HAAS & Kick Sauber;
Bearman, Antonelli, Newey
F1 masterlist
Yesterday it was announced Niko Hülkenberg will drive for Kick Sauber F1 Team next year.
It is not the biggest deal but it is interesting to think whose place he took. I believe it is Valterri’s. I have read Zhou is a “payer” driver since he brought a sponsor with him so it wouldn’t make sense to lose him for Hülkenberg. Bottas and Niko are more experienced drivers and they are very helpful to improve Kick’s performances but the problem is the car. Valterri won and had an amazing career in Merceds and now he can barely scores points, Zhou was a great young driver in F3 and F2! In 2021 he participated with the Abu Dhabi Racing by Prema team in the Asian F3 Championship. In the last race on the Yas Marina circuit he won the championship with sixteen points behind Pierre-Louis Chovet. Also in F2 he finished 3^ as best result. Not so bad after all! He also deserves a better car! So if he’s a payer the Scuderia needs him, if he’s not he still deserves a seat in Kick (especially after his amazing performance during the Sprint Race in China!)
People are speculating Oliver Bearman will take Niko’s place in Haas. It would be awesome for him to drive AGAIN an F1 so young but after his performance I was hoping he would get a better car. But everyone has to start somewhere from the bottom and then raise.
Let’s pretend Magnussen will re-sign with Haas, do you think Kevin is willing to cover Oliver’s shoulders? As an experienced driver he wouldn’t be so keen to do so to someone so young! (Or at least I presume, maybe he will get orders from the box to do so or maybe he will understand his time as a driver has come and help “the boy”). But we are not so sure about Kevin’s contract so let’s go on with our news.
I have read on Italian sites that Williams might want to replace Logan with Andrea Kimi Antonelli, the Italian enfant prodige, who skipped F3. It’s just a rumor but if it turns out to be true I’m not so sure I agree with it. I have this feeling that Kimi’s career it’s getting burned, people are expecting him to be the new Senna and I think it’s not good for him. I know F1 is a though job, drivers have a strong mentality and it’s literally their job to manage such things. But kindness and respect are free, we should not push him BEFORE his debut in F1. “Every fruits have their on season”. And if he doesn’t replace Sargeant do you think Mercedes will take him to take Lewis’ place? I’m not so sure, I think they will take him in 2026 but next year might be too soon.
Last rumor of the day! Apparently Newey has rejected Aston Martin’s offer! It is getting more and more interesting, TIFOSI LET’S KEEP OUR FINGERS CROSSED!
Thank you guys for your attention, let me know what you think!
xoxo

Andrea Williams Hamilton
Full name: Andrea Maureen Williams-Hamilton

Occupation: Journalist, Editor & Chief
Children: Noah ( 26 ) Christina ( 21 ) James ( 8 ) Expecting twins

Loves to read, knit and is a worthy scrabble opponent, loves tea, hates the feeling of sand in her clothes.
Still has a stuffed turtle Christian won her at the seaside carnival the summer they met.
Andrea wears her heart on her sleeve, always ready and willing to help a stranger. She comes from a wealthy back ground but ties with her parents years ago as they didn’t approve of her fiancé. She works very hard for all she has. She’s a journalist of the local news; a loving mother of soon to be three and adores her fiancé and siblings. She re-proposed to Chris on their most recent anniversary via a scavenger hunt with some of their favorite literary works. Recently; they finally able purchased their dream fixer upper and are moving forward with planning a wedding years in the making all while digesting the news they are expecting another child in their early forties. Life for the Williams-Hamilton crew is never dull. Their story isn’t conventional. It’s full of a lot of hardship and loss, but above all else; so much love.
TW: pregnancy, birth, childhood trauma, death, missing persons.
The oldest child of lawyer John Lionel Millington and his wife Kathryn, a former celloist who taught lessons, Andrea was bread to be an ideal daughter, with that came a never ending pressure to please her parents. She felt like a puppet on parade at social events growing up. Not a hair out of place, or an uncouth act. Her parents kept her extremely sheltered and structured with piano lessons and studying, leaving little room for her to step a toe out of line. It was discovered after her mother’s death that she had a older sister, half belonging to her father. Her mother had died and so she came to live with them.
Her favorite pass time apart from her sister was losing herself in a book. She found solace in the warn pages, her mind venturing off on grand adventures she longed to take but never would. Her parents had done a good job of snuffing out any big ideals the girl had. She felt trapped, unable to go against them. Her life was a comfortable but lonely, and mundane in existence. She had little friends outside of her family’s circle. Her first taste of freedom came when she began her Cotillion course during the spring her junior year. For the first time in her life, she felt like she had true girlfriends and was able to have fun without her parents breathing down her neck. That summer while riding bikes along the shore with her new found friends her bike collided with a blue eyed boy she later deemed her Prince Charming. Her bike was busted from taking the ditch and they both ended scuffed up but thankfully it was all superficial. . Mortified; she tended to his injuries and offered to buy him ice cream to soften the blow before making sure he got home okay. That night she didn’t know it; but she’d found her soul mate, thus beginning the long journey that would be their lives. They would tell story of how they met children at bedtime and the kids thought their love one to rival story books; how against all odds they have made it and we’re still going strong over twenty years later. His name was Christian and he was in town for the summer with his family, a couple years her senior. Within the first week she was in love with him and she spent every waking moment she could with him. The two continued a secret romance on through the rest of summer and she invited him to dance with her at her coming out ball. They were opposites; she a quite soft spoken dreamer and he was bad boy with rough edges. That didn’t scare her though. Her father of course didn’t approve of her dating a boy with a troubled past; and his dad had hated her from the start which meant she had to sneak around and creative.
The summer ended and he left; leaving an ache in her heart. Being away from him was terrible; but they called and wrote keeping up with each others lives; planning for their future together. She was proud of him for turning a new leaf and going to school, he had such potential and she was always there to cheer him on. As the summer turned to fall she discovered she was pregnant with his child. Scared and unsure of what to do, she hid it, hoping to figure out a plan of action in order to keep thier baby. Her father was a cruel man, her mother was dead. Her father only cared about his reputation in town, not about his daughters. She was planning on turning to her sister for help but before she could a cruel school pitted her to her father. He was furious, and dismissed all rumors. He pulled her from school for the second half and told everyone she had gotten injured skiing that winter. Her letters to CJ stopped abruptly though when her secret was discovered. Both fathers ensuring communication was several between the two teenagers and a plan was put into action.. Andi was kept on house arrest until she had the baby, a beautiful little boy whom she named Noah Landon after two of her favorite novels, the notebook and a walk to remember. He was forcibly taken from her and put up for adoption given she was a minor. It was devastating for her, and worse she had to return to life and school and pretend it never happened. The moment that she turned eighteen she took a bus to CJ. Abandoning everything but a few close personal possessions in the clothes on her back. She came to him hoping they could begin their lives together when she found out he was enlisting in the army. She suspected his father had something to do with it, and despite how handsome he was in uniform she wasn’t sure about it. Part of her was always terrified he wouldn’t come back. Still, she stuck by him, graduating with a degree in journalism and working near his base. She could never bring herself to tell him about their son though. It was too hard.
Finally, his contract was up and he’d be home for good. Right before leaving for his last mission he shocked her by proposing ; to which she told him it was about time and happy accepted and told him to hurry back so she could finally be Mrs. Hamilton. The next few weeks dreamed of their future children while thumbing through wedding magazines to get a head start on planning. A few weeks later she was shocked to discover she was pregnant. Ecstatic she wrote to him with the news; but no response came. She continued to write; sending updates and a sonograms thinking the mail was delayed; but weeks turned to months with no word or sign of his unit. It all felt like a bad dream. He was officially declared a missing person two months before she had their daughter who looked so much like him it hurt. She kept writing, and hoping against hope they’d find him alive. He couldn’t be gone. They had a child he needed to see; a life they’d planned for since they were lovesick teens. Eventually though, he was declared dead. Their was an honorable funeral with no body. She’d never made it down the aisle to be widowed. Her estranged father had disowned her, not that she cared, so she was on her own with a toddler. She clung to Chrissy like a lifeline; giving her all the love she could muster and vowing she’d know all about her father. She wasn’t ever convinced he was trulygone, believing she’d know in her heart if he really was. People called her crazy when she said it; or pitied her. His father tried to take her to court for custody of Chrissy, which was a horrible experience but she beat him. Like hell he’d get their baby. She had already lost one. The next few years felt like she was wading through water, she continued to search for leads and wrote to him as if he were still here. She wrote letters for chrissy too, should somethin ever happen to her. She moved back to Turtle bay; sharing a place with her older sister who helped with Chrissy. She’d call CJ's cell phone just to hear his voice on the voicemail, leaving him updates about Chrissy. Her first steps, forst lost tooth, sometimes a funny little story she'd told her sleepy eyed over breakfast. She was his little mini me, and each day andrea woke up grateful to have her. She refused to give up on CJ; on their love. Years later, she still wondered if it was that optimism and manifestation that kept him alive when he’s been a prisoner halfway across the world; thinking about her too. By some miracle, he escaped that hell and found his way back to her. She’d never forget getting a call from her sister to turn on the news. His own father hadn’t bothered calling her. She ran; lungs burning to catch the fastest plane with Chrissy and didn’t stop until she and their baby were both in his arms where they belonged. So began them getting reacquainted and picking up the pieces of their life together the best they could. He came back different, of course; how could he not? Chrissy Also struggled with adjusting to a father figure in the house, sharing her mother whom had been fully hers up until now. Andi loved them both dearly and did her best to help rebuild their relationship as a couple, a family, chrissy and him as father and daughter. Their son, little Jamie was a tell tale sign of their reconnection. He was born just shy four after Christen returned and the little family fell into place. It was important to andrea that they rebuilt thier bonds as a family of three before adding new members. The road there was bumpy though, and they never did quite get around to getting married. Andrea didn’t want to rush it until things felt right, until Christian adjusted and felt comfortable with who he was. Lffe also kept on going and with kids and work, things like planning a formal wedding fell on the back burner. Thier family came first, thier wants second. That dream wedding she always wanted became more of a dream than a priority.
Andrea now works as editor and chief of the local news. She re-proposed to CJ on their most recent anniversary via a scavenger hunt with some of their favorite literary works. Recently; they finally able purchased their dream fixer upper and had that dream wedding years in the making just a few months back, Kids and all. Now, they are busy digesting the news they are expecting twins in their early forties while also managing thier family. Life for the Hamilton crew is never dull. Their story isn’t conventional. It’s full of a lot of hardship and loss, but above all else; so much love.

triumphant moment where the team finally scores a podium but the post-race inspection reveals that their car is wildly illegal and they are disqualified

brad pitt and damson idris are battling for their lives at the back of the grid, max verstappen laps them
the engineer woman describes speed in kilometres. brad pitt tells her to explain it in “english”
a hilariously corrupt Italian businessman who bears absolutely no resemblance to flavio briatore none at all says something hilariously corrupt at a sponsor meeting. brad pitt nobly rises above it
fernando alonso sniffing plants in the background of every other scene
a blonde reporter/presenter has sexual tension with damson idris. when brad pitt asks who she is, he simply says “a girl I used to know” and looks longingly in the distance
michael and/or mario andretti with an axe demanding to know why it’s okay for brad pitt to have an 11th f1 team but not him, even though the andretti name is incredibly well respected in the motorsports world

Better than me - Charles Leclerc x Reader Part 1
Plot: You are a rookie in your first f1 season, adding to the ever-growing amount of Brits performing in the grid.
"And we here at Audi on our debut into Formula One are happy to announce our line up for this year. We have taken on Alexander Albon, and a new driver from the last F2 season to keep the youth of the grid, Y/N Y/L/N, the first female Formula One driver of the century" Andreas Seidl announces and cameras flash all around the press conference.
"So Alex is moving from Williams to an Audi, after not having a great seasons from 2021 in his reserve roll in Red Bull to him moving down as a Williams driver, why have you put your trust in a driver that hasn't been performing?" the interviewer asked. Andreas shuffles in his seat a little leaning closer to the mic.
"Well Alex's performance in Red Bull were phenomenal especially for a rookie. Unfortunately Red Bull decided to pull their finances into one car and one driver which led to Max over-powering many of his team-mates, which was one of the reasons Ricciardo switched to Renault. We want to give Alex the chance to prove his skills in a well-made car that once on the track will rival the Red Bull, Mercedes and Ferrari's" Andreas says looking towards Christian Horner who didn't look pleased at all.
"It's good to see Albon given the chance, as we saw George Russell improve the minute he joined Lewis Hamilton in Mercedes. There's also talk that there was an offers for Lando Norris and Charles Leclerc what happened there" another question is thrown out.
"We sent offers to anyone we thought would benefit from a contract with us, so Leclerc and Norris were both on that list"
"And you ended up choosing Albon, or were the offers rejected?"
"We chose Alexander before Norris and Leclerc turned the offer down. Norris is out-performing in his McLaren and as part of their young drivers scheme, he wants a win for them before ever moving on if he does. For now he is comfortable there. As far as Leclerc goes, he has dreams in Ferrari that they unfortunately aren't helping him pursue, which we hoped we could. The Volkswagen Group is an open arms family and our relationships with all drivers are ones we hold a lot of respect for" he explains nodding at the man who was asking the questions.
"Obviously Audi have now not only kept up with the youth of the grid but have added the first female since Lella Lombardi. Where did this choice come from, and did the other drivers know before today?" he pushes and Andreas smiles looking over towards you at the back of the room, hidden by your Audi cap.
"Well, she won the last F2 championship and she's a very promising driver, she has a degree that she completed three years ago in Aerodynamic Engineering and has some great opinions on her car and knows it very well. I'm sure her rookie season will be one nobody will want to miss" he smirks and the cameras click for more photos, you could already see the amount of headlines.
Now it was time for your first race of the season. Your first race was Bahrain and you were extremely nervous, you could see the camera on your left filming you as you pulled up the fireproof race suit over your shoulders. The mix of red and white fabric had your sponsors over it, as well as the four rings of your teams logo.
You eventually got into the car rubbing your hands together waiting to be handed the wheel by an crew member. You check that you radio is working with your engineer and give the pit crew a nod.
"Okay lets make this a good lap! Looking to try and get P12 or up" your engineer voices as you as you come out of the pits.
You had a good start, going into turn one slower, wanting to just test the waters. Turn two and three were similar, the car was wider and more powerful than that of an F2 car and even pre-season testing didn't help settle your nerves.
"Need to speed up on this straight to make up the time from the turns, stop overthinking and just drive. We believe in you" you hear your engineer and release a breath that you didn't even realize you were holding. You fly down the straight managing to still keep up quiet the speak into the sharp turn 4.
"Coming into sector 2 now, your currently in a predicted 14th place so we really need to catch up in Sector 2" he explains again.
You speed round the turns up until the hairpin on 8, breaking later and managing to overtake Russell who was slightly ahead of you on the track.
"Nice Y/N, you've got Lawson and Ocon ahead of you, if you can catch up to them you'll be in the top 10. Lets get you flat out on that straight in sector 3 yeah?"
As you get through the second hairpin with a little skidding from your misjudgment and managed to make up for time in turns 11,12 and 13 before putting your foot down so you sailed down the straight.
After another go you were called back to the pits.
"Well done, you got P9. That's amazing for your first drive"
"What position was Alex in?" you ask, hoping your team mate was getting on well in his new car.
"He was P4, Hamilton, Leclerc and Perez all infront of him, Verstappen P5 along with Norris, Piastri and Alonso just a few seconds ahead of your time. Wonderful driving" he says as you pull into the pit. You jump out the car, looking to see who was now out and didn't make it into Q2.
"Well done Y/N, you did do well! P9 is crazy!" Alex said rushing up to you pulling you into a teammate hug.
"Let's go get a drink, you wanna go toilet?" Zahara one of the crew asks. I nodded immediately realizing how i hadn't gone to the toilet before hand.
Q2 went a little worse, you crawled in P11, not making it into Q3. You'd made the typical rookie mistakes which is what angered you the most. You slapped you hands onto your halo in annoyance as your engineer tried to explain that P11 was amazing for a rookie, and if you had a good pace tomorrow you'd be able to get within the top 10.
You watched Alex compete for his position headphones on and seeing his overtake Norris who was currently in P5.
Eventually tomorrows start was set, Leclerc P1, Hamilton P2, Perez P3, Sainz P4, Alex P5, Verstappen P6, Norris P7, Russell P8, Piastri P9 and in P10 ahead of you was Alonso, he wouldn't make it easy for you tomorrow.
You hug Alex, congratulating him on a great start to the weekend and a great start to this season. You headed to your drivers room, changing out of your suit and into your Audi shirt and shorts. You head out and get to your R8, a benefit of working for the Audi team.
"Hey, Y/N right?" a voice calls you before you can even open the door to the car. You whirl round, worried it was a fan that had somehow managed to follow you to the carpark. In turn you actually saw the racer who finished in P1 today, Charles Leclerc.
"Oh, hello" you smile nodding you head down awkwardly in greeting.
"I just wanted to let you know, you did well, this wasn't my first race in F1 Australia was but you finished ahead of where i was in 2018, so take this as a win" he smiles placing a comforting hand on your shoulder.
"Oh, thank you. I didn't even think I'd be here this year, I was shocked when Audi reached out to me. I'm just annoyed at the mistakes i made in Q2, I could have made it to Q3 if I had just ..." you admitted softly, until he interrupts you.
"You've already had your debrief and you know what you did wrong, move on from it and come back tomorrow and get into the top 10" he smiles at you. He starts to walk away but stops when your hand wraps round his wrist.
"Thank you Charles, i needed to hear that. Congrats on P1 today, see you on the track tomorrow" you smile, letting go of his wrist before jumping into your car. You sighed revving the engine, thinking of the kindness you'd just been shown. You knew that people would probably be looking for you from other teams, as most people were still there but everything was a little overwhelming for you right now.

Excerpts from a lovely article in The Athletic by The New York Times: “Ferrari’s prestige lured Lewis Hamilton – and cost Carlos Sainz his seat”
Part 2/2: “The Next Chapter”
In F1, consistency is critical. Sainz brings that to the table; a zero-point weekend is rare. The two-time grand prix winner is more than capable of racing for a top team and is one of the most complete drivers. He shows flashes of wise moves like what fans saw in Singapore. Remember the dummy move in Australia that truly showed his nickname, ‘Smooth Operator?’ And he’s calm under pressure, like when he secured pole position at Monza.
With what’s expected to be a hot drivers market looming for 2025, options are open but are they appealing, particularly given Sainz’s caliber?
A slew of teams are believed to have slots opening, like Sauber (which will become Audi in 2026), Alpine (who he drove for when it was known as Renault), Red Bull (though Daniel Ricciardo is in the picture) and Williams, to name a few. Mercedes could engage in a seat swap — Andrea Kimi Antonelli is rising through the junior ranks, but it would be a big ask to slide an 18-year-old into Hamilton’s spot.
Yes, there are more questions than answers on what’s next for Sainz, but he will be a prime player on the market given his track record. He thrives off of stability, so he’ll likely seek a multi-year contract. This never was a matter of a lack of talent.
See Part 1: “A ‘Smooth Operator’”
#I largely wanted to share this bc I still see 55 fans saying they’re scared Carlos won’t have a seat#and I think this article actually sums up a general consensus of opinion on his talent#don’t listen to the haters on social bc they aren’t the ones offering the contracts#we are in a social media bubble#carlos sainz jr#carlos sainz

okay i just got into f1 at the end of the last season. Can you explain some things to me- a hesitant Mclaren fan??
Basically why is the team so good this year and if Zak has proven the success of rookies, why don’t more teams follow suit? i’m so curious and also i wanna know everything abt Oscar and his war with Alpine?? Is Zak the team principle? why is he always there if not??
This one isn’t abt Mclaren and even tho i know it’s controversial i still don’t really understand but; What exactly happened in Abu Dhabi 2021??
alright so i typed up this whole thing once and then tumblr deleted it so now you’re getting the shorter and more annoyed version, apologies
here we go, more drama this time mclaren edition
zak brown is the ceo of mclaren racing. some ceos are also team principals (horner, i think toto?) but he is not. he’s also not an Owner i don’t think. but basically he’s the ceo of all branches of mclaren racing including f1, formula e, indycar, super e and esports. admittedly, he is a more involved team ceo. like he appears regularly on their social media pages and at the races and on the pit wall and all that, but he’s not the team principal. that’s andrea stella. andrea is in charge of the f1 team, zak is in charge of all the mclaren teams.
teams need three things to do well, good drivers, good car and good team. supposedly this year mclaren has all three.
lando and oscar get along and have proven they are both good drivers. they are on the younger side (lando is 24 and oscar is 22) and i think they’re the youngest driver pairing on the grid, but they have both proven they can do the job. they are also willing to work together, as in, none of them threw a fit if one had to pass the other and also they’re in it for the team first, personal success second. which is key. you can’t have your drivers feuding cause then they do stupid shit (ie nico rosberg and lewis hamilton)
oscar and lando have both driven the car at this point and they said it went well. but most people say the first test goes well. however, they started shit last year and then made upgrades to get better so the general hope this year is that they will start good and get better. i think lando said in one of his interviews that he was something along the lines of cautiously optimistic (he doesn’t like to say he’s confident because then it looks bad if they suck) but we will know more about the car at pre season testing this coming week.
as for rookies. not everyone signs them cause they’re a risk. and if you’re a big team with an good name and reputation then you might not want to risk it. this past year there were three rookies. nyck devries who failed to score a single point at alpha tauri and was swapped out mid season for daniel ricciardo. logan sargent who scored only one point and it was because two people in front of his dnfd. admittedly he was in a williams, but his teammate manages to score 20 something points so. and then oscar, who i think finished with 80 something points ans a few podiums. oscar was in the better car so he naturally did better, but also he still could have flopped tremendously. and that’s why a lot of the bigger teams like to have the new guys proven themselves first in a shit car cause then if they’re in a good car they’ll really do well. signing a rookie tho is a risk, as it’s been a rare occasion for them to win anything or even podium in their first season. and that’s not great if you’re trying to win a title.
when lando was signed to mclaren he had already been involved with the team for a few years. he was in f3 in 2017 when mclaren noticed him and then made him a test and reserve driver in 2018. now some people (haters) point out that Oh Lando Was A Pay Driver until he was in f1. (meaning, his dad is a millionaire and he basically backed him his whole racing career. so he didn’t have to get sponsors because he had his dad. this is basically what lance stroll does) but when he got into f1 he said he didn’t want to do that anymore because he doesn’t think that that’s what you should do in f1. some people think he only got his seat cause of this, but objectively, mclaren noticed his good performance, not the money part and in any case, his dad doesn’t sponsor him anymore. in any case tho, he had already driven mclaren cars in tests prior to getting his seat in 2019. he was also quite young. 18. but he also had a decent rookie year (not quite as good as oscar but also the car was more shit then than it was this past year).
the oscar piastri alpine drama is basically that he was alpines test and reserve driver for 2022, exactly like how lando was for mclaren. alpine was losing fernando alonso for 2023 cause he was going to aston martin and they were like oh this is fantastic we can sign oscar now and give him an f1 seat. oscar had been in the alpine drivers academy for a few years when he was in the junior leagues (which basically means that they sunk a lot of money into his career). however, aparently alpine announced that oscar was driving for them in 2023 before he had signed his contract. and oscar didn’t appreciate this.
mclaren had unexpectedly an open seat after daniel ricciardos contract was terminated early and i guess oscar had been in contract talks with them. because he tweeted this:
which is nothing short of iconic. then alpine tried and failed to sue him for 4M USD. he dodged a bullet by going to mclaren.
and then abu dhabi 2021. without getting into it too much cause that’s insane lewis hamilton and max verstappen went into the race with the same amount of points. it was the last race of the year so whoever won that race was going to win the world championship title. there a lot that happened at that race that was weird but among the weirdest thing was that towards the end of the race there was a yellow flag, and a safety car. which means that all the cars got close to eachotjer again. now, hamilton had a comfortable lead over max at this point because there were five lapped cars between them. basically, those five cars were a lap behind hamilton and verstappen. sometimes on safety cars they allow the lapped cars to unlap themselves (go around the safety car and back to the back of the grid so they’re in the correct order). and for some reason. they allowed only the five lapped cars between hamilton and verstappen to unlap themselves (which is weird and unfair) and thus verstappen ended up winning. the whole race was bonkers and batshit tho and i would highly reccomend watching that drive to survive episode because they actually show the bonkersness pretty well.

The poll ended. And we have “Accidental Marriage (Las Vegas ‘23 version)” as the winner!
While I write it. Here you have the second part of the short writing ideas that didn’t make it into the top 10 ideas.
Second Poll’s Last 4 Ideas
1. Sad One Night Stand
His eyes finally move away from the screen when he heard screams from his best friend and former teammate at McLaren. Lando was walking back from the medical area with a look that could kill as he approached Zak, Andrea and the rest of the team with anger. His clear eyes indicated the rage in his being.
-You knew it! You knew that the car had a malfunction and yet they let him drive like nothing happened! Oscar could die because you cared more about a fucking trophy than people's lives!
That statement was enough to break the heart of the Spaniard man. Although the Australian was not a saint of his devotion, he had been one of the few people who had written to him wishing he would find a team that would appreciate his ability when Ferrari announced the switch with Hamilton. Because he knew what it was to give your blood, sweat and tears to a team while said team was not interested in you at all.
Oscar had been one of the few people who had sent him a detail when he was still recovering from his operation. And he had gone to his hotel room with unhealthy food, but allowed on his diet, to celebrate his victory in Australia.
Both had learned to have a different relationship to any other in the Paddock, because the youngest was able to leave the problems of the track on it. Like the one in Miami, where he had forced Carlos to do the same after their talk at Monaco’s podium. From there, they had learned to get along, or at least better than before, their words in Hungary last year reflected that.
But here he was now. Listening to Sargeant's drowning cries and Lando's claims. Everything was the same as with Jules. They were about to lose a driver again because of the decision of someone else who was playing their lives with their hands on the wheel.
That was his third signal for disaster.
How terrible that he realized so late what that meant. How awful it was to hear that the team who was supposed to protect the pilot had left him to his fate with a car they knew would fail, all for a worthless trophy.
But above all, how tragic for the new Mercedes driver to realize his feelings for the young McLaren pilot just after receiving the news of his death.
Life never really favored Carlos Sainz Jr.
2. Fluff Wedding
-You want to Marry Carlos?
-Yes. I know our relationship is still young. But I want to be with him for the rest of our lives.
Oscar kept his eyes moving from Reyes to Senior. He was nervous, terrified even, but he knew what he wanted and that was to marry Carlos, his Carlos. So, he was going to give everything for his parents’ approval.
Reyes smiled happily after hearing him confess his love for her son, but Senior was still looking at him. Like he wanted to find something to deny the request he was hearing.
But the Australian knew he won’t find anything outside love. Because that was all he has for Carlos. Pure love.
-What are your plans to marry our son?
Oscar smiled. That might be the easiest part of all the reunion, because he knew perfectly well what he wants.
He wants a forever with Carlos Sainz Jr.
3. Driver Carlos x Fem! Singer Oscar
Carlos kept his eyes on the girl in the Williams’ garage. He had listened to Charles and Lando fanboying over meeting her again. They were into her concert recently and they couldn’t stop talking about it.
He knew, he was there. Specially when someone insulted her music and she just acted like she didn’t hear a thing while they were in the meet and greet. Logan was ready to jump against anyone, but she looked like she didn’t care at all.
-They will hate me no matter what.
Carlos wishes he had said something different in that moment, but he was an idiot and had to open his mouth to make the pretty girl mad.
-They kind of have a point.
The Spaniard managed to get the girl to look at him. With hidden fury, of course, but at least her eyes were on him.
4. Multiple Past Lives
He will survive. He has done it until now. Oscar has been working hard to keep him alive. The Australian even promise his father that this time was going to be different. That he was going to save his life.
They are no longer Leonardo and Alessandro, with one of them having a car accident. They are no longer Nikolay and Konstantin, with one of them as a Russian soldier about to die. They are no longer Bastian and Étienne, with one of them as kids about to die at the hands of a Serial Killer. They are no longer meeting for a second and watching one of them die in the next one.
Oscar has met Carlos through all of his past lives, even if they don’t cross paths, Oscar always knows Carlos is there somewhere, even if he doesn’t see him, he can feel it.
Oscar and Carlos were not lovers, were not even friends. They only met each other once per lifetime, and then, Oscar had to wait a couple of seconds before Carlos died in a specific way while Oscar is there, not able to do anything.
Some people would call them soulmates but Oscar doesn’t think that term sticks right with them, he thinks that they’re just two guys who happen to bump into each other’s lives forever, but that doesn’t mean they’re soulmates.
Because what kind of God would make Oscar know and met his soulmate before they die in front of him with him unable to do anything?

Friends, enemies, comrades, Jacobins, Monarchist, Bonapartists, gather round. We have an important announcement:
The continent is beset with war. A tenacious general from Corsica has ignited conflict from Madrid to Moscow and made ancient dynasties tremble. Depending on your particular political leanings, this is either the triumph of a great man out of the chaos of The Terror, a betrayal of the values of the French Revolution, or the rule of the greatest upstart tyrant since Caesar.
But, our grand tournament is here to ask the most important question: Now that the flower of European nobility is arrayed on the battlefield in the sexiest uniforms that European history has yet produced (or indeed, may ever produce), who is the most fuckable?

F1's 2025 Grid: What we know so far
As the 2024 season progresses, we start to see who is signing who for 2025.
So far we see that Max Verstappen will be continuing to drive for Red Bull Racing until the end of his contract in 2028 alongside his teammate Sergio Perez who will be remaining at the team due to his newly-secured two-year contract.
Charles Leclerc will be remaining at Scuderia Ferrari as his contract extends until the end of the 2029 season. Unfortunately his current teammate, Carlos Sainz Jr, will not be accompanying him further at Ferrari. We are yet to find out who Sainz will be racing with next, however we do know that Lewis Hamilton will be filling that second Ferrari seat with a two-year contract.
Fernando Alonso will be continuing to race for Aston Martin until the end of 2026. His current teammate Lance Stroll has not yet signed for a team, however it is likely he will be staying on.
Alexander Albon has signed a two-year extension with Williams Racing which will keep him at the team until the 2027 season. His current teammate Logan Sargeant is yet to sign for a team and will most likely not be driving for Williams in 2025 as James Vowles has positioned Sainz as their top target.
Neither of Kick Sauber's current drivers have signed yet, however only one free seat remains as Nico Hulkenberg makes the move from Haas to Sauber on a multi-year contract.
George Russel will be continuing to drive for Mercedes until the end of his contract in 2025. While rumors circulated about Mercedes wanting Sainz to join them in 2025, it is likely that the second seat will be taken by Andrea Kimi Antonelli as the Formula 2 driver is heavily linked with a promotion to Formula 1 alongside Russel.
Both Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri will be remaining at McLaren where both have multi-year contracts and will likely be staying until at least 2026.
Although no one has yet signed for Alpine and Pierre Gasly's position is yet to be confirmed it is reported that Alpine are keen to keep him. Though it has been said that Bruno Famin has named a few junior drivers as potential options for the future alongside Valtteri Bottas and Zhou Guanyu. Esteban Ocon is yet to sign also, it is said he is likely moving to Haas.
RB's Yuki Tsunoda has extended his contract with the team through 2025, while his current teammate Daniel Ricciardo is yet to be confirmed. It is said he would be happy to continue with RB but not much else has been said.
Haas' 2024 team consists of Nico Hulkenberg who has already signed for Sauber and Kevin Magnussen who is yet to sign. There are speculations over whether Oliver Bearman will be moving up into Formula 1 and joining Haas alongside Valtteri Bottas.
Although nothing is yet confirmed between Alpine and Haas, we are definitely starting to see some of the puzzle pieces coming together. Let me know about some of your predictions!

Today in F1 (21/09/24)
Hello party people!
Idk if this is of interest to anyone, but so much happens in a day in this sport that I thought it might be a good idea to create a regularish report of everything that's going on.
I've made a list of everything of importance that happened today, and if this gets any interest at all I could do this semi-regularly/weekly maybe. Lmk if this of interest/worth doing.
List in the tldr.
McLaren's Wings Clipped - other teams including Ferrari and Red Bull have been complaining about McLaren's moving rear wing for a while now, and although the FIA found the wing to be compliant with the rules, McLaren have offered to change it to prevent further discussion. Drivers also made comments about the legality of the wing when being interviewed today, including Sergio Perez and Lewis Hamilton. Andrea Stella stated that the wing in question made no difference to the team's overall performance.
Godzilla's Kid - practice was disturbed this morning by a lizard on the track, which crossed paths with Fernando Alonso. The stewards chased the lizard away and practice resumed.
Goodbye Daniel? - further rumours about this being Daniel's last race, and discussion about him being replaced by Liam Lawson after the break to the next race. Daniel stated we will know more after the weekend, while his teammate Yuki Tsunoda made it clear he is completely uncertain about the situation with the seats at Red Bull, and that he is focussed on things he can control such as his own performance. After a disappointing qualifying, Daniel was clearly frustrated with the way things are going.
A Future for Franco - further conversation within the paddock about a seat for Franco Colapinto next year after promising performances over his time with Williams so far. The seat available to him is the second seat at Audi, which would pair him with Nico Hulkenberg.
George vs Pirelli - George spent a majority of qualifying ranting about the state of the tyres, expressing frustration with Pirelli for the inconsistency of their performance. Alex Albon also raised complaints about this.
Carlos Spins - Carlos Sainz hits the wall causing a red flag during Q3, disrupting flying laps from Lando Norris and other drivers. Carlos was okay, but was investigated by the stewards for crossing the track without permission when returning to the garage and has been fined 25,000 euros.
Charles' Lap Deletion - after initially qualifying P3, Charles' lap was deleted after he was found to have crossed the white lines on the track, pushing Lewis Hamilton up into P3, and moving Charles down to P9 just ahead of Carlos Sainz. Charles was clearly unhappy with this result.
Lando Takes Pole - for the sixth time this season, Lando Norris has qualified in P1. Every time he has started a race in P1 so far, he has lost that position within the first lap. He'll have to fight hard tomorrow to break that record.
Haas in Arlington Texas - after a flyer of a lap, Nico Hulkenberg managed to qualify in P6. With Singapore being a difficult track to overtake, it's looking like points for Haas tomorrow.
Max vs the FIA - after receiving community service for swearing in a press conference, Max Verstappen staged a protest against the FIA by refusing to properly answer questions in the conference after qualifying, asking the journalists to meet him outside afterwards where he proceeded to hold his own conference. Christian Horner was seen speaking to FIA officials after qualifying.

CLOSED! Preliminary Hot Vintage TV Men List
Alright folks! We have one week left on submissions for the Hot Vintage TV Men's Bracket! As promised here is a list of all the Hot Vintage TV Men who have been submitted and passed our preliminary eligibility checks. There are a handful of guys on this list and one or two not on it that we are currently still debating on so reminder that this list is not final and subject to change.
Currently we have 231 Hot Vintage TV Men!
Also in advance of the competition I'd like to remind anyone submitting propaganda for someone that starred in a show that aired only partially during our timeframe or was under 18 for a part of a shows filming, to please make sure you are only submitting propaganda that is from within our timeframe and when the actor was 18 years or older. This is also just good to keep in mind in general as several people submitted actors for shows that aren't eligible for our tournament either because it was outside our time period or in one case the actor was underaged for the entirety of the show (though many were eligible for other shows they were submitted for). We do our best to screen for these things but sometimes it's hard to tell or it’s a show we don't personally know well enough so we appreciate help from y'all letting us know if you do catch anything.
List below the cut
