So as much as I despise asking for money and asking for it gives me anxiety, I need help because I am in a situation I desperately need out of. And yes, I realize the starter goal is a lot but that is a safety net since with how much the price of housing has gone up. I can’t work because of issues and the career I want to do I can’t til I can get back into full time gaming. And my mom’s paychecks just doesn’t cut it, she works full time at walmart but her pay goes on her car payment which she has to pay on with both paychecks, the storage shed payment so we don’t lose our shit, the mailbox payment so we can get mail, she pays my brother for my internet and her share of the phone. She has to buy food for the house, us and our animals, get gas so she can go to work. But still it feels like she’s not doing much to get out of this situation so I am doing something and asking for help. So if you can please take a moment of your time and donate then share? The smallest amount helps, if you can’t donate then can you please share, that helps as well. I just don’t know what else to do and if I don’t get out to of this situation soon then ... Hello, my name is AJ! And I still fucking hate having to do this but because my landlord is being a fucking prick, I truly need the help, we have til the 28th to move and we can’t bloody afford it, we lost our housing assistance cause we couldn’t afford to pay $3000. My landlord had said we could have an extension if we needed it, on the condition we were looking and fuck sakes we are but everything is expensive and at the moment, there is hardly anything for rent in a decent price rage. But now he is refusing it. And bad as it, it's coming from someone else because they aint allowing us to directly talk to our landlord. Which I’m pretty sure by law, we have the right to talk to. Which btw the loan on this place is still in my great aunts name and they told the housing assistance they were keeping our agreement we had in motion because they took over but they straight up lied because we are the ones paying the power, gas, water bill when they are supposed to because that’s how our agreement was. And let’s be honest, they aint fixing anything that we complained needed fixed. My bedroom windows let in the freezing cold cause they don’t close all the way, the over head lights in the living room doesn’t work at all, our dishwasher and stove doesn’t work. And WE pay rent and the late fee. And WE even said we’d buy the fucking place but they said we wouldn’t be able to get a loan because we were on housing. My mom is legit to the point, she is going to make them evict us cause she is annoyed with their crap. I just wanna sue them but that’s an issue within itself.

So right now, I have to once again ask for help and pray that I aint ignored..

If you had seen my last post, then you know my landlord is a prick and we lost our housing assistance who helps us pay rent because we couldn’t afford to pay $3000.

Hello, my name is AJ! And I still really fucking hate having to do this but because I truly still need the help, I have to once again ask for help. I have until May 8th to move but even with all the help I’ve been receiving, we still can’t afford to move currently, and truthfully I still don’t know if we’ll find a place on time despite how hard we are looking. My mom’s work schedule is also making it difficult and everything that is for rent or for sale is more than we can afford without help. And as many of you already know, due to not being able to afford paying $3000, we lost our housing assistance so we have no help at all.

My mom is going to try to get a loan but I don’t know how that’s going to go, if we don’t get help in time, I’m afraid we may be homeless. Though my mom said she’ll try to get us into a hotel/motel so we wouldn’t be homeless but that’s expensive... And I don’t know if I truly want to live in a hotel/motel again but it’s better than being homeless cause if I do end up being homeless then I don’t know if I’ll be able to survive. I’m already dealing with constant anxiety and breakdowns over this, I’m on the edge of breaking a promise because that’s how bad my depression is. And I’m completely losing faith.

I also sorta blame my deceased great aunt who screwed us over by sending money to daughter who is old enough to take care of herself instead of paying the loan for the place. Like she brought us this place so we didn’t have to live in a motel anymore and now we’re possibly heading right back in that situation because our landlord is selling the place. 

But anyways, I’m definitely still going to need the assistance so if you could please be so kind and take a minute out of your time to donate and share, I’d really appreciate it. The Slytherin had honestly just been minding his own business, ignoring practically everyone. Was more than aware of certain whispers that was spreading around, how could he not be? He wasn't deaf and despite seeming zoned out, he's paid somewhat enough attention. But with what's been going on, he just didn't care to snap back. It was a busy day, which wasn't anything really new for the male. But oh how he sometimes wished that he could disappear, at least that way he'd have a moment of peace without the responsibilities that he had just by being who he was. Don't get him wrong, he loved his life the way it was, it just got a bit too much at times. Especially when his privacy was constantly invaded, constantly being told what he could and couldn't do.

Today was an especially frustrating day, that Dimitri almost put a hit on one of his advisors. But that would be suspicious so instead the male took off, snuck out of the palace with every intention of leaving the country for a bit. A well deserved vacation from his responsibilities, yet as he stood in the middle of the crowded airport he hesitated. Which caused him to sigh as he ran his fingers through his hair, could hear the whispers around him because some were beginning to recognize him which wasn't ideal in an sense of the word. And given the fact he didn't have his bodyguards with him, it could get pretty bad, pretty fast.

So it didn't take Dimitri long to b-line it to the exit, to get out of there before things went south. Although on his way out, he ended up running into someone. It wasn't gentle in any sense but it wasn't that rough either, yet it was enough to stop him in his tracks for a moment. Giving the other a sheepish, apologetic look. ❝My sincere apologies, I should have been more careful. Not that I'm really one hundred percent sure that it was my fault, maybe like eighty five percent sure but-❞ The male remarked before he was cut off with the comment, which caused a snicker to escape his throat as he tilted his head in response. ❝Oh do I? How fascinating but I'm glad I didn't disappoint you too much.❞

you've mentioned before that blair is the type to have had a lot of different, fleeting interests / passions ( knitting, music, recently acting ). could you talk a little bit more about the hobbies blair has had in the past? are there any that she still returns to from time to time? what's the "cringiest" interest she's had / one she'd never admit to? is there anything she would like to try but hasn't had the chance to yet?

hi, aura ♡ i was gonna ignore this but now it’s starting to feel like a Rite of Passage, so here we are. 

so, at the heart of blair’s character i think she is just someone who is trying to figure out who she is – jack of all trades, master of none, blair is someone who’s never really found her niche. she’s decent at things, but never found anything she’s particularly good at or makes her stand out. this might come from the fact that she never really had any hands-on parenting, like if she had something that made her special or unique, then maybe she would be more worthy of certain time or attention. additionally, blair was never very academically gifted – she always struggled in school and fell behind her peers, traditional school just didn’t really work for her, so she tried to find other ways to show she had certain value.

that said, one conversation with blair and you can figure out that she’s pretty fickle. her mind moves quickly from one topic to the next, never lingering too long on anything in particular. she quickly loses interest in things that don’t challenge or excite her – and, well, this goes for people, too. she puts her all into everything she does, but this is generally in short bursts. 

so, to list off some of the hobbies or fixations she’s had : 

the rubix cube. she can solve it faster than pretty much anyone you know.

knitting. there was one christmas where everyone blair considered a friend was getting a hat or a pair of gloves.

watercolors. not to say blair is like, an amazing artist, but she can definitely draw decently and she took a watercolor class for a while and knows how to actually use them. 

mixology ! this actually lasted a while in LA, thinking maybe she could just outlast it there and get really into bartending. i feel like this one comes up in threads most often.

music. blair never learned to really read music properly, but she can strum a few chords. her strength lies in singing and she’s fun at kareoke.

ask her to braid/dye/cut/etc your hair, she does actually know what she’s doing. she can also do piercings, was definitely the girl with a needle piercing a friend’s ear in the bathroom during class in high school . . . 

and everyone knows about the acting hyperfixation. 

now that she lives in a house with ethan, she might start getting into horticulture ? catch her getting obsessed with plants and starting a random garden in the back ( yeah, she’ll be growing weed, too. ) 

i think now that she lives with ethan she might also get into dnd/magic ? i think it would be funny if she got swept up into some of his ‘nerdier’ interests and got totally fixated on that stuff, it’ll be a nice progression from her accidentally buying him pokemon cards when he asked for magic. i think this kind of behavior will continue for a bit, though, because since coming back from LA, she still feels like she hasn’t found her niche / figured out who she is. and maybe she’s letting these things define her in all the wrong ways, but she’ll keep doing it until she stops being scared to put herself back out there again – people keep asking her how long she’s staying, and the truth is, she doesn’t know. her experience with leaving has made her scared to try it again.

festas estavam no topo da lista de gostos da yong. o problema era que aquelas festas estavam longe de serem as suas favoritas. tudo o que envolvia socializar com as pessoas velhas da alta classe de nova york era sinônimo das energias sendo completamente sugadas por horas a fio, principalmente após toda a polêmica dos últimos anos que vinham envolvendo seu sobrenome. desde a crise da grife da mãe, em simultâneo com a luta jurídica que as yong travavam pela herança do falecido marido de doyeon, não eram mais com bons olhos que as pessoas componentes daquela elite olhavam para as duas coreanas. os nomes haviam sumido de vários convites que não chegavam mais, inclusive, e mesmo que fosse uma das poucas coisas boas que tivesse vindo nesse combo de anti regalias, a falta de obrigação de se fazer presente em festas do tipo era rapidamente deixada de lado quando um convite de romeo chegava para si. sabia que, assim como ela, o young não tinha qualquer prazer em comparecer aquele tipo de compromisso, e mesmo que fazer companhia para ele não fosse de lá uma ajuda assim tão grande para aliviar o desprazer da situação, heaven não costumava deixar as pessoas na mão, principalmente aquelas seletas que eram importantes para si. 

haviam estendido a presença o tanto quanto podiam no evento daquela noite em especial, de forma que, quando tiveram a chance de abandonar o salão, já se passava das quatro horas da manhã e os dois já estavam exaustos. no banco de trás do carro de volta para casa, um romeo muito cansado tinha o rosto repousado no colo de heaven, que intercalava o olhar entre a janela e o rosto da amigo. ambas as mãos estavam emaranhadas por entre os cabelos da figura do young, e desconfiava que a carícia leve que transferia por entre as mechas desde que haviam se aconchegado no automóvel havia sido um fator que contribuiu para que ele acabasse por pegar no sono, mesmo a posição não sendo das mais confortáveis. tão distraída quanto cansada, só percebeu que o veículo havia parado em frente a seu prédio quando o motorista avisou que já haviam chegado ao destino. um bocejo depois, a coreana interrompeu o carinho para bagunçar levemente os cabelos daquele em seu colo, usando daquilo para despertá-lo. “acorda, bonitão. você precisa se levantar para eu sair.” a voz era serena, tanto porque ela estava sem muita energia, quanto para não acabar acordando-o em um susto. em tese, era para heaven ficar ali, para em seguida o motorista seguir com romeo para a casa dele, mas heaven logo teve outra ideia. “ou… você pode ficar no meu apartamento também. quer passar a noite comigo hoje?” o convite fluiu de forma tão natural para fora dos lábios que só após proferir as palavras foi que percebeu a conotação que elas podiam tomar, o que a fez rir baixo de forma imediata ao perceber. “não nesse sentido!” corrigiu-se rapidamente, mas logo em seguida, a risada transformou-se em um sorriso de canto, ao que ela completava numa voz mais baixa ao que ela considerava a ideia por mais alguns momentos. “pensando bem… pode ter o sentido que você quiser.”
