Found my finished version of Rosa's long haired chibi, so I figured I'd post about her. Heads up, her and Vil's story is set a decade after Twisted Wonderland's main story, so she doesn't have some of the stuff that would be in a student profile.

Neige Leblanche's maternal cousin. A bit more outspoken than her sweet-tempered cousin, Rosa isn't afraid to speak her mind, especially when it comes to the well-being of those she cares for. However, Rosa also takes great pride in her work as a makeup artist, preferring to let that speak for itself.

Nicknames: Ro (by Neige), Mademoiselle Rose-Sauvage (by Rook)

Unique Magic: Rose-Red to Snow-White. Rosa's Unique Magic fully masks the presence of whoever she casts it on. A person or animal can fully look straight at a person who is under Rose-Red to Snow-White and not realize they are there. It's quite handy for getting past large crowds or paparazzi.

Premise:

Rosa has worked as Neige's primary makeup artist for many years and while Neige did not live with her family when they were children, the cousins are close enough that some have thought them to be twins. However, Rosa is often overlooked when next to Neige, because while she is beautiful in her own right, she is not considered conventionally attractive given her prominent freckling and curly red hair. When working, Rosa hides her familial connection to Neige, preferring to get by in the industry on her own merit and also partially because at the VDC/SDC where Vil overblotted, her ex, Berne, broke up with her because Berne had developed a crush on Neige and felt it was unfair to Rosa to keep dating.

The close relationship she has with Neige, coupled with her hiding their familial connection, leads Neige's manager to fire her when Neige is getting married out of fear of a scandal. Vil catches wind of what happened to Rosa and hires her. The reason for this is twofold; she is quite talented in natural makeup looks and because he knows her loss will be felt by Neige's team eventually, which will make it sting more when they realize they cannot rehire her because she got snatched up.
