7. AAAA honestly idk why I put this one on here because I knew I was going to have such a hard time with it LOL. Gandalf and Legolas from LOTR are always such easy ones to say. Another cowbians as a video game mechanic could be that when the player switches from human to animal it takes up a bit of health or stamina, and as they get closer and closer to the end of the story it gets harder for the player to switch them back to their human counterparts, it taking up more of their health bars

So when the final “boss” comes around they’ve used up all of their energy and get stuck in a between state, an amalgamation of human and animal parts and cannot switch back

At the end of the game some of these changes are irreversible. Floras eyes being like a rabbits, with bumps on her head where her antlers once grew, and mattie with sharper canines than any human could have, and with more body hair than before.
