It wasn't like Minseok did things on purpose or that he was looking for trouble. It just happened to find him wherever he went! And even though he had promised to be on his best behavior, sometimes some promises were just meant to be broken. And with that in mind, the soloist had grabbed his jacket and left his apartment without really telling a soul. He was an adult, okay? One day playing Fortnite and driving a motorcycle on the game he realized that, maybe, he could do that in real life. How difficult could that be, really? So he went the very next day to get one for him. After looking around, he had picked a blue BMW R18 TransContinental simply because it looked like something straight out of a Transformers movie. It had taken him a few weeks to get the real feel out of and drive it around without any incident, and all of this behind everyone's back. He wasn't keeping the secret, but he thought it would be better if he told people after he learned to have full control of it instead of having all of them worried.

Things never went as planned, as he was now in the middle of the night at some shitty 24hrs auto shop that didn't look safe at all, but he got a flat tire and there wasn't much he could do but to call someone who could help come and wait with him. After a lot of hesitation, he finally decided to bite the bullet and call his manager hyung. It took a while to get a response, but he was glad that the other had picked up the call. "Hi, hyung! Can you pick me up?" A pause. "Home? Oh no, I'm not there."

Joanne was the only member of the Morgrave clan that chose to stick around Raven's Peak for many years, now. Noah liked to settle in for a short while from time to time, but always itched to move on to something new after several years had gone by. It wasn't just because it was Raven's Peak, either. Noah always felt there was something else that needed his attention, somewhere else to be. Perhaps it was simply that settling down was no longer in his nature. He didn't belong anywhere.

He takes a sip of his drink as he spots his sister moving through the crowd. "Are you looking for a dance? Or a drink?" He inquires curiously, before adding, "wasn't sure if I'd be seeing you here tonight."

Flashbacks of her past had her doubting her actions as she walked up her neighbor's front door. This felt like something the old her would do. Getting involved, being selfish in her own desires, going after someone that wouldn't be hers. And yet, here Noah was, about to do as she pleased. But this time felt different. She tried to tell herself it was different. The feelings she held for her married neighbor weren't fleeting. This wasn't some random whim she decided to follow. She had taken into consideration that it wasn't just her neighbor's life she'd be interfering with.

Knowing Dallas's husband and kids were going to be gone for the weekend was what spurred Noah's actions. She had thought this through and she continued to draw the same conclusion -- I could make her happy and if she wants that too then so be it. Sure, it was a risk, a foolish and potentially pathetic risk, but she was willing to risk it. Rejected or not (and god, did she hope not), she at least wanted to see it through. Sucking in a shaky breath, she pressed the bell and waited for an answer.

"Hey," she said warmly once the door was opened. "So I, uh, know everyone's out for the weekend, so I was wondering if you maybe wanted some company? I have, um, a bottle of wine if that sweetens the deal."

Now as adults, and living in the same town, Finn found himself over at Noah's just shooting the shit and hanging out. "Dude, it's been way too long since we did this," he asked as he took a sip from the bottle of beer in his hand. "How's life treating you?"

Stretching as she stood off to the side of the beginning of the 5K, her scanned the crowd for her running bestie who happened to also be her neighbor and friend. Seeing Noah as he approached, she smiled wide and offered him a wave. "Ready for this? I feel like we've been preparing for this for so damn long, I'm ready to get it over with." She said with a laugh as she patted him on the back of the shoulder.

Noah's eyes scanned the hallway in the hopes that Carmen would appear soon. Val had already come around asking why he was hanging out by the door, and where the IT tech had disappeared to. He'd mumbled something about her having to take a shit, though he wasn't sure how confusing it'd been. If Val doubted him, she didn't make it known, only scolding him about making sure he got someone else to take Carmen's place on watch if one of them had to go off to the bathroom. She'd left a couple minutes ago, but he worried what'd happen if she came back around. Finally he spotted her, sneaking through the hallway with nothing but her pack. He quickly ushered her in the door, careful to be quiet. He took her pack from her shoulders setting it to the side before looking at her with hopeful eyes. "Any luck?" He asked, trying his best to keep quiet in case anyone was listening.
