluto and Moon conjuncted my Venus so most of the times our interactions stirred up obesessive and deeper emotions in me. Sometimes he triggered my trauma and i felt judged by him often but as me and him are getting older and are maturing more we stopped attacking each other and started being more honest with how we feel about things. I tell him about my personal struggles and he helps by giving me logical advice. Because of the fact that our aspect was in Capricorn it took us almost 4 years to have proper communication and be able to share our traumas with each other. I trust him alot even though we bicker often and even if he might not like me back hes still such a understanding friend and was there for me when i needed him and that itself is something to appreciate.

💙✨ If one persons Venus doesnt have alot of contact with your planets in your synastry but the other persons Venus has many aspects it may be unrequited. In my instance with the Pluto guy my Venus conjuncted his Moon, Pluto, and Jupiter and trined his Virgo Mars and Saturn while the only aspects his Leo Venus made to my planets was Venus opposition Sun and sextile Vertex. From the guy I really do believe he should have atleast some type of contact with your big six in order for him to feel something.

💙✨ So going back to the Venus and Saturn couple they also had Venus conjunct Lilith in Saggitarius and she was the one who got away. So like i said she was obsessed with him and everybody knew it too. I mean when she found out I also liked him she started hating me even though i never acted on my feelings and tried to supress it. He was the Lilith in this case and you can really see that hes attracted to her but theyre lowkey toxic sometimes. He blew hot and cold to her multiple times and everytime she got a boyfriend he wants her back like what?? She wouldve done anything for him but nah he sold. Theyre never gonna forget about each other and this aspect in my opinion has a very “the one that got away” type feel to it.

💙✨ Even if your planets dont make an aspect you can still feel it sometimes. I have a Gemini Mars and Pluto guy had a Virgo Mars and lemme tell you our arguements were BAD even though they didnt make an aspect. He always knew how to retaliate to whatever i said and always had a slick comment to throw in and my fucked up Gemini Mars self found that interesting which looking back at im hella concerned. I also cant forget that his Mars conjuncted my Saturn and my Mars squared his Saturn so the intensity came from all ends not just the signs.

Onto Composite!

(Just a Disclaimer all of these observations are made off of me and the Pluto guy)

💙✨ Having a Taurus Sun in composite can mean that both people are stubborn. Im just gonna use my experience to explain this but having Taurus in the position of Sun can be either bad or good. Me and Pluto are young we’re both still in highschool so i know this wont be how we are gonna act forever but our relation to each other was a very slow process. It took YEARS for us to get out of the arguing with each other/ insulting each other phase since the 6th grade but damn sometimes i really feel like he doesnt ever get what im trying to say. We move so SLOW when it comes to our friendship and also communication because our Mercury is Conjunct the Sun in Taurus too. I read on a blog named awda on here that Taurus Sun couples never expect to catch feelings and its so true. To start with I never really liked him when i saw him back in middle school but in 8th grade i caught feelings bad nd since then i havent been able to forget about it. And weirdly alot of people ship us too. Ive read online that this placement means comfort with each other and while yes i have felt it sometimes, i feel that the comfort aspect of Taurus Sun in composite only applies if the chart is filled with trines and sextiles. Our composite is just squares and oppositions everywhere so we feel the stubborness and uncompromising aspect of the Taurus energy more than anything else. Ive done everything I possibly can to try to move on but im honestly stuck with him for a while now. Thats how Taurus Sun feels in my opinion. Its long lasting and not something you can run away from. People will ship you as a couple and yall might be like nooooo i would never but then boom one day you actually catch feelings. And who knows maybe one day he will I mean thats what my our older mutual friend tells me. I have no clue how he ever feels and I know its because of his natal Capricorn Moon but ive always held a soft spot for him deep down. Ive always wanted to look after him and wanted him to put his trust into me but it was never like that i guess. Maybe one day it will progress into something more who knows?

💙✨ Venus square Mars was another aspect that we held in alot of our midpoint charts like the progressed composite, the regular composite, and the davison chart. When i tell you how potent the energy of this aspect was to us even though we had Venus trine Mars in synastry. Ive always asked him why do you like arguing with me? Why do you like bothering me? But hes never really been able to give an answer. And i think thats just how this energy is. You start to find comfort in the disagreements and in a way it kept us stimulated. It was a way for me and him to connect and become friends. Dont get me wrong there were times where we genuinely got on each other nerves but with time we got more mature and learn how to talk things out and respect each others boundries. We still bicker obviously i really feel like thats never gonna go away lmao but its wayyyy more toned down now. Im not even trying to be delusional but i sometimes feel like hes always fixated on me the most in social situations and many people have pointed it out to me. Even if it might not be romantic it can still make the two people infatuated with each other. You know the saying “theres a fine line between love and hate” this is literally that aspect in a nutshell. You just have to figure out how to express your feelings for one another in a healthy way otherwise you can start to find the other person to be annoying and irritating. This aspect had me all over the place man liking someone and hating them at the same time was crazyyy.

💙✨Make sure you check your progressed composite too. Obviously relationships change and i think the progressed version of the chart is more realistic in how things are in the present time. In our regular chart we have Venus in Libra which i was like eh that doesnt really match us that well. But when i saw the progressed chart it showed that we have Venus in Scorpio conjunct Mercury in the 10th degree and it makes muchhhh more sense. The twisted way we talk to each other and the deep conversations feel more fitting to Scorpio than Libra. We recently started to open up to each other more and this progression happened in 2023 compared to in 2019 when we first met Mercury was conjunct the Sun in Taurus. So we went from stubborn arguements to being more comprehensive but snarky nonetheless. Also it explains me not losing feelings too lmao. Im only really speaking from my side ive had no clue how he felt but I know that he was just as clueless as me. In our original composite we had Sun square Mars and Mercury opposition Venus and we were like cats and dogs back then. Now, in 2024 we have Mercury conjunct Venus and Sun sextile moon along with Moon trine Venus and Mercury. The Sun square Mars aspect went away and were on the same wavelength alot more now. Its really interesting to see how it changed you should definitely check it out if you get the chance to.

💙✨Just something that I observed but all the girls he liked they had an aspect of venus trine moon and some type of positive aspect from venus and mars. All of them were weirdly unrequited though and i still dont know how to figure out how people get stuck in the friendzone using composite but i think it depends on the house and peoples natal charts. I dont have their birth time so i couldnt figure the house things out but look to see where the big six fall and what sign the ascendant is in.

Hasan ends up the tallest one in the room during your holidays, for which your family finds hilarious. You're thankful because your family is on the funny side and Hasan fits right in, making the absolute worst jokes of his career, but your family eats it right up and responds in kind.

You're sitting on the floor with one of your family dogs with Hasan behind you as you hear your nephew open the door and start yelling immediately, saying hi to everyone. When he rounds the corner with his sister they run right over to you and barely miss stepping on the dog.

"Hey be careful! It's good to see you too," you kiss them both on the top of the head and your niece is staring at him behind you. "Oh this is my partner, Hasan." She's immediately shy about it and waves before running away, your nephew chasing after her. They had their hello rounds to make, they'd be back to you soon enough. Hasan leans forward and puts his hands on your shoulders, phone seated between his legs.

"I don't think they like me."

"Oh quite the opposite, actually. Just give them a minute and they'll be all over you." And sure enough they are, your nephew has gotten Hasan up onto his feet and he's trying his best to hold onto his arm. You reach out and grab your nephews sides, tickling at him and pulling him off of Hasan's arms.

Your niece comes around and asks Hasan about the bracelets he's wearing and she starts designing one for him. She has a lot of beads (she has pictures on her phones of her bead collection) and quizzes him on his favorite colors and animals and pivots unexpectedly when she finally realizes that he has nail polish on.

It's funny how easy he gets on with them, how easy it is for him to pick them up and throw them onto the couch, how easy they spoke to him. They had only met one previous partner and they didn't click with them the way they did with Hasan. Your heart was warm, almost like a dreamlike state fogged over your brain.

All you could think about was them being your kids instead. Him swinging around your kids, bringing them to family get togethers when they were older. They would have his curls, but your nose, and you'd want them to have tons of freckles just like him. They'd be adorable. If Hasan dropped down to one knee today, you'd say yes. It didn't matter how long you'd been together at this point, you were sold.

"Hey astronaut," he called, patting you on top of the head while your nephew tugged on your hand. "You still on Earth or are you back in space?"

"Oh, sorry, I'm here," you're sheepish as you smile at him and then your nephew. "Let's go eat."

You and an injured teammate are running away from the photographer, circling around the hospital to buy time for the decoder of your team to decode the remaining two cipher machines. One of you has already been sent back to the manor deleteriously early in the game. Your team was quite at a disadvantage especially with Joseph's ability to slow down your decoding progress.

Currently, you're supporting your injured teammate as much as you can by shielding them against Joseph's hits. You and the photographer are aware and has accepted the consequences of loving someone from a faction with an opposite purpose from each other. You are to survive and he is to kill. But your lover can't exactly find it in him to hit you, the love of his life even if it costs him the match. And do you take advantage of it. He loathes you for that sometimes.

He's trying his best to find an opening through your body block to hit the other survivor but to no avail. You are quite persistent in taking the hit for them. Shielding them so closely to the point that it looks like you're hugging them.

The chase of cat and mouse, two mice in this situation, continues between all of you. All desperately aiming for victory even with the given situation. But perhaps Joseph should've paid more attention as to how long your body would last at the repeated jumping off the two-story building of the hospital.

You jump down following your teammate from the destroyed wall of the hospital's second floor. And Joseph follows after. But this time, the sight of you and your teammate running isn't what greeted him but instead the sight of you desperately trying to stand up from the ground with your teammate trying to support you as much as they can. But with the hits they've taken from Joseph's sword, their body doesn't allow them to help you to get off and run as the photographer inches closer to the two of you.

"My dear, what happened?" Joseph kneels beside you. He puts away his sword and inspects your body for injuries and puts an arm around you.

You shake your head "Don't worry, it's not that bad." But the hiss of pain you let out when you try to move one of your legs says otherwise.

He takes your hand away that was wrapped around your ankle to see the injury for himself. Your skin is littered in purple and red. His irises–wait he doesn't have those… He glances on your ankle to your face. "Does it hurt that much? You must have hurt your ankle when you fell."

"Oh we don't know that, my ankle just probably decided to dislocate while I'm mid-air." You replied to his obvious statement.

Joseph gives you a look and you decide to change the topic "So, uh, what about the match?"

"I don't think it's a good idea to continue it when you're in this state… maybe we should just call it a draw and go back?" Your teammate speaks up. Joseph gives an approved hum and picks you up, fighting back a grin when your cheeks turn pink at the gesture.

He carried you to your room and tended to your injury all by himself. But he did call for other medical experts in the manor (such as Emily) to make sure you'd have a stable and speedy recovery.

As much as he'd like to, Joseph would abandon any work or matches he has planned on his agenda just to stay by your side. But let's say due to manor rules, he can't.

The other survivors feel like the photographer has been more aggressive with his matches these couple days. They thought that it might be because you're hurt. Technically they're right, he just wants the matches to be over so that he'd see you again quicker.

It's not too surprising that you'd get injured. After all, the area all of you are living in aren't exactly safe nor are the people you're sharing under the roof with. Especially when you all are scheduled and obligated to play the "game". In this house, getting hurt is normal.

You weren't feeling it today. The past few days were tireless and you've barely gotten any sleep. But you had a match today. And you can't exactly skip it, even with how exhausted you are. The baron cares only for rules and results you give, they could care less for your lack of rest.

The match was quite peaceful, fortunately. The kiter of your team was doing well and the rest of you three are peacefully decoding the ciphers. Victor was also in the match which gave some comfort in the intense and tiring atmosphere.

But you were tired as hell, and the peace was so boring that it's encouraging you to relax. A bit too much. Your eyes droop and you lose your focus on decoding. You didn't even hear the bell that signifies an upcoming calibration. Your eyelids opened as fast as you closed them when the cipher gave you a shock for your failed calibration.

Luckily Victor has already finished your cipher and was heading to yours when he heard you scream in pain followed by a thud. He rushed to the noise and scrambled beside you to check what had happened to you.

The familiar bark heading your way gives you relief as you lie on the ground hissing and groaning while clutching your wrist. Victor looks at you worriedly as he positions himself beside you. He lets out a surprise yelp when his eyes land on your right hand. Around your palm are black spots and red marks.

"I got shocked…" You say, your voice hinting a slight disappointment towards yourself. "I fell asleep and missed a calibration."

Victor gives you a warm side hug whispering to you "Please don't beat yourself too much because of this. You were too tired and shouldn't have been in this match anyway."

He rubs your shoulders to soothe you. There's no doctor in the match right now and the area the game is set in doesn't seem to have any first aid kits or anything to help to provide. So unfortunately you'd have to sit for now until the match is over to get your wound treated.

A cipher pops from across the map and is followed by another pop. Maybe it was fortunate that there was a certain prisoner in the match to help speed up the cipher progress. There's only one cipher left needed to complete. And yours was more than halfway done. The inventor from across the map sees that too and the light bulb from the switch on the ground lights up signifying that he has made a connection to your cipher to the one near his.

"Stay here, it'll get better soon I promise." His hushed voice says to you and you nod in response. You don't have to do anything but wait right now, seems like the perfect time to take a short nap. But the zap you just had earlier just electrocuted the exhaustion out of you. Well at least you have Wick and your cute blonde lover to accompany you right now and to keep you distracted from what happened. You don't even want to look at your injured hand right now.

Victor doesn't need to take a peek from his letters to speed up his decoding. His love for you and his priority for your health and safety is enough to give him the motivation he needs to slam his fingers on the metal keyboard like his life depends on it (well technically it does I guess?).

When the last cipher popped, Victor rushed you to the nearest gate and typed in the code to get you out of there as fast as possible.

He memorized every advice Emily gave to you for your injury, even writing it down so it won't be forgotten. He also made sure to send a letter of gratitude to the doctor in thanks for her help.

The days you feel insecure or guilty for your accident, Victor was there to reassure you. Saying that any wounds or mistakes you do doesn't make him love you less and that he will always be there and take care of you when needed.

When he's not available or busy with other things, he'd send long letters and gifts to make you feel better while you rest in the meantime you're healing from your injury.

A risky boyo. He literally plays with bombs. As much as it helps to reduce the hunter's abilities and speed, it's still a bomb. A weapon treated as a toy and could pose a threat to the survivors side if handled wrong (ingame it doesn't do anything to fellow survs but I'm talking in a more realistic sense...does that make sense lol).

The match was just utter chaos. Sounds of bombs everywhere that your own eardrums felt like exploding. Even their ticking was enough to make your ears bleed, not just because they're annoying but also because it's the indicator to your upcoming demise of getting flown to the sky by a rocket.

Your beloved acrobat is heading towards you and the hunter, guard 26. A hunter with a seemingly unlimited stack of bombs that can rain upon you. Around you were a handful of bombs threatening to explode as soon as a foot stepped on their area, something Bonbon can also command despite the timer. Making it harder for your lover to rescue you unscathed.

Mike runs towards Bonbon and leaps above him, dropping a fire bomb. He cartwheels to your chair and stands up immediately to untie you from the binds. But as soon as you get out of the seat, bombs explode on the two of you. He missed.

"Oh… oopsies. Sorry." He gives you a strained smile while his eyes display annoyance. You can't even be mad when he already looks guilty enough for the mistake. Ah, well he tried his best. What's fortunate at least is that you didn't get incapacitated and both of you managed to get away with the help of the speed boost of your will to live. The amount of miracles that happened in the overwhelming situation was absurd but you'd take any chance god gives you.

But unfortunately, your luck ends there. You all still end up getting eliminated and receive a loss for the match.

Both you and Mike are treating each other's burns in your room. It wasn't only you who suffered but him as well. He apologized to you profusely for his mistake at the match.

"If it only landed properly, the match could've gone better… damn…"

You use your arms to lift your weight to scoot closer to him, wincing when the burns in your legs brush with the fabric of the mattress. "We all make mistakes, don't beat yourself up over it."

"But look at us! We got cooked." He points at both your legs, which are wrapped in dressings.

"There's nothing we can do to change the past now, no matter the amount of regrets we have right now. We just gotta make sure it won't happen next time."

He hums in contemplation before replying to you, "You're right."

His head shot up as if an idea sparked in his mind and you look at him curiously "And next time, I'll do cooler stunts while I explode a bomb on their face! I'll do this cool flip like…" Mike motions his ideas with his hands in a way that's only comprehensible to him as you nod pretending–but trying–to understand.

"Oh, I have a lot of work to do!" He says, giddy with excitement and an earnest look on his face. Seems that he's recovered from his depressed state. You smile at him, glad that he's shining once again. But there's still one thing he needs to consider…

"Mike, you should let your legs heal first…"

"...Oh, right."

You two spend time with each other while also healing together. He'd caress your injuries and kiss them but they're burns. They hurt when touched so he can't (😔).

Mike makes you laugh by telling jokes and silly stories in return for you comforting him. He's even willing to serve you meals in bed if you want him to and no, he won't let you do any work. See it as a redemption for his undignified rescue, he says.

N: I think I focused more on the scenario than the caring part, especially at Mike's part and you can see very well which parts I gave up on oml 😭😭 Sorry this took long!

Lizzie is an eldritch sea goddess, and Joel is a human. They meet while Joel’s trying to get primarine from an Ocean Monument. Mining fatigue is no joke, and the guardians’ beams hit hard. Then something chases away even the Elder Guardians, something more dangerous than Joel could have imagined.

Upon seeing the Goddess of the Depths, the first thing Joel does is flirt with her. He’s about to drown, but he should at least tell the sea goddess how handsome he is. (Somewhere in the distance, Joel’s allies can be heard screaming ‘WHY’)

Joel’s confidence however turns into flustered stammering when the eldritch deity flirts back. He drowns on Lizzie’s palm before he’s able to make any witty comebacks.

Lizzie had heard tales of surface dwellers from her little brother Jimmy (God of the Shallows), but he didn’t tell her mortals were cute! Where did Joel say he was from again? Mezzalea? Was that an Empire like hers? Maybe she should ask Jimmy about Mezzalean courting rituals. After she gives Joel his stuff back, of course.

Wild's Hyrule was something else.

The burning deserts, the excessive lightning that practically chases you, and now, freezing temperatures.

Sky was going to have words with that Champion, as soon as he didn't die from frostbite.

The portal had come unexpectedly, and was arguably one of the worst yet. It'd come just after a huge battle all the heroes and you had waged against a group of black-blooded monsters. Simply popped open under your very feet, and it was all Sky could do to get his whip (already in hand luckily) to wrap around your arm and yank you into him.

You'd both got the shock of your lives plopping right into freezing snow and biting winds. You'd recognized his Hyrule, having seen all the other Links' Hyrules in some form or another, as far as Sky knew.

You'd quickly hauled ass through the knee-deep snow, seeing a shrine stuck deep in a cave not too far off. It was a long trek uphill, and Sky had started to wheeze a little from the high altitude.

You, however, despite being the one to drag him along, are much more worse for wear.

The dark blonde had already noticed you cominf down with something two days ago, and had been subtly getting Wild to cook more soups to help out. Along with gently offering his water canteen a little more often.

Surprisingly, hiking in freezing conditions, through feet of snow, and less oxygen will in fact, make sickness worse.

By the time you two had stumbled into the rocky cave, a full on snowstorm had begun to set in. Flurries rushed outside the cave entrance, and you practically collapsed off against the side wall once making sure Sky had made it in. You were stubborn about things like that he'd noticed.

Shaking off the white powder that'd collected on his shoulders, he immediately sets to starting a fire.

After getting a blaze going, with luckily some supplies Wild must have left behind this shrine, Sky pulls off his sailcloth.

Frowning and frantic with concern, especially as you get more and more tired, Sky quietly calls out, "Hey, don't fall asleep on me just yet, ironic coming from me I know. We should get some food in you..."

He's worriedly mumbling by the end of it pacing around the cave, unpacking both of your belongings. Rolling out your bedrolls and pulling out a few fruits and nuts. He huffs frustrated sighs, the resident cook was the only one with a way to preserve stuff like soup. Maybe he can ask Legend when they find the rest of their group again if there's some kind of enchanted bag that'd let him do that?

Sky mourns being able to provide for you, as you cough pitifully by the fire (he'd carefully helped you waddle over in his sailcloth onto your bedroll).

By the end of the night, the sweet hero had made the best of you two's food supplies (luckily only burning a few nuts), made you down no less than three potions, and taken his shirts out of his own pack to layer on top of you.

(And if he'd purposefully subtly put his bedroll nearly on top of yours, well it was clearly for body heat only.)

You blinked blearily, turning in a burrito of clothing that smelled like petrichor, pumpkin, and something uniquely Sky.

You finally wiggled enough to face him, and complained, "Ugh, you're too nice to me. And I'm still cold, can you believe it?"

The dark blonde lets out a small laugh, eyes dark blue and nose scrunching cutely, "I knew you were sick, and I don't mind. I like watching out for you, you never seem to take yourself as seriously as I do."

He moves a little under his single blanket, and you finally notice why you smell him so much, what with all his entire wardrobe piled on you.

You protest, "Hey! What's with the self-sacrifice shenanigans?? Take some for yourself! I can recover from sickness, but you can't get back up after frostbite Sky!"

He sticks his tongue out playfully, little bastard he is, and then looks a little surprised. He seems to debate something with himself before going even more pink (the cold having already chapped his plump cheeks).

Sky coughs awkwardly, before opening his blanket a little, his arm raised as if to include you in his bedroll.

He seems a little embarassed but his eyes look kinda, glittery? How'd he even do that.

Sky asks you quietly, "Well, you mentioned your still cold, and that I need more blankets so... wanna share?"

Sky is warm. Though that could be the fever talking.

But one things for sure, as he tentatively tucks his head into your neck, and you into his pillow, he's very nice to cuddle. His arm is heavy with muscle, and locks around you comfortingly, like the best weighted blanket you've ever had.

You nearly flinch out of self-conciousness as you feel his soft plump lips barely brush your collarbone.

You decide to desperately beg your mind to try and go to sleep before you have a heart attack.

Whoops.

You'd meant to bury your face into the pillow, to avoid Sky's face being so close, but instead missed because you deliriously closed your eyes.

You'd instead buried your face in between his plush chest. Wow, he really did have some serious muscles under his somewhat loose clothing.

Link chokes a little before slowly wrapping both arms tighter around you.

Good, because you were in too much shock to apologize.
