Chrysalis, Consequence : Max’s Journey and Choices
Strange men walk around Isolated With a chip on their shoulders They are looking for a smile From you or from me But instead I find myself leaving
Preface: Some of the choices listed here are not in the game. They may not be canon, but they are in character for my interpretation of Max. This is only meant to reference the game’s story alone and give some insight into Max and her choices, some of which tie intimately into other characters’ reactions and fates. Please don’t take this as me pushing my interpretation onto your characters. If you have a muse who features in the game, you are more than welcome to come plot with me about how characters like Nathan, Chloe, Victoria, and Kate may handle things differently/took a different route than what I have described. Episode 1 - Chrysalis one.   Shaken from watching Chloe’s death and subsequent resurrection, Max confesses to Principal Wells that she saw Nathan with a gun. two.   In lieu of rigging the paint can, Max instead messes with the sprinkler system to soak Victoria’s cashmere. A guilt-ridden Max then does her best to comfort Victoria after ruining her afternoon. While searching for a way to prove to Juliet that Dana didn’t cheat, she refuses the opportunity to reorganize Victoria’s selfie wall. Dana’s pregnancy test remains untouched, with Max only aware that Dana and her ex-boyfriend Logan had falling out. three.   Max erases the crude insult on Kate’s slate. She intervenes on Kate’s behalf upon discovering security guard David M.adsen harassing her friend. four.   Ever the nosey one, Max snoops through David’s surveillance system and files. Her sleuthing skills aren’t quite up to par, though, as she leaves evidence behind. When Max’s impromptu reunion with Chloe is interrupted by David, she takes her friend’s advice to hide. But Max’s anxiety skyrockets as hostilities between parent and child escalate, leading her to come out of hiding and take the heat for Chloe. five.   Max saves the bluejay outside of the lighthouse, something that brings her comfort after learning that Chloe has stolen her step-father’s gun. Episode 2 - Out of Time one.   Another day, another instance of victim-blaming shenanigans; Max erases the URL to the V.ortex C.lub video in the girl’s bathroom. After a nerve-wracking confrontation with Victoria, Max returns a borrowed book back to Kate. With her friend clearly depressed over the bullying, the photographer gently questions her about what had happened the night of the video. Fearing that Kate has been assaulted, she urges her friend to report her experience to the police. Kate’s mention of Nathan’s involvement, coupled with Chloe’s previous experience with the Prescott heir leads Max to view him with increased suspicion.   two.   After using her powers to befriend Taylor, Max is faced with an even more daunting task---saying no to a man. Despite Warren’s insistence, she refuses his invitation, feeling sick from her previous discussion with Kate. three.   Max taking the blame for Chloe earns her an earful from Joyce at the diner. While waiting for breakfast, Max convinces her estranged friend that she has powers. Max takes a call from a distraught Kate before they leave, much to Chloe’s chagrin. Her attitude causes Max to reflect on the value of their friendship, questioning whether Chloe is still the same person she loved. four.   The presence of Chloe’s gun stirs up Max’s anxiety. During “target practice” Chloe is accidentally shot, prompting Max to rewind and ask to stop. After experiencing a combination anxiety attack and vision, Max and Chloe are confronted by Frank. As tensions rise and Chloe demands to know where Frank found Rachel’s necklace, Max pulls out the gun to defend her friend. Whatever bravado she has in the moment fades instantly; Frank rightfully calls her bluff and swipes the gun. Chloe’s resentment is keenly felt by Max long after she saves her friend’s life on the train tracks. five.   Freezing time allows Max to reach the rooftop before Kate jumps. She convinces Kate to live by appealing to the strength of their friendship, promising to bring the culprits behind the assault to justice, and asking Kate not to jump for the sake of her sisters. Pulling Kate into a tight embrace, Max and she cry together in the rain. six.   Going off Kate’s earlier testimony, Max chooses to blame Nathan for her friend’s s.uicide attempt. Having previously reported Nathan for having a gun, he is suspended, and Max leaves the office emotionally strung out but triumphant. Episode 3 - Chaos Theory one.   Max argues passionately against Chloe taking money from the school’s accessibility fund for disabled students. Having borne the brunt of society’s ableism as a young autistic woman, Max comes away convinced that Chloe does not appreciate the value of accessibility and inclusion. The disgreement drives a wedge in their relationship, with Max left depressed and alienated from her former childhood friend. two.   The morning after their great escape to Chloe’s house, Max kisses Chloe after she dares Max to do it. The decision comes out of Max questioning her sexuality, and a desperation to reconnect in some significant way with her childhood friend after their argument. Feeling discomfort after having kissed Chloe in Rachel’s clothes, Max trades in the flannel and torn jeans for her outfit from the previous night. three.   Unbeknownst to Joyce, Max deletes the message on her answering machine about the break-in. After yet again snooping in on David’s business, Max sides with Chloe during the M.adsen family’s argument. four.   While looking for a way to gain access to Frank’s RV at the diner, Max takes the time to warn a homeless woman about the storm and save Alyssa from minor disaster---again. Having lured P.ompidou out of the RV with a bone thrown in the parking lot, Max does what she does best: snoop. five.   Max leaves Chloe’s confiscated gun untouched, choosing to let Frank keep it after Chloe’s near-fatal stunt in the Junkyard. Episode 4 - D.ark R.oom one.   Max refuses to Chloe’s request to die, asserting that Chloe needs therapy to see that her life has value. After returning the timeline to its original state, Max resolves to stay by Chloe’s side until Rachel’s return. two.   Max frees the bluejay from the confines of the M.adsen family home. At the hospital, Max makes plans to go on a tea shop tour with Kate after she is discharged. three.   After snooping around Nathan’s room, Max and Chloe are confronted by the Prescott in question, and Max fears she may have to rewind...until Warren steps in. Feeling nauseated at the thought of more violence, Max stops Warren before the beatdown turns serious. four.   Having come to the meeting with Frank unarmed (albeit without the money) the girls leave the beach having peacefully gained Frank’s trust and his list of clients. five.   The discovery of the D.ark R.oom and Rachel’s body sends Max spiraling into a severe depression. Convinced that her powers mean little in the face of so much corruption and violence, Max prepares to get revenge on Nathan in the present. six.   At the party, Max saves Alyssa (for an exhausting fourth time) and warns Victoria to stay away from Nathan. Episode 5 - Polarized five.   Awakening in the Prescott’s bunker, Max discovers that Victoria had heeded her warning---and it led her directly to the D.ark R.oom. This revelation coupled with Victoria’s breakdown and Nathan’s death leads Max to seriously question why she was given powers at all. four.   Fun and wholesome things happen that aren’t upsetting. Victoria’s sobs echo in Max’s head. Puppies and kittens. Jefferson threatens to hurt Kate as many times as he needs to break her spirit. It’s fine! Max’s nightmares will have nightmares. This is fine! It’s fine! three.   Weary of the violence, Max chooses not to tell David about Chloe’s death, leading to Jefferson being captured alive (for the moment). two.   In Max’s initial rush to get to the diner, she saves everyone she encounters, including Alyssa for the final time. one.   Upon exiting the nightmare, Max is confronted with one final choice: sacrifice her hometown, or sacrifice Chloe. Max, predictably, takes a third option. Epilogue - The Golden Hour      On a rain-soaked clifftop overlooking the destruction of everything Max and Chloe hold dear, Max realizes that Warren was incorrect: the storm was about the life she hadn’t saved, the injustice that had started this entire chain of events---Rachel’s death. Max’s epiphany leads her to use her focus power on a certain photograph to go back to the Prescott barnyard. Upon discovering Jefferson’s portfolio of Rachel, Max slips the binder into her bag before running after Chloe to find Rachel’s body. Following a screaming match and a much-needed cry session, Chloe agrees to head back to the M.adsen household instead of rushing over to the V.ortex C.lub. Max gathers as much evidence as she can---including Frank’s list of clients---before using her focus power on a photo taken the summer before she moved away to S.eattle. Leaving William to his fate, Max befriends Victoria years before attending Blackwell, sticking by her side as they claw their way to the top of the “it crowd”. But being popular isn’t easy; Max is forced to mask her neurodivergence hard, navigating the capricious moods of her peers, and walking the thin line between try-hard and just ambitious enough.      There are casualties in every timeline, and this one is no exception. Max’s relationship with her parents worsens to the point where they can hardly stand to be in a room together. Her mother misses the shy daughter who took pride in their shared neurodivergence. Her father misses his kind baby girl, the one who knew her roots and wasn’t afraid to embrace them. Rejecting her identity and giving her parents lip aren’t the only problems. Booze and drugs are the bombshell no one wants to touch, both parents scared shitless that this will be what buries the last dregs of filial affection for good. Max’s mental health is another sacrifice in the rectified timeline. She just thanks the universe that overdosing and drinking to excess gives her much-needed pretext for her breakdowns.      But partying and pissing her family’s good faith away has a purpose; each connection gets her ever closer to finding Rachel.      And when Max gets that full-ride scholarship to Blackwell a year early, she knows her sacrifices will pay off. There is a pile of photos, notes, and evidence shoved underneath her bed, waiting for the right moment to surface. Rachel deserves to know the truth, and to live the life that was so cruelly stolen from her.      Max won’t fail in her task.

Evaluation
Identity
My identity development started off slow as I spent a lot of time procrastinating about who I am, and most importantly how I would like people to see me as a visual communicator. However, once I designed my logo I was able to perfect colours, layouts and move onto to designing the other outcomes of the project. I decided to keep my logo as the main focus of my business card and add a professional feel through paper stock and a raised spot gloss element. The back of my business card which contains my personal information needs editing in the future because small details such as not breaking up my phone number let me down.
I am happy with how my CV turned out and I strangely enjoyed writing the information contained within it. Writing about myself and my experience was something which I had been putting off, but it's amazing how much you can actually write about 4 years in retail!  From looking at my CV, I need more experience in creative industry and hopefully this project will help with that as I am now ready to send off my CV, portfolio and business card to potential agencies.
I feel that out of all my final outcome my website is the weakest link. I ran out to time to perfect it to a standard which I would be happy with. I designed my website on muse and this project was the first time I have used the programme. There are elements which I would like to research in order to create features which would make my website look more advanced.
I have enjoyed this unit and feel I have progressed compared to the unit previous.
D&AD
I have enjoyed this unit and intend submit my idea to D&AD. I am happy with my idea, whoever I feel the design of the second set of posters which have the photographs submitted from social media could be improved on. The stripes will make all the photographs look uniform and incorporated the the first set of poster design. However, there something very rare and expressive about taking a selfie and I feel the over designed filter which would go over the top of all of them would take away from this.
From research into current mayor of London posters I found that the design of the poster is simple and the message if effective which I think I successfully managed to achieve with my idea and colourful poster design.

The 28 best iPhone apps for designers
Despite some strong competition, the iPhone continues to be the main smartphone of choice for the design world. Apple’s pocket-sized marvel can be a pretty handy design tool. Combined with the best iPhone apps, it can pack some real punch in the studio – and more importantly, out of the studio.
Get Adobe Creative Cloud
So whether you plan to do some sketching on the move, are after a particular tool to aid your daily design work, or prefer to take things more seriously with something to help you manage your projects, time and money, there’s a great selection of must-have apps right here.
(And if you’re after the best iPad Pro apps that make the most of Apple Pencil, we’ve got you covered on that, too.)
01. Adobe Illustrator Draw
This iPhone app lets you create illustrations easily with intuitive touch controls
Developer: Adobe
Price: Free
UK App Store
US App Store
Packed with all the power that designers have come to expect from Adobe, this app also includes all the popular drawing tools and features from Adobe Ideas.
Adobe Illustrator Draw is filled with everything illustrators need to send layered and flat artwork, letting you draw with vectors; access high-res, royalty-free images; and sync assets to appear in your workflow wherever you need them.
02. Adobe Photoshop Sketch
Sketch on the go with Photoshop Sketch
Developer: Adobe
Price: Free
UK App Store
US App Store
Draw while on the move with Adobe Photoshop Sketch, using a host of brushes, pencils, pens and markers. The iPhone app harnesses the power of Photoshop’s painting engine, and lets you import brushes too, giving you all the textures and blending effects you’d get on paper.
You can share your sketches on Behance or send them to Photoshop CC for more editing.
03. Filmic Pro
Packed with features, is this the ultimate iPhone video camera?
Developer: FiLMiC
Price: $14.99/£14.99
UK App Store
US App Store
FiLMiC Pro is, quite simply, the answer to the frustrations that filmmakers have with Apple’s default camera app. The most obvious and immediately useful features are the ability to set the focus and exposure separately, to lock them individually, and to lock the white balance. They’re all vital for getting the tone and mood of what you’re filming right, and FiLMiC knows that.
Video nuts will find wide-eyed glee in the ability to specify not only what resolution it films at, but also the framerate and, best of all, the bitrate, so you can record at quality far beyond the Apple defaults – great if you’re filming lots of motion.
04. Assembly
youtube
Developer: Pixite
Price: Free with IAP
UK App Store
US App Store
Coming off like a grown-up take on Fuzzy Felt, Assembly earns its place in the best iPhone apps list by enabling user to easily create beautiful vector imagery without having to master Illustrator’s tricksy ways.
Rather than painstakingly creating your own vector shapes, you can dive into Assembly’s library of over 180 basic shapes that you can then fit together to make larger designs, either over a plain backdrop or on top of a background image.
It’s a building-block approach to design that might sound a little simplistic, but it’s been put together intelligently and with just enough tools to enable you to craft detailed images in minutes – perfect for creating designs when you’re on the move.
05. Layers

UK App Store
US App Store
DesignLab, formerly PicLab Studio, is a nifty app (now free) for creating those inspiring images that you get all over the internet these days. You know, the ones featuring a photo – probably with at least one retro filter applied – with a helpful aphorism layered over the top in an attractive, friendly typeface.
DesignLab makes them an absolute doddle, enabling you to either snap a photo or grab one from your photo library, then go to town on it. A Pro version is also available as an in-app purchase, for $4.99/£4.49 per month.
15. Path On
Path On lets you add funky text to photos in unique ways
Developer: Peta Vision
Price: $1.99/£1.99
UK App Store
US App Store
Path On lets you add funky text to photos in unique ways. You draw the path you’d like the words to take, then type in your message – the text then flows along the path.
The custom options are the real killer feature here, with you being able to adjust the font, the letter spacing, the alignment and much, much more. There’s a good range of fonts, and playing around is fast and easy. The photo filters are best avoided, but sharing your photo is easy.

16. Repix
Repix allows you to ‘paint’ filter effects onto images to create brilliant effects
Developer: Sumoing
Price: Free

The problem with filters in many photo editors is that you’re required to apply them to the whole image, or spend an age creating precise selections. Repix lets you ‘paint’ filter effects onto your images to create brilliant effects.
A choice of nine brushes run along the bottom of the screen; they range from artistic effects such as Posterize and Charcoal to more creative effects such as Halftone patterns and Ink splats. There’s also an eraser and an ‘undoer’ brush.

18. Autodesk SketchBook
SketchBook Pro is one of the most popular iPad art apps
Developer: Autodesk
Price: Free
UK App Store
US App Store
SketchBook Pro by Autodesk is one of the most popular iPad art apps with digital artists. The smaller-screen version is a brilliant addition to any designer’s iPhone app collection.
There’s a wide range of digital pencils, pens, markers and airbrushes to choose from (over 170 customisable brushes in total), all accessed via a simple but intuitive UI that lets you pin toolbars to the screen for easy access. You can work with layers, transparency options, annotations, and advanced blend modes. What more could you want?
19. Geló
Geló is a great way to apply gradients to your iPhone photos
Developer: James Moore
Price: Free
UK App Store
US App Store
Gradients have become a lost art in iPhone photography, but Geló fills that gap in the market well. Once you’ve taken or imported an image, you see a carousel of ‘gels’. Cycle through to choose a colour, tap it, and then it’s applied to your shot. You can then use the sliders to tweak how the filter affects your shot, and it’s this high level of control that makes Geló a winner.
You can adjust individual colours and the position of the effect until it gives you a realistic graduation (usually for a horizon), or you can get a bit arty and create vintage looks or use different shapes to add a ‘gel collage’ effect.
You can also choose how the gel effect is applied, either a tint, a solid gel (Over) or mixed into the colour palette (Add). Coupled with contrast tweaks, you can create impressive images.
20. Evernote
Evernote allows you to store your inspiration
Developer: Evernote
Price: Free
UK App Store
US App Store
Evernote allows you to save your ideas, things you like, things you hear and things you see. You can access your inspiration anywhere as it works with nearly every computer, phone and mobile device out there. And to make things easier, you can search by keyword, tag, or even printed and handwritten text inside images.
21. Instagram
Users can now share video and images to their Instagram ‘story’
Developer: Instagram
Price: Free

13 Body-Positive Influencers You Should Follow on Instagram
This article originally appeared on InStyle.com.
It’s always important to surround yourself with a girl squad that champions you to be your authentic self and accepts you regardless of appearance. As we spend this month celebrating women’s achievements, we present 13 body-positivity advocates to follow on Instagram.
These models, bloggers, activists, and designers have started an important conversation and are getting results. They’re not only lighting up runways during fashion month—they’re taking action to disrupt the status quo in magazines, clothing ads, and beauty campaigns. Whether they are advocating for fashion for women of all sizes or just stepping out of traditional norms, they are putting their curves front and center and looking gorgeous doing so. Not only do their Instagram feeds show off head-turning portfolios, street style, and behind-the-scenes peeks at photo shoots, they also provide inspiration and much-needed laughs as the ladies showcase their wisdom and wit.
1. Denise Bidot (@denisebidot)
There Is No Wrong Way to Be a Woman: That’s a slogan that grew into a website and a movement when it was launched last year by this model and single mom to inspire women to love themselves and celebrate their individuality. The former makeup artist has also blazed a trail across the runways at New York Fashion Week over the past two years: The Chromat and Serena Williams collections were her first. On her Instagram feed you’ll find empowering statement Ts, outfits of the day, and pre-photo-shoot pics, but you can also find Bidot in the current Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue in a bikini with her stretch marks unretouched, an implicit message to women to embrace their unique beauty no matter what imperfections they might believe they have.
2. Georgina Burke (@missgeoburke)
She was the first-ever official face and brand ambassador for the Torrid clothing line. The Aussie model is also featured in the documentary Straight/Curve, which focuses on the female body image and how models are helping redefine society’s beauty standards. Her most treasured posts are of her Wheaten Terrier, Auzwald, but you can also see her working out at the Dogpound in Brooklyn or hanging out with a horse from time to time (she used to compete in equestrian sports) because that’s #howGdoesit.
3. Clémentine Desseaux (@bonjourclem)
A commercial may have made the freckled beauty what she calls "the first plus girl on TV in France," but Desseaux’s making strides in other ways too. She co-founded the body-positive advocacy campaign @allwomanproject to show the industry that a group of women from different ethnicities, ages, and sizes can be successfully represented in the same ad campaign. She also runs a brand-strategy agency that helps fashion clients with art direction, production, and brand identity. The highlight of her news feeds? A special #IceCreamDance. The budding chef and foodie offers up dishes from her own kitchen with follow-along videos and recipes, which she posts on her lifestyle blog, Bonjour Clem.
4. Alessandra Garcia Lorido (@alessandragl)
The daughter of actor Andy Garcia is proud to flaunt the body she got from her mama, as she says in Lane Bryant’s “This Body” campaign. Besides strutting her stuff on Christian Siriano’s fall runway show in New York and Dolce & Gabbana in Milan this year, she is also part of a group of models fighting against the prevalence of eating disorders in their industry along with the Model Alliance and the National Eating Disorders Association (NEDA). Another milestone? She was recently tapped for the launch of the “Generations of Wild” beauty campaign by Wet ’n’ Wild makeup. She likes to include post-grooming shots of her dog, Stella, who also has her own IG account, @thegoodlifeofstella. (After all, Stella did co-star in a Tegan and Sara music video for their song “100x.”) Back to Garcia Lorido’s own feed, scroll through candid pics, old and new, of family and friends, like Dakota Fanning.
5. Gabi Gregg (@gabifresh)
The former InStyle contributor, style blogger, model, and designer collaborated with Swimsuits for All on a GabiFresh swimwear line in 2013, and her popular “fatkini” collection continues to create buzz with its new campaign, “New Year, Same You.” Her push for high-end designers to recognize women of all sizes has made her a high-profile advocate in the press. Perhaps that’s why Target invited her and two other influencers to consult on the development of its new Ava & Viv collection (which includes sizes from 14 to 30) as well as model for its 2015 fall lookbook. That same year, Asos tapped her to become the face of Asos Curve’s fall campaign and lookbook. In her street style and travel posts, Gregg exhibits a philosophy that “no rules are the new rules.”
6. Tess Holiday (@tessholiday)
In 2013 she started a body-positive movement with the hashtag #effyourbeautystandards, and two years later landed on the cover of People magazine, which dubbed her the world’s first size-22 supermodel. Last spring, Time magazine put her on its list of the 30 Most Influential People on the Internet. And this past December, Holliday participated in a re-creation of the iconic Victoria’s Secret fashion show with women of all sizes walking the runway in lingerie by Curvy Couture. Now, with her own fashion line, Mblm by Tess Holliday, a collaboration with Canadian retailer Pennington’s, she continues to empower women to feel confident in their own skin.
7. Candice Huffine (@candicehuffine)
Huffine shows off her carefree personality with funny logo Ts and silly candids, but don’t be fooled: The Lane Bryant model can also strike a fierce pose ... and design. She just collaborated with fashion-forward brand Universal Standard on the “Candice” T for their Tria collection, and her feed is sprinkled with #huffineshallway outfits of the day and #fromwhereistand foot shots of sidewalk art. Several months ago, she launched Project Start (@psyougotthis), an effort to galvanize women to begin a running journey, similar to the one she started about a year ago. Now, after running in some races with the help of other women warriors (and her husband), Huffine is on a mission: to show women that the size of your body does not determine your ability to do physical activities like running. Don’t worry ladies, she knows “you got this!”
8. Sabine Karlsson (@thesabinakarlsson)
With her trademark freckles, curly coif, and curvy frame, Karlsson, who has graced the runways of Addition Elle, J.Crew, and Christian Siriano, began working in the industry as a U.K. size 6 but rejected the rigid body standards that modeling requires. Ten years after she’d been a contestant on Scandinavia’s Top Model, she appeared on the TV show as a guest judge, and last year, she was featured in the book and photo exhibition Diverse Beauty, by photographer Alexi Lubomirski. Making waves outside of fashion, she was named one of the faces of the indie beauty line Milk Makeup, and then Maybelline tapped her to do a campaign for its “Break the Mold” lipstick ads. Karlsson is now one of the faces of L'Oréal Paris’s new True Match “Your Skin, Your Story” campaign. Could her feed filled with backstage beauty headshots have influenced their choices? You be the judge.
9. Precious Lee (@preciousleexoxo)
This bombshell is sexy, confident, and not afraid to show a little skin. Lee is often spotted modeling for brands like Addition Elle and Christian Siriano, and she is also one of the faces of Lane Bryant’s three most empowering campaigns, “I’m No Angel,” “Plus Is Equal,” and “This Body.” In fact, with the brand’s “This Body” campaign, Lee made history by appearing in the Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue—it was a three-page spread too. She is also among the models highlighted in the Straight/Curve documentary.
10. Shay Neary (@shadeyshay)
Neary has been modeling for only about a year, but she’s already busting open doors. Last year, she became the first out non-straight-size transgender model to be featured in a clothing campaign with Coverstory, an online e-tailer that curates fashion for women sizes 10 to 28. From Neary’s feed it is clear that she loves red hair, fake nose rings, and her rescue pup pitbull, Pumpkin (now say that five times). Follow her journey as she promotes self-acceptance, the idea that we all deserve to be seen, and the conviction that every story matters.
11. Bo Stanley (@bostanley)
Though she never made it past the first night, this surfer, model, and yoga enthusiast earned bragging rights for being the first non-straight-size contestant on The Bachelor. She has appeared in ads and billboards for Lane Bryant, Athleta, and the Vanity Fair sports collection, and is an outspoken critic of the idea that only surfers of a certain size should be sponsored and featured in ad campaigns. Like some of the women on this list, the athlete works out to be healthy and strong. However, she rejects the idea that women should feel pressured to exercise in order to change their body for some beauty ideal. She uses her platform to dispel that myth and promote the notion that “health and beauty come in many shapes and sizes.” Stanley’s feed is all about surfing moves, yoga poses, and a little beachside fun as well, but that was to be expected, right?
12. Danielle Van Grondelle (@daniellevangrondellemodel)
Like Sabina Karlsson, this Dutch beauty also worked as a straight-size model but found it hard to conform to the industry’s strict standards. Since then she has walked the runways for Rachel Roy and Macy’s. This past November, she spoke about her experience at a special women's event for Tedx Rotterdam. The self-dubbed sneakerhead and print queen likes to post shoe selfies and look-of-the-day shots of herself in outfits pulled from her extensive wardrobe of geometric, abstract-patterned clothes.
13. Laura Wells (@iamlaurawells)
The muse for a non-straight-size mannequin displayed in major department stores for Australian lingerie company Berlei, this model is also an environmental scientist who is encouraging women to love their bodies as well as Mother Earth. She has designed an eco-friendly curvy line for Koru Swimwear and was featured in the documentary A Perfect 14. Her feed includes snapshots of her adventures hiking, scuba diving alongside seals and manatees, and taking selfies with dolphins. Her self-deprecating humor and zeal for #protectwhatyoulove and #protectyourplayground are contagious.
