Among Us au where humans are popular pets, and take the role of the mini crewmates. Reader's "owner" was White, and they weren't the best. Rather neglectful to be honest.

Sun, an imposter colored either or Yellow, noticing that reader isn't doing to hot corners White and questions them. Intensely.

Very quickly White's responses angers Sun who kills White. Reader, rightfully terrified, tries to run away but is caught by Moon, colored Dark Blue, who had entered to see why Sun was so mad and had heard the tail end of the "interrogation".

Moon, who is holding a struggling reader with his second tongue which comes out of his torso (where if Sun and Moon had a stomach hatch would be, Sun's is in the same place), questions Sun who quickly and angrily explains himself. Moon is about to respond but the doors that Sun had sabotaged opened and the boys had to hide, fast, Moon quickly pulls reader screaming into his second stomach and seals his lower mouth before the two hide in the vents.

Idk not entirely sure where to go from here but I do have the colors of the other boys (and Astral even if she isn't canon, and she wouldn't be an imposter but another kidnapped human), Glitch is Purple, Eclipse is Orange, and Lunar and Astral are both Cyan

Huh, sounds like a cool idea! Well it goes unsaid they're going to have to keep reader hidden since reader was a witness. That's going to be tough to handle unless they get reader's trust and get them to follow along with a lie on who actually killed white, that is if the crew would ever believe them.

But that's on the assumption they all speak and understand the same language. The gaining trust thing still stands, I'm guessing the rest of the boys are imposters too?

I'm thinkn.. what does ps8 Kuron and Lance's relationship look like after lance wakes up? of course Kuron is Lance's Little Guy TM but also they never really got the chance to truly bond and become friends, and now Kuron is. y'know. being Kuron.. and lance is full of grief and trauma and also The Horrors

i feel like at first its gonna ba at least a little awkward lol

It'll be really fucking awkward for both of them indeed!! But not nearly as awkward. The timeline and the story ideas are not clear but like i feel like there is some shit going on during Lance wakes up and he takes a long time (maybe i'll bring my quintessence ideas for this? Maybe) and when he wakes up he isnt exactly There at first. So like by the time Lance wakes up, Kuron has already had a lot of his character development

And yeah Lance and Kuron is a bit complicated relationship cause like i have said Kuron is grateful for Lance for actually saving him, but also he's a bit angry and most importantly confused cause just why? Why all this? Why now? How did you? What happened to you? And just this confusion that is plaguing since he got his new body.

Meanwhile Lance genuinely cares about Kuron but also is y'know. Busy. Not to mention Lance kinda expected Kuron to be like he was 'used' to be, or rather the rosy eyed version that was Kuron was 'a sweet sensitive guy who can do no wrong and Did Not deserve That' (which isnt wrong but also) (also same with Allura)

But this is something that can be talked out, and it might take some time and development for both of them but by the end i think it's just hugs and a big healing moment for both of them and it would be like a promise to bond and stuff

That being said this isnt exactly final, cause like i said i am still trying to figure out the timeline and story plot and everything so this is very much going to change

So Jey’s whole deal is; Despite hailing from Astral World and being obligated to participate in their favor during the war ﹣ he’s actually the Son of Balance. His father, Protos, (the Heart of Astral World, as some called) was the guardian/overseer of the harmony between Chaos and Order. Before shit hit the fan in every conceivable way lmfao On top of that, Jey’s just.. a rogue and a rapscallion ahsgdhjs He never was keen on how black-&-white the war seemed, but relearning about the complete villainization of one half of a necessary energy was the final coffin nail. And that disagreeance is literally in his soul makeup! He was created in equal Chaotic Energy and Pure Energy. That balance is intermittently tied throughout him; He is meant to be the harbinger of Balance. Even Jey himself isn’t fully aware of how ingrained it is due to his own amnesia, but he does know obliterating all Chaos is not the answer, there’s something in his bones defying it. It’s a rather big plot point in his story that he starts to feel divided from the main crew because of this. Not Yuma﹣ Yuma is the only one backing Jey up at all ﹣but Astral. And it’s Astral’s rejection (spawned from the envoy's own rigid ideals and mission) that hurts Jey enough to push him out of the group for a brief period. ✨breakup arc woes✨

. . . And this is how and when Mist finds him. They make an alarming well fit duo. Their personalities mesh, and they do surprisingly? Okay? To avoid overt toxicity in their alliance? Mist doesn’t get preached at to change, or to “join a side of the war”, or be force locked in his card, so he tolerates having Jey around. And obviously Jey can’t be affected by Mist’s number influence, and he's naturally domineering enough to counteract when Mist gets too... himself lmao. Jey has a Robin Hood type of suave and charm whereas Mist acts increasingly seductive and invades people’s space because he wants to intimidate. Jey knows how to beat Mist at his own game, which both intrigues and aggravates the Number. Like two people who know one another via a friend-of-a-friend, and go on this epic journey and end up unconventionally thick as thieves like halfway through the movie. ASDFGH

Mist likes Jey’s assertiveness and darker side - the viability to resort to vicious methods and being such a rebel personality despite supposed loyalty to the world of “pure” ideals. Jey is pulled in by Mist’s unapologetic “take me or leave me” nature and his recognition of the hypocrisy regarding the war from both ends. And ofc the Number's unique brand of effortless beauty and free-bird, unaffiliated presence. Those two tend to, pretty universally, have a quick chemistry and natural connection. [ It’s also thanks to that natural connection that a certain lightbulb gets his first experiences dealing with an ‘unknown’ and green-eyed emotion. 😉 ] Also also, fun fact - if it could not already be told by these answers lol - These two are my second highest OTP, right after Goldenship (Jey x Astral /JeiAsu) ! I call them Pierceshipping. Since they have a lot of piercing qualities (particularly their affinity for bedroom-eyed stares and smirks) And because they each canonically stab someone through the chest.

I’m so sorry I ran out of space for the Eliphas portion of the question, I’ll have to return to that! ♡ ;v;

But TLDR; For a lot of the same reasons already listed here, Jey and him do not get along. Can’t always do much ‘bout it tho cause that’s their technical boss, gotta play civil or else Jey and boifren don’t get as many missions together :(

I just thought of something, possibly fantasy mer au were Sun and Moon are friends with human reader and they had been since childhood.

An accident with magic happens and suddenly reader is a mer with a very colorful, flashy tail. Reader is basically the same size that they had been as a human just now with a tail instead of legs.

Sun and Moon now have to teach reader how to take care of themselves, how to swim, and how to not die as a mer. They take reader home and to their effort did try and hide reader from Eclipse for a short while, while they tried to figure out what happened and what magic was used to turn the reader into a mer.

Eclipse had easily found reader and chewed the two out for keeping them hidden like that. He does help them try to find a cure when he learns that reader is a human turned mer (after chewing Sun and Moon for getting so close to human settlements so young). Glitch shows up, nervously asks who the baby is while pointing at reader, and ends up also helping search...although it's not that enthusiastic and he actually ends up playing with reader more often than not which the others just let happen because it helps reader figure out swimming quicker. (Altho Sun and Moon are still a little jealous that they aren't the ones playing with their little friend)

Undecided if a cure should actually exist or not but if it did reader would have willingly continued to stay with the boys because with them they actually felt welcome and at home unlike when they had been a human.

In this au I'd like to think that they'd all see reader as a younger sibling. Reader as a mer also has head frills like sun but less, as well as a lighter coloring making them look like a star instead of a sun. Astral could also be here also being a smaller star themed mer

That's an interesting idea for sure. When you mentioned Glitch seeing reader all I could think of is him immediately nomming them tho. Honestly never planned to put Astral in any of the stories, just her strictly hanging around on the blog.
