' I feel sorta underdressed ... ' he comments , aiming for nonchalance as he raises his voice to be heard over the pounding of the music. stepping into the party properly , blue eyes scan over the crowd somewhat nervously , fingers of his right hand itching to reach for hers but managing to hold out for the time being. Isaac was listening to Scott and Stiles banter as they put their gear away after practice, but he wasn't talking to them, and really hadn't said much of anything all day. It was one of those days where he couldn't seem to stop thinking about his dad, which left him in a funk, so he'd tried to keep to himself to avoid hurting the feelings of anyone who didn't deserve it. He was enjoying listening to the idiots bickering like an old married couple, though. It was sort of like having the TV on just so you're not alone with your thoughts in silence.

But Stiles didn't seem content to let Isaac be, and said some bullshit about Isaac's dad not beating social skills into his head. Sure, Stiles was about 90% bullshit (at least when he talked to Isaac), and normally Isaac would just ignore him. But the word choice--

Isaac let out a vicious yell as he grabbed Stiles by his shirt and tossed him into a bank of lockers. Fangs bared and eyes glowing, Isaac picked him up and shoved him into the lockers again. He wasn't sure what he was going to do to Stiles--he hadn't thought that far ahead. All he knew was he just wanted the smartass motor mouth to shut the hell up, for once.

she never thought she'd be able to fight back. she'd been jealous when isaac could. when argent gave her a gun she'd taken it with shaking hands and learned to steady them. it wasn't nature that gave her claws and fangs, but she'd started to give in when nature started pulling her into itself. she could fight back now, she didn't have to run and hide. thing was, she didn't come right out and tell her brother about it when it happened. call it revenge for the time spent not knowing or, maybe just forgetfulness.

when trouble came though she didn't give a shit about hiding it. her eyes had glowed bright yellow as she tore into their throat with her teeth and ripped away the flesh. she'd spit the blood from her mouth and moved on.

she knew isaac had seen, but she didn't have time to deal with it then. she supposed now was the time. when she saw herself in the kitchen window she saw the skin around her mouth stained red. she knew that was what her brother was seeing now. "i know," there was no putting that cat back in the bag. "didn't think it would just be you forever, did you?"

he hovers for a bit at the base of her throat , pressing a gentle barrage of kisses around the area before he lifts his head again. the next press of his lips is brief , a rushed kiss pressed against her mouth before raising his own arms in invitation. once the offending piece of fabric joins her own , isaac makes sure to kiss her properly now , taking his time with it and making it last.

  she dutifully lifts her arms, easing the process of removing her shirt. it's almost impressive, how quickly it's stripped away, how little time passes between her shirt hitting the floor and isaac's mouth finding her newly bared skin. allison's head falls back, exposing more terrain for his lips to travel over. it's a sensation she's always enjoyed, but there's something more intense about it now, her nerves more sensitive than before. a contented sigh slips past her lips, eyes closing briefly as her fingers delve into his hair.

the look on his face reads as clearly as if he'd spoken aloud ; oh really ?? brows raised towards brown curls as his head cocks slightly , almost laughably dog - like. his eyes narrow ever so slightly in concentration , confirming exactly what he'd thought he'd heard mere moments ago. ' your dad's home ... or will be. ' isaac starts a silent countdown on his hand ; five , four , three , two , one ... and the familiar sound of a car door opening and closing , audible to both sets of ears. it's almost strange , the fact that chris argent's return doesn't send him scurrying , not like his own father's had. impressive , even , considering the man's former career choice ... but isaac has found himself to be oddly ... comfortable in the argent household these past few months. so comfortable , in fact , that he drops down beside allison on her bed , squinting at the latin text that's laid before her. it's all greek to him , nothing about becoming a werewolf had granted him the ability to understand that language of unintelligible squiggles , yet , he's been here for hours. trying to help in some small way , flipping through pictures and sending snippets out to the brain trust if the situation warranted it. and his eyes are burning , isaac can't imagine that allison is faring much better.

' I don't know how you do this ... ' he murmurs , actively leaning back against her pillows now , eyes closed. ' I feel like my eyes are gonna fall out of my head. '

"Kill each other? No, we've moved past that," Theo jokes with a smirk. "I'm just about to make him mine."

"That'll be a first," Isaac snickers. "Usually, it's you who's on the receiving end."

So this one’s changed from a Liam/Halwyn pairing to a Liam + married Halwyn/Jordan. And it’s more smutty than spooky with the whole neighbour/voyeurism thing again.

Allison stayed close to him, enjoying the warmth. She didn't know about that, but she was pleased that Isaac didn't see her as some damsel in distress. Ugh. She was trying so hard not to that. She didn't care if other girls settled into that category. It was just something she didn't like for herself. As he went on, her expression crossed to something more serious. ❝Thanks. That actually means a lot.❞ She squeezed his arm gently. She easily smiled again, a gentle tease in her voice. ❝And you seem hard to impress, Isaac, so coming from you.❞

it hadn't even been a choice ; him or allison ?? he's always gonna take that bullet for her , or , in this case , the electrical shock. then it's pain , nothingness. a vicious cycle of it for an indeterminate amount of time as his body struggles to heal , stuttering in a way it hasn't ever since he'd accepted the bite. when his eyes do finally snap open , bhis lue hues flick around an unfamiliar hospital room. he takes in the steady beep of the monitor and ... immediately detaches himself from it. isaac thinks nothing of it as it flatlines , already tugging at the IV in his arm when a frantic melissa runs in. ' hey , hey !! I'm good , sorry. I'm good ... ' he watches as the relief floods her face , and she steps over to turn off the monitor.

with melissa's help , breaking out of the hospital is a quick process. what takes longer is convincing her that she doesn't need to leave work to make sure he actually is fine. that he can get home on his own ( even though that's not where he's planning on heading ) but finally , he's carefully climbing up to allison's window and lightly tapping on the glass.
