Fun fact they were actually supposed to be canon but their VAs fell down the stairs causing Kiyo's VA to get a cancerous tumour in his head making him marry Maki's VA but yes they are actually canon!!! Spike Chunsoft was just too shy to say it directly!!

Also they aren't even reading they just pretending to do it so they can be close to each other 🥶🥶

pairing: kirumi tojo x gn!reader

summary: kirumi can't help but comment on the way one of your friends looks at you, seeming a bit... jealous!

"you're naive if you think she just wants to be your friend…"

kirumi's words took you by surprise. she had just grabbed the empty cups from you and your guest, as those words left her lips. immediately, your head shot up and you stared at your maid. 

"i'm sorry…?"

usually she didn't speak unless you asked her too. but for some reason, this seemed to be worth speaking up about for her. 

"well, i'm just saying… she doesn't look at you the way you would look at someone who's just a friend"

you were still a bit startled to hear her bring up that topic. and instead of considering her words and thinking about them, you gave a snappy reply that you'd felt bad about just a moment after those words left your lips. 

"what does it even concern you? are you jealous?"

kirumi's eyes widened and she stared at you for a moment, before quickly averting her gaze. and you could swear you just saw a small blush hush over her cheeks. 

"i'm sorry, that– that was kind of rude…" 

"no! no, don't worry! i was the one that spoke out of turn. your reaction was perfectly reasonable…" 

kirumi quickly assured you, softly shaking her head. as your maid, she always had to be the one to apologize, even if this was a first for her. she had never made a mistake at the job, until now. she had allowed herself to let her emotions get the better of her. perhaps you had been right. maybe she truly had been jealous…

I didn't mean to liveblog this lets play but I keep seeing stuff I somehow missed and that certainly explains Kirumi at least....and also I feel like I should be concerned that Kokichi is allowed to run for office and vote. Is there an age minimum here? Is it still like Highschool only? Can a 13 year old ultimate kite maker become mayor? I'd vote for them. Also the part of me that goes off about how the ultimate system is a caste system is fucking BITING AT THE BARS at how BLATANT is it here that ultimates are just treated as higher beings then non-ultimates. Could you imagine being 15 and you can barely participate in society while the ultimate rhymer is basically being treated like an adult in all but name?? I'd fucking lose my shit about how unfair that is!

OH i just realised its been about a year since i got into danganronpa? december last year was when i started drthh. so i spent about 7 months on drthh + sdr2 + 2 ½ chapters of drv3 and here i am continuing five whole months later 🥲
