blinky’s favorite form is a male presenting guy with a 1910’s aesthetic. think of cecil from wtnv mix with the aesthetic and functionality of the 1910’s. dark purple slacks, white and purple heeled loafers, striped black and purple vest, a dark nearly black button up, a pink tie and black and purple sunglasses that sit low on his face. bright orange hair that’s swept to the side, all neat and proper. LIKE PLS TELL ME YALL SEE TF VISION.

MISS HOLLOWAY THOUGHTS

─┈ similar to @strlitetheatre’s thoughts on mark chasity, i will be writing out some of my personal thoughts and interpreations / portrayal notes for our favorite good witch; miss holloway!! these thoughts are mainly headcannons and my own portrayal and analyses of the character!! this idea is primarily from them and i think you guys should check out their mark portrayal, its NICE!!! :DDDD

⭑⠀ 𝐢. ⠀ miss holloway’s name is always the real mystery when it comes to the canon. i headcannon her name to be : * MISSY HOLLOW ! missy is a name that just stuck, people thought it was short for melissa, but no. just missy. her identity is no mystery to me, but i like the fact that over the years she kept altering her aliases to stay somewhat close to her original self. there are days where she misses being just missy, the missy who would crack into her parents room just to lay with them, the missy who’d stay up into the early hours of the morning just writing out song lyrics.

─┈ ⟢ missy was born on october 16th, 1962; therefore making her a libra! libra’s are typically the type of people to find all sides to a story before making their best judgement. most libra’s are excellent communicators, and specifically, those born on the 16th are natural mediators. now yes, that date is in fact 1962.

─┈ ⟢ she was born in the small town of salem, virginia. this is just a small nod to the city of salem in massachusetts. However, the city is located within the appalachian mountains, meaning that she is southern!! as someone who lives in the south, this makes my heart happy hehe.

─┈ ⟢ missy’s parents are no longer in the world, however, they were annie and jim hollow. annie was a god-fearing woman, a devoted wife who stayed home while jim worked until he was laid off from his security-guard job at the plant ( that happened when missy was 8 ). then he worked at the mill after the fact. jim hollow was a good man, a good worker and music enthusiast. he was the one to introduce her to the world of music and it became a shared interest between the two.

─┈ ⟢ missy did grow up humble, respectful and kind to everyone. salem was a small town, and if you acted out or were somewhere you know you weren’t supposed to be, your mama would know in an instant. missy was a good kid, unlike her soon to be partner.

─┈ ⟢ at 16, missy met wilbur cross. wilbur and missy were a spectacle, he was a greaser and she was a semi-popular kid at the time. between song-writing, a hobby that she picked up relatively early. salem’s highschool opened up for her freshman year, where she spent studying relentlessly to ensure some sort of future for herself. when she met wilbur, things changed. she began listening to more rock than the softer music, she saw him working on his motorcycle nearly everyday, and he was always seen with a green apple. he was an anomaly to her, one that she didn’t know she’d regret.

─┈ ⟢ missy, in my opinion, has always always had the gift. the gift from what i understand is not exclusive to hatchetfield, especially if john macnamara has it as well ( my hc that he’s from the DC area ).

─┈ ⟢ missy also since she was a kid spoke to an imaginary friend, a white spider named webby. her parents were concerned, being in the 70’s that is, wondering if their little girl was possibly getting into something she shouldn’t. but, webby went away when she was sixteen.

⭑⠀ 𝐢𝐢. ⠀ missy’s dynamic with wilbur is in fact a pivotal piece with her character, judging by what the canon has given us ( a witch in the web ). hollowcross was something i didn’t plan to enjoy as much as i do, but after writing their interactions out, i do like them a lot.

─┈ ⟢ wilbur is the reason that the jean jacket exists. for their year anniversary, at seventeen, she was gifted a jean jacket. It smelled like him, and she had seen him wear it regularly in the winters would hit the commonwealth. she and wilbur would go forward in their relationship with the jean jacket as a symbol of it.

─┈ ⟢ HE WAS THE ORIGINAL REASON FOR RUN AWAY WITH ME BUT YOU GUYS ARENT READY FOR THAT CONVO,,,,, jk ill get to it here shortly.

─┈ ⟢ they were engaged shortly after high school, before wilbur decided to go into the military. missy at the time was struggling to find an opportunity for her music. she’d take her dad’s car to open mics regularly and after graduation, she was lost with what she wanted to do. when wilbur broke the news about him going into the military, she froze up. he didn’t expect the reaction, but she came to a compromise at some point, begrudgingly. he left the following summer they were nineteen. the two resorted to a long-distance relationship.
