Noukan only sighed. what he originally had in mind is that, if this woman was willing to betray her colleagues and taught the salvation of Violent Violet, then there was a possibility for her to become a beneficial, an asset for Academy City and Aleister’s push back against the Third Side. He was hoping for there to be negotiation, that if she decided to work with them, he would guarantee the resolution of this incident and safety in one way or another.

But given who had just appeared there was no way for a smooth negotiation to be taking place.

“I suppose the amount of destruction caused would draw attention, especially to someone like you…. Sogiita Gunha, the Seventh Ranked Level 5.”

His weapons were still trained, just now focused on the one known as Sogiita Gunha. This particular Level 5 was not known for listening to reason and instead, did as he pleased. He was more akin to a vigilante that was lacking in common sense, which made him, in Noukan’s opinion, difficult to deal with.

“A talking dog, eh? It doesn’t matter if you’re a man, a girl, or even a dog with an electronically produced voice! Anyone that’s willing to attack an unarmed woman on a rooftop with all of those guns has no GUTS whatsoever!”

The boy, who held a large degree of confidence and no fear of those devastating weapons  whatsoever turned his head to the woman in blue who was still there.

“Oi, lady in blue tights. You better get outta here. I’ll handle this mutt right here.”

Even Enncer’s mask could not hide the look of bewilderment on her face.

Why was someone of this city heling here? Did he not know? Had this city failed to inform everyone of that secret ‘third side’? She had no idea how exactly she felt about this boy willfully putting himself in harms way like this.

But, it was certainly better then dying here. It still gave her a chance to find him.

When he addressed her, her eyes widen for a second, he really was saving her from this talking golden retriever & his flying suit of guns.

“... Thank you.”

There wasn’t much else to say, only a truly grateful moment of thanks. She didn’t understand why he choose to get involved fully, but she was indeed, very, very grateful for such, it could be seen in her eyes & heard in her voice.

Soon, she was on her feet again, jumping from the edge of the building, & again, creating gusts of wind to propel her away from the scene.

Kihara Noukan tilted his head, perhaps in confusion at her strange request. For the time he had been after her, he was most certain that she was part of that group of Harmfuls. He knew who she was referring to, the woman who had vanished for a week and the one who had destroyed multiple areas of the city in order to find her, and the man that woman had been standing on that building with was the same one who had been responsible for Violent Violet’s disappearance and radical transformation.

He knew well not to trust the words of those from the Third Side, for they had a chance to throw the world order into chaos, threatening the Science Side’s place as well. For all he knew, this woman might have been lying in an attempt to drop his guard, in order to either escape or attack.

The weapons of the A.A.A were still trained on her.

Noukan seemed to be considering his options at the moment. This woman may have had a way to revert Violet back to her non-hostile state, or knew the machinations behind such, and that Accelerator may have been the only one who would have a chance at stopping her rampage, one way or another.

The Golden Retriever was about to speak, however, his decision would never be known, at least not immediately.

“Ya know, I was wondering what the ruckus was all about, but now that I se what’s going on, this situation ain’t gonna fly!”

A male voice spoke from above as something dropped in from the sky between Noukan and the woman in blue. It was sudden and the resulting landing had caused a loud crash, followed by some dust being kicked up.

When the smoke finally cleared, the person’s figure became more visible. The Blue woman however, would not be able to see his face due to the fact that that person’s back was faced towards her, meaning he would have been staring straight at the Golden retriever armed with the firepower of a fortress.

And that person  made his intentions as clear as day.

“I think its about time someone teaches this mutt… just how lacking in GUTS he has!”

Enncer knew that, now that the Sorcerer’s life had been put in danger, he was not going to come back to this city unless he had too. Meaning that Academy City would basically be left to fend for itself against Violet, since the chance they had to change her back by kill Zolten had failed.

But Enncer still held on to one more hope, one that otherwise seemed stupid, since she was basing it completely on a story she used to be told often when she was young, before she was in the position she was in now. The story of a special vein that lie in heart.

She didn’t know whether she was going to live or die, but either way, it didn’t seem like she would be able to see that last hope, that last mission, through. So, she at least was going to try, to pass that mission out to someone else, to give that woman who had suffered all her life... a bit of peace & happiness.

She closed her eyes. She was ready to die there.

“...?”

But, death didn’t come, someone else did however. she felt the ground below her shake, cause her to end up sitting on the floor again, as she picked up her head quickly to see what had just landed in front of her.

She couldn’t see his face, given his back was facing her, but still she knew that seemed to be a young man, somewhere in the age range of a high schooler.

“... W... what...?”

Was he... here to... save her? For real?
