introduction of a new work of art

Good evening to all my brothers and sisters abroad. I'm sorry that I haven't been able to update this page due to my recent health problems.

I'm working on a new one, but I'm seriously behind on updates💦.

Let's start with the first one. Here is an illustration by Aya Shameimaru! I guess the sticking point is the wings. It was very well received on X!

I'm sorry if I'm often late updating depending on how I'm feeling 🙏.

富山県の砺波市までお出かけ。

先に「射水神社」に参拝。妻がパーソナルカラー診断をしてもらっている間、「となみチューリップフェア」の公園周辺を散策。フェアは昨日で終わっていたので会場には入れなかった。

合流後、国道沿いで見かけた「めん食堂 川なべ」で「塩海老天丼」を食す。ごま昆布塩で味付けされた天丼は、ボリュームもあり名物とうたっているだけあって美味であった。ここのお店は添加物や化学調味料を使っていないというのもいい。

その後南砺市にある「桜ヶ池クアガーデン」の天然温泉「桜ヶ池ヘルシー温泉」（弱アルカリ性の塩化物泉）で入浴。露天風呂では新緑を眺めながらゆったりと長湯を楽しんだ。

帰りは高速を使わず南砺市から国道27号線で石川県へ向かい、金沢大学 角間キャンパスを経由して、産業道路を通り小松市で国道8号線に入り福井へ。「桜ヶ池クアガーデン」から帰宅までの時間は2時間15分位しかかからなかった。

高速乗らなくてもこんな時間で帰れるのってびっくりした。

I haven't been able to paint any new pictures since Patchouli the other day. Today, I would like to show you one of my paintings from the year before last, when I was in the hospital.

Today, I went to the psychiatrist I mentioned the other day.

Since it was my first visit, I had to wait for more than an hour because the other urgent patients had already finished their appointments.

After being called to see the doctor, he listened to me carefully and suggested that I start by alleviating the symptoms I was suffering from first and foremost, without making any diagnosis, and prescribed me a very gentle medicine.

I don't know how it is in other countries, but in Japan, it is called "out-of-hospital prescription," and you have to get a prescription from the hospital and go to a pharmacy to get the medicine there.

Unfortunately, I did not have the physical and mental strength to go to the pharmacy, so I do not have the medicine yet.

I haven't been able to sleep at this time (it is just after 3:00 am in Japan) due to various stressful events in the afternoon. I have a lot of things to do when the sun comes up, but I don't think I will be able to rest.

Since I had a serious illness, I have become more cognizant of stress, but at the same time, I feel that I have become very vulnerable to stress.
