Hearing those words meant everything to Bonnie but it didn't stop her from worrying about how her continued grief for Enzo would grow tiresome to her friends. But she also didn't want to pretend that she was over his death because she wasn't. She didn't know if she would ever be over it. "I want you here, all of you but I don't want you to grow tired of me...well not of me but of the grief."

Maybe it was selfish of her to want Bonnie not to cry at all, Caroline knew her friend had to grieve in her own way and she shouldn't be controlling it, she just didn't know how to help. Eyes flickering downwards as his eyebrows furrowed, was the other expecting pity from him? If so then he didn’t know what to tell her, he didn’t pity strangers. Even if Draco knew how it felt to stare at his own reflection and not recognize the person staring back at him. Or maybe she had amnesia and she was hoping he knew who she was, which in that case he couldn’t help her because he didn’t know nor did he care. ❝Hm, that’s a shame.❞ Malfoy mused out before his lips thinned. ❝But to be more specific, is it amnesia or depersonalization disorder?❞ He asked, assuming that was the correct muggle terms for something like this.

"Thanks but you don't need to do that," Bonnie shrugged at them. "I'm used to doing it alone no need to put anyone else in danger." She bit her lip as she looked at the other. "I'm Bonnie Bennett, and you are?"

Bonnie wasn't going to let herself worry about how the spell would go but she was determined to pay Raven back, no matter what she said about not needing it. "Alright," she said, not fighting harder but putting it in the back of her mind.

"I can do that, it might come with some strings and favors exchanged for the blood part," she said. She knew how the Originals were and she wasn't looking forward to dealing with them but she would. "Can you use a vial of Enzo's blood?" it was her first thought, as much as she didn't want to part with it. But she had other things as well, thing's she'd kept and couldn't bare to part with.

"Don't mention it, Bonnie; if I can help at least one person in this world, then that's good enough for me," Raven said when Bonnie thanked her and promised that she would find a way to pay her back. In truth, Raven didn't want anything in return; better that this spell be used by someone with good intentions rather than someone with bad ones.

"But I'll get everything I have here; I just need something to channel Enzo's spirit and vile blood from an Original."

when bonnie and damon were stuck in the prison world they started to fall for each other. they built a life they were forced to build because they kept repeating that one day only for bonnie to send damon back. it didn't stop the feelings and the more she was alone with him in the prison world the harder she fell for damon. by the time she sent him back she was denying that she was in love with him in a way she didn't want to tell anyone else because she knew that he was back in their world with elena.

when she was finally brought back she stuffed those feelings away and forced herself to see him as just a friend. he was happy with elena and she wasn't going to be that kind of friend to either of them. so she learned to live in their world again and how to be a friend. but there were times when she wished she could admit to those feelings to others.

this is a combination of a headcanon, which is something i've heard talked about in the past to it's not mine but i want to incorperate it into bonnie and damon and make it my own as well as a wishlist thing. it's a headcanon for the info but a wishlist cause i kind of want something where her and damon could be a thing but not cheating or anything just like damon and elena break up or something maybe? idk hit me up if you're interested in this.

The last thing that Bonnie wanted was for any of her friends to feel such deep everlasting sorrow. But she knew that she couldn't stop it, she could be there for her friends though. Reaching out to her friend she just wanted to be there for Elena. "I'm so sorry," she offered, knowing the words were inadequate. "You're not alone, I promise."

Bonnie moved to where she could get a good look and swore under her breath when she saw the wound that graced his leg. "I'm going to have to make a deal with the devil," she said gently as she took in how it looked, the familiarity of the wound that told her it was probably werewolf venom. "You're going to be okay," she promised as she glanced up at him."

Seeing Caroline happy about this trip and planning it made Bonnie happy. Spending time with her and Elena was all she wanted at the moment. Away from Mystic Falls and the world that had caused her so much sadness. She knew it wasn't just her, that the other's had suffered too but they also seemed to have found some form of happiness. The words caught Bonnie off guard though, she hadn't expected it and it caused tears to well in her eyes. "Caroline," she breathed and reached for her hand.

Clapping her hands, there was already so much going on in Caroline's brain. A whole list of tasks forming, things to book and research to do she was going to be BUSY and occupied for a while. Her safety net. Filling up the days with unnecessary tasks just to get by. Looking back to her friend she had a thought cross her mind, almost wiping the smile off completely. "you know, if after the trip.. things don't seem to get better, we can't force you to stay Bonnie" It just wouldn't be the same without her.

"Come on," Bonnie smiled softly as she moved to wrap her arms around him. She didn't want to linger, not when the attackers could be lurking and he was injured and she was distracted. Sure, vampires healed quickly but that didn't keep her from worrying. "You're going to be okay," she promised, talking to herself more than to him.

𝙀nzo knew she was worried, he could feel the vervain burning. Had he not been injured and weak he would have gone after their attackers and killed them. But for now he really did need some blood in his system. He was looking around to make sure nobody else was around. ❝Argh.... I am sure some blood will help.❞ once home at least he could relax and maybe see the extent of the damage as well. He was being tough despite the pain.

Bonnie knew that at some point she was going to have to learn to live with loss that was far greater for her than any of the others, even the loss of her Grams. But right now she didn't think she could do that and it hurt her to know that she may end up hurting someone who didn't deserve, someone like Caroline. Caroline was one of the best people that Bonnie knew but she also knew that she deserved to be happy. "I don't know how to express it and if I do I don't want it to hurt you because I know that I'm hurting and it's not fair to cause you pain," she explained.

Bonnie hated being vulnerable with anyone, even Caroline but right now she couldn’t stop herself because she’d been strong for far too long. But the thought of burdening Care or anyone else with how she was feeling still weighed on her. It also made her hesitate to be completely honest because she didn’t want to hurt anyone, especially the blonde. “I know, I just…I don’t want to hurt you because I’m in pain. I don’t want you to think I’m jealous or angry or don’t want you happy when I’m sad and…” she couldn’t help the small sob that came from her then. “When I feel like this whole in my chest will never heal.”

There are so many cracks in her heart now that she’s lost count. Some of have been mostly healed over, some are still raw, some seem to open more with every passing breath. With those words, she can feel a new one starting to etch into her.  ❝ You won’t. And I won’t. ❞ Caroline reaches out, taking Bonnie’s hand and holding it in her own.  ❝ And please, Bon, when have we ever minced words with one another? ❞  They used to be able to say anything, even the horrible things. And at the end of the day, they’d still be friends. Closer than ever. No bullshit between them.  ❝ Don’t shut me out. Please. ❞
