ness is - the smell of spilled ink, old books, freshly brewed coffee, herbal tea and love. she’s going on a road trip with your friends, the windows down and blasting songs together, cold autumn evenings where you cuddle close to stay warm, cinnamon in the air, dried flowers pressed in between pages as bookmarks, twirling daisies between your fingers and asking if someone loves you with the petals. ness is having tea and talking with an old friend. ness is autumn and cinnamon on a cold day.

Something snapped in me and I realized we don’t have enough of these two having playful interactions. They DO exist they’re just rare. So I’m trying to fix it bc this is one of my biggest hc for their relationship.

And yes, I do believe it’s coming from both sides. Greg is a menace but I fear Vanessa can be just as bad. If you take their “antagonistic” relationship from SB and nullify it a tad, you get something akin to sibling torture bonding. At least that’s how I see it. 😂

Ness the quotes at the beginning literally kill me every time. Like they’re so. Idk heartbreaking. It’s a sort of melancholy because it’s like a fond memory she’s recalling but it’s infested with so much sadness that it hurts.

Akaashi almost laughing at the girl roasting her dad is so real. Like he’s in a professional setting but if something is funny it’s funny. Yn please take this man for therapy he needs it more than Sakusa /j.

Kita does have beautiful eyes yes. I agree. Blast it guys. Kita Shinsuke has beautiful eyes and if he batted his lashes at me I would fold embarrassingly quick.

today has been a day...so if this is a crusty boring chapter i am SO sorry

i tried i promise

when the tea gossipers gc moved in they all ended up writing like a document with multiple agreements

some of which being a cycle in which they will all cook for everyone, or if they're feeling lazy, they have to treat everyone out (but there's a $40 limit on how much they have to pay, anything more than that is either split between the rest of the three roomies or they'll each pay for their own drinks. tldr; there's lots of holes and amendments to this rule)

iwaizumi (although this applies to everyone, it's mainly for him since this is required in the rest of their jobs) is sworn to secrecy because he lives with three people who all specialize in dealing with serious cases and personal lives

omi is very admant about recycling. and he makes sure to wash out everything before it's recycled so that it's done properly (i'm projecting)

the tea gossipers went out to a sushi restaurant first before akaashi and y/n agreed it was too peaceful there and they wanted to go to a bar to drink (they're both only slightly tipsy atp, y/n doesn't feel like getting blackout drunk today and akaashi debating it rn)

the peas in a pod gc went to onigiri miya once omi got home when osamu stood there listening to atsumu explain the situation and try and convince omi to text y/n while omi ignored him the entire time

and then texted y/n five minutes later bc he couldn't hold himself back anymore

and as mentioned in the beginning :) y/n has kept his contact and a pfp of him from when he played volleyball when he was younger

Thank you for making me feel special, when I’m sad you send me things to cheer me up and I’m so appreciative of that. You remind me of drinking hot coco with friends and going to fall markets. Talking with you feels like a warm hug from someone you haven’t seen in a while. OMG ANOTHER EARLY SEASONS TRUTHER thats exactly why i love them the show felt so fun and young and not old and tired

i still love seasons 4-8 but 1-3 are my favorites (i barely watch anything afterwards. late 2000s-modern south park just tends to bore me or feels depressing most of the time but there are definitely exceptions) i still watch the new stuff but i dont really rewatch it usually

i thought this season STARTED great but kinda fell off after like episode 2 (i did like the last 2 more though) the ai episode was astronomically boring to me fsr

anyway apologies for this little rant but i am just happy to finally find someone with similar thoughts as me

I'm such an earlier seasons type of guy. The second chef stopped having an important role in the series everything went dark. 1 to 3 is really just the golden era of SP episodes and yet so many people skip them (just like they skip rpdr season 1 to 3 even tho season 3 is the most iconic in the franchise,,,really makes you think 💔💔). The newer seasons are literally just Trey's projection diary where every character is Trey Jr. Honestly I'm guessing that's why PC doesn't get a lot of screen time anymore, cuz he's an actual good dad and partner and God forbid a male character not hate and despise his wife and kids.

I need more people to discuss SP with like in a socratic circle.

THIS IS SO REAL. bill 100% fought the theraprism staff who were trying to get him to the eye doctor in the first place for MONTHS. they kept telling him it would improve his quality of life but he is NOT HAVING IT. he only eventually agreed to go ON THE CONDITION that he doesn't have to get saddled with any medication. turns out, he doesn't need any.....just glasses :)

kind of personal, but i have severe astigmatism, and didnt know that until i was 18. the first night after i got my glasses, i looked up at the sky, and i realized that i could suddenly see WAY more stars than usual. and i remember tearing up, because i thought the sky was boring and star-less for everyone, but turns out they were just too far away for my nearsighted-ness to see. and i love projecting so i couldnt ignore the mental image of bill realizing that the stars-- that he already loved-- were even better when he could see them properly, without being medicated or having to squint.
