one of (if not) my favourite stranger things headcanon is that ted wheeler is in full support of mike and will’s relationship. in fact, he can’t remember a time when they weren’t dating. he’s convinced that they’ve been dating since they were at least twelve. wdym you just got together? did you break up? son i thought you and will were going strong? who is this el person? son you don’t need to make up a fake person we all know you’re dating will. we don’t care.

We also know that Danny ‘is LITERALLY a ghost’ Fenton sucks at remembering his own intangibility while ALSO forgetting to look ahead of him.

All I’m saying is, Danny Fenton (or Phantom, if you’d really like) would absolutely SLAM into Batman on accident while running on roof tops and Bruce ‘Brooding Instinct’ Wayne doesn’t even think twice about letting the kid hide and scanning around for danger before there’s a record scratch of ‘wait who tf is this?’ kicks in.

The fandom when Anya is nice to jimmy and compliments/butters him up after the crash: obviously this is a fawn response. She doesn’t actually think these things about jimmy, she is simply trying to protect herself against a volatile, unstable person by placating him

The fandom when curly tries to placate jimmy by telling Jimmy he’d fix things, after being very nervous about jimmy’s anger and reaction when talking to Anya right beforehand and his heart racing so hard on the way to confront jimmy that he’s likely on the verge of a panic or anxiety attack: hmm. Obviously everything curly is saying to jimmy here is completely genuine and not motivated by anything. He obviously doesn’t care about the fact jimmy raped Anya and only cares about helping jimmy at the detriment to Anya. He’s a rape apologist. There could literally be no other potential explanation for why curly is saying the things he is saying right now. Let’s take everything curly is saying here completely at face value and not analyze anything else about Curly’s behavior or the rest of the scene.

Hmmm. Butterfly!Félix and Champion!Kagami. When the Butterfly is NOT used for evil, it creates a more equal channel, allowing the Holder and their Champion to freely communicate and feel what each other is feeling, while also having the ability to limit what the other feels from them, both for privacy reasons and to not overwhelm them. A good Butterfly Holder often likes to have a small group of Champions they trust to call upon and give powers to as a result, seeing as it’s a display of trust.

Butterfly!Félix calls upon Kagami the most, both out of trust for her and because she’s always willing to jump into the fight anyways so might as well give her a boost with some powers.

While sometimes Butterfly!Félix stays back and defends wherever her Kamiko is, he’s also been known to be a more hands-on Butterfly Holder and likes to assist her during the fight, making them one hell of a power couple.

best flavor of character: one who is fully aware how easily corrupted they are by power, repeatedly says “don’t give me power i will abuse it”, and then when no one listens to them and they’re given power anyway. gets corrupted by it and abuses it immediately. like they did warn you.

I know it’s probably just my age and I’m Too Young To Possibly Get It and You Had To Be There but I’ve always kinda rolled my eyes whenever people talk about how joss whedon was some titan of nerd media and everyone loved his work

avengers came out when I was 13 and I thought that was. all right. at the time, everyone on the internet was nostalgic for firefly, so I watched that and found it extremely underwhelming, and wasn’t interested in seeking out more of that writing. but it is inescapable huh
