kate in the verse where she’s adopted by clint kinda moves from calling him ‘dad’ to ‘clint’ to ‘barton’ all in one sentence.  ‘barton’ is typically only for when she’s really angry.  ‘clint’ for when she’s feeling insecure and ‘dad’ the rest of the time.      though she only starts calling him ‘dad’ from after she comes back from the blip.

the few times clint puts his foot down has kate looking like a shocked pikachu.

kate can usually speak her mind y’know?    tell people things straight but she does struggle a little bit more with clint. not small things like: i’m good enough for this mission etc, but when it’s a decision she doesn’t agree with she’s only gonna say something if she thinks it’s a DEADLY wrong move.    otherwise she’s like:    raised eyebrow.      also no if she thinks his choice is dumb she won’t be doing it.   kinda like in the show when his there like: you’re not going to do what i said are you? and kate is like: no sorry - i want to but i think it’s the wrong choice.
