[ It's getting close to the new year here in the States and I just to want to wish everyone a Happy New Year in case I forget to say later on!

This has been a hard year for me.

I had a job in 2022 until June of 2024 that severely impacted my health - due to mold poisoning and poor ventilation as it was a really old building and the place I worked couldn't care less about my health - so I was dealing with forgetfulness, headaches, memory issues, major fatigue, getting sick all the time and so many other things. It got so bad this year that I had to leave, I couldn't take it anymore.

I tried to speak up but because of all the things I was feeling, I couldn't even remember to do anything.

So finally after months and months of recovery, I'm back to myself. I'm a better spouse, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend. I feel like I'm me again. It's been a long road and I'm glad that I'm able to step back into the things I enjoyed before taking this job that completely ruined my life.

Many other things happened but boy, it feels nice to be myself again. I missed me. ]

[ Having Loki be a deity I pray to in my pantheon and also roleplaying Loki is such a weird concept. I always worry I'm gonna piss them off if I do something Loki hates. ]

[ My Dad has been gone 9 years today. I wish grief was easier, wish this day was easier. But it's never easier. It stays with you as you grow, it changes but it's always there. ]
