What else has she done while pretending to be Annie ?

I didn't mention that, did I ? No worries, I'm taking it slow with him being sick and all... BUT I THINK... yeah, the chemistry is absolutely there ! I mean, girl, he is fine. I'm going to fuck him. Something you could never do-" Annie stands up, admittedly, chains holding her back from ripping off this bitches face when she brought up Butcher. BUT DAMN, she wanted to kill her; she wanted to make her regret messing with the wrong bitch. " You stay the fuck away from him, you bitch, or I'll fucking kill you- I- please. PLEASE ! " The shifter burst out laughing madly, then presented Annie a fake pout, playfully brushing away false tears before bidding her goodbye and leaving her alone once again.

TEARS STREAMED DOWN HER FACE, sobbing uncontrollably, yanking and yanking on the chains with all her strength; the harder she tugged, the more painful it felt, feeling her skin beginning to rip from the pressure of the metal cuffs squeezing around her wrist. No, no, no.... " Fuck ! " Annie shouts out. She yells for help over and over again. But nothing. SHE'S FORGOTTEN. Her friends are enjoying non-messy, depressed Annie. And Butcher... no, he would know, wouldn't he ? Wouldn't he see through the shapeshifter's act ? Then again, he's sick... dying... she wishes he was here, wish he didn't push her away. Wish.... so many wishes.

A-TRAIN EYES DARTING DOWN TO HUGHIE'S OUTSTRETCHED HAND; Hughie was actually forgiving him ? It wasn't a dream; it was real. This is the first time he has ever seen a smile on the other man's face, not forced, not pretend, a real one. And it feels damn good to have said grin directed towards the speedster. He hesitated not once, extending his arm, grasping Hughie's hand with his own, and giving a firm yet gentle shake. " Yeah, a real hero. " A REAL HERO. It's a fresh beginning, a transformed version of himself. He has shed the identity of the old A-Train, who was shackled, devoid of life and freedom, and FILLED with despair. Now, all he clings to is hope. He's INSPIRED by individuals like Hughie, who embody hope and motivation for improvement. To be a hero is not just about being there for others but also about being true to yourself. It's about having compassion and empathy. Without these qualities, you risk becoming like Homelander, a character who uses fear and intimidation to control others, while making a mockery of HOPE.

He might be pushing the boundaries, but the flood of emotions overwhelms him. They've endured unimaginable challenges, and it felt like the only thing to do in that moment. Perhaps... HE CRAVED IT. Because this would be real. Reggie adjusts his hand to a new angle, intertwining their fingers as he pulls Hughie closer to his sturdy frame. He encircles Hughie's body with his other arm, enveloping him in a warm and affectionate embrace while gently patting his back. Their fingers entwined firmly, creating a tangible connection between them. He nestled his chin softly on Hughie's shoulder, his eyes shimmering with emotion, his heart racing with anticipation, as tears flowed, carrying with them the hope for a new beginning." Thank.. " The speedster swallows the lump in his throat, a chuckle escaping; he shakes his head at himself. " ...thank you. I got you, man, you hear me ? " Pulls back enough for his eyes to find Hughie's again; he doesn't make a dash for it, at least. " That's all I ever wanted, but.... somewhere along the way, I lost that part of me. Along with it, I lost the respect of my brother. Lost it, but then you and MM.... man, I wouldn't be who I am now without you. I'm not afraid anymore. THE WINCE ESCAPES PAST TWIN FLESH initially shocks her; that just came from her ? What the hell happened ? But the pain increases, distracting her mind from what just happened. Annie does her best to push herself off the ground- steady now. Reaching to firmly press a hand over said wound on her side, dark hues darting wildly at the scene before her, her breathing uneven, her body felt like it got hit by a bus.

" Kimiko ! " CALLING OUT almost desperately towards the other supe whose hands are drenched in blood, a body at Kimiko's feet no longer a threat to them. Frown deepening, eyebrows knitting together as she limps over to the other supe with as much speed as possible.

ONE SECOND, HER EYES were glowing BRIGHT NEON YELLOW, her hands BEAMING WITH POWER- left & right. She's never seen her powers reach THE BEYOND till now. It could blind a man if he isn't careful, shooting out her powers one second, and the next, she was taken down-- and the last she saw was Kimiko KILLING this unwanted experiment created by Vought-- a parasite, a mistake.

As she neared Kimiko, she practically leaped at the other woman to gather her into a hug. It was not the usual bear hug, for she was WEAK AND IN PAIN at the moment, but with enough strength to squeeze just enough to remind the other woman she had her. " Oh my god, are you okay ? honestly to add onto that last post an underappreciated dynamic is the whole. ship who went through their divorce arc before they even got close to marriage. no, theyve never dated or were officially married but they did everything domestic with one another until something happened and their split was as heavy as a divorce, if you ask them about it they'll tell you about the times they were together and have the other person going 🤔 because it just sounds like that was their first love / strongest relationship
