       &&, really, that’s not saying much.  with her face now out in the open for the public to see, knowing just how any people LIKED Retsuko’s addition to the idol group gave her some peace of mind.  

       Though it’s just the one hateful fan, what little time the red panda spent with the creep felt like an eternity of torture ; all he did was hold her hands && whisper-scream about how her very existence is an abomination && that she stained the purity that was underground pop-idol culture, among other incredibly hurtful statements.  it’s not until Retsuko no longer felt safe walking home on her own without a phone in-hand that it began to sink in just how terrifying one toxic fan can be among many.  

       So, with that in mind, is it really so STRANGE that Retsuko is meeting Tadano out in a public setting, where she can instead feel safer being criticized for sitting in his presence ?  with enough mental gymnastics, she sees it as the best great trade-off !

       In truth, her chambers have been designed to be off-ground ; a room off to the side with minimalist decorating, walls coated in silk & a hammock-like berth  --  she’ll need to make adjustments to it once they reach it, she has some ideas she’d like to test with him when they do.  the playful kind. 

       As they make their way deeper into their home, she switches to her alt mode to ascend to her room, and as Airachnia thinks on it... she hasn’t been in this state in such a long time.  she hasn’t had the time to be, and back then the many-armed bot was certain no one would have similar feelings for her.  no one with common sense, anyways. 

       Looking over her shoulder, violet optics hold a glint just as teasing as her tone before climbing into her room.

         She knows about the struggles of his theater’s current location, and she is equally aware of how much the disguised one has dug his heels on how to approach the conflicts that come with it.  He built his theater from scratch, his students and employees are basically his children  --  and their families are, by extension, HIS family  --  and it’s no wonder he’s so reluctant to uproot himself.  A sentimental story, certainly ; but what makes the many-eared man different from others with similar stories ?  He has the evidence to back up his claims of creating most grandiose performers.

         Chang’e isn’t fully able to vouch for the teacher and his gaggle of theater kids, but from the feedback she hears from her staff and customers alike, it’s an enchanting experience that always keeps people coming back for more.  And since he’s been so gracious with providing the goddess with top-tier entertainment, it’s only fair for her to help him out once in a while, no ?

         THAT is the reaction he was waiting for ; that is the face Sentinel has been so eagerly prepped for, and it was worth every nanosec. 

   ❝ wow... ❞  The towering mech gazes in awe at Horizon, a firsthand witness to her desperately attempting to chase that euphoric high.  He  --  Sentinel Prime, Captain of the Elite Guard  --   has been successfully left speechless, for the first time in many stellar cycles.

         The audial fins on his helm perk upwards to match his stunned state, not too unlike a Earth deer caught in headlights.  Horizon is free to use his servo as pleases, free to grip as tightly to the protruding details on his chasis as she needs ; whatever SHE wants, the broad-shouldered mech would listen without question.

         And, in a funny turn of events, Sentinel had been so caught up in tending to Horizon’s needs that he’s neglected his own.  Lightly ribbed spike has recently pressurized, pulsing and dripping with pre-transfluid in anticipation for action it may or may not receive.  How he hasn’t made a mess of himself already is a slagging miracle..
