Another reason no one would believe Bruce Wayne is Batman

Bruce Wayne is the fittest multi-billionaire there is. (And unlike Luthor he makes it look easy. No one has ever seen Bruce Wayne actually exercise.)

("Like a cat." Selina like to point out.)

He does all sorts of sports with near professional levels of skill. He's constantly ditching business meeting to go skiing, or base jumping, or scuba diving, or any other potentially dangerous sports that you care to mention.

He has done dozens of charity events that entail him boxing, marathon running, parachuting, car racing, off shore swimming, skiing, golfing (including miniature) .

And invariably after all of these events, both private and public, he has spent weeks afterward in various braces and casts that just so happen to keep him away from the office. (Yes, even after the Miniature Golf Incident.)

Everyone knows that Gotham's favorite rich himbo is a klutz of epic proportions that only has health insurance because Wayne Medical has ridiculous coverage for Gotham residents and he also happens to own it.

The idea that he could stand on the edge of a roof and NOT fall off is preposterous.

Even goons that have been sent to kidnap Bruce Wayne try to keep out his reach because of two reasons. They've seen him throw some devastating haymakers at a "friendly" boxing match with Luthor. And they are afraid that he'll slip and fall again and that that'll get the blame for his injuries.
