Величественные города всегда были символом славы цивилизации, но на ее закате судьба их печальна. Что сулит им наше смутное время? Давайте попробуем поймать за кончик начало нового тренда.

Когда-то Вавилон, считающийся первым мегаполисом в истории, блистал величием и роскошью. Он знал подъемы и падения, даже «реинкарнировался», но сегодня его древние ��уины – объект всемирного наследия ЮНЕСКО.

Рим уже в античности называли «вечным городом». Он стоит и поныне, хотя здесь теперь другой народ и другая страна, уже далеко не империя. Туристам порой чудно увидеть фрагмент Колизея в проеме выхода из метро – как будто на мгновение пересекаются две эпохи.

Города манят людей тремя факторами: работой, качеством жизни, статусом. Знаковые города призваны служить олицетворением успеха, «визиткой» страны или региона. Лондон, Париж, Нью-Йорк, Гонконг… По сути, такие названия являются именами нарицательными. За каждым из них не просто город, а целое понятие, «культурный экстракт», мировоззрение.

Но есть и оборотная сторона: в период спада то же название может стать символом краха. Современный пример – Детройт. Появился даже такой термин – «детройтизация», уже вошедший в обиход. Выстоят ли остальные?

О том, что современная цивилизация исчерпала ресурсы роста, я говорю давно. Да и не только я, об этом предупреждают экологи, социологи, экономисты, эксперты в самых разных областях. Разница лишь в том, что я указываю на фундаментальный кризис человеческих желаний, на тупик эгоистической парадигмы, исчерпавшей возможности услаждать себя в относительно сбалансированной форме. Мы уперлись в потолок, или достигли дна. Отсюда все наши дисбалансы, нарастающие лавинообразными темпами.

Возможно, мир и дальше содрогался бы в турбулентности, не сознавая происходящего, но коронавирус резко ускорил процесс. Одним из следствий этого импульса стал всплеск заболеваемости и насилия в американских городах. Вне зависимости от политических и социальных причин, некоторые результаты подобных коллизий уже налицо.

Ловушка, в которую попал Нью-Йорк

Возьмем Нью-Йорк, поистине статусный город. Здесь более ста миллиардеров и почти миллион миллионеров. Такой концентрации владельцев капитала нет больше нигде. Однако и здесь в период кризиса проявилась оборотная сторона: 1% городского населения выплачивает почти половину всех налогов, и этот процент начал бегство из города.

Уже к середине августа Нью-Йорк потерял 50% налогооблагаемой базы. Губернатор Эндрю Куомо по телевидению умолял крезов вернуться. Но они не спешат. Они «внезапно» обнаружили, что платят теперь меньше муниципальных сборов.

Глава некоммерческой ассоциации крупнейших бизнесменов города Кэтрин Уайльд: «Они не хотят возвращаться. Мы очень опасаемся, что потеряем больше, чем потеряли до сих пор».

«В очень богатых кварталах города численность населения сократилась на 40% и более, – пишет Питер Ван Бьюрен. – Чем выше доход в районе, тем больше вероятность того, что он опустел. Агент по недвижимости сказала мне, что, по ее оценке, пустуют около трети квартир даже в моем доме средней ценовой категории на 300 жилых единиц».

Это уже происходит: пока демонстранты сваливали памятники на улицах, коронавирус «свалил» идеалы прошлой эпохи. Беда Нью-Йорка – в потере статуса. И не он один попал в эту ловушку. Струйки «дезертиров» потянулись и из других городов.

Разумеется, простые люди не смогли бы так просто покинуть свой мегаполис. Но его привлекательность снижается, блеск потускнел, и те, кто уезжает, в большинстве своем не вернутся. При желании они, возможно, посетят Карнеги-холл или какой-нибудь ресторан, а со временем и эта «необходимость» отпадет.

Ведь меняется само мышление человека. Жизнь в большом городе – больше не признак успеха. Не вирус, а некая внутренняя сила, сила развития, переворачивает в нас приоритеты и направляет к иным горизонтам, не скрытым за небоскребами.

К тому же на это накладывается современная трансформация: удаленная работа, дистанционное обучение, услуги онлайн, передовые технологии производства и многое другое. Новые поколения внутренне и внешне стремительно отдаляются от всего, на чем строилась в XX веке концепция процветания. Современные города, экспансивно растущие вширь и ввысь, не отвечают тем социальным отношениям, которые пока только завязываются, но уже различимы в контурах будущего.

Ведь меняется сама суть жизни. «Физические» связи обесцениваются, и когда человек ищет себе правильное место, он все чаще ищет его в «виртуальном», интегральном смысле. Выезд за пределы нью-йоркского «Большого яблока» говорит о том, что человеку не нужны все эти люди, офисы, фирмы, банки. Он может руководить ими сидя у себя дома в пижаме на диване. Зачем ему содержать помещения в городе, который больше не сверкает, который лишился былого очарования?

То, что связывало людей вчера, оказалось иллюзией, декорацией, фальшью. А если связь неправильная, лучше ее разорвать. «Разъединение нечестивых — хорошо для них и хорошо для мира», – сказали наши мудрецы. «Нечестивые» – значит живущие только ради себя, в ущерб другим. Их прекрасные города обречены пасть однажды, подобно Вавилонской башне, под тяжестью собственных зашкаливших запросов. А в наше время это происходит в глобальных масштабах, на последнем витке спирали, в глобальных потрясениях, предваряющих качественный переход.

Главный вопрос

Главный вопрос сегодня: какой должна быть правильная связь между нами? И уже ясно, что она должна быть внутренней, непритворной, не хищнической. Она должна быть человечной. Пандемия разделяет людей физически – и этим постепенно уравнивает. Да, нам больно, нам горько, но так происходит всегда, когда умирает отжившее. Мы выходим на простые, практичные отношения, освобожденные от сложной иерархии современных мегаполисов с ее оруэлловским новоязом и двойными стандартами. И это только первый этап раскрепощения.

На следующем этапе нас ждет соединение сердцами. Сейчас это представляется чем-то наивным, деревенским, но под градом невзгод мы начнем понимать, что у нас просто нет другого выхода из тупика и что это вовсе не возврат в некую химеричную патриархальность, а наоборот, прорыв друг к другу и к доброму будущему для всех.

Мы по инерции сопротивляемся его приходу, ждем разрядки, облегчения, но перемены неотвратимы. Богачи не отсидятся за городом, на лужайке с газонокосилкой. Перед будущим все равны. Разница лишь в том, кто раньше задумается и начнет понимать его. В худшем случае понимание превратится в мучительный кошмар, но избежать его невозможно.

У человечества не остается больше никакого выбора. Ситуация такова, что правильные отношения между нами – веление времени, крик судьбы! К сожалению, я не вижу пока, чтобы люди это понимали. Но, по крайней мере, об этом уже можно говорить, так чтобы тебя не отвергали с порога, не глушили, не осмеивали. Потому что беда не отступает, и люди перестают понимать, что делать с собой, со своими детьми, со своим завтрашним днем.

Завтрашний день не наступит, пока мы не разберемся с сегодняшним. Чтобы принять будущее, надо отказаться от прошлого – от всего того, что нас разобщает.

Но эти простые слова как нож в сердце. До такой степени мы подкуплены «блеском Вавилона». Но сама природа направляет нас вперед, к внутреннему единству, к жизни в едином мире. И, так или иначе, все мы обязательно почувствуем, услышим ее зов.

А города – города останутся, только в новом формате, преображенные сплоченным, повзрослевшим обществом. Будет больше зелени, больше автоматики, больше того, что облегчает жизнь. На дорогах останутся только беспилотники, а потом транспорт перейдет на воздушное сообщение. Все это вполне реально, вполне предсказуемо, но главное не в этом.

Главное – в людях, которые научатся жить общей судьбой, заботиться друг о друге, понимать друг друга. Перспективы, которые откроются перед ними, невообразимо превосходят все то, что мог предложить нам Вавилон, в любом своем обличье.

2nd Theory (My Theory) I suppose the gravitational waves are produced by the planets motions energies- let's remember my theory because we will use it in the waves properties discussion I asked –where any moving body produce energy by its motion =(1/2 mv^2), where's Planet motion energy? 2nd Theory (My Theory) I suppose the gravitational waves are produced by the planets motions energies- let's remember my theory because we will use it in the waves properties discussion I asked –where any moving body produce energy by its motion =(1/2 mv^2), where's Planet motion energy? The planet can NOT store its motion energy inside its body because it would raise its temperature and No planet temperature is raised by its motion- logically- the planet motion energy is stored in the space in waves form- means- Planet motion energy creates waves in the space- the planet motion in the space is similar to a fish swimming in the sea- as fish swimming creates waves in the water planet motion energy creates waves in the space- means planet moves and creates waves in space and these waves move by velocity equal this planet velocity by that- for example- Mercury (47.4 km/s) moves in the space and creates waves move by equal velocity (47.4 km/s)- based on this idea- All planets move and their motions create waves move by these planets velocities – AND I suppose these waves are the gravitational waves AND The planets revolve around the sun in the same one direction and for that their motions energies create waves in the space and these waves move perpendicular on the revolution direction (Toward Pluto orbit) AND In Pluto orbit these waves are unified together into one unified wave- this wave moves by a velocity = 205.8 km/s = the planets velocities total

How the velocity 205.8 km/s can be accelerated to be 300000 km/s (speed of light) and where this acceleration is done? Возвращаюсь к Лоре, приводить городок в порядок. Не знаю, насколько нужен этот ознакомительный пост без сюжета, но пусть будет 😶

Как вы относитесь к изменениям симов? Лояльно или же стараетесь четко придерживаться идеи их образа у себя в голове? В своем сохранении я любитель попрыгать между семьями и не всегда успеваю за всеми уследить. Так вот, мне пришлось покинуть Лору, чтобы поиграть за других ребят, а когда я вернулась к ней заметила, что она немного поправилась.

Не знаю, как вам новый образ/стиль Лорочки, но мне нравится.

Конечно, такого рода изменения были мною не запланированы, но раз так вышло, мне кажется оно хорошо отыгрывается.

Раньше у зайки был активный образ жизни, хорошо сопоставлялось с плаванием и изучением океана и потому склонность к пышным формам не была заметна в принципе, а сейчас, в Эвергрин-Харбор, эта особенность получила свою реализацию.

Думаю, здесь помимо уменьшения физической активности сказался тот факт, что не все получается сразу (город после моего переключения на другие семьи опять плохим был, а я думаю такое не может не огорчить эколога 🤣), Лорочке одиноко и грустно вечерами, только червячки и жуки.

Хорошо, что в ее жизни появились новые знакомства, тот же Нокс, который по работе проводит много времени с ней, помогает освоится и с недавних пор их рабочие отношение плавно перетекли в дружеские. Пока Лоре немного тяжеловато принять новую версию себя, однако новый друг поддерживает девушку по этому поводу и не дает унывать, убеждая Лору, что с ней все в порядке и ничего смертельного не произошло.

Опять же повторюсь, не знаю, как вы относитесь когда уже созданные симы набирают/сбрасывают вес независимо от вас, но я считаю это ��аксимально реалистичным, время идёт и всем свойственно меняться, тем более в случае Лоры и объяснение этому я нашла почти моментально.

Не знаю пока, буду ли её именно заставлять заниматься спортом. У нее стоит на балкончике коврик для йоги, но что то самой ей упражняться не хочется, теперь предпочитает проводить вечера за чашечкой теплого напитка и в компании приятной программы по телевизору. Может позднее, когда они с Нейтом снова съедутся, но пока Лора такой мне очень нравится, надеюсь, вы её тоже примите и обойдемся без буллинга 🥹
