花の段階ではこんな感じ。 通常は、真ん中の花のみを残して全て摘み取ります。そのあと生育段階に合わせて何度か選別と間引きを行い、養分を集中させて美味しいリンゴを作っていきます。

Kalinka Vadelma-mustikkakerrosjogurtti

カリンカという、ロシアっぽい商品名のヨーグルト。数種の味がある中で、これはラズベリー&ブルーベリー味。

ヨーグルト自体にはほとんど甘さがなく、底にあるシロップ(？)を混ぜ混ぜしながら食べます。

蓋に「50年」という記述があるところをみると、この「カリンカ」なるヨーグルトは結構以前からあるものらしい。国産品でもあります。

メーカーはArla社。もともとはフィンランドの Ingman Foods という会社だったのだけれど、今はデンマークに本社のあるArla Foods社の子会社となっているみたい。
