All the Kavetham/Haikaveh ideas I don't have capacity to currently write, a very detailed list:
(Which I am humbly placing here before you. Be warned: this post is an incredibly long one!)
1. Fatui!Kaveh AU, where the night before the meeting happens between Kaveh and Alhaitham at the tavern, Kaveh gets a deal from Fatui representatives to work on a huge project in Snezhnaya. Kaveh is sceptical about it, but decides to accept the offer during the dialogue with Alhaitham (seeing himself as a burden, Kaveh decides that he will cause more trouble to Alhaitham than the Fatui, thus he decides to accept their offer even if it seems too good to be true). He tells Alhaitham about his decision to leave for Snezhnaya, and so the two relatively amicably/peacefully part their ways (not without Alhaitham testing Kaveh's reasoning a bit, but Kaveh's resolve remains strong).
And so, Kaveh leaves for Snezhnaya, where he gets to work on several huge projects for the next several years under Sandrone. Most of them are related to construction, engineering and reverse-engineering of Khaenri'ahn and Khaenri'ah-inspired technology, and he gets barely any time to work on his personal projects (he's overworked and exhausted and doesn't get much time and opportunity to be creative; however, the payments are good and he's on his way to getting out of debt, which is practically the sole reason driving him forward. The projects get progressively more complicated and, in a way, unhinged - engineering military equipment is alright, but working with the remains of Khaenri'ahn technology, dead gods and such proves to be... mentally taxing. Everything happens very gradually though, so Kaveh does not immediately notice the true scale of where the Fatui are ready to go to achieve certain goals). Kaveh doesn't really like the work environment of the Fatui, but he does his best (the Harbingers creep him out whenever he gets to see them on a rare official occasion (he might specifically dislike Pantalone because the Harbinger keeps picking at him for his debt, given a chance), but Sandrone's a decent boss who is somewhat encouraging and invested in his work and personal projects. She might be especially interested in Mehrak's existence and operation). Overall, everything goes quite smoothly for Kaveh, even if he doesn't feel quite at home in Snezhnaya and is aware of how dangerous the Fatui can be. He does not consider himself to be paranoid, but the other shoe has to drop at some point - and that happens when the new Acting Grand Sage of Sumeru gets to visit Snezhnaya on a diplomatic mission (aka: Kaveh reconnects with Alhaitham & Co for the first time in what feels like forever). The situation gets complicated when Kaveh realizes that Sandrone encourages the reestablishment of his connection with Alhaitham specifically - and she never encourages an action if she doesn't directly contribute from it.
Feelings, emotions and shenanigans ensue.
TLDR: Kaveh's doing his best despite being restricted in his ways of work, prevented from realizing most of his creative projects and slowly but surely building emotional walls around himself because Fatui and Snezhnaya; Sandrone being a kind of decent boss with sorta good work ethic but horrendous morals who is not exactly a good influence on Kaveh's idealistic tendencies and guilt complex; Fatui being contextually horrifying but kinda normal coworkers if you don't look at them too close; Alhaitham trying his best as a political figure (Nahida help him) while also trying to get Kaveh to return home with him (because he misses him); the main conflict revolving around Kaveh and his life choices with Sandrone and Alhaitham being kind of foils to each other (with Sandrone gradually destroying Kaveh's idealistic morals and playing on his guilt to get the most out of his potential as an innovator, and with Alhaitham actively trying to resolve Kaveh's guilt and show him that, despite their arguments, Kaveh's idealism still has place in the world and can co-exist with other philosophies). There might or might not be some macguffin-esque Deshret relic that both Akademia and Fatui hunt for that eventually brings the whole crew back to Sumeru. Kaveh might or might not get a chance to meet a fragment of Deshret's spirit within the mentioned relic. But there definitely will be a happy end for everyone here (Deshret will make sure of it).
2. Calamity!AU. The new Cataclysm comes, enveloping all Seven Nations, and so Sumeru does its best to survive. The cities are ruined, and the people gather together in random places to survive. Alhaitham gets to live within one of the settlements, established by the Akademiya. While trying to survive the first wave of the new Calamity, he is also looking for Kaveh; after an argument between the two the architect left for an expedition to the Desert, right before the new Calamity began. Unfortunately, the news comes that his group should have been around Tunigi Hollow - one of the spots in Sumeru where the first wave of the new Calamity hit the hardest. There is no concrete information on whether Kaveh's group survived or not. Alhaitham, not loosing hope, does his best to find any information on Kaveh's whereabouts, but due to Sumeru becoming extremely dangerous to traverse and disjointed as a result of the new Calamity, the search stretches out for almost a decade.
One day Alhaitham helps a caravan, traversing the forests to get to one of the settlements, to fight off the monsters. Unexpectedly, Kaveh turns out to be one of the members of the caravan. Their reunion is almost cut short by the caravan's need to keep going, but Alhaitham convinces Kaveh to join him instead. The two return to the new Sumeru city settlement, where Alhaitham lives and works under the watch of Akademiya and Lord Kusanali. It appears that during his years of travels around the destroyed Sumeru Kaveh learned new ways of architectural construction that would be more efficient against the monsters, born by the Calamity. He also seems to behave quite differently, hardened by the experiences of the past years. Alhaitham proposes for Kaveh to stay with him in the city, and Kaveh accepts. The feelings, new routines, dealings with the changed versions of each other and attempts to find new pace of life in the new world ensue.
TLDR: The world might be ending and impossible to live in, but even so each new day is brighter when the person one loves is by their side.
3. Another Cataclysm!AU, where Kaveh and Alhaitham get assigned separate missions in the grander scheme of things created to prevent the coming of a new Calamity. The plan succeeds and the world remains safe, but not without heavy losses: amongst many others, Kaveh does not survive while carrying out his mission.
Decades pass as Alhaitham goes through his grieving process. Eventually, one evening on the anniversary of the Calamity's prevention, Alhaitham wanders to a place he and Kaveh used to visit together. A Ley Line disruption occurs, and he gets to see a glimpse of Kaveh through it. They have a conversation; the Ley Line apparition (a memory of Kaveh) is convinced that Alhaitham is from the future, and so they talk a lot about the Calamity, whether it was prevented, and about each other's futures. Alhaitham can't bring himself to tell Kaveh that he does not survive the Calamity, but he does tell Kaveh that his architectural legacy lives on. Kaveh commends Alhaitham on his achievements (though not an acting grand sage for a very long time, Alhaitham kept playing an important role throughout Sumeru's history, helping to keep it safe).
Eventually, their time runs out. Ley Line disorder starts gradually disappearing. Alhaitham urges Kaveh to be careful and stay safe, knowing that the Calamity (on Kaveh's side) is yet to come. Kaveh laughs and tells him that on his side, Alhaitham just told him the same words after they finished the debriefing session, related to the Calamity. He says that he was feeling very nervous, but that seeing future-Alhaitham made him convinced that they are on the right path.
And so, the Ley Line disorder disappears. Alhaitham spends some more time at the spot before returning home. Despite painful memories having been brought up, his heart feels a bit lighter.
TLDR: closure comes unexpectedly, takes many forms and does not erase the pain in an instant, but, nevertheless, it heals.
4. AU! where Kaveh and Alhaitham are both magical birds that can transform into humans (and half-humans).
They live together in the depths of Sumeru forest - a domain of a long lost God of Wisdom. Kaveh's feathers are rumoured to bring blessings, while Alhaitham's feathers, on the contrary, are said to bring bad luck or even curses. Humans, living at the edge of magical forest, kinda worship them, but also prefer not to interact with them, primarily because Alhaitham is not happy when others trespass on his lands, and because searching for Kaveh is extremely hard (he's often off working on his projects deep within the forest), and the magical forest is very dangerous on its own. So, the humans build their cities outside of the Sumeru forest, and Alhaitham and Kaveh peacefully live together in the depths of it.
Despite Kaveh and Alhaitham living together for a long time, their opinions on humanity are diametrically opposed: Alhaitham barely tolerates humans, finding them to be reckless, meddling, cowardly and deceitful; Kaveh, on the contrary, finds humans to be creative, inspiring, free and beautiful in their own way. Throughout the years, Kaveh manages to build somewhat of an amicable relationship with the humans, living at the edge of the forest: he learns more about their traditions and arts, while the humans receive his guidance and blessings in various matters of living, craftsmanship and arts. Eventually, Kaveh's knowledge and magical powers catch the eye of Lord Sangemah Bay, who resides in and governs one of the bigger settlements at the forest's border. She makes a deal with Kaveh that, despite providing him with valuable (in his eyes) experience of working with humans on some of his grandest architectural projects, costs him a lot - meaning he has to give away lots of his blessed feathers, which makes his remaining magic much weaker (and generally undermines his health for a bit). Alhaitham is not a huge fan of such approach (in his eyes, Kaveh is wasting his powers and time for nothing, endangering himself), and so a conflict between him and Kaveh breaks. As a result, Kaveh flees their home, secluding himself while he's focusing on other projects he finds curious. Kaveh keeps working with humans, and though Alhaitham certainly keeps an eye on Kaveh's wellbeing, he does not make it easy for humans to reach him. So what if there are new random magical seals, obstacles, almost-traps and riddles appearing here and there when people try to get to Kaveh? It's a magical forest, things happen! (Kaveh knows that Alhaitham does this on purpose, and Alhaitham knows that Kaveh knows, and it leads to them indirectly, and then directly bickering and arguing. The magical forest quite possibly grows very tired of them. Their friends Tighnari and Cyno certainly do, but alas.)
The new equilibrium, found by Alhaitham and Kaveh, is challenged once more when Kaveh leaves to the Lord Sangemah Bay's city to direct yet another one of his grand projects. They do not see each other for a long while. Despite all the challenges, Kaveh's relationship with Dori gradually grows stronger - the two value their partnership - and Kaveh ends up making friends amongst humans. However, not everyone is happy about Lord Sangema Bay's growing friendship with the "deity of blessings" personified. As some people come to despise her for her wealth, influence and ever growing power, so do they come to despise the bird of paradise.
When the project is complete, the time for celebration comes. Kaveh gets to attend a feast by Dori's side as a guest of honour, and is invited to stay the night in her palace before returning to the forest. Kaveh agrees: he's been spending all his days and nights at the building site, and resting a night before returning home would be nice. As the night goes on, however, Kaveh begins to feel weary and unwell - the new type of wine he was served did him no good. He excuses himself early for the night and, as soon as he gets to his bed, he's out cold.
After an undetermined amount of time (in what appears to be the middle of the night), Kaveh wakes up because of immense pain in his back.
As he gradually comes to his senses, he has a horrible realization: one of his wings was cut off when he was asleep. Alerting the guards and Dori yields no results: the intruder escaped, presumably with Kaveh's wing, and there are no traces of them left. While Kaveh gets immediately attended to, he goes in shock and, eventually, loses consciousness.
When the messengers form the city arrive to the forest, Alhaitham receives them reluctantly at first, but as soon as he hears of what happened, he rushes to the city. He ends up taking Kaveh back to the forest, hoping that its healing magic will help restore his wing. However, nothing seems to work: neither spells, nor the powers of nature, not even Tighnari's medicine. Though the wound is slowly healing, Kaveh remains unconscious for days. To get more information on what happened, Alhaitham returns to the city to question Dori together with Cyno (who's also to continue the investigation within the city once Alhaitham returns home), while Tighnari stays with Kaveh.
Though the questioning concludes that Dori knows nothing and is willing to assist in the search of the perpetrator, Cyno concludes that she was not thorough enough in ensuring Kaveh's safety and overall security of the celebration in general, revealing that Dori recklessly cut corners here and there. Furious, Alhaitham leaves Dori his cursed feather, giving her an ultimatum: she has to find the perpetrator and give them to Alhaitham to deal the final punishment. Until then, her city is doomed to slowly crumble into decay and oblivion. Dori accepts the deal.
Alhaitham returns to the forest to look after Kaveh, while Cyno remains in the city to continue the search. When Alhaitham comes back, Kaveh is finally awake. However, he remains extremely closed-off, practically a shadow of himself. The recovery process is slow and challenging, but Alhaitham does his best to support Kaveh in all ways that matter. Kaveh struggles with healing: the loss of a wing affected not only his body, but also his mental state and magic. He cannot transform, he can barely use any of his magical skills, and he cannot fly anymore, which hurts him most of all. It takes a while for Kaveh to get on his feet (quite literally), even longer to finally leave his room. He also feels guilty for being in Alhaitham's care, because he remembers all of the Alhaitham warnings about the humans he didn't listen to, and so lots of internal conflict ensues.
Meanwhile Alhaitham does all he can to try and navigate the situation. He looks after Kaveh's healing process; brings back his blueprints and equipment from Kaveh's place so that he has enough to work with if he wishes; he also (to the best of his ability) remodels their home to make it more accessible to Kaveh. Given that their natural method of moving around their house was flying (whether in form of birds of half-humans), Alhaitham now implements more adjustments for walking or climbing. (When Kaveh feels good enough to leave his room, he's amazed by what Alhaitham managed to achieve. He also helps fix some of the constructions, given he's the one with the experience in architecture.) Alhaitham and Kaveh grow closer, slowly unpacking and mending their relationship, turning it into something new and beautiful.
At the same time, Alhaitham continues to watch the forest borders - to make sure that no intruders interrupt Kaveh's recovery and their peaceful life together. One day he notices an interesting sight: a small, but beautiful shrine appeared right by the forest. He decides to investigate; upon approaching the shrine, he meets Nilou (whom he saw in the palace when he visited Dori). She explains to him that, after he and Kaveh left the city, a group of people decided to organize a shrine, dedicated to Kaveh, to pray for his recovery. Nilou explains that in their eyes it's the least they can offer for all the help that their city received in the past and as amends for the pain they have caused. Alhaitham warns her not to get any closer to the forest, but the action of people leaves a lasting impression on him.
Meanwhile, Cyno's investigation progresses. Cyno writes to Alhaitham that together with Dori they managed to find and capture the perpetrator. Questioning reveals no useful information, but Cyno suspects that there might be more to the attack on Kaveh than they anticipated. To uphold his end of the deal Alhaitham goes to the city to deliver the punishment to the attacker and to undo the curse he put on Dori's city. Before he leaves, Kaveh, scared of what might happen to Alhaitham, sews into his cloak a blessed feather for protection (because Alhaitham wouldn't accept it outright). While Alhaitham is away, Kaveh begins working on a new project: a mechanical wing.
When Alhaitham gets to the city, he is led to the cell where the attacker is being held. Cyno and Dori are by his side for the final questioning. The man - a mere mortal (with strange red-ish eyes), one of Dori's citizens - keeps talking in circles, making less and less sense with each new word. Alhaitham lets Cyno and Dori go before rendering the punishment. When the curse (one of Alhaitham's darkest yet) is finally prepared, suddenly, the tables are turned. The perpetrator attacks Alhaitham, but his movements seem unnatural, almost like those of a puppet. Alhaitham realizes, that the man is being controlled by someone with prowess for strong, incredibly dark magic that seems similar to that of the Desert. The strange puppet manages to overpower Alhaitham in a fight, but cannot harm him (due to the protection from Kaveh's feather). The perpetrator manages to escape, taking with him Alhaitham's cursed feather (they seemed to be pleased to receive it. Alhaitham fears to think what they will use it for).
Dori and Cyno pick up the investigation, with Cyno going straight to the Desert. Dori begins reinforcing the city (her people discover that Alhaithams curse (now lifted) awakened Miasma deep under the ground. The Miasma begins to slowly spread, seemingly in the direction of the Sumeru Forest). Cyno sends back a message, confirming that strong and dark magic seems to be gathering within the Desert, possibly for the purpose of destroying the magical forest.
Alhaitham manages to get back to Kaveh and tell him of what happened in the city. In order to be able to protect the forest together with Alhaitham, Kaveh doubles down on his efforts to create a mechanical working wing. Everything works, besides the golden feathers - they need to be blessed in order to allow the mechanism to work as intended, but Kaveh does not have enough power for it. Alhaitham takes a risk and brings the feathers to the shrine, created by Nilou and other humans, so that they could bless them for Kaveh. (They are short of one feather eventually, and Alhaitham gives Kaveh one of his own, his first blessed feather, to complete the wing.)
TLDR: Kaveh works on restoring his wing and faith in himself and humanity; Alhaitham learns that humanity is not always evil. Dori and Cyno discover that the escaped perpetrator (caugh controlled by Dottore caugh) used Kaveh to get to Alhaitham to gain his cursed feather for completing some sort of ancient ritual to unseal the forbidden knowledge magic deep within the Desert in roder to unleash it on the magical forest, slumbering God of Wisdom and human cities. Kaveh learns to curse his feathers (while opposing Dottore in a final fight), and Alhaitham learns to bless his. Humans and Sumeru Forest continue to coexist peacefully. Alhaitham and Kaveh live together happily ever after.
5. Pacific Rim!AU, where Kaveh and Alhaitham used to be pilots of a Jaeger, but during one of their battles they suffered too much damage. In order to save Alhaitham and what remains of their Jaeger, Kaveh takes most of the damage by severing already unstable connection between Alhaitham and Jaeger's system. Both barely survive the encounter, but meanwhile Alhaitham manages to recover fast, the damage Kaveh has taken leaves him in a critical condition, eventually resulting in him being unable to ever pilot a Jaeger ever again (and putting many new restraints on his usual daily life).
As soon as Kaveh comes to his senses, the two have a huge fight about Kaveh's rash decision, and eventually break off their friendship. They don't see each other for a long, long time.
As the time goes on, Kaveh learns how to live with the changes that his body sustained with the help of his service dog Mehrak. Eventually he takes on a job at one of the Jaeger construction facilities (together with his friend Tighnari), studying Kaiju and creating new Jaeger modifications - though no Kaiju has been seen in the past several years, the world is still afraid of their return.
When the suspicion of the new Kaiju appearance arises, new pilot recruits and ex-pilots are summoned to the facility. There, Kaveh meets Alhaitham for the first time in years. After their fallout, Alahitham resigned from piloting Jaegers, yet now he had no choice but to return to train new recruits (and possibly resume his role of a Jaeger pilot). Now once again the two have to work together as a part of a team in face of approaching danger, trying to resolve their past conflicts and overcome their fears and insecurities along the way (when deep down they simply want to keep each other safe).
TLDR: Kaveh & service animal Mehrak is a neat concept I'd love to see more of, just as a concept in general. I think this one could be an interesting story idea centered mostly around Kaveh's day to day life. Additionally, Alhaitham who used to be only drift compatible with Kaveh but now suddenly discovers he's drift compatible with Cyno. I need more Cyno & Alhaitham camaraderie I think it would do them lots of good (at least in this specific AU setting lol).
6. Oxenfree!AU where Kaveh and Alhaitham are two ex-best friends turned reluctant coworkers (photo-journalist and journalist respectively) working on writing a piece about the disappearances of a group of teenagers that happened at the Edwards Island several years prior (timeline somewhere between the first and the second games). The radio shenanigans ensue, making the two face their past, possible futures and, most importantly, their present. (In Oxenfree tuning into certain radio sequences can temporarily mess up time-space shenanigans, just fyi).
TLDR: I just think that this setting could facilitate some character exploration that would be very fun.
7. Modern MermanKaveh!AU, post-fallout, where it's a little bit more about haunting Alhaitham (and the narrative), than being a merman. Due to an unfortunate set of circumstances, Kaveh drowns one day, trying to save someone from the water. Due to an unfortunate set of circumstances, he doesn't really die, being stuck in between (existence and death, normal life and the necessity to live in water). Kaveh manages, for quite a while even!
But of course Alhaitham has to come back and turn his world upside down once again.
TLDR: can you tell Alhaitham's quote about drowning stuck with me huh (and I made it literal lol). On a serious note... Idk, vibes??? I want to see the "stuck in the middle" Kaveh, whatever that entails. Some existential explorations. And the development of his relationship with Alhaitham, of course. // Kaveh is a merman unable to fully live the life he used to have, and Alhaitham doesn't know that he survived (for a while), alternatively "let me help to save you from metaphorical and literal drowning" Alhaitham and "I learned to live like this, this is what my norm now looks like" Kaveh.
8. Another Modern MermanKaveh!AU/DrownedGhostKaveh!AU, because I apparently have no self-control (I feel like I should also clarify that whenever I mention a mermaid, I think of them more as of ghosts of drowned people and less as mermaids-mermaids, the half-human half-marine creature ones). This idea was initially prepared for chili/zhongchi but it's been sooooooooooooooooooo long and I still haven't done anything substantial for it so I'm borrowing it from myself for myself and tweaking it for kavetham because I figured it could fit them. So here it goes,
Alhaitham is a scientist/marine biologist that moves from the city to a much smaller port town, getting himself a place in a local partially repurposed lighthouse. Kaveh is a merman, who has been dead for a long while and who's been living within local waters ever since he drowned. Alhaitham leads a very isolated life, going through a rather rough patch emotionally (maybe a badly ended past relationship and relocation from an established group of friends to a remote place brought up past negative emotions related to loss that were bottled up for a while. who knows, not me). Anyways, Alhaitham's not doing too well, but seaside walks help him unwind, even if for a short periods of time. During one of such walks, he finds an old pendant washed ashore. He picks up his find, hoping to do some research on it outside of his work time (because research is his fun-time).
He expects this to be a brief excursion into local history. He does not expect to become haunted by the ghost of a man to whom this pendant belonged to way back when.
Kaveh, in turn, is extremely excited to finally, finally be able to get out of the sea to the surface. He intends to stay ashore as long as possible and, well, if he just so gets to amuse himself by haunting a grumpy marine biologist that refuses to believe in merpeople, ghosts of drowned and other supernatural occurences - who's he to say no?
TLDR: this AU can go two ways (in my eyes): the happy ending way and probably more gothic-horror-story-esque ending. So, Alahitham is cursed to be haunted by Kaveh: for a while he's the only one who can see him, with Kaveh being something akin to a ghost. However, the longer Kaveh haunts Alhaitham, the more human he becomes (others can see him, he cannot phase through walls anymore, etc.). The curse in itself goes something like this: the cursed thing, after being picked up/taken in, cannot be thrown away and will always come back. The ghost, tied to the haunted thing, shall haunt whoever picks the cursed thing (the thing should be tied to the ghost, but may not necessarily belong to them) and drain their life energy. The ghost can become free and human again if the haunting goes long enough and they kill the human who picked the cursed object in the end during a very specific time that doesn't occur too often (proverbial blue moon, idk). If they don't kill the human and decide to let them go, then the ghost will seize to exist and the human will regain their strength. (An alternative option to the ghost dying for a less angsty au: the ghost voluntarily takes back the cursed object and returns to the place where they died, but then they will never be able to haunt anyone ever again. The effect of the curse on the haunted remain, but much weaker).
In this case, let's say Kaveh and Alhaitham stay by each other's side from half a year to a year, idk. They grow closer, eventually becoming friends and maybe more (the usual kavetham shenanigans Kaveh falls first but Alhaitham falls harder). Alhaitham's mental state gradually improves, yet overall he becomes weaker because of the curse (to the point that it becomes a serious concern), which Kaveh blames himself for. The appointed time approaches (both Kaveh and Alhaitham are in on the details of the curse), and Kaveh, seeing it as an opportunity to set Alhaitham free, manages to separate himself from Alhaitham. Kaveh is ready to return to the sea/merge with it (ah yes the classic Little Mermaid influence does anybody feel it lol). However, Alhaitham sees through his plan and arrives just in time to stop him. They have a confrontation. Eventually, they manage to lift the curse (as you can see I have not figured out exactly how this can happen but! it definitely can!) with Kaveh becoming human again and Alhaitham regaining his health. The two continue to live together happily ever after.
The other scenario is practically the same, but it's more ghothic? and abstract (and probably more suitable for the og pairing it was made for, but i'll throw it in anyways). I have not engaged with gothic literature much and thus don't have much experience in how it works/how to write it, but the idea is that Kaveh is more of a projection of Alhaitham's grief than a ghost fo a drowned person (in other words, he's definitely a ghost, but his presence is also much more symbolical). The story follows quite similar beats, except the setting of the curse is a bit different: it's more of a "kill first or be killed" thingy with a deadline. Kaveh earnestly tries to drown Alhaitham at first through various means, but the more time they spend together, the more Kaveh sees of Alhaitham's life and pain and feels sympathetic for him. Despite the curse, Kaveh tires to help Alhaitham in various ways; and it works! Alhaitham gradually begins to feel better; the two grow closer to each other (more in a platonic way).
So now the precedent is that though Alhaitham's overall doing better, the curse still preys on him, hindering his life in various ways that become more and more serious/dangerous (the curse's deadline approaches, and it tries to survive the best way it can through Kaveh's influence on Alhaitham). Eventually, Kaveh lets Alhaitham go, merging with the sea (once again, yes, it was partially inspired by the Little Mermaid). Alhaitham realizes what happened and tries to look for Kaveh, but it is in vain.
Eventually, life goes on.
Bonus Elden Ring AU (because guess who suddenly went on a lore video watching spree): Kaveh is a craftsman and one of the inhabitants of Castle Morne who managed to escape before it was overrun by Misbegotten. He's a follower of St. Trina and Miquella (he doesn't follow Miquella at first, but slowly he comes to suspect that the two are one and the same). After escaping from Castle Morne, he finds his way to Jarburg, where he is welcomed to stay and be the new Potentate.
Alhaitham is from a distant branch of Carian royal family and a scholar at the Academy of Raya Lucaria. Quite possibly explored an area of studies similar to Sellen's. Eventually he separates himself from both Academy and his family, becoming a wandering scholar.
The two meet somewhere nearby Jarburg when Kaveh gets ambushed by the same people who were trying to get to Alhaitham. The two fight them off. Kaveh, trying to help injured Alhaitham, leads him to Jarburg. The two continue living together there ever since (not without hiccups, but they're doing their best).
TLDR: this one is short and very simple because I just started diving into the Elden Ring's lore, but I just. Really wanted to make some AU for them. I also desperately wanted it to be peaceful and happy one despite it being a seeming impossibility for anything dark souls/elden ring related, but one can dream. If I were to make this one darker I'd probably expand on the duality of their two characters here, and how Alhaitham probably used to conjure spells on humans (with gaining knowledge being his sole life purpose for a long time) and has challenges with comprehending the world outside of a framework of pure logic, and how Kaveh gets an increasing tendency of escaping to the dream world/wherever Miquella is in order to alleviate his mental turmoil (maybe he witnessed too much during his escape from the Castle), and how the two have opposing perspectives on the idea of worshipping gods, and- like, there's a lot that can be done. But I also just really really really want them to simply be happy together in a jar village, leading a peaceful life.
That's it for now! Thank you for reading all of this, I can't commend your patience enough if you got to the end of this list!!!â¨đâ¨
Maybe in the future I will unpack some of these aus. who knows.

How's retirement, Bucky? | Bucky Barnes x f!reader.
Pairings: Bucky Barnes x f!reader
Themes: Funny. Bucky trying to find things to do to kill time, while also being a menace to Y/N and the neighbours. Prequel to 'Ouch, My face.'
Summary: Bucky decides to retire and leave the super hero world behind, but now he doesn't know how to be normal citizen.
A/N: Just another scenario tha rudely popped into my head. . .
Bucky Barnes was retired.
It still felt strange, even after months of settling into a life of quiet mornings and unhurried afternoons. He had fought in wars, spent decades as an agent of chaos, and dedicated years to redemption and healing. Now, here he wasâwaking up whenever he pleased, making breakfast in a house that didnât have bullet-proof glass windows or a panic room, and trying to figure out what to do with the rest of his day.
Today, like most others, started off simple enough: a run through the neighbourhood, a cup of coffee, and a lazy scan of the news. Heâd even managed to fix the leaky faucet that had been bothering you for weeks, earning a soft kiss on the cheek as a reward.
But then⌠the day stretched on. There were no missions, no tactical planning, no world to save. Just the quiet ticking of the clock and the gentle hum of suburban life around him.
So, Bucky set his sights on somethingâor rather, someoneâfar more interesting: annoying you.
And thus began the saga of Bucky Barnesâ Retirement Phases.
Phase 1: The Handyman Hero Phase
Duration: One Month
Bucky started off strong, becoming the ultimate handyman of the household. Everything was fair game for improvement. Leaky faucets, creaky floorboards, wobbly shelvesâif there was a screw to tighten, Bucky was on it like a well-oiled machine.
âBucky, what are you doing?â you asked one morning, sipping your coffee as you watched him carefully measuring the distance between each picture frame on the living room wall.
âMaking sure theyâre exactly one inch apart,â he said without looking up, his voice deadly serious.
âWhy?â
âBecause last night, I noticed this oneââ he pointed to a frame on the far left ââwas slightly off-center, and itâs been bothering me ever since.â
You blinked. âBucky, itâs fine.â
âItâs not fine, Y/N. Itâs one and a quarter inch apart. Do you know what happens when things arenât balanced?â He gave you a haunted look, as if youâd just suggested destabilizing the world order.
âChaos,â you muttered.
âExactly.â
Within weeks, Bucky had rebuilt half the house, repainted the walls (twice), and installed a state-of-the-art security system that even Tony Stark would envy. You came home one day to find the couch moved three inches to the left, the coffee table completely gone (âI dismantled it; we donât need itâ), and Bucky seriously contemplating whether the kitchen would look better with marble or granite countertops.
âBucky,â you said slowly, trying to remain calm, âIâm begging youâstop fixing things.â
He blinked at you. âWhat do you want me to do then?â
You panicked. âAnything. Justâfind a hobby!â
He gave a solemn nod, as if youâd just entrusted him with a new mission. âOkay. A hobby. Got it.â
You breathed a sigh of relief. If only youâd known what was coming next.
Phase 2: The Google Scholar Phase
Duration: Two Weeks
With his newfound free time, Bucky discovered the internet. And when Bucky Barnes discovers the internet, chaos ensues.
It started innocently enough. Youâd come home to find him glued to his laptop, his brows furrowed in concentration.
âWhat are you doing?â you asked, setting down your bag.
âResearch,â he said ominously, fingers flying over the keys.
âResearch on⌠what?â
He glanced up, his eyes wide. âDid you know sharks have been around longer than trees?â
âUhââ
âAnd that banana slugs can grow up to 9 inches long?â He leaned forward, voice dropping to a conspiratorial whisper. âThereâs a whole website dedicated to weird animal facts. Iâve been reading for hours.â
And so, you were subjected to two weeks of nonstop trivia.
âHey, Y/N!â heâd shout from the kitchen. âDid you know an octopus has three hearts?â
Or: âDid you know cows have best friends?â
And: âDo you want to hear about the deepest point in the ocean?â
âNot reallyââ
âItâs called the Mariana Trench, and itâs seven miles down!â
You tried banning Wikipedia, but he just switched to obscure forums. You blocked YouTube, and he found a random chicken fact blog. The worst part? Heâd share his newfound knowledge with anyone whoâd listen.
âIâm calling Sam,â you muttered one evening after hearing Bucky recite the entire history of the humble potato to the mailman. âYou need social intervention.â
Phase 3: The Home DĂŠcor Perfectionist Phase
Duration: Two Exasperating Weeks
Denied access to his newfound internet pursuits, Bucky turned to interior design. You were caught off guard one Saturday morning when he asked, âWhat do you think of paisley?â
âWhatâs a paisley?â
âPattern. Iâm thinking of reupholstering the couch.â
âBucky, noââ
Too late. Within days, every room was a different colour. You came home to find polka-dotted curtains in the bathroom, and heâd somehow managed to install a chandelier in the laundry room.
âBucky, why is there a 10-foot mirror in the hallway?â
âIt makes the space feel bigger.â
âBucky, this is a two-bedroom house!â
He paused, squinting at the living room wall. âI think the polka dots need to go.â
You nearly wept with relief when he announced he was moving on to the garden.
Phase 4: The Amateur Detective Phase
Duration: One Overly Suspicious Month
After redecorating the entire house, Bucky set his sights on the neighborhood.
âY/N, did you see that guy across the street?â he whispered one morning, peering through the blinds with a pair of binoculars.
âThatâs Mr. Henderson. Heâs eighty-five.â
âYeah, and heâs up to something. No one goes to the mailbox that often.â
âMaybe he likes getting his mail?â
âIâm telling you, somethingâs not right.â He tapped the binoculars. âIâm gonna get to the bottom of it.â
And so began Operation: Neighborhood Watch. Every delivery truck was scrutinised. Every dog walker received a full background check. The poor Girl Scouts who came to sell cookies left looking slightly shell-shocked.
The Girl Scout Incident: When Bucky Barnes Met Thin Mints
The Girl Scout incident started out innocent enoughâjust a kid selling cookies to the neighborhood. But when Bucky Barnes answered the door, things took a turn.
It was a sunny Saturday morning. You were in the kitchen, enjoying a rare moment of peace, when you heard the doorbell ring. Before you could even get up to check, Buckyâs voice echoed from the living room.
âI got it!â he called out, already making his way to the front door.
Curious, you peeked around the corner just in time to see him open it. Standing on the porch was a sweet-looking little girl, no more than nine or ten, decked out in her green uniform, clutching a clipboard and flashing a bright, eager smile.
âHi, mister!â she chirped, clearly undeterred by the stern look on Buckyâs face. âWould you like to buy some Girl Scout cookies today?â
You watched as Buckyâs expression softened just a bit, his head tilting to the side in confusion.
âCookies?â he repeated, as if sheâd just offered him nuclear launch codes.
âYep!â She held up a laminated chart with pictures of the various cookies, pointing to each one with a tiny, rainbow-colored pen. âWe have Thin Mints, Tagalongs, Samoasâuh, I mean, Caramel deLitesââ
He squinted at the chart, clearly trying to make sense of it all. âWhy would you need to sell cookies?â
You nearly face-palmed. Oh no.
The girlâs enthusiasm didnât waver. âItâs a fundraiser! To support our troop activities and trips.â
âFundraiser?â Buckyâs voice dropped suspiciously. âWhoâs your troop leader?â
The girl blinked, a little taken aback. âUh, Mrs. Patterson?â
âUh-huh. And how many boxes of these so-called âcookiesâ are you supposed to sell?â
Her smile wavered just a fraction. âUm, as many as possible?â
Bucky crossed his arms, leaning against the doorframe. âAnd where does all this money go?â
âBuckyââ you tried to interrupt, stepping forward, but he held up a hand without looking back, eyes still locked on the bewildered Girl Scout.
âIt goes to our troop!â she answered nervously, glancing down at her clipboard as if for reassurance. âFor badges and supplies andââ
âSupplies,â Bucky echoed, his tone suddenly sharp. âWhat kind of supplies?â
âUh⌠arts and craftsâŚ?â she stammered, clearly starting to get uncomfortable.
âArts and crafts?â He leaned in, dropping his voice to a low, conspiratorial whisper. âOr something else?â
You saw the poor girlâs eyes widen, her grip tightening on her clipboard as if she was contemplating using it as a shield.
âBucky, stop,â you hissed, stepping forward to intervene. But he was on a roll now.
âWho gets the money, huh?â He narrowed his eyes, peering down at her like she was an enemy combatant. âDo you get it?
âOr does it go to some mysterious âtroop leader whoâs hiding behind a desk somewhere, raking in profits from innocent cookie sales?â
âM-Mister, itâs just cookies,â she squeaked, glancing nervously at the boxes stacked beside her. âWe just wanna go camping this summer.â
âCamping?â he repeated slowly, as if tasting the word. âAnd what kind of âcampingâ are we talking about here? Deep-woods recon training? SERE training?â
The girl blinked up at him, clearly having no idea what he was talking about.
âBucky, sheâs nine!â you practically shouted, rushing over to save the poor child from what was rapidly escalating into a full-blown interrogation.
âBut Y/N, this could beââ
âItâs not a conspiracy, Bucky!â you snapped, turning to the girl and giving her what you hoped was a reassuring smile. âSweetie, how much for a box of Thin Mints?â
âUh⌠f-five dollars?â she stammered, still eyeing Bucky like he might suddenly sprout fangs.
You reached for your wallet, pulling out a ten-dollar bill and handing it to her. âKeep the change.â
âThank you, maâam!â she squeaked, stuffing the money into her pouch with trembling hands.
You shot Bucky a glare. âApologize.â
He crossed his arms, looking mulish. âButââ
âBucky.â
He let out a sigh, running a hand through his hair. âFine. Uh⌠sorry⌠for, um⌠asking about your troop leader and, uh⌠the money laundering?â
The girl blinked up at him, clearly not following.
âBucky!â you hissed, elbowing him sharply.
âI mean, sorry for⌠for⌠being weird,â he mumbled, shoving his hands into his pockets.
The girl gave a hesitant nod, glancing back at her stack of cookies. âUm⌠would you like another box, mister?â
Bucky frowned thoughtfully. âMaybe. Which oneâs the best?â
âBuckyââ you started, but he was already leaning down, listening intently as the girl launched into a detailed explanation of the flavour profiles of Samoas versus Tagalongs.
Twenty minutes later, Bucky was the proud owner of a dozen boxes of Girl Scout cookies, which the girl somehow managed to upsell him into buying. The look of relief on her face as she walked away was palpable.
You turned to Bucky, hands on your hips. âReally, Buck?â
âWhat?â he said defensively, clutching his armful of cookies. âI needed to make sure it was legit!â
âUh-huh. And thatâs why we now have enough cookies to feed an army?â
He shrugged, looking entirely too pleased with himself. âI guess I got carried away.â
âJust⌠try not to scare any more children, okay?â
âHey, I was just being thorough,â he muttered, glancing down at the boxes. âBesides⌠these âSamoasâ are actually pretty good.â
You shook your head, laughing despite yourself. Because only Bucky Barnes could turn a simple cookie sale into a full-scale interrogationâand then end up buying out the entire stock.
âWhatever you say, Bucky. Whatever you say.â
He gave you a sheepish grin, holding up a box of Thin Mints. âWant one?â
âSure,â you sighed, reaching out to grab a cookie. Because, at the end of the day, this was Bucky Barnes: ex-assassin, super-soldier, and now⌠terrifyingly dedicated Girl Scout cookie connoisseur.
The Girl Scout incident, unfortunately, didnât mark the end of Buckyâs neighbourhood watch endeavours.
âHey, Y/N, thatâs the third day in a row Mrs. Higginson has gone jogging past our house,â Bucky muttered a few days later, scribbling furiously in his notebook.
You glanced over from your spot on the couch, raising an eyebrow. âUh-huh,â you replied absently, already wondering if now would be a good time to text Steve for a little ârescue mission.â âMaybe she likes jogging?â
âNah,â he said, shaking his head. âItâs not natural. Itâs a cover for something. Probably espionage.â
âBucky, sheâs seventy.â
âExactly. No one that age moves like that. Sheâs gotta be a retired agent.â
âOr sheâs trying to stay in shape?â
âOr sheâs spying on us.â He narrowed his eyes, peering through the blinds. âMaybe sheâs HYDRA.â
âBucky, she brought us homemade banana bread last week.â
âWhich tasted suspiciously good,â he muttered darkly, tapping his pen against his chin. âIâm keeping an eye on her.â
It didnât stop there. He began obsessively tracking patternsâwhen neighbors took out their trash, when they left for work, who picked up their mail first thing in the morning. His conspiracy board rivaled the one youâd seen at S.H.I.E.L.D. headquarters, complete with photos, string, and a suspiciously large map of the neighborhood.
âY/N, I need to talk to you.â
You blinked, looking up from your book. âWhatâs up, Buck?â
He leaned in, his voice low and serious. âDid you know Mrs. Pattersonâs dog peed on our lawn three times this week?â
âIâwhat?â
âAnd Mr. Thompson left his house twice yesterday. Twice.â
ââŚis that a crime?â
âYes. Who leaves the house twice in one day? Heâs clearly up to something.â
âLike⌠groceries?â
Bucky frowned. âNo. Something bigger. I saw him walking to his car, get thisâwithout any bags.â
âMaybe he forgot something?â
He shook his head, eyes narrowed. âItâs a diversion tactic. Iâm keeping a close watch on him.â
âPlease donât tell me youâre stalking the neighbours.â
âOf course not!â He paused. âIâm⌠observing. For science.â
âFor science?â
âYes.â
âOkay, Buck. Iâm putting my foot down,â you finally managed. âYou need to stop this. The neighbours think weâre crazy. Youâre scaring the kids and⌠the mailman wonât come to the door anymore.â
Bucky looked genuinely confused. âWhy not?â
âBecause you interrogated him about his route last week!â
âHe was being shady!â
âHeâs a mailman!â
There was a long pause as you stared each other down, Bucky looking defiant and you looking exhausted. Finally, you sighed and ran a hand through your hair.
âBuck⌠I know retirement is hard. But you need a new outlet. Maybe something a little lessââ
âParanoid?â he offered, raising an eyebrow.
âYeah. And a little less terrifying for the neighbours.â
He sighed deeply, like youâd just asked him to hang up his shield all over again. âI was just⌠trying to be useful.â
Your heart softened immediately. Because that was what it all boiled down to, wasnât it? The man whoâd spent his life fighting wars and doing battle against his own mind was now left trying to figure out how to fit into a world that no longer needed him to save it.
You walked over, placing your hands on his shoulders and giving him a soft smile. âYouâre always useful, Buck. Even if youâre not interrogating the mailman about federal postal regulations or⌠spying on seventy-year-old retirees.â
He snorted, shaking his head. âI mightâve gone a little overboard, huh?â
âA little,â you agreed with a grin. âMaybe you should find something else to watch over.â
âLike what?â he asked, looking genuinely curious.
You bit your lip, thinking. âI donât know⌠Maybe get a pet? You could⌠I donât know, babysit a cat or something.â
Bucky blinked at you. Then his eyes lit up like youâd just handed him the Holy Grail of retirement activities.
âA cat,â he murmured slowly, as if testing the word. âA cat.â
âYes, a cat,â you repeated cautiously, wondering if youâd just unleashed some new kind of havoc on the house. âYou could train it to⌠I donât know, not scratch the furniture or something.â
âOr⌠I could train it to keep an eye on the pigeons,â he muttered to himself, looking thoughtful.
âWait, what?â
But Bucky had already gone inside, the gears in his mind clearly turning. You shook your head, deciding to let him have this one. After all, how much trouble could he really get into with a cat?
Phase 5: The Pet Phase (aka Operation: Find a Feline Friend)
Duration: Ongoing, with Fur Everywhere
You didnât think heâd take it seriously. Until you came home the next day to find Bucky sitting cross-legged on the living room floor, a small, white ball of fluff curled up in his lap.
âThis is Alpine,â he announced proudly.
You stared at the kitten, then at Bucky, then back at the kitten. âBucky, what⌠whyâŚ?â
âYou said get a pet,â he said, as if it was the most obvious thing in the world. âSo I did.â
And thatâs how Alpine, the grumpy old woman in a catâs body, became part of your household. Bucky spent weeks trying to train him (âSit, Alpine! Sit! ⌠Okay, fine, just glare at me, that works too.â), set up elaborate obstacle courses (âAlpine, jump! No, donât walk awayâokay, you know what, just do your thingâ), and spoiled her rotten with toys and treats.
With each phase, Buckyâs retirement became a new adventure. And while it drove you absolutely crazy at times, you couldnât help but smile when you saw Bucky lying on the couch, Alpine curled up on his chest, both looking completely content.
âRetirement isnât so bad, huh?â you teased one evening, curling up beside him.
He hummed thoughtfully, scratching behind Alpineâs ears. âI donât know⌠I think I could use a new project.â
You groaned, but your groan turned into a laugh when he grinned at you, his eyes sparkling with mischief.
âOh no,â you said, narrowing your eyes. âNo more projects, Barnes. Youâve nearly redecorated us out of house and home, scared the mailman half to death, andââ
âDonât forget the gourmet cookies,â he interjected with a cheeky smile.
You shot him a playful glare. âIâm trying to forget the cookies, thank you.â
âAw, come on. I think I finally got the recipe down. Iâll just try one moreââ
âNo!â you practically shouted, your voice echoing through the living room. Alpine, unbothered, merely lifted her head, gave you both a disinterested look, and went back to napping.
Bucky chuckled, holding up his hands in mock surrender. âOkay, okay. No more cookies. No more redecorating. No more⌠scaring the Girl Scouts.â
âOr spying on the neighbors.â
âOr spying on the neighbors,â he agreed, still looking a little too amused for your liking.
You sighed, leaning back into the couch and resting your head on his shoulder. âYou know, most people take up hobbies like gardening or painting in retirement.â
Bucky nodded thoughtfully. âYeah, but those arenât as exciting.â
âTheyâre not supposed to be exciting. Theyâre supposed to be calm. Thatâs the whole point of retirement, Buck.â
He glanced down at you, his gaze softening. âYou really think Iâm the âcalmâ type, doll?â
You snorted. âNo, not really. But it would be nice if, just once, I didnât come home to find you plotting to build a moat around the house.â
âMoats are an excellent defense mechanism,â he said matter-of-factly. âBut okay, I get it. Iâll tone it down.â
You gave him a skeptical look. âYou promise?â
âScoutâs honor,â he said, holding up his right hand. The glint in his eye, however, told you he was already planning something new.
âBuckyâŚâ
âWhat?â he asked, all innocence. âYou donât trust me?â
âNot for a second.â
He chuckled, then pressed a gentle kiss to your temple. âAlright, no more projects. Iâll just focus on Alpine. Sheâs a full-time job anyway.â
You glanced at the cat, who was now sprawled out like she owned the place. âYouâve turned her into a diva, you know.â
âHeâs just refined,â Bucky said defensively. âHeâs got standards.â
âUh-huh. Like the way he refuses to eat unless you hand-feed her?â
âRefined,â Bucky insisted.
âAnd how she sleeps on your side of the bed and shoves you off with her tiny, evil paws?â
âSelective.â
âAnd how she sits on the counter staring at you like sheâs plotting your demise?â
âObservant.â
You shook your head, laughing softly. âYouâve created a monster, Bucky.â
âEh,â he said with a shrug, smirking down at you. âIâve handled worse monsters. Sheâs a good one. Besides,â he added, scratching Alpineâs head fondly, âsheâs family.â
Your heart softened at his words, and you smiled up at him. âYeah, I guess she is.â
There was a comfortable silence as you both sat there, content in the peaceful moment.
Then Bucky cleared his throat, and you glanced up to see him shifting slightly, like he was working up the nerve to say something.
âSo⌠I was thinkingâŚâ he began slowly.
âBucky.â
âNo, no, hear me out,â he said quickly, raising his hands as if to ward off your incoming refusal. âWhat if we⌠I dunno⌠made a baby?â
You blinked, certain you hadnât heard him correctly. âWhat?â
âA baby,â he repeated, his voice steady, though there was a telltale blush creeping up his neck. âYou know, a little humanâour human. Someone we can train to take over the world⌠or at least keep me entertained.â
Your jaw dropped open. âYou want to have a babyâbecause youâre bored?â
Bucky gave you a sheepish grin. âI mean, I was thinking it could be a good project⌠long-term investment⌠future troublemakerâŚâ
âBucky,â you interrupted, placing your hands on his shoulders and staring at him, bewildered. âAre you seriously suggesting having a child like itâs another DIY project?â
He shrugged, looking as nonchalant as ever, but his eyes were soft and serious. âMaybe. But I was also thinking itâd be nice to have something, or someone, thatâs just⌠ours. A mix of you and me. Something that isnât tied to the past, or fighting, or⌠all the other stuff.â
You stared at him, trying to wrap your mind around the sudden turn the conversation had taken. âYou really want a baby, Bucky?â
He nodded slowly, reaching out to tuck a strand of hair behind your ear. âYeah. I do. Donât get me wrong, Alpineâs great and all, butâŚâ He sighed, his smile turning tender. âI just think itâd be amazing to have something more. Iâve spent so much of my life taking orders or fighting ghosts. But starting a family with you? Thatâs something I get to build. Something thatâs ours.â
You bit your lip, heart swelling at his words. Despite the completely unromantic way heâd suggested it, there was sincerity in his gaze, a yearning for something deeper than fixing leaky faucets or buying out the Girl Scoutsâ entire cookie stock.
âAnd you think youâd be a good dad?â you teased, raising an eyebrow.
âPlease,â he scoffed, pulling you closer and pressing a kiss to your forehead. âIâd be the best damn dad. Iâd teach our kid how to throw a proper punch by age five, dismantle a toaster by sixââ
You laughed, shaking your head. âSo, what youâre saying is⌠you want to raise a tiny super-soldier?â
His grin widened. âHell yeah.â
âBucky, we are not turning our child into a mini-Winter Soldier.â
He pouted dramatically. âNot even a little bit?â
âNot even a little bit,â you affirmed with a chuckle. You leaned in, resting your forehead against his. âBut⌠maybe we could talk about it. You know, actually talk. Not just⌠plan a tactical baby mission.â
Buckyâs eyes softened as he brushed his thumb along your cheek. âYeah. We can talk about it.â He paused, then added with a mischievous glint, âAfter we practice a little more.â
You rolled your eyes but couldnât help the smile tugging at your lips. âOh my God, Bucky.â
âWhat?â he asked innocently, his grin widening. âPractice makes perfect, right?â
You shook your head, letting out a breathy laugh. âYouâre incorrigible.â
âAnd you love me for it,â he murmured, leaning in to capture your lips in a soft, lingering kiss.
âYeah,â you whispered when he pulled away, your heart fluttering in your chest. âI do.â
You glanced down at Alpine, who was still sprawled across Buckyâs lap, looking utterly uninterested in the conversation. A baby. You hadnât really thought about it seriously before, but now that Bucky had put the idea in your head⌠you couldnât help but wonder.
There was a brief pause as Bucky gazed at you, his expression growing thoughtful. âYou know,â he began quietly, âafter that whole Girl Scout cookie fiasco⌠I kinda started thinking⌠Iâd really like to have a daughter.â
You blinked at him, surprised. âA daughter?â
âYeah,â he murmured, his voice softening. âThat kid was just so⌠brave, you know? Standing there, staring me down even though I was being a total idiot. It reminded me of youâfierce and unafraid. I couldnât stop thinking⌠what if we had a daughter like that? Strong, smart, and completely capable of putting me in my place when I get out of line.â
You felt your heart clench at his words, his quiet admission making your chest ache. âYou want a little girl because sheâd keep you in check?â
âThat,â he said, smiling softly, âand I think Iâd like the challenge. Iâve spent so much of my life dealing with people who only saw me as a weapon. I just⌠want to prove that I can be something else. That I can be gentle⌠and kind⌠and love someone unconditionally. The way I love you.â
You reached up, cupping his face gently. âBucky, you donât have to prove anything to anyone.â
âI know,â he murmured, his gaze warm and intense. âBut I still want to try. And I want to be the kind of dad who isnât just a protector, but a friend. Someone whoâd sit through endless tea parties and help her build pillow forts⌠and buy all the Girl Scout cookies she wants without scaring anyone.â
You laughed softly, tears stinging your eyes at the picture he painted. âYouâd be a great dad, Bucky.â
âYeah?â he asked, his voice low and hopeful.
âYeah,â you whispered, smiling up at him.
There was another beat of silence before Bucky leaned in, his breath warm against your ear as he whispered, âSo⌠when do we start?â
You felt your cheeks heat, a mix of laughter and surprise bubbling up in your chest. âBucky!â
âWhat?â he asked, his smile as innocent as ever. âIâm just asking. I mean, you know Iâm a man of action. Gotta have a timeline.â
âOh my God,â you muttered, burying your face in your hands as Bucky laughed softly, his arms wrapping around you.
âOkay, okay,â he murmured, pressing a kiss to your hair. âNo rush. Weâll take it one day at a time, sweetheart. But just know⌠Iâm ready whenever you are.â
And somehow, you knew this next phaseâwhatever it looked likeâwas going to be the best one yet.
Ă Ă Ă Ă
Ten months later
The soft glow of the nightlight bathed the nursery in a warm, golden hue, casting gentle shadows on the pale blue walls. The room was still, save for the quiet creak of the rocking chair as Bucky swayed back and forth, holding the tiniest bundle of joy in his strong, yet tender arms.
His daughter, barely a week old, was nestled against his chest, her small, delicate breaths in sync with the steady rhythm of his own. Her tiny fist curled around the fabric of his shirt, as if she knew just how safe and loved she was in her daddy's arms.
Bucky hummed quietly, the familiar melody of an old lullaby drifting into the air. It was a song his mother used to sing to him when he was no older than his sweet little girl was now. The words came softly, almost whispered, as if they were sacredâmeant only for his daughter.
âDarling, you're my bloodYou have my heartbeatYou have my heartbeat, beating loud,â
His voice was gruff, yet softened by emotion as he sang, the gentle rocking lulling his daughter further into her peaceful slumber. His fingers brushed through her soft, downy hair as he looked down at her with nothing short of awe. How had he, of all people, gotten so lucky?
He had been through so much darkness in his lifeâseen and done things he would never be able to forgetâbut here, in this quiet moment, everything seemed to fade away. The world outside could wait. Right now, his whole universe was cradled in his arms, and for the first time in a long time, Bucky Barnes felt at peace.
Unbeknownst to him, you stood at the door, your heart swelling at the sight before you. You had come to check on them both, worried that Bucky might need help with the baby. But when you saw him there, rocking your little girl and singing so sweetly, you couldnât bring yourself to interrupt.
A soft smile tugged at your lips as you leaned against the doorframe, content to watch the love of your life in this vulnerable, beautiful moment.Â
Bucky was a natural, even if he didnât believe it. You had seen the worry in his eyes when you first brought your daughter homeâthe fear that he wouldnât be good enough, that he wouldnât know what to do. But here he was, proving himself wrong in the most heart-melting way possible.
The lullaby continued, each note filled with so much love it made your eyes mist over.
"You are my lighthouseA peak of light from the dark cloudsI've lived under my whole life. . .And there's nothing I won't do for you."
Buckyâs voice cracked just a little on the last line, overcome with emotion as he gazed down at his daughter and carefully wiped his tears away.Â
She had his eyesâbright and full of wonder, even when they were closed in slumber. He couldnât help but trace the delicate features of her face with his gaze, committing every tiny detail to memory.
Finally, you couldnât resist any longer. You stepped into the room quietly, not wanting to startle him. Bucky looked up, surprise flickering across his face when he saw you standing there. His expression softened when he realised you had been watching him.
âHow long have you been standing there?â he asked, his voice low so as not to wake the baby.
âLong enough,â you replied, your smile widening as you walked over to him.
Bucky blushed, a sheepish grin tugging at his lips. âIâm not exactly a professional.â
âI beg to differ, I think youâre the best dad in the world.â you whispered, leaning down to press a soft kiss to his temple.Â
Buckyâs heart swelled at your words. He never imagined he would be hereâsitting in a nursery, holding his newborn daughter while the love of his life stood beside him, calling him the best dad in the world. It still felt like a dream.
âSheâs so small,â he murmured, looking back down at the baby. âSo fragile. I didnât thinkâŚI didnât think I could love someone I barely knew this much.â
Your hand gently rested on his shoulder as you gazed down at your daughter. âYouâve got a big heart, James. I always knew youâd be amazing as a father.â
He glanced up at you, eyes soft and full of affection. âYouâre the amazing one.â
You reached out to gently stroke the babyâs cheek, and Bucky leaned into your touch, feeling more complete than he ever thought possible.
âI never thought Iâd have this,â he admitted after a long silence, his voice barely above a whisper. âA family. A reason to feelâŚwhole again.â
You knelt down beside him, resting your head against his shoulder. âYou deserve it, Bucky. You deserve all the happiness in the world.â
Bucky kissed the top of youe head, holding you close as he continued to rock your daughter. The world outside could be chaotic and unforgiving, but in this room, in this moment, everything was perfect.

Baby at six months
The house was peaceful, the late afternoon sun casting a warm glow through the windows. You were out running errands, leaving Bucky home with their now six-month-old daughter, who was currently kicking her chubby little legs and babbling on her playmat. Her eyes sparkled with curiosity as she reached for her favorite stuffed bear, the one Bucky had given her the day she was born.
Bucky sat beside her, legs crossed, watching her every move like she was the most fascinating thing on the planet. He leaned down, his voice dropping to a playful whisper.Â
âYou know, blossom,â he began, glancing over his shoulder dramatically as if checking to make sure Y/N wasnât around. âYour mom thinks sheâs the boss.â
Their daughter let out a high-pitched squeal, and Bucky grinned.Â
âRight? Can you believe it?â he continued, keeping his voice low as if sharing the biggest secret in the world. âShe thinks sheâs in charge around here. But between you and me, we know the truth.â
His little girl giggled again, her tiny hands grasping at the air as if she was agreeing with him.
âSee, you and I?â Bucky said, tapping his finger gently on her nose, âWeâre a team. We know how to get things done. I mean, just look at usâsurviving nap time, figuring out how to stack those weird little ring toys, and we donât even need to look at the instructions. Meanwhile, your mom still thinks I canât fold laundry properly.â
He paused for dramatic effect, raising his brows. âCan you believe that? Laundry. I fought in World War II, and sheâs worried Iâll mess up the towels.â
His daughter let out a delighted shriek, her little legs kicking excitedly. Bucky reached over and tickled her belly gently, making her burst into even more giggles.
âOh, yeah, I know you think itâs funny,â Bucky chuckled. âBut trust me, your momâs got some pretty high laundry standards. I tried to fold one towel, just one, and she came over with this look like Iâd committed a crime. 'Bucky, thatâs not how you fold them!' she said. And Iâm standing there like, âItâs a towel, not a top-secret mission.ââ
He leaned in closer, as if telling her something top-secret. âShe doesnât know this, but I mightâve folded them wrong on purpose so I wouldnât have to do it anymore.â
His daughter cooed, her tiny hand reaching out to grab his finger, which she promptly brought to her mouth to chew on. Bucky let her, his heart melting at the sight. She was his little sidekick, always hanging on his every word, even if she didnât fully understand yet.
âAnd donât even get me started on the bedtime routine,â Bucky continued, shaking his head in mock exasperation. âYour momâs got this whole planâbath, story, lights out. Meanwhile, you and me? Weâve got a better plan. We chill, we rock, maybe sing a little. You get all cozy, and bamâout like a light.â
âBababababa,â His daughter babbled something back at him, her little voice full of enthusiasm, and Bucky nodded seriously.Â
âExactly. Thatâs what Iâve been saying. Weâve got this figured out.â
He scooped her up from the mat and held her close, her head resting comfortably against his chest as he walked them over to the couch. He sat down, cradling her in his arms, and continued his lighthearted rant.
âAnd the thing is, sheâs always right, which drives me crazy. Like, the other day, she told me you were gonna try to crawl soon. I thought, âNah, sheâs too young.â But then what happens? Two days later, youâre scooting around like youâve got places to be. I swear, your momâs a psychic or something.â
Bucky gazed down at his daughter, who was now looking up at him with those wide blue eyes that never failed to melt his heart. She let out a happy gurgle, and Bucky chuckled softly, leaning down to press a kiss to her forehead.
âYou know Iâm just kidding, right? Your momâs the best. She takes care of both of us.â He sighed, feeling a rush of affection as he thought about Y/N. âDonât tell her, but Iâm pretty lucky to have her. She keeps me in line.â
Just then, the sound of the front door opening echoed through the house, and Buckyâs head shot up in mock panic.
âUh-oh,â he whispered to his daughter, his eyes wide with exaggerated worry. âThe boss is back. Donât say anything.â
You appeared in the doorway, raising an eyebrow as you saw Bucky and the baby cozied up on the couch. âWhat are you two up to?â you asked, a knowing smile on your lips.
Bucky gave you his most innocent look, bouncing your daughter gently in his arms. âOh, nothing. Just hanging out with my best girl here. Right, darling?â
The baby let out a little squeal, clearly delighted by the attention.
âMmhmm,â You said, stepping closer and giving Bucky a playful look. âYou havenât been filling her head with nonsense, have you?â
âMe? Never,â Bucky replied, trying to keep a straight face. âWe were just talking about how great you are. Isnât that right, kiddo?â
Bianca, oblivious to the conversation, giggled and reached for you, and took her from Buckyâs arms and gave her a kiss on the cheek.
âWell, if she grows up thinking sheâs in charge, Iâll know who to blame,â You teased, casting a glance at Bucky.
He grinned, leaning back on the couch. âHey, sheâs gotta learn from the best.â
You smiled, shaking your head in mock defeat. âYouâre lucky she likes you so much.â
Bucky stood and wrapped his arms around you, resting his chin on your shoulder as you both looked down at your little girl, now happily nestled between you. âIâm lucky to have both of you,â he murmured softly, kissing the side of your head.
And in that moment, with his two favorite girls in his arms, Bucky couldnât imagine a better kind of luck.

TUMBLR IS BASED ON A REBLOG SYSTEM. PLEASE REBLOG MY WORK. THANK YOU. ENJOY. SMUT BELOW THE CUT.
¨And you know what I hate most of all that shit he put me through?, He-¨
¨Can you please stop talking about Dick Y/N? It's been MONTHS, damn it! almost a year! You're driving me nuts! I'm not even Dick's ex, or friend and I already hate him as much as you do. So let's move on.¨
¨You don't understand, I was a good girlfriend! Shit! I even became a hero for him! Now look where we are.¨
Harley laughs at your remark of how the tables have turned.
Both of you were sitting at the top of a building eating some ice-cream, which Harley insisted on steal from a random kid on the street, after robbing some random store she liked a collar from, you were now looking at how police officers where trying to look for a culpable of this crime.
It's been 11 months and 5 days since Dick broke up with you. You couldn't AND still don't understand why he did it, both of you were fine one day and the next one he decided, 'oh how could I destroy the woman of my dreams heart?, I know how! What if I tell her I don't need her anymore in my life and she's useless! then some months later fuck some fire princess and act like i'm a new person with this new suit and name! oh! also, re-do the titans! when my ex helped me do the og ones, helped when the fell apart but she's useless anyways!'
To say you weren't deep down for him, would be a lie. You don't know how he could keep laughing everyday knowing how his little trauma ass dumped you like trash. Well, if you're being honest he doesn't have a small ass, but that doesn't matter.
¨Aw, I want more ice-cream¨ Coming back to earth after some deep thoughts, Harley grabbed you by the wrists in order to change up and start looking some restaurant for dinner.
After changing clothes and Harley talking about how obsessed she´s with the Joker, you couldn't quite blame her, both of you were finally walking on the street, laughing at some random inside joke both of you had.
¨Huh.¨ Your phone started ringing and you could swear if it wasn't cold enough to freeze you up, the call was. ¨Who is it?¨ Harley asked, sneaking through your shoulder.
¨OH! Donna?, the cute girl you talked about?¨
¨Shhh, let me attend this call... Hello? Donna?¨
¨Y/N, um- hello! How are you? It's been what? one year since we don't talk?¨ ¨I'm... fine. How about you?¨
You were quite confused for this call, on the outside you're calm, but inside, you're freaking out.
¨I'm good, it's nice to hear you're doing fine!¨ ¨Thank you Donna, but I know you just don't call to ask how i'm doing, what's wrong?¨ ¨Oh well, you quite know me well Y/N, i'm sorry it seemed that way, but you're like the only person I know who could help us with some medical issues, you know? So I wanted to ask you if you could come and help us to deal with Conner, and maybe stay some days...? i'll explain you who he is and all of that later.¨ ¨Donna, you know i'm not longer on the me-¨
Harley pinched you in the arm, trying to talk but you were faster. ¨Ow Harley! Stop it!¨ You told your best friend in a whisper so Donna couldn't hear the both of you, also covering the microphone of your phone, for... extra precautions.
¨You don't understand! This is an awesome opportunity! You're going undercover in the titans tower! Imagine how crazy Jack (Jocker) would be! Say yes!¨
Thinking it for a few seconds, she was right, you could get some important information from them, it was indeed, an awesome plan.
¨Who knows, you might also see bird-boy again!¨ She said raising her eyebrows in a teasing way making you roll your eyes.
¨Y/N? Are you still there?¨
¨Yes, when do you need me to be there?¨
¨Erm... now if it's possible¨
You were now unpacking your suitcase, Donna told you to pack for at least a month, isn't that incredible?
You haven't come across any of the other titans, beside, Donna, Dawn, Gar, Rachel, Jason and Rose... Quite interesting team.
You didn't introduced well to the kids since you were in a hurry to enter your temporary room and not ran into someone else...
While you were unpacking your old tools Wayne gave you while you were their medical support 'hero' maybe also because you were a med student, you still helped with fights, bruises and hits.
You found the 'special' bandages you had for Dick, since the 'normal ones weren't soft enough for his bruises' a small smile appeared on your face at those old memories.
Now unpacking your clothes, you found three special lingerie underwear with a note from Harley:
'Just in case you have some fun ;)
xx Harley~'
The note made you roll your eyes but you couldn't deny it brighten your mood, throwing away the not and putting aside the 'Harley present', you continued unpacking your clothes, you brought in a separate case for your suit, just in case.
¨Y/N! Can you come here?¨
¨Coming!¨ maybe you could order the clothes other time.
When you entered the living room, the kids were no longer there, except Jason.
They started explaining you what happened between Deathstroke and what they know about Conner, you were paying attention to know what you're dealing with, you haven't even realize Dick came in sight until Dawn mentioned it.
But Dick didn't came alone, he was next fire princess which you couldn't care less to investigate her name when you found out about Dick meeting her.
¨Oh Dick! We brought Y/N so she could help us with Conner, since we don't have anyone else who knows about this weird medical stuff.¨ They know what happened between you two, and they still decided to ask for your help knowing he's going to be here.
You stood up from the sofa, eyes locking with his, you couldn't longer see the coldness in his eyes, but there wasn't warm either, you couldn't quite decipher what he's feeling.
¨Kory¨ She gave you her hand at which you responded with your name and doing the same. You locked eyes with her for a brief moment, a small smirk appeared in your face but disappeared once the greeting finished.
¨Y/N.¨ You locked eyes with him, a tension only the two of you could feel. You were different, much prettier, you lose some weight too, blame it on the break-up depression, but you were shining.
¨Grayson.¨ Hearing you say his last name instead of his name he could feel a small part of him getting shattered inside him, you changed.
After checking on Conner and taking some notes, it was finally night time, you were eating some cereal, knowing more about Gar and Rachel, Kory, Dawn, Donna and Robin were dressed up with their suits.
¨We have some issues to deal tonight with another troublemaker, nothing serious though, just a one night problem.¨ Dick announced while getting ready to go out.
¨Y/N, you should come! Maybe warm out a little like the old times." Dawn invited you, how nice of her, only if she knew you were also a troublemaker.
¨No thank you, i'm only here for medical support.¨ You gave her a small smile and said your goonights.
Some knocking in your door woke you up, it only passes one hour since you went asleep and they're already annoying you, first day!
¨Y/N? Are you awake?¨ You heard Dawn saying though the door.
¨Mmh¨ You replied.
¨We need you, it's Dick.¨
Even more annoying.
You walked next Dawn through the halls until you finally came into Dick´s room. Inside they were Donna and Kory, clearly concerned about his well being.
His behavior seemed, weird, there wasnât any bruises or cuts, not even blood. He was just twisting in pain on his bed. You stepped closer to him, and got your hand on top of his forehead at which he only whined, that scared you, since it sounded more like a moan than a whine. He was hot, sweating and moving a lot.
You had your suspicions what this could be, but you needed to confirm it, this can't be real.
¨Can you please... tell me with which villain you fought with?¨
¨Ivy¨ Donna said.
Shit.
¨I need to make a call¨ you quickly said running out of the room.
¨Surprise, surprise!¨ Harley said in her taunting tone. ¨Oh my god Harley, I can't believe you.¨ ¨Well, you know a girl needs to help her best friend, so... I called another friend and voilà !¨ ¨What am I supposed to do? I don't have the fucking cure for sex pollen Harley! I owe you one, can't believe Ivy did this for me.¨ ¨You just said it, sex. C´mon Y/N!, it's your moment to play with him! He had you like a sad girl, why don't turn her into a mad girl? Make him cry for you. Break his heart like he did with you.
You ended the call, and just in time, Kory came. ¨Y/N, we need you Dick keeps talking about you and rambling about some stupid things.¨ You could sense a strange behavior from her, like if she just discovered something big.
Watching Dick twisting in pain and saying your name in just some black briefs felt good. You can't lie to yourself Harley was right.
¨It's sex pollen¨ You admitted.
¨And what's the cure? Do you have it? That's why you made the call?¨ Donna asked.
¨No, the only cure for it it's well... sex. The pollen might last for at-least 3 days or even a week, symptoms are well... extremely high sex-drive, dehydration, high temperatures, and... I think that's all.¨
Donna chuckled at what happened to Dick, ¨Let's go girls, let's leave this to Kory.¨ Dawn just laughed at a very shocked and blushed Kory, ¨Don't be like that Donna, Kory and Dick haven't confirmed anything yet.¨ You felt your jaw clenching, but decided to act calm, and when all of you were almost leaving, you were stopped.
¨No. I want her.¨ Dick said, pointing towards you. All of you stayed quiet at the sudden confession. You were shocked to say at least, blood rushing to your cheeks, you were about to leave that damn room until you remembered what Harley said.
Cry for me.
Donna grabbed your shoulder, looking at you. ¨You don't have to do this if you're uncomfortable.¨
¨No. It's okay, i'm in.¨
After mentally preparing yourself, bringing some water bottles into the room, they left you alone with him.
You sat next to him on his bed, memories came back flying around the both of you.
¨Look, I know that-¨ He completely cut you off when he started kissing you, making you lay down on the bed, you left a small moan when he broke the kiss for a moment.¨Oh my god, you don't know how much I wanted to kiss you again.¨
Did he missed you? Every question that came to your mind was easily erased when he started kissing and sucking your neck while unbuckling your jeans and taking them down with your underwear, he pulled apart to admire the bruises he left, he grabbed your panties and threw them to his nightstand.
He started kissing your thighs, making small pauses on each to make sure he's marking you as his again. Every time he went higher until he gave a small peck on your clit. ¨I can't wait to taste you sweetheart.¨ There it is... the nickname.
He got your legs over his shoulders and gave a testing long lick on your pussy, teasing your hole. At which he started sucking your clit once he heard the high pitched moan you did when he teases your hole.
His started spelling his name with his tongue on your pussy at which it only made you hornier, suddenly he inserted his index finger inside you. Dick sped up, fingers now flicking in and out of you at light speed, nose pressed into your clit, and before you knew it you were cumming, shuddering on his mouth, crying out his name. Quickly he took all the remaining clothes from you and him, now both of you completely naked for each-other.
He was rock hard. No, scratch that, his cock looked like it was made of fucking ruby. Red and painful and already half-soaked with pre-cum.
He pressed your legs impossibly closer to your torso, moving down to meet your eyes, until you were folded in half beneath him, legs on his shoulders, putting you into aâ
Oh.Â
Oh.Â
This was going to be a long night.
He fell on his forearms, and you wondered how much more you could take- He laced his fingers on top of your head, thumbs on your forehead, holding you still. He mumbled out another gonna make you feel sâ good before pounding you in earnest, practically bouncing you both on his mattress. His balls smacked against your ass, and the feeling was so damn satisfying that he just had to go harder. You would sport matching bruises tomorrow, his hips on your ass. You pushed out moans in time with his unforgiving pace, a metronome playing the beat to which his sanity danced away from him.Â
âMore?â He sounded fucking pathetic, like he was asking himself that, his voice octaves higher than it usually was, but he didnât care. âMore, you little slut? That what you want? You want more?â
âIâll give you more,â he babbled, âMore, baby, give you more give you everythinâ gonna fuck you so hard you wonât walk for weeks.â
Heâs not too worried about hurting youâyouâre already so wetâmore that heâs afraid heâll cum the second he starts moving again. Out of his previous partners, he doesnât think any of them have felt this good around him.
âPlease-â a strand of incomprehensible begs and pleads leaves his mouth when he starts thrusting into you again.
¨Shit- how are you even tighter huh? You've been keeping this tight pussy just for me?¨ He's a whiny mess, small kisses every time he cans, praises here and there.
âMmm yes please yes please yesyesyesssââ was all you could manage. He laughed at you, breathless, and you wondered how he could keep up this pace and still rattle off incredibly filthy little comments, looking right in your eyes.Â
âYouâd like that? Yeah? Gonâ look so pretty, little baby, so pretty full of my child, yeah? All round and glowing and heavy with me. All of âem will look at you and see me, all me, see that I did that. You want that? You want that you want thatââ
He leans forward to coo praise into your ear, gently nipping at your earlobe. Goosebumps raise along your exposed flesh. The sound of skin slapping on skin echoes through the stairwell. Sometime during this his teeth find the soft muscle of your neck, leaving a crescent shape mark thatâll certainly bruise in the morning.
You're pretty sure everyone on this tower have heard the both of you fucking like rabbits by now, but knowing this was going to follow him his whole life, with the memories of him fucking you every way possible just so you could leave him, it's all you need to don't care about that.
The first time he cums, he doesnât even realize he has. He shudders. It felt goodâa bit too goodâbut nothing out of the ordinary. It makes him do a double take. His cock doesnât even go soft. Drips of cum run down your thighs, pooling on the bed-sheets beneath you.
His thumb traces circles around your clit, moving in erratic, uneven motions. Dick leans back down for another kiss. You can taste yourself on him, though itâs not entirely unpleasant. Your arms wrap around his neck, holding him to your chest. The two of you can only fuck and cum until youâre too exhausted to continue. Youâve never felt so full. The thought of using protection crossed your mind onceâand only for a momentâthe pollen leaving you too desperate to care.
Second day and he wouldn't give you a break to nap for a minute.
His body curved and bowed, hips pressed hard against you, arms below your body and hands gripping your shoulders. âMmm fuck baby,â Dick muttered into your mouth, your moans coming out of you almost breathless. âYeah, yeahyeahyeah milk me fucking milk my cock gonna cum in you fuck a baby, my baby into you and youâre gonna fucking take it take it nnngh ââ
He buried his face into your neck, teeth latching on to skin, biting down to draw blood, a choked groan as he came, really came, his balls squeezing painfully, a deep ache in his gut, indescribable tingles all along his cock, his spine, down to the soles of his feet.
Third day, and you started getting him where you wanted it.
âSensitive,â you hissed, âSensitive, Dick, you insatiableââ
âInsatiable is right,â he said to you, eyes wide, still looking like you just told him the Earth was flat. He towered over you, kneeling now, and with horror and a bit of something else you felt how hard he still was.Â
¨I missed you so much, the biggest mistake of my life was leaving you.¨
Fourth day he started getting sensitive but that didn't stopped him, and he was a little more languid, strokes slow and smooth, his thighs shaking just a bit as exhaustion started to settle in. His cum was spreading in a pool on the sheets now, and you couldnât bring yourselves to be even a little disgusted. He loved it. He loved so much how it felt that tears dropped from his eyes every-time he felt that electric shock come to him when he was about to come. He was crying for you.
Last day. Fifth day. Barely even thrusting anymore, just a slow grind of his hips, the friction and the pressure and the raw sensation squeezing out what could have been an orgasm if only both of you were awake enough to feel it.
When you both woke up the next day, he was staring at you, straddling your hair, and that's when you knew it.
¨Good morning sweetheart.¨
You just answered with a small ¨hey¨
¨I never through of seeing you laying next to me again, it felt like home. I'm sorry I did that to you, you don't know how much I regret it, please, give me a second chance.¨
Bingo.
Without saying a word, you grabbed some shirt of his, long enough to cover yourself and went back to your room, stumbling and shaking someway you made it. You changed yourself, taking a minute to observe how he marked you, it was time.
You went back to his room, already changed, you gave him a smile and sat on the bed with him, with no emotion behind your eyes, it was your time.
¨You were ready to leave me for her.¨ Confusion, first stage he made you go through.
¨I was doing fine, really, but then you walked again into my life again and fucked me up.¨ Sadness and lies. Second stage.
¨You think this will make me stay?¨ You signaled the both of you. ¨You think with just some stupid sex to heal you is enough of an apology?¨ A laugh escaped your mouth. ¨You thought this was real?¨
¨You know for a fucking fact this wasn't supposed to happen.¨ You got your hand on top of his, faking a caring smile looking at him.
¨When friends of yours make jokes about how you always leave them, you think it's funny, but it's not. That hurts a lot, actually.¨
You got up from the bed and stepped closer to the door, you paused for a second and turned around to see a hurt Dick naked on the bed with just some blanket covering him.
¨And Dick... Of course I still love you, if it wasn't for me, I would go crying and throwing myself into your arms again.¨
¨You still can.¨ He tried.
¨No.¨ You chuckled. ¨I won't let myself get hurt again. Our love isn't worth the fight. Goodbye Dick Grayson.¨

141 x POC!GN Intelligence Operative - Thanks for the help Author's Notes: here's the second one of the four. also sincere question, did this make sense? Warnings: MDNI, Racism (not Ghost tho), Angst
Did Ghost feel bad for screwing Gaz over? Of course not. All's fair in love and war. Did it hurt seeing you so downtrodden the next few days? Absolutely.
He doesn't like how you would walk onto base, worried about your position on this team. But he has to stay strong. For the sake of the task force, Ghost and the rest of the team have to suppress their feelings. Losing you would be too great of a loss.
Thatâs why he keeps his distance. He canât be tempted if he stays away. But that didnât mean he couldnât indulge a bit if you went looking for him first.
Deep in his paperwork, Ghost is interrupted by light knocking. He looks up, and to his surprise, you are standing at his door.
âWhat do you want?â he barks. He didnât mean for it to come out so harsh but he could see Price behind you in the hall on his phone. Not wanting to risk any misunderstandings, Ghost kept his persona on.
You step back a bit before entering. âIâm so sorry to bother you, but I was hoping you can help me with something, if itâs not an inconvenience, of course. And I completely understand if you canât. Iâm perfectly capable ofââ
âAsk and we can see.â Clearly you were rambling because of your nerves. Nerves that you never had when you were around Ghost before.
âI'm doing an intel overview with the rookies at 14:00 today and they have a tendency to question authority. Wanted to see if you're free to have my back in there?â The authority they questioned was really just yours as a lot of the rookies saw you as a diversity hire. You kept this to yourself as you didn't want to come off as difficult to work with. And thankfully, Ghost never asked whenever you asked him for help with the rookies. So you were hoping that he was still willing to help you.
Seeing this as an opportunity to be your hero, Ghost agrees. He wanted to show you that despite everything, you can always count on him. He canât help but feel some glee when you throw him a smile as you leave, something he hadnât seen in awhile. However, any joy Ghost felt evaporates as Price walks in.
"Need something cap?" he asks. He knew Price was up to something as a small smirk sat on his captain's face.
"Just wanted to let you know that I'm about to leave for my check-up. Gaz and Soap are off base today, so you're in charge," he informs. Ghost squints his eyes. There's no way that was all he wanted to say. And right he was as Price whips back around.
"Shit. Just remembered. I have a meeting with some captain today at 2pm. Cover for me, will you?"
Ghost's eyes bulge out. He can't. You need him at 2.
"Don't worry. It's a short meeting. It'll be over before you know it," he reassures. And before Ghost has a chance to rebuttal, Price leaves, leaving him with no choice but to follow orders. He considers texting you, but decides against it. He didn't want to let you down and besides, if Price said it was a short meeting, then it should be a short meeting. When has Price every led him astray?
Now actually as the clock read 2:55 and Ghost was still in his office, talking to this random captain. He knew he should have texted you. As the captain kept talking about some possible collaboration between the 141 and his team, Ghost stares at the clock, hoping, pleading that you were fine.
By 3pm, you accept that Ghost wasn't coming. Despite your efforts, the rookies keep talking over you, questioning your work. The longer it went, the tighter your throat got. Right now, you need support, you need back up, you need Ghost. Your Ghost. The one that would always have your back. The one that saw you as his teammate. The one that still saw you as his teammate.
Instead, you had the Ghost that couldn't even send you a text. Realizing these rookies weren't going to listen, you call it quits and end the meeting early.
By 3:47pm, Ghost finally frees up. If he was lucky, maybe you were still in your meeting. But to his dismay, as he walks out to the hall, he sees Price standing at your door. As he gets closer, he hears Price's annoyed and your tired tone.
"What do you mean you couldn't finish the meeting?" scolds Price. You stand at your desk, clearly exhausted.
"Like I said, the rookies weren't paying attention so--"
"So? It's your job to get their attention."
"I understand that, but--"
"I don't think you do actually," Price says, letting out an exasperated breath. He turns around and notices Ghost coming up behind.
"Ghost, just the man I wanted to see," he announces. Ghost stills, confused by the sudden change in Price's attitude. "I saw you took my 14:00 instead of cancelling it. Thanks for the help," he said while clapping a hand on his shoulder.
This motherfucker! Price just played him. Ghost shifts his gaze to you and sees you looking at him in disbelief. In your mind, Ghost had purposely abandoned you.
Turning his attention back to you, Price hits the final nail on Ghost's coffin. "You should try to be more like Ghost here. He knows how to be a real team player." You just nod.
Ghost doesn't miss the way your eyes go completely blank.

my caffeine mix-up! pt. ii
contents ๨ৠâ hawks x fem reader. fluff. slightly suggestive. you accidentally pick up the number two heroâs coffee so picks you up instead. | part i
note: fukuoka is the canon location of hawks hero agency
You stare at the text for what embarrassingly feels like at least the tenth time this hour.
pick you up at 8 ;)
Was sent mere moments ago from the contact Hawks, that had several hearts next to his name that you donât remember him putting, saved in your phone after he dropped you off at work this morning.
Nearly giving your coworkers who just so happened to be looking out the windows at the time synchronized heart attacks in their cubicles, which wouldâve been very hard to explain to your boss.
Who, thank All Might, was not here today.
But the millisecond you walked out of the elevator onto your floor, their nosy natures quickly won over their states of disbelief.
Desperate for the juicy details, nothing could stop them from swarming you like a group of hungry piranhas, and youâre flooded with a sea of questions youâre simply at a loss for how to answer.
âHow did you meet him?â âSo whenâs the wedding?â âWere you rescued in a villain attack that wasnât on the news yet?â âOh my god, did you twoâ?â
âGuys!â You cut them off with a frantic wave of your hands, you did not need to hear the end of that sentence. âWe just happened to meet. I, uh.â
Your coworkers look at you with expectant eyes, eagerly waiting to hear your no doubt heart-racing meet-cute story with the hero so popular, that when the paparazzi got a picture of him sipping kombucha tea, the drink went out of stock in stores nationwide faster than you could even say its name.
âI accidentally took his coffee order.â
You cringe a bit as you finish, and youâre met with the most comically shocked faces youâve ever seen in your entire life.
âYou WHAT!?â
âDamn I literally just tweeted âmy coworker stole Hawksâs coffeeâ and it already has a hundred reposts.â
âOh honey, youâre lucky our boss is out sick today. Heâd fire you for that.â
âYeah, Hawks is his all-time favorite on the charts since All Might.â
You groan. âI know! He was so nice about it too, I still feel bad.â
âYou should be.â
All your coworkers simultaneously glare at your companyâs front desk receptionist that somehow snuck up to your floor, who for some reason takes that as a signal to continue.
âI could never be illiterate enough to take his order if I was in that coffee shop.â
âNo one cares, Janet,â everyone says in deadpanned unison.
Janet huffs and turns to leave, but not before pointedly throwing another withering look at you.
She never did like you ever since you politely corrected her grammar in that passive aggressive email she sent when you were a new hire.
Not illiterate your ass.
Throughout the day, you answer more emails, calls, and print papers in a daze.
When you go to forward an email, all you can think about is how his strong arms felt on your waist. When you go retrieve ink to refill the printer, all you can think about is his gentle yet firm grip that he had on your thighs.
This could not be healthy.
But what if it was? Youâve never been touched so intimately, so softly before, like you were something precious, even in your fleeting experiences with relationships.
No oneâs made you feel this safe like he does from just being in their presence.
But you blame that on him being a hero. He was probably trained on how to calm civilians down, especially during rescues.
You donât really think that applied to people who stole his coffee, but maybe that was just you trying to feel special.
With a shake of your head, you straighten yourself in your chair. You had to get it together.
No more thoughts of Hawks on company time until itâs time to clock out!
But it seems like the winged flirt had other plans.

You freeze when you see the notification pop up, mid-bite through the food that you picked up from your favorite aesthetically pleasing cafe for lunch.
With a mouthful of sandwich, you click on the message to text back, when suddenly the realization hits you.
You had no idea what to wear for the date.
Oh my god, what were you even supposed to wear? Was there some kind of etiquette for this?
I mean, itâs not like heâs taking you to the Hero Gala. Itâs just a higher end homey sushi and ramen place, but still.
Pinterest probably didnât have âcute date outfit ideas for going out with the freaking number two heroâ in their search results.
In your mind, you nervously run through different casual but still elegant clothes to wear. Maybe that nice blouse you had been saving, the one with the ruffles on the sleeves? You bite the inside of your cheek. No, maybe your classy sleeveless turtleneck midi dress instead?
Ugh, but youâve already worn it out too many times last month. Not to mention the current ninety degree weather would cook you alive in that.
You pray that the paparazzi wouldnât dare to stalk you on your date, but imagine if they did and took a picture of you two?
Caption: Hawks takes girl that never wears anything else out on date.
Even worse, caption: Hawks seen taking girl that canât dress if her life depended on it out on date.
Nope, not on your watch.
The further you brainstormed, the more each piece of your wardrobe seemed less and less fitting to wear for such an occasion.
An idea pops into your head.
What was Hawksâs favorite color? You could base an outfit off of that instead.
Thinking about it, it was probably red. Hell, if you had pretty crimson wings like him youâd forget every other color in the rainbow.
Should you text him and ask?
After a little mental wrestling yourself, you muster up all the courage you could possibly have on a Monday afternoon.

After an eventful day at work, youâre turned around, glancing at your back in the mirror.
Even though the scarlet dress that falls just below your knees hugs your figure in all the right places, you still feel a little self-conscious in it.
You honestly havenât touched it since you bought it at the mall with a friend, who insisted that red was your color even when you had wrinkled your nose.
But as you admire the smooth, soft fabric of it now, you canât help but be reminded of a certain someoneâs beautiful wings.
You think you were really starting to warm up to the color.
A spritz of your favorite perfume and slight touch up of your makeup later, you hear a knock on the door to your balcony.
That must be him!
You excitedly unlock the sliding glass, and youâre finally greeted with the sight of Hawksâs signature grin that you missed all day.
âHey, pretty girl.â
âHi,â you say back, a bit breathlessly.
As if you were the one who flew all across the city just to see him.
He takes the moment to look you up and down, not in a hungry, lustful way like youâre used to when youâre around other men, even when youâre not exposing much skin.
Hawks admires you.
Like youâre a statue of a goddess, made of the most pristine marble. Like youâre a beautiful cherry blossom tree at peak bloom, with the wind serenading your soft pink petals.
Like youâre something so divinely beautiful and enchanting, you deserve to be revered.
âWow.â Hawks opens his mouth, but no other sound comes out. The bouquet heâs hiding behind his back for you goes limp in his hand.
For a man who never runs out of words to say, heâs been rendered speechless.
Thereâs a tingle of anxiety at your neck and youâre suddenly a little nervous. âHowâHow do I look?â
Hawks takes a deep breath, and finally speaks.
âYou look absolutely, astoundingly gorgeous.â
Hawksâs lips curve upwards softly when you visibly melt, his touch sweeter than the caramel of his eyes as a hand tips your chin up to meet his warm gaze that the summer heat had nothing on.Â
âAnd thatâs the least interesting about you.â
âââââââââ
âThis is really good.â
Is what you ultimately decide when youâre on the fourth piece of the unagi roll you ordered.
Hawks grins, you looked cute with your cheeks puffed up like that. âIsnât it? I knew youâd like it.â
You nod while covering your mouth, chewing slowly to savor the delectable taste of the sushi. âIâm literally going to gatekeep this place so hard.â
âGood.â He reaches across the table for your hand with an amused laugh. âIt can just be our little spot, then.â
You softly smile back at him.
âOur little spot.â
At that moment, the waiter comes over with Hawksâs shoyu ramen. âEnjoy!â
âThanks!â Hawks beams at him, then turns his attention to the bowl in front of him.
Then a slight frown appears on his face.
You tilt your head. âWhatâs wrong?â
His worried eyes meet yours.
âYou sure just sushi is enough? You can always order something else, itâs on me.â
âOh no itâs okay!â You wave a hand. âIâm not really that hungryââ
âI donât believe you.â A hint of a teasing smile plays on his lips. âCould hear your tummy growling a bit earlier.â
âYou heard that?â You whine. How embarrassing.
âAll the more reason to share my ramen with me.â
Your eyes widen. âYou want me to?â
âI do.â Hawks stubbornly says, picking up his chopsticks to grab noodles with them. He holds them up to your lips, a growing smirk on his handsome face.
âSay ahhh.â
Throwing a quick glance around the restaurant, your cheeks flame. âHawks!â
âWhat?â Heâs still wearing that casual, shit-eating grin. âItâs just us and a few other people here, câmon.â
You huff. âI can feed myself!â
âI know you can, birdie.â Hawks holds your gaze with piercing but warm eyes. âBut I want to do it.â
You fiddle with your own chopsticks, looking at anything but his eyes.
âPlease? Let me take care of you.â
Finally, you cave at his pleading expression.
âOkay.â
He feeds you, and youâre not still not sure why heâs so happy to do so, but you let him.
The owner of the sushi and ramen place laughs as he looks over at the booth you two had occupied a few hours before closing.
As always, thereâs a generously heavy tip left on the table and this time a new, small note.
thank you, boss :> weâll be back!! - h
âââââââââ
Itâs summer, again.
Keigo flies you back home in his arms after his patrol and your nine to five, and as you touch down on your balcony, the sky is starting to turn a brilliant gradient of orange, pink and purple as the sun begins to dip below the horizon.
His eyes are lidded as he pulls you closer to him by the waist on the couch.
âYou like when Iâm this close to you?â
In the privacy of your apartment with the only sound being the breeze from your air conditioning and the faint chirping of crickets outside, itâs like the both of you are in your own little world.
âYeah.â You sound muffled while hiding your burning face in his chest. âYou still make me nervous.â
âI make you nervous?â His low voice is lilting as he tilts his head, and pulls you even closer to him with a firm hand now on the small of your back.
Keigo smirks, drinking up the sound of your little gasp. âIâm gonna take that as a yes, little dove.â
You blink dreamily, disorientated by his warmth seeping through his sleeveless turtleneck and the feeling of his firm chest against yours. He was so cozy. âDove?â
âYeah. âCause they symbolize peace, and youâre my safe place.â Keigoâs eyes soften at the way you snuggle into him in response. He was yours too, your comfort person. âYouâre perfect, you know that?â
âMmm.â Youâre resting your head on his chest, listening to the sound of his heartbeat. âTell me again.â
âAs many times as you want.â He leans down to whisper in your ear.
âYouâre perfect.â
You let out a laugh, his breath was tickling your ear. âKei, whyâs your heart beating so fast when you say that?â
âMm.â He offers you a sly smile, hand tracing circles on the small of your back as you lay on top of him.
âGuess you just do something to me when weâre together, birdie.â
Your eyes start to feel heavy, and you hug him even tighter at that.
âIâm so glad I stole your shitty excuse of a coffee that day.â
And itâs when he laughs from deep within his chest that you know he is too.
â Courtship feeding is believed to function as ceremonial pair bonding. The male bird usually feeds their female mate, and the resulting nutritional boost contributes to more and healthier offspring.

Hot with brains
â˘WARNINGS: SMUT. Fingering (f receiving), oral fixation, dirty talk, praise kink and also degrading kink, corruption kink kinda??? Edging. Public space. The OC has a kink that attracts her to smart guys.
Pairing: ROTS!Anakin Skywalker x Female!reader.
Summary: Anakin falls for the librarian at the Jedi Temple, however, he soon realizes his adorable smile and golden curls wonât cut it with this one. No, she likes something different: brains.Â
Word count: 4.7K.Â
A/N: Pretty self-indulgent piece. I've been obsessed with Anakin's engineering brain ever since I got into Star Wars and this idea had be floating around for a whileeeee. Hope you all enjoy reading it, as much as I enjoyed writing it!
ââââââââââââââââââââââââ
You liked smart guys.Â
It wasnât a kink per sĂŠ. You just couldnât see yourself hooking up with someone with no brains, let alone establishing a committed relationship with them. You were swoon by guys with deep thoughts and admirable speech skills. The type of man that would go for a whisky instead of a beer, or use real shoes instead of plain sneakers.
You being a snob might have to do with your upbringing, after all you were the daughter of two scholars and professors of one of the most prestigious universities of Coruscant. You were raised to be logical and love intellectual conversations. You wouldnât- No. You couldnât see yourself enjoying a space with someone with a low IQ.
That was the reasoning behind taking the internship in the Jedi Templeâs library as part of your college voluntary program. You had to volunteer a certain amount of hours in order to graduate from your Journalism degree with honors.Â
You thought that even though this wasnât exactly the area in which you were specializing, you would soak up some of the ancient knowledge of the Order, even make some great connections for the future. And so far it has been just that: A great experience. You got to read some really cool books and in the hours where no one would come, you got to finish some school work. The Jedi who would visit the library were nice and kind, always polite with a big smile. You even grew really fond of a young Togruta padawan that would spend her breaks in between training devouring books.Â
It was calm and quiet.Â
Until the storm broke through the door.
âIs this the one youâre looking for?â You yelled to Ahsoka as you climbed down the stairs with the title she asked for.
âYes! Thank you, y/n!â She gave you a hug and ran to her table to start reading about the swamps in Dagobah.
You returned to your desk and kept registering the bookâs codes into the control sheet when a loud sound made you look to the door, the one that was violently being thrown to open room for a tall, curly-haired man with dark robes.
You would recognize those robes anywhere. In reality, anyone from any point of the galaxy would recognize them.
Anakin Skywalker.Â
One of the few exceptions of Jedi men who didnât live up to the sophisticated standard of the Orderâs image. And definitely someone you would prefer to stay away from. For some reason he was the favorite warrior of the people; the citizens would line up in front of the Temple to scream âHero with no fearâ to that pretentious douchebag.
He was fine.Â
As what most people would call courageous, you would say careless. To others he was passionate, to you he was irrational. Not to mention how idiotic and unsubordinated he was; always talking back and doing things his way, ignoring what the guidelines said.
You didnât like him. You didnât like him at all. For that you were thankful that he never set foot into your sacred place. Until that doomed day.
âCâmon, Snips.â He shouted, approaching the desk where she sat. âWe need to go. Council just called.â
âCan I have five more minutes? Iâve barely read anything about where we are going!â Ahsoka whined.
âYou donât need to read anything, we will find out anything thatâs necessary there.â He huffed, finding his apprenticeâs actions ridiculous.Â
You quietly sighed and rolled my eyes. Of course.
âFine⌠but y/n really took her time fetching it for me.â She exhaled annoyed and closed the book.Â
Your eyes remained glued to your task at hand, not willing to look up and be involved in some type of pending argument.
âWhoâs y/n?â Anakin scoffed rather loudly.
âY/n! The volunteer?â Anakin frowned at the short explanation and shook his head in a negative motion. âYou know, y/n! Câmon Skyguy, follow me.â
No, please no, you whispered to your insides.
âHey, y/n!â You heard Ahsokaâs little footsteps running to where you were.Â
âWhat can I do for you, Soka?â You answered, still pretending that you were too busy to move your head from its position.
âSkyguy hasnât met you. Here, Anakin, y/n. She helps us out here in the library.â
âAhsoka, weâre not supposed to be having social meetings, we need to go-â You finally gazed up and in that moment, Anakin and you made eye contact for the first time; it was intense. It felt like something clicked for him. âYou must be Y/n.â Anakin shook his head lightly, hinting a little smirk as leaned over your table with fixed eyes.Â
Hell, no.
âYes, I am. How may I help you?â You were bitter, totally unbothered by his chiseled cheekbones, or his gorgeous hair, or his plumped lips. Not even the scar had any effect whatsoever. He was an ass and that was automatically a turn off for you.Â
âIâm sorry I havenât met you. You must be new.â He explained with dreamy eyes, subtly checking you out. You cursed the moment you decided to come in today with a blouse who had a bit of a cleavage. âIâm Anakin. Anakin Skywalker.â
âActually, Iâve been here for almost two months now.â You suppressed the soul-eating need to roll your eyes.
âOh, really? Sorry, I donât come here much.â He leaned over even more, trying to keep eye contact even when you sat down.Â
âObviously.â You whispered on the low.
âExcuse me?â Anakin frowned, interrupting his beam to pout with confusion.
âNothing.â You smiled widely with a fake grin.Â
âOkayâŚâ His frown deepened before a smirk broke out his lips. âMaybe I will make it a habit and visit more often.â He shrugged his shoulders, tilting his head to the side, deciphering the effects of his statement on you.Â
âYou should.â You looked at him and gave him a side-smile, making his eyes sparkle. âBooks are good for you.â You returned to check the order of nabooian books on your computer.Â
âYeah, books are cool but there are other things I would much rather check out.â He smirked shamelessly at you, the back-handed comment flying way over his head.
You felt like gagging. Not the good kind.
Before you could come up with a clever response and shut him down for good, Ahsoka spoke from behind him.
âUgh, gross! Letâs go!â The kid dragged him out by his clothes and before he disappeared through the glass door, he winked at you.
That was the first time you have seen him. First of many, many more.Â
Since the day your paths crossed, he took every fleeting moment to come and âreadâ, when in reality it was just him eating, or drawing or doing anything but opening a book. Taking advantage of your breaks, or whenever you returned to your seat after doing rounds, he would come over and make conversation. About his battles, his accomplishments, his close-calls to death⌠or about random facts he collected from his missions and travels; Anything that would maybe impress you.
And when he wasnât doing that? He would drown you in compliments, to see if in fact, you soften up to him. Anakin was already aware of your no-so-secret disgust towards him the day he caught one of your eye rolls.
Did he care? No.Â
He was persistent: admiring your hair, loving the way you had styled it in a little bun (even though it was because the heat was eating you alive). He would ask about the tasks you were performing, sucking at pretending to be interested in hearing about organizing books in alphabetical order.Â
And it would have maybe worked; his good looks combined to his natural charisma were enough to make any mortal melt at his sight. You almost combust when you saw him carrying some wood boards into the library, the primal part of you rejoicing at the sight of his strong muscles stretching. The man was eye candy, whether you like it or not.
But, boy, were you tough.
Anakin Skywalker was not your cup of tea to say the least. You wouldnât collaborate in his attempts to get to know you. You were so uninterested in finding out more about him when you had already scanned him. Just a way-too-handsome-for-his-own-good guy who was lucky enough to be born as the Chosen One, because otherwise, he would have never made it in the Order. He was determined, you would give him that.Â
His approaches were never creepy or invasive enough to make you uncomfortable, only to drive you wild. Even when he was the worst part of your day, you had to keep the polite but distant charade going on, in order to protect your job. Your disgust towards him, instead of hurting him, amused him. He liked challenges and you were freaking Mission Impossible. Although he also saw the flaws in you: a pretentious prick girl who had probably achieved everything in her life thanks to nepotism. But he could see past that.
Because, boy, were you hot.Â
And he was sure you liked it nasty.Â
Underneath your goodie-two-shoes clothes hid the true you: he knew you loved being treated like a filthy slut.
âHello, y/n!â Ahsoka squealed in an excited voice. You two have grown to adore each other.Â
âHey, Soka!â You responded happily, finishing to put some encyclopedias on a shelf. When you turned around, you saw she wasnât alone. âOh⌠good afternoon, Anakin.â
âNice to see you too, y/n.â Anakin huffed in a sarcastic voice before strolling to where you were, Ahsoka following close behind. âIs that a new shirt? It suits you.â
âNo, itâs the same white button up shirt that Iâve always used.â You smiled and turned around to roll your eyes in peace. He was too busy devouring your bosom behind the fabric to ever notice the barrier between his eyes and your skin.
âY/n, do you think you could grab me a book about loreeks? Iâm doing a little presentation about them for my science class.â Ahsoka asked you with a sweet voice.
âOh sure⌠just let me look oveeeerâŚâ You walked, stretching the words as you searched in the countless sections. â...here. It must be on one of these shelves.â You announced when you entered the exotic animals aisle.Â
Digitating the code on your scanner you found out it was in one of the tallest shelves, only reachable with a ladder. Right when you were about to move it, Anakin came in.
âDonât worry, Y/n. Iâll get it.â And he used the Force to bring the book down. âHere you go Snips, study hard.â He nudged her head, annoying her.
âYeah, I guess⌠but itâs Friday. Can I read after I hang out with the other padawans? Barris and Meelo are going skating!â She gave her best puppy eyes, to which Anakin agreed, after giving it little to no thought.
âYou didnât have to give her the book, I could have done it.â You waited for Ahsoka to leave before dropping the bomb.Â
âEasy there, kitten. I was just helping out.â He furrowed his eyebrows. As if the unnecessary nickname wasnât enough to drive you mad. Looking down, he saw the rest of your outfit and lingered his eyes more than necessary in your short, black skirt. âOn second thought, I might have let you do it.â He smirked confidently.
âJust stay out of my way, okay?â You growled, walking away from him to your desk, not without bumping your shoulder with his on your way out.
âWhat the hell is your problem?â He asked with an incredulous face.
You were done. The build-up from the past month was beginning to choke down your sense of decency. Not to mention that your day was already going terrible before he appeared: the droid that would always help you out was broken, significantly delaying your work day. Also, it was laundry day and you had to use your uncomfortable lingerie.
âYou know what, Skywalker?â You turned around with raised eyebrows. âYouâre my problem.â He opened his eyes in bewilderment. âI donât like you. I donât appreciate you coming in, all macho-â You made a mocking manner. â-acting like a goddamn superhero, only after cleaning up the mess you created in the first place.â You crossed your arms in your chest.Â
âIâm a general, kitten, and I can assure you the war itâs not my fault.â He scoffed, he used the nickname again, knowing it would press your buttons.Â
âAnd how many times have you messed it up bigger than it was?â You squinted your eyes, only to see him run out of words. âThatâs what I thought.â You came back to digitating codes. âItâs like you donât think. You are just a machine run by adrenaline and praise.â You finally rolled your eyes in front of him without shame. You tried to run down the reports that C7, your assistant droid would do, only to fail and almost delete everything in your computer. âAnd I can assure you I have bigger problems than dealing with you!â
âOkay, back down-â
âFuck! Fuck! Fuck!â You yelled, getting desperate and throwing a tantrum at the device. You had enough for the day. You could leave, given that no one would come over this late, but your sense of responsibility prevented you from going home before finishing your work load. âI fucking hate this system!â
âLet me see-â
âDonât! Just donât, okay?â You swatted his hand away. âIâm not in the mood.â
âCould you stop being so stuck-up and let me help you?â He raised his voice, stepping up close to tower you. His eyes were on fire and you could sense that your previous comments did get to him, but for some reason outside of your understanding, he was still willing to help.
âFine.â You chewed the words in your mouth, stepping down as you glared at him, giving him space to analyze the situation.
Instead of leaning down the computer, he went directly to C7, who lingered weakly on the side of your desk. He picked him up and put it on the table, moving him around his hands to examine the droid. He hummed after a couple of minutes, putting the mechanical body at eye level. âI see.â
âSee what? What is it?â You pressed, trying to pick a glance from over his shoulder.
âIâm going to need my tools.â He murmured, dropping the droid back again.
âWh-â
âIâll be right back.â He exclaimed, before heading to the door in a rush.
âWait! What?â You shouted, the shadow of his body the only thing visible.
You stayed alone for about fifteen minutes. You even got to thinking that he was pulling a prank on you, after yelling at him. But you stayed there, because well⌠what else would you do? You were beginning to fall asleep as you played with paper clips, when you heard the door being opened again.
âFinally! I thought you had left!â You sighed in relief, pushing your body off your desk.Â
âI was getting my tools, I told you.â He frowned, lifting the heavy, dark red box to the white marble. âNow letâs bring this one back to life.â He smiled, before busting the carcass open.Â
It took Anakin less than what you waited for him to get C7 up and running again. He flipped panels, snapped cables and pressed buttons, at an order that seemed random to you, until C7âs mechanical eyes opened again.
âOh my God!â You laughed in disbelief. âHeâs functioning again!â
Anakin smiled down at the table, as he finished up adjusting some screws. C7 sat up, analyzing his surroundings before getting up and going straight back to work.Â
âI-I-â You were speechless. How did he do that? So fast? âI canât believe you just did that.â You mumbled, still looking at C7 like it was a ghost. âThank you, Anakin.â You turned around with apologizing eyes, twitching an embarrassed smile.Â
âNo problem. His transmitter was disconnected from the main system. I had to fix his-â The next couple of things that he mentioned sounded like pure gibberish to you, but he was very firm, so it must be true. Right? Sensing your bafflement, he spilled facts slower and quieter until he stopped talking, finalizing with a dry smile. âYeah, it was nothing.â
He was starting to pack everything in his toolbox again and you had a pending need to say something. However, you didnât know if you should kick off with a real apology or-
âHow did you know all that?â So a pop quiz it was. In your defense, you were genuinely curious about the abilities he had just demonstrated. Mindblown, to be more specific.Â
âAbout what?â He furrowed his brows, closing the box but leaving on the table.Â
âAbout the transmitter, and the restraining bolt, and- and-â You were running out of technical terms.Â
âMechanics are second nature to me at this point.â He shrugged his shoulders, picking up the box. âI know everything about the topic, so, it was an easy fix. Iâd have rearranged his central system if I had the missing part, but itâs very specific. What I did will do for now, though.âÂ
He was about to leave when he noticed the way you were leaning on the table, head on top of your fist to pay close attention to him. You were murmuring almost unhearable âuh-huhâs, totally lost in his words.Â
âSooo, you know mechanics.â You were such a hypocrite, you couldnât stand the man fifteen minutes ago and now you were drooling over the sight of him explaining complicated shit to you. Snob. âYou often fix things?â You tried to investigate, see if the throbbing happening between your legs was worth pursuing.Â
âSometimes⌠I often go to the hangar and repair the damaged ships or flip them.â He grinned without teeth. âThe techs often ask for me. They say I have an eye for these things. Been working on droids since I was a kid, so.â Anakin wasnât trying to brag, but his ample knowledge in mechanics was something that he prided himself on.Â
âThat seems like a lot of work.â You continued the small talk, slowly losing yourself over this spontaneous crush.Â
âIt can get tricky.â He dismissed, beginning to notice the glint on your eyes. He recognized the way your irises had darkened: He got those fuck-me eyes wherever he went. âStill havenât found something I canât fix.â
But it was involuntary. The fact that he was an expert on a matter as hard as mechanics scratched a part of your brain; It flipped a switch inside of you. Anakin was a different man under your eyes now. He was smart, hella smart.Â
âGosh, thatâs so impressive.â You giggled like the girls that would flirt at him. Pathetic. But you quickly regained control, not before sucking up some courage and getting closer to him, posing more seductively this time. âThat brain of yours sure hides lots of secrets.â
He hadnât quite figured out why the change of heart, so it took him a moment to replay your evening together. It lasted a bit more than he liked to admit, but it hit him. Of course. An arrogant smile cracked his face. Of course you would be attracted to someone who was a master of something you consider relevant. After all, you liked to consider yourself an âintellectualâ. Just to test his theory, he consciously started to brag about something else⌠something that would have your panties in a bunch if his hypothesis was correct.
âWanna know another one?â He cocked an eyebrow, resting his elbow on the table to stand inches away from your face.
Your face shined with a slight pink blush, but it was the way you bit your lip that drove him crazy. That and your enthusiastic nod. âYeah.â
âThereâs a reason behind why Iâm the best pilot of the fleet. And itâs not just because of my background as a pod racer or the Force.â He whispered, snickering at how soft your eyes had grown. âItâs actually because⌠I use physics.â
âPhysics?â You almost moaned.Â
âYeah, physics.â He repeated, moistening his lips, a thing your eyes followed. âSelf-taught, just like with mechanics.â
That ripped a subtle whimper out of you. Well, not subtle to him.Â
âYou-you understand math?â If it wasnât because you were visibly squeezing your thighs at the newly acquired information, he would be completely offended that you thought he was dumb as fuck.Â
âLove em.â He muttered, his intense stare glued to you, as his fingers put a string of hair behind your ear.
Like thunder, you were rushing to capture his lips and show him just how hot you thought he was now. Anakin freezed at first, taking aback by your sudden demonstration of affection, but when he understood that you were willingly -and enthusiastically- giving yourself to him, he wasted no time to embrace you back.Â
Wet kisses splashed everywhere; it was fucking mess. You hung onto his shoulders while he groped all of your body, starting with your sweet hips, fondling your ass like it was his personal stress ball and finally landing on your waist. You pressed against him shamelessly, but in reality, how much shame could you still have when the manâs tongue was down your throat? The only thing you knew with certainty was that the sucking sounds and moans you both dropped were intensifying the already sex-filled atmosphere.
âAnakin.â You tried to sound normal, but your voice was failing just like your knees were. âW-why havenât you gone to a proper school? Maybe get a degree?â
Was that seriously so important to you? The opinion of others? Anakin questioned in his own head.
Anakin was the kind of person that wasnât susceptible to the opinion of others, especially regarding his own image. He was sure of the shit he knew and didnât need anyone validating that for him. No expensive universities, no uptight professors; Obi-Wan was more than enough. Nonetheless, he had found a shortcut to get inside your pants and God as his witness, he was gonna use it.Â
âY/n.â He snickered right in your face, drinking in the power. âI donât care about any of that. I'm a certified engineer, thatâs how I got to build this myself.â Removing the leather, he revealed his mechanical limb to you, wiggling his fingers.
It was fancier than you ever thought a mechanical hand could be. Black with touches of gold; it was elegant and sophisticated, way more advanced than any technology you had ever seen in the orthopedics research field. And you knew it well, your mom was an orthopedic surgeon.Â
It was no surprise to him that after spilling that last fact you were now shamelessly grinding on his half-hard. The fact that he was an engineering mastermind was such an aphrodisiac. And as much as he wanted to have another taste of your full, pink lips, the ones he often imagined enveloped around his dick while you scolded him, Anakin wasnât willing to make the first move.
You were going to have to beg for it.Â
âAnakin?â Your hands flattened on his pecs, back arching when he cupped your cheek with the cool durasteel prosthetic, kneading against it with soft eyes. He must have noticed how captivated you were by his invention.Â
âYeah, baby?â He continued the soft ministrations up and down your cheek, redirecting your gaze to his face whenever your eyes would deviate to his artificial limb.Â
âYou- Uhm, you built it from scratch?â You gulped when his thumb inched closer to your mouth, rubbing your bottom lip and pulling it open.Â
Little obedient you put no resistance, and instead, stuck out your wet tongue to happily receive his digit into your warmness. But this time it was his index, the one you were bobbing your head into, eye contact not faltering even when you were practically giving oral to his hand. Anakin smiled pleased at your enthusiasm for pleasuring him and added another finger for you to lubricate.Â
âFrom scratch.â He nodded, lustful irises boring into you. âDesigned it too.â
You moaned around him, feeling content with being sandwiched between his firm torso and your desk, and with your mouth being fucked by his fingers. Saliva smeared all over your chin, you whined pitifully when your lips were no longer stuffed. On the contrary of leaving you all hot and bothered, Anakin lowered those same fingers to your leaky cunt, pushing your underwear aside for easy access.Â
He groaned when he first inserted a finger, your gasping a sign for him to slow down. âBaby, youâre tight.â He seemed to love that about you.Â
After adjusting to the size of his strong index finger, Anakin breached in with his middle one, repeating the process of you getting used to the coldness and girth all over.Â
âA-Anakin.â You closed your eyes, involuntarily standing on your tippy toes.Â
âThatâs right, youâre doing so well. Taking my fingers like a true champ.â He bit down a condescending smile. âAtta girl.â
The initial discomfort was just a milestone you had to overcome to succumb to the pleasure that it was being fucked by Anakin Skywalkerâs metal hand. His frigid thumb came to roll over your bundle of nerves, helping you relax into him and enjoy the sensation of fully riding his hand.Â
âThatâs it. Fuck my hand just like that, kitten.â He chuckled, finding a spot on your neck to latch on, leave a little souvenir of your encounter, and hide his pitiful laugh.Â
Kisses were peppered along your exposed throat, your clavicle and jaw, his long eyelashes tickling you and making you clench around his metal hand tighter. Whilst you worried about not whining too loud for anyone to enter the library, Anakin was pumping his fingers at such an unholy pace to complicate your task.
âShhh, baby. You need to be quiet. Wouldnât like for anyone to come in. You could lose your job.â He mocked with a side smile and you had to gripped his bicep to keep your balance. âCould you imagine? Getting caught having sex at work? With a Jedi?â
You could perceive that the trespassing of the pseudo-celibacy Jedi code was turning him to no end, the mischievous glimmer in his eyes getting stronger when he said the last sentence.Â
âW-Weâre not having sex.â You corrected him, like it mattered. Like having him knuckles deep into you was somehow less frowned-upon than to have actual coitus.
That made him laugh and you wiggled underneath him, fighting to not let your tears fall.Â
âYou just wait.â His lips ghosted over yours, his breath fanning over your heated face. The increase of the movements of his hand was a sign that he had noticed the contractions around his digits, fully aware that you were close. âReady to come, baby? Gonna gush all over me?â
You nodded, biting your swollen lip, losing the battle against your tear duct. Anakin used his other thumb, the one that was not torturing your clit, to liberate your abused lip. His mouth lowered to capture yours in a hot kiss, this tongue sliding on your inside until it hit your throat. So deep into you that you would never forget his taste; so deep you will never be able to deny him.Â
âFuck, fuck, fuck!â You whimpered against his smile when you reached your peak, dissolving into this meaningless mass between his arms. âAnakinâŚâ You rode out your climax, still rocking your hips to prolong the pleasure.
Anakin waited until you regained some composure to help you fix your clothes, putting back your underwear as he found it and lowering your skirt. His actions had you frowning: Werenât you two gonna fuck? You were already mentally prepared to welcome his enormous cock in your tiny canal.Â
He grinned at your puppy eyes and adorable pout, your flustered state funnier than it should be. It was almost enough to break him. But someone had to give you a lesson.Â
 âAt the end of the day, Iâm just a soldier, Y/n. An incompetent one, according to you.âÂ
Before you could protest that, he was tilting his head in an accusatory manner. Like saying: Donât even try it. And before leaving with his head high, he spat:Â
âMy apologies if thatâs not fancy enough for you, maâam.â

infinite (bakugou x reader)
summary:Â You meet every Friday at the same bridge with a mysterious boy to exchange stories about each other's week. You've never exchanged names, but the connection between the two of you grows strongerâuntil he fails to show up one day.Â
pairing:Â bakugou x gn! reader
genre:Â fluffy angst?
word count:Â 1,103
a/n:Â I'm back, but a little rusty! please let me know what you think so that I can improve my writing :)
It had happened one Friday. Then the next. And the next.
Suddenly, an entire year had passed, and the unspoken meetings had become permanently engrained in my routine. In my life.
Every Friday at 8pm, I would walk to the bridge and meet him there. We would talk for hours about everyone and everything - turns out being perfect strangers makes for perfect conversation.
But this Friday was different. Maybe it was the gravelly tone of his voice, like the side of an unpaved road. Or maybe it was the dark glitter in his red eyes, hazy yet warm, like wisps of smoke rising from the ashes.
âThe stars are infinite.â He finally spoke after several moments of silence, the wind ruffling his hair. A blonde tendril of hair fell over his left eye. I resisted the urge to push it aside, to touch.
âAnd so is the sky. And the moon.â I let his voice wash over me, before looking back up at the sky, at the stars that spanned the entire universe. The same stars that were brightly reflected in his eyes.
âBut we are ever so finite.â I murmured, instinctively finishing his thought. It was a debate we had often - how small we truly were in significance compared to the infinite spanning world.
He nodded, his eyes still on the sky. Then it suddenly hit me. While I knew this manâs stories and had glimpses of his thoughts, I didnât know something as simple as his name. I opened my mouth to ask, but when I turned, he was already gone.
Itâs okay. I could always ask him next Friday.
Except next Friday didnât come. Or the Friday after. Each day I went to the bridge, hoping, praying, that he would heed our unspoken agreement. Yet he never came.
Finally, one night, I decided this would be the last time I would wait for him. 10 minutes slowly melted into 2 hours, until it was obvious he wasnât coming and that l was an utter fool. I left, face flushed and arms shivering from the biting cold. My legs moved all on their own, right towards the nearest bar.
âEspresso martini, please.â I murmured, ready to take my mind off of everything.
While those talks may not have meant anything to him, they had meant nearly everything to me. Maybe I had just hoped that he had felt the same; that he had also found relief in talking to a perfect stranger. My mind swirled with memories - his low chuckle, sarcastic dry wit, infuriating smirk.
âYour drink.â The bartender cut off my thoughts, raising an eyebrow as I downed the drink and immediately ordered another. I looked away, a flush already rising on my cheeks, before catching sight of something familiar.
Red eyes.
He sat in a booth, nursing a beer. And though he was surrounded by people, his slouched posture and insistent foot tapping revealed his true feelings. He looked back at me and stiffened. We stared at each other, time seemingly frozen. Then he stood and walked towards me, maintaining eye contact.
When he sat down next to me, I looked away. Some part of me felt betrayed that he was spending his Friday nights like this instead of with me. Another part of me felt relieved that he was alright, that he was well.
âBakugou Katsuki.â He murmured next to me. His name. I stiffened.
Katsuki? Like the hero Dynamiteâs name?
âI shouldâve told you sooner but then I got scared. That youâd treat me differently because of my occupation-â
âSo you decided to leave?â The words come out sharpen than I intended. I feel rather than see him flinch.
âThere were emergencies. I was on call for the past couple of Fridays.â
âAnd today?â
He let out a deep sigh.
âI was there. Watching you.â He paused, as if waiting for me to interject. I stayed silent. He cleared his throat.
âI thought about how life is so finite. How Iâm so finite. But then, thereâs you.â He turned to me, trying to look into my eyes. I refused to meet his gaze.
âYou made me feel like it doesnât matter if life is finite, as long as I can spend more time with you. And suddenly, Fridays didnât feel enough. And that⌠that scared me.â He stopped for a second, swallowing. I met his eyes, and this time they were burning hot, like red coals being stoked in a fire.
âAnd then- well, then I thought about how if life is so finite, then you shouldnât be wasting your time talking to me because there are so many other people that are better than me. People that could make sure youâre happy and safe.â
âBakugouâŚâ I expected the name to feel foreign on my tongue, but it somehow felt just right.
You do make me happy. Make me feel safe. I opened my mouth to speak, but the words died in my throat. He continued.
âPutting myself in danger to save others is easy, and itâs my job. But being with you? That would be like painting a target on your back. And I could never put you in danger for the sake of my own happiness. Ever.â
I understood. It made sense why he wanted us to remain perfect strangers. This way we could still be in each others lives without the risk of villains finding out, finite together. When things remained finite, it was safer because you knew the boundaries and limitations. You knew that at some point, it would end.
While I understood, I also didnât agree.
âIf weâre finite anyway,â I whispered hoarsely, finally meeting his gaze. âThen screw it. Letâs just do it.â
âBut-â
âYou make me happy. And you will continue to make me happy. Finitely or infinitely, it doesn't matter to me.â I peered into his eyes, pleading. We stared at each other for a moment, and I knew.
The stars were still in his eyes. And they were infinite.

Summer in the 305 || LS2
Pairing: Logan Sergeant x fem!reader Summary: Logan comes home to Miami (305) for the summer break and you surprise him by meeting him at the airport. Warnings: fluff, doggo parents, hints of sexual tension. WC: 1.7k F1 Masterlist || One || Two || Three
No one noticed you as you sat half asleep in an oversized hoodie on a bench, assuming you were just another weary traveler in Miami International Airport. The arrival lounge had been busy when you arrived hours earlier but it had grown quieter and quieter as the night grew so late it could have been considered morning. Logan was meant to have landed at 11pm and he would have expected you to be at home fast asleep but you had wanted to surprise him.
The surprise came fittingly at 3:05 when the frosted glass doors opened with the next disembarkation of passengers, led by Logan as he desperately tried to get home to you sooner. Your eyes were burning from forcing them to remain open for the extra four hours that his flight was delayed and you rubbed them as you rose from the bench.Â
Caps and shirts were thrust in his path but he was too polite to decline a fan so he paused to sign his autograph and nearly jumped out of his skin when your fingers wrapped around the handle of his suitcase. The shout to call for security almost passed his lips, thinking he was being robbed, before his sleepy brain recognised you.
âSweetheart, what are you doing here?â he asked as a grin chased away the exhaustion on his face and he bundled you into his arms.
You kept one hand on his luggage since there was a crowd starting to gather but the other curled around his back and your head tucked into the crook of his neck. âI wanted to surprise you. I missed you.â
Logan pressed his lips to your forehead until you tipped your head back and he captured your lips as cameras flashed. âI missed you too.â
Thankfully it wasnât always like this and most of the time when he came home to Miami you were left in relative peace. It was a different story when you went with him to the races, those were full-on mobs of Williams fans that demanded almost all his attention. âGo on, babe, finish up signing those so we can go home.â
The pen flew across whatever passed in front of him before he caught you struggling to hide your yawn and made an apology as he handed a boarding pass back with his autograph before waving. âThanks for the support everyone.â
There was a collective groan from those who had missed out but Logan was focusing on taking back his luggage with one hand and draping the other over your shoulders as you fell into step.
âLooks like the 305 missed you too,â you commented as his hand lifted every now and again to wave at the younger fans until you reached his Range Rover you borrowed for the night. âThereâs a treat waiting for you at home.â
His hand found your thigh as he started the engine and sent you a smirk as it drifted higher. âYeah, sweetheart?â
âNot that,â you giggled, turning down the music that had played loudly while you drove. Logan enjoyed a quieter atmosphere when he was at the wheel, one where he could hold a conversation. âI wasnât sure if you had eaten so I picked up some Carboneâs. I will admit I had to name drop, but they wouldnât make a takeaway order otherwise.â
His warm laugh filled the SUV. âDid they even know who I was?â
âOf course! Everyone knows the hometown hero.â You leaned across the console and kissed his cheek, feeling the short prickles of his blond beard on your lips. âAre you planning on giving me beard burn, Lo?â
âThis is all the rage in Europe. You donât like it?â he asked as he ran his fingers over the three day growth. You werenât sure if he was playing with you or not before a grin split his face and you sighed with relief. âDonât worry, honey, I just havenât had a minute spare to shave it this week.â
By the time 4:00 am arrived you should have been dead on your feet, but having Logan home energised you almost as much as Sooty. The black labrador scarpered all over the polished wooden floor when he saw his daddy walk in the door, his paws struggling to find traction in his excitement.
âThereâs my good boy, come to daddy,â Logan cooed as he dropped his suitcase and caught the bounding dog as he jumped up. âHave you been protecting, mommy? Yeah? Of course, you have, youâre such a good boy.â
âHe never gives me that kind of welcome home,â you joked as you locked the door and wheeled the suitcase down the hall to the bedroom.
A pair of hands came to rest on your waist as you emptied the entire case into the laundry hamper, knowing he wouldnât have had the time to do it himself. His lips brushed over your nape before finding their way to your jaw as he turned you in his arms. âBut you donât go missing for weeks at a time.â
Hooking your arms around his neck you nodded in agreement as Sooty padded into the room with his favourite toy, dropping it at Loganâs feet.
âSomeone has to be the stay-at-home parent in this relationship,â you chuckled, releasing him so he could pick up the squeaky toy.
âNot tonight, Soot, weâll play in the morning,â he said, giving you a quick kiss with the promise of more. âLet me put him to bed, leave everything else until morning, sweetheart.â
He disappeared down the hall to the living room where Sootyâs bed was set up, but whenever Logan was away you would let him sneak into bed with you. You always slept better when you could cuddle something warm, but you definitely preferred waking up to Loganâs morning kisses than Sootyâs slobbery ones when he wants to be fed.
âLay down, buddy,â you heard Loganâs quiet words in the still of the night. âYou can take a break from looking after mommy, you did such a good job for me, yes you did.â You heard a smooch followed by a soft whine as Logan turned off the lights, then the pitter patter of paws. âBack to bed, Soot. Good boy.â
You heard the bedroom door close before Logan stepped into the ensuite, leaning against the doorway while you filled the sink with warm water. You returned the smile you found in the mirror and patted the marble vanity top before searching the drawers for his cut throat razor.
âIt doesnât look that bad, does it?â he half joked as he jumped up onto the bench, parting his legs so you could step between them.
âYou could have a 70âs porn âstache and I would still think you are handsome,â you promised, making him laugh.
He tipped his head back as you soaked a face cloth in the warm water and squeezed the excess out before placing it over his face. âThis is my favourite part of coming home.â
âOut of everything we do when youâre home, this is your favourite?â
His laugh made the face cloth fall away but it had probably been there long enough to open his pores so you lathered up the shaving cream next and massaged it over his cheeks and down his neck, feeling the thick cords of muscles beneath your palms.
âOkay, third favourite,â he corrected as his hands shifted from where he leaned back down on them to curl around your waist and rest comfortably on the swell of your ass. âBut itâs still up there.â
âYou are a strange man, Lo. I donât think most people enjoy having a blade to their throat,â you murmured as you opened the razor and tilted his head to the side.Â
âI trust you.â
âThank you. Now no more talking.â
He didnât dare make a sound or even swallow as you angled the blade against his cheekbone and started to glide it carefully down to his jaw before rinsing it off in the sink. He kept perfectly still for you but you were hyper aware of his eyes scanning your face for any little changes he might have missed while he was away, re-committing it all to his memory for the next time he left.Â
You closed the blade up after finishing his throat last and placed it on the side before grabbing the face cloth and wiping away the excess shaving cream. Running a palm over his jawline you nodded at the silky smooth skin and took a kiss as payment before handing him the bottle of aftershave. âAll done, handsome.â
By the time you had turned down the bed, and changed into one of his shirts, the light leaking in around the edges of the curtains started to turn pink as dawn approached. Your eyelids were heavy but your heart was light as Logan climbed in his side and wrapped his body around your back, the weight of his arm reassuring on your waist and his leg wedged between yours.Â
âCome with me,â he murmured sleepily.Â
You could hardly coordinate a reply as your lips quivered with a suppressed yawn until it finally passed. âWhere?â
âEverywhere: Zandvoort, Monza, Singapore, all of them.â You felt his small shrug before his arm tightened around you and he kissed your shoulder. âI hate being away from you.â
Your immediate reply was to admit how much you hated the distance too but that would only make him feel worse if you couldnât join him. âWhat about Sooty?â
âHamilton brings Roscoe to some races, or maybe Mom can look after himâŚyou donât have to give me an answer now, sweetheart. We have three weeks to think about it.â
âI want to,â you said as you laced your fingers with his and drew his hand up your body so it was tucked into the valley of your breasts where your heart beat steadily in your relaxed state, âbut we can talk about more in the morning.â
He nodded and pressed another kiss to your skin, the touch smooth and soothing thanks to the close shave. âSweet dreams, honey.â
âHmm, you too,â you said as your muscles relaxed even further and your tongue barely moved. âLove you, Lo.â
His voice followed you into your dreams and you smiled as it took hold in a future you couldnât wait to see come to life, âI love you too.â

When someone insult you
One way to cause tension and trouble for someone on Pandora will be by insulting one of their family members. As it will show, you disrespect someone you love and care about and think nothing bad will happen to them after saying hurtful words. These hurtful words can have any effect or consequences on anyone involved.

Summary: The tranquil existence was shattered today by the merciless pirates. You surrendered to the overwhelming tide of despair, letting it engulf you. Yet, in that moment of darkness, a figure emerged to rescue you. But is this hero a beacon of hope or a harbinger of doom?
The golden rays of the morning sun filter through the window, warming your face as you rise. Just like every other day, you gather your belongings and step outside, exchanging friendly greetings with the neighbors before unlocking the door to the cafĂŠ right on schedule.
All is as it should be.
"Good morning, Y/N!" called out a familiar voice. It was a middle-aged man, a loyal customer who always ordered the same sandwich without fail.
"Morning!" you replied, already moving with practiced ease to prepare his breakfast.
"How're you doing?"Â
"Fine I guess."Â
"It's good to hear." He sighed. "Did you hear the news? Pirates have been causing quite a stir lately.
"Yeah⌠all we can do is hope they steer clear of our town."
"Let's hope so." He smirked helplessly. "Maybe I should just pack up and find a new place."
"Pack up? Where?"
"I'm not sure, just anywhere that feels safe." He shrugged. "What about you? Aren't you thinking of moving?"
"I wish I could. But, you know⌠my funds are pretty tight."
"I'm sorry."
"It's fine. Here's your sandwich."
"Thanks." He settled the bill and walked out, leaving you alone in the cafĂŠ.
Just as you turned around to tidy up the table, a loud shock caught you off guard.Â
"Run!!" The once tranquil town erupted into chaos, and you peered out the window, heart racing with dread. Tons of men wielding a machete swung their weapons menacingly, demanding that the terrified residents surrender their belongings. The air was filled with desperate cries and frantic screams as people scattered in every direction.Â
Without a moment's hesitation, you dashed to the door, but just as you reached for the lock, a group of men burst in, kicking the door wide open. You stumbled to the floor, mortified, and before you could regain your footing to fight back, one of the men seized you roughly.
"Let go of me, you scoundrel!" you shouted, thrashing against his grip, but the pirate's hand clamped down on your wrist like a vice. Â
"Shut your mouth, you wench!" he barked. The ship rocked violently beneath you as you were dragged onto the deck, your struggles futile against the chains that bound you. The laughter of the pirates echoed around you as they shoved you aside. Helpless, you watched in horror as the small shop you had poured your heart into was ransacked, the townsfolk fleeing in terror, and the once vibrant community fell into an eerie stillness.
"Hey, see this baby girl~how cute you are!" " "Leave me alone, you filthy scum!" Your voice quivered with a mix of fear and defiance as you glared at the pirate who had captured you.Â
One of them, should be the captain, a cruel smirk playing on his lips, approached you with a lecherous gleam in his eyes. "A feisty one, aren't you? We'll see how long that lasts," he sneered, his breath reeking of rum and malice. "Set sail!"Â Â
As the boat glides farther into the distance, the town gradually fades from view. The lively chatter of vendors hawking their wares in the bustling market is replaced by the lingering echoes of laughter that grate on your nerves.The salty sea air stung your eyes as you struggled against the chains that bound you to the wooden post.Â
TskâŚ
The crashing waves echoed around you, a constant reminder of your precarious situation.Â
Frantic escape ideas raced through your mind. Yet, you were a land dweller, and diving into the ocean means dying. What options do you have? Can you really call out for someone to rescue you? Here you are, in the heart of the seaâwho couldâ
"Turn left!!!!!It's ATEEZ's ship!!" A loud cry jolted you from your thoughts. Just as you were about to grasp the situation, everything unfolded before your eyes. A deafening roar erupted from the left side of the ship, causing it to lurch violently and sending terror through the crew. The sturdy vessel splintered, hurling pirates overboard, and you tumbled into the frigid sea.
The icy water enveloped you, and you fought to break the surface, but the ocean constricted your breath and drained your strength. As despair set in, you surrendered to the darkness. Just then, strong arms seized you, pulling you upward. Your vision blurred, obscuring your savior's identity, and consciousness slipped away.
â---
Coughing violently, you expelled the salty seawater that had filled your mouth. Your breaths came in rapid gasps, a primal instinct driving you to inhale as if the very air might slip away. As clarity returned, you realized that you were still aboard the vessel... but the faces of the crew surrounding you seemed unfamiliar.
"Are you awake?" A gentle voice broke through the haze, and you turned to see a man clad in a flowing white robe, his expression warm and reassuring. Â
"Where... am I?" you managed to whisper, your voice barely above a breath. Â
"A ship, obviously," Yunho replied. "You fell into the sea and Jongho saved you."Â
The vivid image of the recent attack flickered on the screen, and a wave of dread washed over you as you gazed at the man standing before you. ATEEZ, you recalled, infamous for their ruthless piracy. What would they do? Would they end your life? But then again, why would they bother to rescue you?
"It's perfectly normal to feel a bit disoriented right now. It's a common reaction after being submerged in water..." The man's voice, surprisingly calm, began to ease the tension in your chest. Perhaps they weren't as terrifying as the tales suggested? Still, you knew better than to let your guard down.
"Is she alright?" At that moment, Hongjoong gently knocked and opened the door. His striking features made your heart race. Despite your reluctance to admit it, he was undeniably handsome, far from the "demon" the stories painted him to be.
"Yah, she is just a bit frightened," Yunho said as he rose to his feet, and Hongjoong nodded, his gaze remained fixed on you.
"What's your name, lady?"
"Y/N..."
"I'm Hongjoong, the captain. This is Yunho, our doctor." You nodded as he continued, "I'm sorry for your fall into the sea. It was indeed our attack that caused the ship you were on to sink."
"No... I owe you my gratitude. You were the ones who saved me."
He shrugged with a warm smile. "Just take some time to rest, and we'll arrange for you to be taken to the nearest town."
You nodded, and they stepped out, leaving you to gather your thoughts. You stumbled out of bed, your feet heavy as you made your way to the door, only to be met with the murmur of several men outside.
You stumbled out of bed, your feet heavy as you made your way to the door, only to be met with the murmur of several men outside.
"What is the captain thinking? Bringing a woman aboard?"
"Exactly! This is bound to bring us misfortune!"
"Or maybe he plans to trade her? She's not too shabby, after all..."
"But I heard she's being sent to other towns."
"Is it really that straightforward?"
You clamped a hand over your mouth, panic rising within you, tears welling in your eyes as your heart raced. They were clearly not good men. But what could you do? Escape? That was out of the question. How could you prove to them that you wouldn't bring them bad luck? It was easy to say, but how could you actually do it? Just as your mind spiraled into chaos, loud voices broke through your thoughts.
"Why are we having abura soba again?" Hongjoong grumbled.
"Because they're delicious," Yunho replied.
"That's excessive, don't you think?" Hongjoong shot back. "I eat abura soba five days a week!"
"Is that a problem? The crew loves it," Wooyoung chimed in as he knocked on your door. When you opened it, he stood there with a steaming bowl of noodles.
"Hey there, Y/N, right? Here, if you don't mind, I made this for you," Wooyoung said, placing the bowl on your table. "I'm Wooyoung, by the way."
"Thank you," you replied, your voice barely above a whisper. Though you were wary of possible poison, your hunger overpowered your caution. You took a bite, and to your surprise, it was delicious. Before long, the bowl was empty, and you watched as the others busied themselves with cleaning up.
"Hey, Y/N," Wooyoung approached you, balancing several bowls in his hands. "Are you done? You can hand the bowl back to me."
"Oh, it's fine. Let me help you. You look a bit worn out."
"Thanks, I appreciate it." You joined him in gathering bowls and chopsticks, following him to the kitchen. As you walked, you took in your surroundings, contemplating your next move... perhaps earning their trust was the best strategy for survival, at least for now.
As you stepped into the kitchen, you noticed Hongjoong frantically working on something, clearly in a rush.
"Hey, hyung. Just try not to shatter the bowl again," Wooyoung remarked, already scrubbing the dishes.
"I won't," Hongjoong replied, but his next words nearly sent the bowl tumbling.
"Um⌠are you going to lend him a hand?" you whispered to Wooyoung.
"Nope. I'm busy. Maybe you should go see what he's up to."Â Â
With that, you approached Hongjoong cautiously. This could be a perfect chance to earn his trust.
"Hongjoong?"
"Yah?"
"Do you need any help?" You glanced at the mess on the table, where he was clumsily beating eggs.
"No, I'm good. Oh no!"
You quickly caught the bowls and chopsticks as they teetered, relieved they didn't break.
"Hmm⌠if you're okay with it, I could cook something up for you."
"Really?"
"I actually work as a cook."
"Ah, so you're just like Wooyoung."
"I guess so. What do you feel like eating?"
"Just not abura soba, please." You grinned and nodded. "And I'm not a fan of vegetables."
"Got it."
You set to work with the ingredients spread out on the table, whipping up the dishes you know best while ensuring the table remains neat. Before long, your masterpiece was complete. You entered the dining hall, cradling a bowl of fragrant soup. Hongjoong stood tall, his eyes widening at the sight of you.
"Oh wow! That smells so good!" he exclaimed, quickly blowing on the noodles before digging in. "This is absolutely delicious!" A sense of pride swelled within you as you witnessed his joy, a reminder of why you chose the culinary path.
"Perhaps you should be my personal chef," he joked, a playful smirk on his lips. You smile back, taking his words lightly, fully aware that you won't be staying long here.Â
Hongjoong seemed to relax a bit, his shoulders dropping slightly as he savored each bite, his eyes closed in blissful contentment.
"I can't believe I've never had anything like this before," he said, opening his eyes to meet yours with a newfound appreciation. "You really are talented."
You blushed slightly, grateful for the compliment. "Thank you, Hongjoong. It's just something I enjoy doing."
As you sat down across from him, Wooyoung wandered in, a mischievous glint in his eye. "Hey, what's going on here? Did I miss the party?"
"Just having a nice meal," Hongjoong replied, gesturing to the now half-empty bowl in front of him.
Wooyoung's expression softened, a hint of surprise crossing his face. "Can I have a taste?"
"Nope. That's mine."Â
Hongjoong immediately finished them all, not letting Wooyoung eat.Â
"Yah!Hyung!" "Who told you not to help me?"Â
You chuckled, watching them quarreling playfully. It appeared that this was part of their everyday life. From this viewpoint, they were completely disconnected from any notion of evil.Â
In the days that followed, it felt as if you had stepped into the role of Hongjoong's personal chef. Initially, he continued to enjoy Wooyoung's meals, but he would occasionally drop hints that your cooking was just as delightful. Eventually, you took the plunge and prepared a dish just for him, hoping to win his trust. The joy on his face was infectious; he began to request your cook regularly, and soon, even some of the crew members were intrigued by your skills.Â
Cooking for them brought you immense joy, as their satisfaction filled you with happiness. Over time, your initial apprehension faded, and the thought of leaving began to slip from your mind. The idea of visiting the nearby town seemed to vanish. Yet, in recent days, Hongjoong's demeanor shifted, making you reconsider your plans.
Did you do something to upset him? How could you make up for him? You worried about whether you would be killed for this? No. What you were concerned about was what if Hongjoong didn't like you?
He had grown somewhat distant, his warmth replaced by a chill that left you unsettled. This was especially evident when you were in the kitchen with Wooyoung; his coldness bordered on anger. Today was no different.
"Are you alright, Y/N? You look a bit pale," Wooyoung asked, concern etched on his face.
"Just feeling a little under the weather..." you replied with a bittersweet smile, though the cramping in your abdomen made it hard to stand. You suspected the long days at sea and the cold had taken a toll on your body. "Hiss..."
"Maybe you should take a break?" "But I want to make some food for HongjoongâŚ" You winced, wanting to refuse and continue helping in the kitchen, but the pain rendered your limbs weak, making cooking impossible.
"Nah. You should go back to your room."Â
"But what if he didn't like me?"Â
"Huh?"
"I meanâŚhe may hate me if I don't cook for him."Â
"He wouldn't think so.
"ButâŚ"
"No. Just go take a rest, okay? I can handle." Wooyoung stopped you. "Can you walk?"
"I think so?" In reality, each step felt like a monumental challenge. Â
"Let me help you." Wooyoung took your hand and supported your shoulders, a moment that caught Hongjoong's eye.
"What are you doing?" he approached, anger flashing in his eyes, but as he noticed the pain etched on your face, his expression shifted. "What's wrong? Are you okay, Y/N?"
"She's sick." Wooyoung said.Â
"I'm not asking you."Â
Wooyoung rolled his eyes playfully, knowing Hongjoong was jealous.Â
"So now I will send her to her room."Â
"No." Hongjoong pulled you to his arms carefully. "I will send her and you cook."Â
"Okay, okay."Â
â----
"Do you need any medicine?" Hongjoong inquired as he gently laid you down on the bed. "Or should I call Yunho for assistance?"
"Actually..." you winced, the pain making your words slow. "It's just period cramps."
"Oh... umm... would something warm help? Maybe hot water?"
You nodded, and he quickly dashed out to fetch a cup of steaming water.
"Here, be careful." He supported your back as you sat up, handing you the warm cup.
"Thank you." You took a sip, feeling the soothing warmth spread through you. It wasn't just the hot water; it was Hongjoong's tender care that made your heart flutter. You couldn't deny the twinge of sadness when he seemed distant. You longed for his smile and the sweet words he used to share. Unbeknownst to you, your feelings for him were already blossoming.
"Do you need more?" As you lifted your gaze, you noticed how close he was, causing a blush to creep onto your cheeks. "No, it's okay."
Hongjoong smiled softly, his eyes crinkling at the corners as he noticed your embarrassment. "Alright, but let me know if you need anything else. I'm here for you."Â
"Thank you," you replied with a nod. "But Wooyoung really needs to step up; he's in charge of everyone's lunch."
Hongjoong feigned a cough as he plopped down beside you, irritation evident in his voice. "It's no big deal; he's used to it. You shouldn't worry about him." You stifled a laughâwasn't he just a tad envious?
"Nope. Everyone seems to be eating a lot more these days," you teased, enjoying the playful banter as his jealousy was unmistakable.
"Why are you so concerned about him? Do you have a crush on him?" His question took you by surprise, and it seemed to catch him off guard too. "Ugh, forget it."
"Does it bother you who I like?" You asked. His cheeks flushed a deep red, and he quickly averted his gaze.
"No, it's not that," Hongjoong stammered, his eyes darting around the room as if searching for an escape route. "It's justâŚI didn't expect you to be interested in him. He's always been soâŚcarefree and unpredictable."Â
I once had a crush, but it wasn't on Wooyoung. A soft chuckle escaped your lips as a warm sensation blossomed in your chest. After inhaling deeply, you were prepared to share your truth. "Hongjoong⌠there's something special about what I feel⌠when you're near, my heart starts to race. I think I might be falling for you."
"Seriously?" Your confession surprised him, and a shy yet joyful smile spread across his face. "Were you just teasing me?"
"Not at all. I would never lie about how I feel."
He leaned in closer, his eyes searching yours for any sign of jest. The sincerity in your tone echoed through the room, and the tension between you seemed to dissolve. Hongjoong's hand, which had been resting on the bedsheets, gently brushed against yours, and you didn't pull away.
"I never thought... I mean, I've always been there for you, but I never expected..." He trailed off, searching for the right words.
"Expected what?" You prompted, a hint of vulnerability creeping into your voice.
Hongjoong looked down, his fingers entwining with yours. "I never imagined that you would see me as more than just a friend. I've always admired you, from afar, but I never dared to dream that you felt the same way."
A smile tugged at the corners of your lips, and you leaned in, closing the small gap between you.Â
"I think I like you, too." Hongjoong's expression softened, and he pulled you closer, wrapping his arms around you. It was a gentle, comforting embrace that spoke volumes of the feelings he had been holding back.
"Thank you," he whispered, his breath warm against your ear. "I've been waiting for this moment for so long. I'm glad you feel the same way."
Smiling, you gave him a nod after a gazing. Without hesitation, he leaned in, pressing his lips against yours, catching you by surprise, but you quickly melted into the kiss.Â
As you lay back on the bed, he hovered over you, the kiss unbroken. He was tender and cautious, as if he feared making you uneasy.
"I have a good way to reduce the period pain." He settled your hand on his cheek, giving a peck on that. "Do you wanna give it a try?"
You knew what he meant and what he wanted to do. Of course, you wanted to, too.Â
"Please."Â
"Wait for a while." He pecked at you after leaving for a towel and condom. Placing the towel under your thighs, he then lifted up your dress to slide down your panties.Â
"I love you, y/n." He towered you, pulling out his cock from his panties. He reached out, his fingers gently tracing the contours of your cheek, as if committing your beauty to memory. You closed your eyes, a soft sigh escaping your lips, inviting him closer.
Their lips met in a kiss that was at once tender and passionate, filled with a longing that had been building for what felt like an eternity. He guided his member to your entrance, which was already wrapped up in a condom, then slowly eased into you.Â
You moaned out as you broke the kiss, the sensation of being filled up was weird you could say. Hongjoong, same as you, felt a little bit uneasy because of your sticky blood.Â
"It hurtsâŚ" A deep frown creased your forehead as the familiar grip of menstrual pain returned. Watching you suffer, Hongjoong's heart ached with sorrow. He lingered, allowing your pain to fade gradually, before he began to move in and out. His rhythm matched the tenderness of his kisses, a blend of softness and intensity.
You wrapped your arms around his shoulder, allowing him to go deeper. His cock could easily reach your sensitive spot thanks to your blood. Settling your legs around his waist, he rolled his hips at a steady pace.Â
"Shit, it feels good." "HongjoongâŚ" "It's okay, love." His head landed in your neck, dropping a broken kiss on that. It began with a gentle brush of lips against the warm, smooth skin, a tentative exploration that sent shivers down your spine. He deepened his kiss as he started to rush, his lips lingering softly on the curve of the neck as well as his thick cockâgrazing your hot wall deliciously as he moved back and forth.Â
"JoongâŚit'sâŚfuckâŚ"His hard tip suddenly hit your sweet spot, making you whole body squirm and let out a shy moan. "Here?" He hit it again, you couldn't help but tighten your wall. The wave of excitement rushed throughout your body each time he collided with it. You loved it.Â
"Please, joong. I need more." "As you wish, baby girl." He lifted up his hips, withdrawing his cock until only his tip inside you, then shoving back with a great force. You arched your back, opening your mouth for better breathing. The crash he made caused you to run out of oxygen.Â
"Fuck, fuck, fuck!" He fucked you so fast and hit the same spot dead on. All the heat gathered in your lower core and formed a knot. Pain?It was already faded away and instead by your climax. Your wall clenched his cock, urging him to bring you to the edge. He picked up his pace, panting heavily and letting out a throaty moan.Â
Your legs were placed on his shoulder, oh, he went so deep. He sat up straight, grabbing your knees and pushed into your wetness. The noise from outside faded away, leaving only the rapid thumping of your heart and the skin slapping sound, drowning out the chaos beyond. His ball hit your ass each time his tip reached the deepest, making you groan without care.Â
His hand found his way to your collar, pulling it down to explode your fine chest. He pushed up your bra, squeezing your breast hard while teasing your nipple, earning a shy chuckle from your lips. "Gotta taste you." He leaned down to suck your nipple, his tongue licked everywhere he could reach.Â
The double excitement made you spin. There was nothing left but only the kissing sound and the skin slapping sound bouncing off the wall.Â
"I'm so close." He huffed, his thrust lost its rhythm as he found the way to peak. You, too. After a few thrust and a long throaty moan, both of you came. "Goodness." Your embrace tightened as you two didn't want to leave. Catching his breath, he pecked at your cheek before removing.Â
"Am I right?Does it hurt now?" He asked, a grin played on his lips.Â
"No." You shook your head. "Thank you." You gazed into each other's eyes, their faces flushed with the aftermath of their intimacy.
"Hey, I made lunch." Wooyoung suddenly knocked on your door, giving you two shocks. "But I think you two are full now?"
"NoâŚughâŚwe'll eat later." Hongjoong stammered.Â
"Alright. You two will be hungry for sure especially after an intense team sport!" Wooyoung teased.Â
"Shut up!Wooyoung!Leave!"Â
"Okay, okay~Call me if you need more condoms."Â
"I'll just kill you, you asshole!"Â
AhâŚit was so embarrassing.

A Game of Light and Shadows
Sebastian Solace x Reader
Simple pleasures had become a luxury for him a long while ago. Something as simple as lighting a cigarette, relishing the rush it gave to his tormented mind, the flickering flame of his golden lighter creating a playful display of shadows on the walls.
He took a long drag, enjoying the peace of his own company. A semblance of normalcy.
Sebastian was balancing a book in his other hand, his esca glowing enough for him to read. The pages were not in an enviable condition, having survived various disasters before haphazardly ending up in his little makeshift shop. "The Count of Monte Cristo". How ironic. How fitting.
Perhaps it offered a distorted form of comfort. A fragile hope that the wrongfully accused hero could indeed escape his prison and reclaim his destiny. A spark in darkness. And yet, cruel fate had made him unable to withstand proper light. Was he truly condemned to the underworld forever?
A familiar noise in the corner of the room. Sebastian had become so accustomed to your little "visits". His darling little nuisance, his silly little spark, haunting him in the depths.
You stood there in the penumbra, a sly smile gracing your features.
Your inexperience had transformed into skill, your fear morphing into bitter courage. You had become so confident, so strong. He had made you into such a magnificent creature, all according to his design and his plans. He would have you one day.
"Low on supplies, babes? You know the rules, take what you need and leave the required payment. Forgive me for not being a gracious host today."
"Actually, I am here to offer you a gift. Something to thank you for being my guardian angel."
"Is that so? There is no such things as gifts, babes. What do you want?"
You simply approached him, holding up a little bag for him to see. He raised an eyebrow, waiting for you to perform whatever trick you had in store. To his surprise, you produced a little package of ground coffee and two mugs.
"I did notice you have a water boiler here, so I was thinking that maybe we could enjoy something nice and warm together. How does that sound?"
So silly. The hopeful spark in your eyes, the sweet tone of your voice. Even after all the hardships you had endured, and all the changes you had undergone in order to survive into a proper warrior, that tiny bit of whimsy remained. Sebastian could not help but grin, tapping the ash from his cigarette into a nearby tray.
"Despair is a terrible thing, you know. It makes you seek the company of monsters. Loneliness pushes you into the arms any wicked creature in the vicinity, just to feel some sort of comfort."
"Oh, come on, Seb. Don't be so dramatic and have some coffee with me. Is it so outrageous that I simply wish to be your friend? Please? Just a little cup of coffee with me? You can show me what you are reading, as well."
Sweetling, creature of daylight. If moths were attracted to the light, were butterflies attracted to darkness? Perhaps he should indulge your request. It would be one step closer to his web, having your loyalty at his disposal.
He finished his cigarette and placed the book down, taking your bag. A few minutes later, his lair had the scent of freshly brewed coffee permeating the air. How domestic, how lovely. Perhaps, when all was over, he could make this bliss a reality with you. He could build a home with you.
You made a happy hum as you slowly sipped on the warm drink. It did wonders for the senses, awakening and sharpening them. You were about to compliment Sebastian's coffee-making skills, but you suddenly felt a pair of strong arms pull you upwards onto his lap. You felt warmth in your cheeks as Sebastian placed a clawed finger under your chin.
"Now, babes, how about we do some reading together, hm?"
He reached for his book once more and adjusted his position, making sure to continue having his arms around you. You made yourself comfortable, listening to his soft purrs, embraced by his soft darkness. A gentle kiss was placed on your cheek and your neck. You were happy.

Halloooo, I'd like a platonic Aizawa x reader where the reader is a student of his and tries to do EVERYTHING to not be in the Limelight bc they hate the attention? Also, they're planning on becoming an underground hero :33 Remember to drink water <33
Thank you for the request! I really had a lot of fun writing this, it was nice to write again after my break!
Stay hydrated, everyone!
You had been on aizawas radar from the first day of school. You never joined any clubs and participated in any school events. He's never seen you openly interact with anyone in your class aside from a quiet "yes" or "no." Although you performed well at the festival, you went home the second you had won your fight. Your lunches were spent in an empty classroom, so you'd avoid the groups of your classmates. He's not even sure anyone knows your name. Public speaking and being social is part of the job so when the first month of school ended and he noticed you still werent participating in any clubs or sports teams he took the opportunity to put you in on the PA with mic.
You'd be let out of class five minutes early to make your way down to the PA room and announce school news and maintenance. "Hey listener! Are you ready to get to work?" The blond yelled, and you nodded."Alright! So here's what you need to read. Don't be shy to add your own funky twist!" He handed you a sheet of paper,"just keep it school appropriate. " he laughed, and you glanced over the paper just the usual. Staircase B is out due to quirk mishaps and a new lunch special "so.. do I just read it?" You asked, staring at the PA system. The thought of the whole school hearing your voice made your stomach turn. "Yep! There's nothing else to it! Here." He stood up from his seat and motioned for you to sit."Are you ready?" He asked "uh-"great! " he didn't give you time to finish he pushed down on a bright red button in front of the microphone before saying his opening phrase "hey hey hey listeners! It's your one and only present mic and" he motioned for you to say your name "y-y/n" You stated, your voice breaking a bit " and we have a few updates to share with you guys! So y/n take it away!" He motioned for you to announce "u-uhm for today's announcement, uhm... s-staircase B is out of order, and uh, because of" you tried to be confident, but the words died on your tongue instead tears welled up in your eyes and present mic put a hand on your head before taking over and finishing the announcements. When the announcements were finished and turned to talk to you but your seat was empty, and the door was ajar.
~~~~~~~~~~
Aizawa stared blankly at you. "You want to be... an underground hero?" He repeated your words, and you nodded. "That's a first for 1a," he chuckled quietly to himself. You stared at the classroom floor and waited for him to speak again. " Why?" He asked before picking up a sheet from an earlier test and marking a few questions "w-well I don't think I handle the public as well as everyone else. You probably heard how I was on the PA system. And with the way my quirk works, I think it'd be better to work underground. Plus, I think it'd be a great opportunity for me to keep my identity a secret. " You rambled a bit anxiously, but your teachers focus still remained on the sheet. "Y/n, I get what you're saying. I really do." He started,"but you need to learn how to socialize if you want to be a hero. " he stated,"b-but!" He raised his hand, cutting you off."No buts. What if you need to control a crowd? Or help a lost child? Even if you become an underground hero that won't change what you need to learn, you frowned a little and sighed before turning back to your desk to get your bag and leave. "But." You turned to face him."If you can learn to effectively socialize and stay on the PA system for the rest of the school year, I'll mark you as an underground hero, " he said then turned his attention right back to the sheet of paper. You smiled and thanked him before leaving the classroom and shutting the door behind you.
Hiiii!!!! Uuhh sorry I get a bit awkward to approach new people but oh my god I needed to say that I absolutely love your work!! Im truly a fan!! Your Fierce Deity fics bring me to life and I cant stop thinking about it <333
Not sure if this idea is interesting enough but I cant stop thinking about it and I thought you could maybe like it!!
I keep thinking about Reader talking with the Fierce Deity's mask (imagining he still sealed in the mask) like he was physically there, just rambling. We could show him the sky and the grass, mundane things, talk about our thoughts and ask questions to him, like what is it like to be a god and if he is happy with his life.
One question that also pops a lot in my mind is asking what gods thought of humans or maybe, what he thought of them, of us!! Ofc he doesnt respond bc he is inside the mask but then one day he is off of it and he remembers each and every question we ever asked, and is willing to answer them all NFKENFKWFKWKKFKWKDKW
Its just an idea, you dont really have to do it, but everytime I think about it or Fierce in general, I cant help but also think about you <333
Im really glad I found your work!! I hope we can be friends!! :DDD
I wish you a lovely day my little leaf!! Toodlessss đđđ
đ ° Woods đ °
Okay first of all, this idea this absolutely amazing!! I'll have you know I was practically VIBRATING with excitement while reading this! You have no idea how stoked I am to receive asks like this, so do not feel bad at all for sharing! Also what we're literally already besties <3
Man In The Mask
Pairing: Fierce Deity x Reader
Warning(s): N/A
Masterlist
What are you?
It was a question the Fierce Deity had heard a thousand times, often accompanied by blood and blaze: a question of those he protected... and those he did not, whispered on the heels crimson-dripped lips and frightful eyes. He was a god of war, and thus not one to engage in the folly of mortals. Orders were his foundation, and steel his soul, wrapped in a righteous evil that not even the goddesses could bear to gaze upon.
Which is why he felt nothing short of hedonistic when it fell from the lips of the paltry mortal's holding the wretched mask that trapped him centuries earlier. Voice soft and eyes softer, touch featherlight on the chipped edges of his prison. There were thumbs on the apples of his 'cheeks', and the deity was caught between rage and sorrow. Tumultuous emotions were not his strong suit, and neither was restraint, from the way things were looking.
He didn't need to stand before them to feel their weakness, as was typical of most humans, but there was an ember in your eyes that seemed to burn with a light he didn't dare remember, shining like a beacon in the night.
"I wonder who painted you," the human, you, mused, stroking again over the half-glossed finish of the mask. Gentle, comforting, and utterly indecipherable to the deity inside. "You're so dusty; did Time even polish you?"
Why... Why was that relevant? Never in his wildest thoughts had the Fierce Deity expected Time to intrust his 'care' to a human, much less you. His very existence was a burden; how could a so-called hero willingly place something so... so destructive in the hands of, well, he considered you quite innocent to the tribulations of war and bloodshed and sorrow.
But what could he do but wait, snug under your arm, as you prattled on about anything and everything. The notion that you were naive enough to talk to a mere mask, of all things. Had you no sense? No discretion? It was a question he often asked himself, though only because there was no one else to answer.
That didn't stop his dull wonderings on whether you would ask such questions if he stood before you in the flesh. Would you cower? Fight? Flee? Perhaps he would remember the words that fell from your mouth, just to prove himself right once again.
***
The Fierce Deity mask weighed heavy in your hands as you plodded down the small path towards home. A thick forest bordered you from the east, while a blooming prairie stretched as far as the eye could see from the west. There was no doubt in your mind that you were incredibly lucky to live where you did, a fact that was only exemplified by the nine heroes that had crashed into your life (and living room) through a portal that looked straight out of Coraline or some shit.
Never in a million years would you have expected Time, the distrustful forest child he was, to entrust anything to you, much less a mask that supposedly held the spirit of one of the greatest entities of his world, but you supposed it was only proof that miracles did still exist. Maybe.
Either way, you had taken up the mantle of caring for the mask, and there was no way in hell you were going to screw up. Not that Time would let you, the worrywart, and you were only just beginning to catch him not staring holes into your back.
Chronic mother hens aside, it didn't take a genius to figure out there was something terribly wrong with the item tucked under your arm. Whether it was the crimson and navy facial markings or innocuous radiation of something akin to evil, you had no doubt that Time's warnings were not in jest.
Despite this, you couldn't quite shake the idea of a soul being trapped inside, well, the mask was practically a prison at this point. And maybe, just maybe, you felt a modicum of guilt at the entity's fate. Had he deserved it? Perhaps. Was it cruel? Without a doubt.
Which is why you found yourself taking the Fierce Deity's mask with you when you went to the store, or the library, or simply for a walk in the forest, tucked in your satchel to protect from prying eyes, though you always adjusted the cover so at least one of the eyeholes was free to gaze upon the wonders of your world. It was a small mercy that you were willing to afford, one that quickly spiraled into conversation with the mask itself. You always had a habit of speaking out loud, and now you, presumably, had an ear to listen.
But it was all speculation at this point; Time had never outright confirmed whether a living creature resided within the painted oak, only that it was imbued with an evil so ancient it could challenge the goddesses. You had stopped listening at that point, muttering 'drugs' under your breath, but there was always hope in your tone when you reminisced about the world around you.
With a sigh, you stopped, bringing the mask to the forefront of your vision, thumbs instinctually tracing the crimson stripes on the cheeks. It was baffling that something so beautiful could feel so wrong in your hands. You desperately wished to uncover the truth, to breathe in the big reveal and revel in the known mysteries of life.
"What are you?" The words slipped off your tongue like silk, right enough that you could have chalked it up to fate. The mask felt warm, basked in the fading rays of the golden sun, and you had the distinct feeling of being watched. The pads of your thumbs stroked the raised cheeks of the mask, disturbing a thin layer of dust, as more words spilled forth. "You're so dusty; did Time even polish you?"
It felt strange, talking to the mask as if it was a person, but you were too intrigued to care. If an entity truly resided within, you wondered what he thought of you. Was he impressed? Disgusted? Resigned? You had grown up with the belief that if gods truly existed, their disappointment would be without bounds, but that assumption didn't feel accurate when you stared at the shadowed skin of your palms through the eyeholes.
What horrors had a deity of this caliber seen through eyes of oak... and why were you so desperate to find out?
***
The Fierce Deity was convinced you were either crazy or stupid.
Night had fallen some time ago, filling your small quarters with only the pale light of the moon. His prison sat propped against the contraption you called a 'lamp', facing the bed in which you slept. Your nighttime routine was... unusual, to say the least. In his time, maidens wore long shifts to sleep, while here, you had treated him to the ludicrous sight of what could only be described as the shortest britches he had the displeasure of viewing and a sleeveless rag of a tunic that looked as though you wore it to a scuffle with a large animal, not to mention the sheer audacity you had to undress before the mask without regard for decency. Had the Hero of Time not informed you of his status in this wretched prison, because it was as though you had forgotten or simply didn't care at all?
Whatever the case, it was with much dread that the Fierce Deity only found himself more attracted to the mortal cursed with his care. Your life was, at most, mundane, yet you spoke as though every day was a great adventure, in a tone that could have inspired countless scribes into a flurry of activity. More shocking, however, was how he could feel himself clinging to your every word, like a dog waiting for scraps. He had been alone for so long, and the reality that a mere mortal considered him, well, mortal enough to converse with was a reality he never imagined contesting with.
But, despite how thrown off he was, there was a certain comfort in the quiet nights you spent together, however inadvertently they came to be. After a life of isolation, he found a purpose in the steady rise and fall of your chest, in the snorting giggles of your laughter, and the way you flipped the edge of your pack to grant him sight, never mind that he was fully capable of viewing the world without it. It was for that reason that the rage in his battered soul waned a fraction, leaving a sliver of room for whatever this was, and the reason his mind refused to release thoughts of your whispered queries, always centered on him, whether it be his health, status as a deity, or happiness.
Farfetched as it was, the Fierce Deity, god of war and blood and death, waited hours for you to wake, unblinking because he would be damned to miss the very moment of your return to the land of the living, the languid stretch your body performed as you groaned softly, rubbing the creases of your eyes with the same gentleness you treated him to. He would study the outfits you wore, committing them all to memory so he could better understand the core of who he considered to be his savior. Maybe then, when he was free, he could begin to repay your kindnessâbit by bit, word by wordâuntil distance became more of a myth that him, and your tender warmth could be validated by more than just a paltry mask. Your very breath became his meaning, your soul his muse, and the Fierce Deity was sure he would never forget it.
But in the meantime, perhaps he would remember the words that fell from your mouth, just to prove you right once again.
I can't begin to express how beautiful this felt to write. The Fierce Deity truly is my muse.
ALSO there will be a part two, so keep your eyes peeled!
Fortunate Ones
BAKUGOU X READER
Mentions: Corrupt Government, Quirkless, Injections, Pregnancy, Dad Bakugou, Fluff!
reblogs are appreciated! <3
There was a point in time where life was happy for everyone. Then one day things changed.
Those with Quirks lived a better life. Good homes, good environment, upperhand on job opportunities. Quirkless born have it rough. A child should have their quirk by the age of 5 and if not the government will give the child another year just in case theyâre late bloomers. If no quirk is developed by the age of 6 theyâre separated from their parents and put into the quirkless side of town, Although they are allowed to travel anywhere.They get paired with a good family. Theyâre not allowed to have any contact with their old family.
You grew up with Bakugou and Izuku. Yeah Bakugou was an asshole but you still followed behind him just as everyone else did. You and Deku had each other. Yes you were parted from your birth parents but the ones you were given too were great. They love you like their own. Deku went through the same thing which is why you guys are understanding each other. You thought youâd be with Izuku forever as besties and have a possibility to end up with Bakugou.
Izuku never told either of you about training with All Might. He couldnât. He didnât even tell you about getting into U.A. You thought you'd be going to school. You knew Bakugou got in and it hurt you like hell. Parting ways with someone you fell in love with. â Since when do you have a quirk!?â You yelled at Izuku. âYouâre a piece of shit for not telling her sooner.â Bakugou said. â Itâs not what you think,âIzuku said. He wanted to stay with his best friend. He wished the three of you could attend the best hero school there is. He cared more about being a hero. â I canât believe it. How..just have fun with your quirk Izuku. Bakugou have fun as well. I guess this is itâŚâ you say tears running down your face. âWho knowsâŚmaybe we can meet up one day or whatever.â He said handing you a piece of paper with his number on it. You smiled. âY-Yeah..thanks. Iâll miss you guys more than anything.â you said. Bakugou hated it when he was forced into a group hug. He hates physical contact but tolerated it for you. Heâs always had a soft side, though he's a total asshole.Â
Everyone went their separate ways. You didnât stay in contact with Izuku. Heâs âtoo busy.â when in reality he didn't make time. He cared more about being a hero. Bakugou is very serious about it too but he tried and did make time even if it was talking on the phone or meeting up in the city going to places where Quirkless people were allowed in. Sometimes heâd even facetime with you at night even after a long and tiring day. Yes heâd knock out mid way with you but he made the time and it made you happy.Â
As time went on Bakugou developed feelings towards you and finally confessed after becoming a hero and you two Immediately started dating. During the ending of highschool there was a bill being set. Quirkless people were not allowed to house with a quirk user unless married. Then 2 years later the bill passed.Â
âWe could always lie. We donât have to worry about it. Let me handle it.â Bakugou said, holding you close. You were both 20 and ready to move out. Bakugou was making a great amount of money from being a hero even though he's young. You were in your 3rd year in college studying for business management and English language. You had a small business. Itâs going very well. You always have orders coming in. âWe canât lie about it,Kats. If they find out then what?â you asked. âWeâll make it happen eventually.â he replied, pecking your cheek. You nodded slightly. It was your plan with him. Him becoming a hero, you finishing school and starting your small business then soon enough live together. You continued your homework. Thank god youâre the smartest in all your class and gained trust from your teachers. Theyâd give great recommendations for when you need a job.Â
âHey mom. I brought her to meet you. Youâll love her.â Katsuki said. He brought you into the living room. âReally!? All this time?â Mitsuki said, giving you a big hug. You returned it. Sheâs known you since a kid; she just never thought youâd end up dating her son. âYou shouldâve told me since you started dating her. Why did you keep it a secret for so long?â She asked, letting me go. âI told him I wasnât ready not until I was almost done with university.â You answered. âWe were planning to move in together butâŚthe new bill was placed..â he said gripping your hand lightly. Mitsuki knows how much he loves you because when you and Bakugou started she noticed how much he started changing and in a great way. âYou two are young. Still in the beginning of the new chapter. Us parents will be here to support you both.â Mitsuki said.Â
When you and Katsuki turned 21 he proposed to you. While you were at work he decorated the dining room with candles and roses.(he lived on his own.) He made your favorite meal. The lights were dimmed. âHey Kats. I'm here. What did you need help with?â you asked as you took off your heels. âYeah I'm in the dining room,â he replied. You went over and blushed as you saw the lovely decorated table. You both enjoyed the food. You talked and laughed. âYouâre such a romantic, it's cute. Thank you for this.â You said smiling. âI have one more surprise.â He walked over to you.â he replied and made you stand up. â Where are you taking me?â you asked. âNo No, just stand there okay. Close your eyes, loser.â he replied. You obeyed him. Bakugou took out the ring and got down on one knee. âOpen.â he ordered. When you saw him your heart was racing. âY/n I'm in love with you and you know that. You give me everything you have to offer. You always express your love to me. Make me the happiest man in the world and marry me.â He asked. You nodded as you started crying with him. He slipped the ring on your finger. When the wedding happened a year later you both were so happy, loved and fortunate, very very fortunate.Â
You must be wondering why? Well thank god you and Bakugou decided to try for a baby during the honeymoon and it happened. You were blessed twins, baby boys. During the time you were 7 months the government released the news about planning on injecting half of the quirkless females. An injection to stop them from reproducing. You had your babies and after you got approval from the doctor to have another child. You and Bakugou got to work. It was hard to take care of the twins while pregnant but you and Bakugou want a little tribe.Â
â Morning my wonderful boys.â Bakugou said to the twins who were awake and ready for their bottles. He carried both of them and got comfortable on the couch he fed both of them. Struggled but fed them. You were still asleep. He makes sure you get proper rest which is why he took time off work. To help you around the house another set of twins are on the way. You woke up around 9:30 amâKats?Kousuke?Kensuke?â You called. âIn the bathroom babe!â Bakugou said. He was giving the twins their baths. Kensuke was the calm one and KousukeâŚsweet lord heâs the wild one. You walked in and saw Bakugouâs shirt all wet. The boys cooed and kicked as Bakugou made silly faces. Kousuke splashed water as Bakugou lifted him to scrub his back. âLet me help kats.â you said with a smile. It took about a good 30 minutes to bath them and have them all set .Â
You had a small and cute gender reveal only you,bakugou, his parents, yours and your 2 siblings. It was inside the second nursery. Your sister knows the genders so she planned it. âYou guys ready?â Mitsuki recorded. You and Bakugou took a deep breath and then let go as you both opened the closet. Half of it was filled with boy clothes and the other with girl clothes. You shared a kiss with Bakugou. Everyone clapped. â I love you and our babies.â Bakugou said as he rubbed your bump. â We love you too, loser.â you replied. Months later you pushed your beautiful babies out.Â
You guys want a K family and you also wanted to have one more pregnancy. Hopefully youâre not one of the chosen quirkless females for the injection and lucky for guys you werent. By the time you and Bakugou were 26 you had 6 kids.Â
Kids' names. K family. Eldest to youngest.
Kousuke Bakugou(m)
Kensuke Bakugou (m)Â
Kyousuke Bakugou (m)
Kimiko Bakugou (f)
Kaoru Bakugou (f)Â
Kaisei Bakugou (m)
You changed the kids out of their pjs and into cute clothes. Your mother made a family gathering. Bakugou hugged you from behind then nibbled on your ear whispering, âWe should have one more, don't you think my sexy girl.â Your eyes widened when you felt his bulge. â Go fix your problem in our room.â you said. â Come on one more?â he begged, leaving a hickey on your neck. You saw the kids fall asleep as you packed up their diaper bags. â Katsuki Bakugou no.â you replied. His hands roamed your body. When he got to your breasts you moaned as he pinched your nipples,you felt your milk leak a bit. â one more.â he whispered in your ear and then licked your neck. âFuck it.â you gave in. He was about to carry you away until baby Kaisei started crying. Bakugou rolled his eyes. âMommys boy for sure,â he said. You smacked him then carried Kaisei, rocking him in your arms. Bakugou looked at him playing with his little hand. Kaisei wrapped his hand around Bakugouâs finger and gripped it. When the kids do that to him he always ends up crying. You never knew why but he always smiles and pecks their hands in the process.Â
The best part of it all is that your children grew up with quirks. When they got their quirks you and Bakugou were blessed. Blessed to be able to stay with your family.Â
You both were blessed by God to keep your loving family.
âĄđRoom 381
Bakugou X Reader
đ˛ ࣪The school tells the students the exciting news! now you gotta deal with the fact you have a new 'husband' who could care less about this whole situation.
The bell rings. There is tension in the air. Not because of a villain attack, no, there hasn't been one in days, but because all teachers have ordered all students back to the classrooms for an important discussion. No one knows what this is about and in this school, this could be anything. You pick up your bag and look around for any familiar faces hoping you can have a conversation about the situation, the lunch room is almost bare but you catch a familiar redhead and run up to him. âHey Todoroki!â you smile at him giving him a small wave. He stops his movements and looks at you.
âHi,â he says. It sounds very bland, you think, but what can you expect? Maybe heâs nervous as well.
âCan I walk with you to class? Iâm nervous about this big discussion thing.â Todoroki starts walking but looks at you to continue the conversation so you take that as a yes and follow.
âWhatâs there to be nervous about?â you give him a face.
âWhatâs there? Are you for real asking me that right now?!â You turn to walk backward and face him. âI donât know, letâs think. A Hero retires, A Hero has died, they are shutting down UA, a student has gone missing, the teachers are robots, and they want to recruit us!â It seems Todorokis's blank face has gotten even blanker.
âAll those were completely reasonable until the last one. Do you always automatically think of the worst-case scenarios?â
âWell kinda but itâs not my fault.â you cross your arms, âyou gotta think of the worse case scenarios when it comes to this line of work-!â you walking backwards didnât notice how close you were getting to the classroom, which means you didn't notice the blond who was right near the door causing you to bump into him.
âWatch it bitch!â Bakugou pushes you away causing you to fall about into Todoroki.Â
âAlright asshole Iâm not a freaking domino! You didn't need to push me!â you yell back in defense moving away from Todoroki. All Bakugou can do is give a scowl and walk into the classroom. âI Know I said it but Iâm gonna say it again. What an asshole.â Todoroki nods following you into the classroom.Â
đ˛ ࣪ââĄđ
âAlright class I regret to inform you that the school board has decided that not only is it not enough we teach you hero skills we must now domesticate you. Following your continued hero work you will now be paired with someone who will be your fake married partner. You will have your dorms, each including bedrooms that only you can access with your thumbprint. You will be monitored with a sensor. If you canât get along and you get no points or even worse, negative points you fail the semester. Which means no work study. No fighting.â Aizawa slips into his sleeping bag unusually quickly. The class is quiet for a moment before yelling commences. Questions are yelled and it isn't until Aizawas face looks annoyed it gets silent. The room is quiet enough you can hear other classrooms having the same reaction you all just had. You canât help but think you were so far off in your assumptions and at this point you wish a hero was retiring. âI will answer questions but I am not talking over all of you.â Hands are quickly raised.
âWhat happens if you are paired up with someone insufferable?â Yaoyorozu asks, sheâs bold but the majority of the class was thinking about it.
âTo help encourage points if a pair can get over a 100 and have an overall âAâ Grade, you and your partner have the option to switch pairs with another group who is also in an overall âAâ Grade.â You and a couple of people sigh. Itâs a relief.
âHow does this Sensor work?â Midoriya asks, noting that he already has his notebook out on his desk.
âIt looks like a camera, but itâs not. Created by some tech-savvy departments, it can sense and scan emotions and calculate to decide what points a pair shall receive. For example, if the pair gets into an argument, the machine with scan picks up what it needs to and calculates it into the point system. And more Mumbo jumbo.â
âSo why exactly is this happening?â You ask.
âThe school board wants to show what itâs like to balance the life you all hopefully will have when you graduate while still being a hero⌠there is more to it but that's neither here nor there. Pairings will be posted in a few. I need a nap.â And that's it. Aizawa closes his sleeping bag and the class is left with dreed until the pairings come out.
đ˛ ࣪ââĄđ
A knock is heard at the door and Aizawa slowly unzips his sleeping bag and answers the door, grabbing the paper and walking in front of the class. Everyone is quiet. Aizawa tapes the paper onto the board. âSome of you are paired with people in here and others are paired with others in other classes. I want absolutely no complaints. Next to your name is the room of your dorms.â As you would expect he goes back into his sleeping bag and the room is engulfed in chaos, everyone runs to the board, adrenaline running to see who they got. Gradually pairs start forming some cheers and some blushing tension. You get to the board and scan the paper. Down at the bottom in black ink âY/N L/N and Katsuki Bakugou room 381âÂ
âYou gotta be fucking joking.â Of course, you two find your names at the same time. Why does he sound so disgusted, you're a fucking treat! You are about to remark him but before you can Aizawa comes out of his sleeping bag.
âIt looks like you all found your names. Class is going to start now, so go back to your seats.â Are we just going to act like nothing just happened?!Â
đ˛ ࣪ââĄđ
The class had ended, and the girls and you were walking to your new dorms with some of your things from your old dorms. You were quiet, way too quiet for someone to notice.
âGirl you okay?â Ochaco hugs your arm, ânormally you are leading our conversations.â
âNo, duh, sheâs quiet! She's got Bakugou as her husband,â you say silently, wondering if Mina could be any louder.
âIâm gonna die. Or my eardrums are gonna die. Either way, something is dying!â You canât help but complain.
âWhatâs the deal with you both anyway?â Kyoka questions, âNormally people can have at least one decent conversation with Bakugou, But Iâve never seen you guys even hold a simple conversation. He wonât even communicate in battle with you? And he communicates with Midoriya.â
âI honestly donât even know.â Truth is you did know and it was an embarrassing story that no one can get out of you. You went to middle school with both Bakugou and Midoriya. Over time and God knows how this happened you gained a crush on him and decided it would be a brilliant idea to confess. When you did it was a total embarrassment not only did he laugh in your face and shut you down, but He told those punk friends of his and they made your middle school life an embarrassment. You swore since that day he was your enemy. Childish yes? But still partly true to this day.
đ˛ ࣪ââĄđ
You wave the girls goodbye and look at your new dorm you share with your new âHusband.â You canât help but think how ironic this is. You take a deep breath and enter the dorm. In the dorm is surprisingly a kitchen to your left and a small living room area in front with a door leading out to a balcony. Bakugou is sitting on the couch in the living room. Itâs clear heâs already made himself comfortable with how he's sprawled out he is. You decided itâs just best to wait it out in your room and make yourself dinner once he goes to bed. You look and see two doors one with your name on it and another with Bakugouâs to the right of the living room area, you start walking over to your respective door.
âDonât expect shit out of me.âÂ
âI never expect anything out of you.â
âEXCUSE ME?!â Bakugou stands up facing you, âWho do you think you are saying that?!â
âIf you aren't gonna put in any effort Iâm gonna say whatever I want to you assface!â You both hear a ding. You didn't notice it before but over the TV is a point counter. Negative one. Not even five minutes into the dorm and you have negative points. âOh now look what you did!â
âI didn't do that!â
âYeah, you did!â
âNot my fault I donât wanna do this stupid ass simulation. I just wanna be a Hero. Number one hero at that. A family and wife-â he points at you, âis just a stupid distraction from that and I donât need this.â you roll your eyes and walk into your room, âDONâT WALK AWAY FROM ME!â and you slam your door. You place your stuff down on your new bed and sit down putting your hands to your face. Your blushing?! Why the fuck are you blushing? Is it because he called you his wife? Which is stupid and just delusional, did you not hear what he said? A million thoughts are running through your head as you question yourself but nothing can deny the feelings in your stomach.
Opposites Attract - a Shigaraki x f!Reader fic
Your quirk lets you capture almost anyone with ease, and you can't believe you let Shigaraki Tomura escape. Shigaraki can't believe it, either, and according to the League, there's only one possible explanation -- you let him go because you've fallen in love with him. He decides to find out if it's true. You decide you won't fail to capture him again. You both get a lot more than you bargained for. (cross-posted to Ao3)
Chapters: 1 2 3
Chapter 1
This was supposed to be your day off. Itâs all you can think about, which isnât a good thing, because youâre in the middle of a villain attack and using your quirk at all requires a significant amount of your focus â but it was supposed to be your day off, dammit. Youâre supposed to be doing something fun. Going shopping. Getting a haircut, or mani-pedis, and going out for drinks with your friends at a place crawling with photographers. All the stuff young, single, female pro heroes are supposed to do. So what if you hate that stuff, and you were probably going to sleep all day, wake up at 5pm, make dinner, and marathon the Alien franchise until you fell asleep again? You could have gone out.
But instead youâre here, because Eraserhead caught himself another spinal fracture, and when the doctors threatened to tie him to the bed if he tried to leave before they were done fusing it, he called in a favor you owe him and made you supervise his first-year-class from hell on a field trip to the brand-new Kamino Memorial Park. Go to Kamino Park, they said. Itâll be safe, they said. Thereâs no way in hell the League of Villains will hit the place a second time.
Well, theyâre hitting it, and theyâre hitting it hard â and it was supposed to be your goddamn day off. You throw out your arm to stop the trio of students youâre shepherding to safety as three knives thud into the grass in front of you, and make yourself a promise: The next time Eraserhead asks you to do anything, youâre telling him to go to hell.
âHey, um ââ One of the students taps your shoulder, and you know without even asking that theyâve forgotten your name again. âWe got our provisional licenses. We can fight now.â
âYou can, but you wonât. Create a perimeter and protect the civilians,â you order. Youâre not sure why the League of Villains is here, but thereâs no way youâre feeding a bunch of kids back into the same meat grinder they escaped from a month ago. âOther pros are on their way, and so are the police. In the mean time ââ
You flick your fingers, calling up a magnetic field, and the knives lift out of the grass, hovering in midair. âIâll keep them busy.â
You consider taking the knives and sending them back the way they came, but unless you want to fatally wound Toga, youâll just be handing her weapons back to her. You curl your hand into a fist, compacting them into useless wads of metal. Youâve already used your quirk to tear up the park, creating uneven, unsteady terrain thatâs dangerous for anybody who doesnât have a way to take the fight airborne. Now itâs time for you to do what you do best. You narrow your focus, sensing out the concentrations of suspended iron that represent the League of Villains, and once youâve got them, you lock them down.
Most of them, anyway. One proves a little more difficult to grasp than the others, and you get moving, using one hand to pull rebar and wiring out of the ground. You need it to ensnare the three youâve already captured while you chase the villain who slipped away from you. You secure Toga and Twice, but Dabi burns his way free, and Twice sends a clone after you. Since itâs a clone, you donât feel bad about yanking every molecule of trace metals out of its body and turning it to sludge.
Dabiâs on his feet, but youâre a bad matchup for Dabi for a lot of reasons. Heâs got a ton of extra metal in his body. He throws his hands out towards you, blue flames already flickering. You fix your quirk on the staples holding him together and start pulling them out.
âWhat the fuck?â Dabi snarls, recoiling. Blood is already beginning to ooze from the holes on his wrists. âIf you think you can just take me apart ââ
You yank out another two â one from each wrist. âStand down. Youâll run out of those before I run out of power.â
Itâs true. Your quirk is Magnetism, and using it is easy for you. Using it safely is something else, but you can yank out every staple in Dabiâs body without breaking a sweat or destroying any property. Not that you want to do that. âI donât want to hurt you, so just ââ
Thereâs a shift in metallic concentration just behind you, and you dive to one side, just in time to avoid Shigaraki Tomuraâs hand as it tries to close over your shoulder. A Twice clone is after you, too. You take the staples you pulled out of Dabi and fire them through its eye and throat as you roll out of Shigarakiâs reach. The leader of the League of Villains laughs, low and raspy. âKilling somebody? Thatâs not very heroic.â
You hate it when villains banter, but youâre not letting that one stand. âThatâs not the real Twice.â
Youâve got the real one, and now youâve got Dabi, too â at least for a few seconds. Maintaining a hold on Dabi, Twice, and Toga at once is within your abilities, but doing that and trying to capture Shigaraki at the same time â and maintain the barriers youâve set up â and stay sharp enough to bounce Shigaraki into midair if he tries to touch the ground and vaporize Kamino Memorial Park out from under your feet â all of that is testing your concentration. When you lose concentration while using your quirk, bad things happen.
Shigaraki reaches for you again. A hero like Eraserhead would retaliate physically, kick or hit back, but you donât want to be anywhere near Shigarakiâs quirk. You draw back out of reach, taking a step back every time Shigaraki steps forward. âYouâre an underground hero,â he says. âDidnât you learn what we do to underground heroes from what happened to Eraserhead?â
âYeah. He shook that off, and sent me to take care of his light work.â The longer you can drag this out, the better â you can hear sirens approaching, and you know that Yokohamaâs other pros are on their way. âIsnât this a little high-risk for you? Returning to the scene of the crime so you can â what?â
Shigaraki sneers at you from behind the hand. âWhat do you think?â
You really couldnât care less. Someone shouts for you, and your concentration slips for a second too long. You have to decide who to let go of, and between the three youâve restrained, Togaâs the least dangerous. You let your control over the iron concentration in her blood relax and focus on trying to restrain Shigaraki instead. Heâs hard to get ahold of. His bodyâs iron concentration is less than it should be. You lock him down for a second, but you canât get a grip, and he slips free, smirking. âI know who you are,â he says. âThe Capture Hero â Skynet. Not much of a capture hero, huh? You canât even hang on to me. Are you sure the villains youâve bagged didnât let you get them?â
âNo, they just didnât have anemia,â you snap. Shigaraki blinks. âYou donât have enough iron in your blood for me to manipulate.â
Anemiaâs not uncommon, but youâve never come across a case this severe in someone youâre trying to capture. His iron concentration is so low that you canât hold him for more than a split second. That level of anemia is crippling, and the words fly awkwardly out of your mouth before you can stop them. âAre you, like â okay?â
âWhat?â
Heâs stopped trying to grab you. You should capitalize on it, pull up more rebar and wire to hold him down, but your mindâs off on its own track. âDo you get headaches?â you ask. âWhat about dizziness? Do you get tired a lot?â
Shigaraki looks disconcerted. He nods â then shakes his head, snarls, and sinks back into a fighting stance. âWhy do you care?â
âWhat about a rapid heart rate even when youâre not doing anything?â When heâs doing something, like he is right now, itâs got to be even worse. You two have been trading barbs for thirty seconds at most and heâs out of breath. âYou need to take care of yourself. This isnât healthy.â
âShut up!â Shigaraki lunges for you, and you twist aside. You get a good look at his fingernails as his hand goes by. Theyâre pale instead of pink. âWhy do you care? So you can capture me and keep your precious reputation?â
Youâre actually a little insulted. âSo you donât die!â
Shigaraki stares at you. The hand reaching out for you drops, and you close the distance between the two of you to shove him hard, knocking him backwards. Once he hits the concrete, youâll figure something else out. You can hold him until someone else gets here.
But someone else is here, and theyâre not here to help you. Shigaraki tumbles directly into a warp gate, staring at you like youâve lost your mind the entire way.
Damn it. You canât grasp the warp villain â wherever his real body is, itâs a long way from here, and youâre at risk of losing Dabi and Twice now, too. You tighten your grip on them, but even as you do, you see another portal opening out of the corner of your eye. This one is in midair, threatening to swallow a group of civilians who decided that hiding behind the All Might statue was a better choice than evacuating like the students ordered them to. âThe civilians, or my associates,â the warp villain rumbles, from everywhere and nowhere. âYour choice.â
It's not a choice. You release your grip on Dabi and Twice, both the iron in their blood and the metal and wire holding them down, and warp gates devour them both. The warp gate above the civilians shuts, decapitating the All Might statue in the bargain, and as quickly as everything began, it grinds to a halt.
âSkynet!â someone snaps from behind you, and you freeze. âYou let them go?â
Miruko is Number Six on the charts, and she outranks you by a lot, but you still bristle at her tone. âThe civilians ââ
âIf youâre not stopping villains, youâre not doing your job.â She looks pissed. You have a feeling that sheâs only holding off on kicking you because itâll look bad in front of everybody. âIf youâd held onto them a second longer, Iâd have been here, and ââ
âWe could have helped!â Thatâs one of Eraserheadâs students â the one with the spiky red hair. âIf youâd let us help ââ
âYouâre just kids. Do you have any idea what Eraser would do to me if I had ââ You trail off when you realize that whatever it is, Eraserâs going to do it to you anyway for even letting the kids near the League of Villains. âI was the senior hero at the scene. It was my call. If you did what I told you â which you did â you did the right thing.â
âYou did the right thing,â Miruko says to the student. The police are here. The cars skid to a stop, and you feel the iron concentration in whatâs left of the park shift. Thereâs a helicopter in the air, too. More people, more cameras. Miruko is glaring at you. âYouâre the one who screwed up.â
Yeah, you did. You stare dispiritedly at the headless statue of All Might as Eraserâs class regroups around you, as somebody starts questioning Miruko â the new senior hero at the scene â about what went wrong here. A few thoughts spin through your head, mainly of the hell youâre about to catch from the press, the heroic establishment, and the HPSC. Shigaraki Tomuraâs case of life-endangering anemia makes it in there, and so does a hit of frustration at the fact that youâre in trouble for choosing to save a bunch of civilians from getting bisected by a warp gate. But the main thing thatâs on your mind is the same thing thatâs been there since the first spurt of blue flames erupted over the park: This was supposed to be your day off.
âWell, that blew,â Dabi says as he picks himself up off the floor of the Leagueâs new hideout. âWhose idea was this, again?â
Heâs glaring at Shigaraki. Shigaraki glares back. âI didnât hear you say we shouldnât do it.â
âI said we shouldnât,â Twice pipes up. Heâs still got a piece of rebar wrapped around his ankle. âNo, it was a great idea!â
It seemed like a great idea when Shigaraki thought of it last night â go to Kamino Park, rattle the heroesâ cages, show everybody that the League of Villains isnât scared of anything and isnât even close to down for the count without Sensei to guide them. Then again, Shigaraki was three cans deep into a twelve-pack Compress had lifted last night, so his judgment might have been off. Twice is still talking. âI mean, we scared the piss out of those civilians. Those hero brats were running scared, too! And did you see what Kurogiri did to that All Might statue?â
âNo,â Shigaraki says. He looks at Kurogiri. âWhat did you do?â
âOver there.â Kurogiri points, and Shigaraki looks. The head of the All Might statue is sitting on the warehouse floor. âIt would have been a shame to leave without a trophy of some kind.â
âItâs on the news,â Magne sings out. She opted out of mission, and now sheâs watching it on the Leagueâs TV, lifted last week by Compress, which is hooked up to their generator, which was also lifted by Compress. âAnd itâs not looking too good for the heroes. That little oneâs in big trouble.â
âGood. Sheâs a bitch,â Dabi mutters. His hands are bleeding. âWhat was that quirk, anyway?â
âMagnetism,â Shigaraki says. He feels weird. Maybe itâs the quirk. âShe can manipulate magnetic fields. Any metal, on any of us ââ
âI didnât have any!â Twice protests.
âThen she used the iron content in your blood,â Shigaraki says. You told him how you were restraining the others. Amateur mistake. Or it would be, if there was any way to not have iron in his blood â but thatâs a problem, too. âShe couldnât grab me. She said I didnât have enough.â
âIs that so?â Kurogiri studies Shigaraki. âDid she say anything else?â
âAnemic.â Itâs a weird word. Shigaraki scratches his neck. âShe was weird about it. She wanted to know if I get headaches, or dizzy â or tired ââ
The answerâs yes, which is why it was weird. It was weird that you knew. But the weirdest thing is what you said at the end. âShe asked me if I was okay, and when I asked her why she gave a shit ââ
âShe answered you?â Magne mutes the TV, looking surprised. âWhat did she say?â
âWhat did I miss?â Toga skids into the warehouse before Shigaraki can answer. âI got away, but none of you came with me, so I went to the meeting spot alone. What happened?â
âThe hero let us go,â Dabi grunts. âShigaraki was just telling us about a little chat they had.â
âOoh, you talked to her?â Toga sits down next to Twice on the ground, peering at Shigaraki. âWhat did she say?â
âShe doesnât want me to die.â Shigaraki feels his face contort behind Fatherâs hand as he says it. âWeird.â
âWeird,â Twice agrees. âSince when do heroes play mind games like that?â
Itâs quiet for a second. âSo she asked if you were okay and she doesnât want you to die,â Dabi says slowly. âI donât know, Shigaraki. It sounds kind of like she likes you.â
Shigarakiâs mind goes totally blank. âWhat?â
âYou must have won her over,â Magne chimes in. âAll that charisma youâve got â how was a poor underground hero supposed to resist the leader of the League of Villains?â
You seemed like you were resisting just fine, until you couldnât grab him. But itâs weird that you werenât angry. You actually sounded like you were worried. Like you really cared whether Shigaraki has anemia, or whatever the fuck. Like you care if heâs okay. âDonât be stupid. Thatâs not ââ
âCome on, boss, donât sell yourself short,â Twice says. âIf you can seduce any hero you want, how come you didnât seduce Miruko?â
âOoh, Mirukoâs so pretty!â Toga grins. âThe other oneâs okay, too. What was her name again?â
Shigaraki coughs, trying to make his throat feel less weird, but itâs not just his throat. Itâs his face, too. âSkynet.â
âYou said she was getting in trouble. I bet thatâs why,â Dabi says to Magne. âThey must have all figured out that sheâs in love.â
âShut up,â Shigaraki says. Nobody listens. He raises his voice. âShut up! The mission was a success. Why arenât we talking about that?â
âWe are,â Toga says. Her grinâs devolved into a goofy, dazed smile. âYou have to teach me how, Tomura-kun. If we make the heroes fall in love with us, itâll be even easier to win! I want Ochako. No, Tsu. No, Izuku ââ
Shigaraki stops listening. He picks himself up off the floor, hating the way his head spins, and makes his way over to Kurogiri. Kurogiri studies him. âAnemic,â he repeats. âThe hero listed the symptoms of iron-deficiency anemia. Do you experience any of them?â
Shigaraki doesnât answer. Kurogiri waits, just like he always waits, and Shigaraki figured out a while ago that the fastest way to make the itching stop is to answer the question. âSome of them,â he says. Kurogiriâs eyes tilt in the way that means he thinks Shigarakiâs full of shit. âFine. All of them. So what?â
âDid she say anything else?â
Are you okay? âNo,â Shigaraki says, pushing away the memory of how fast your expression shifted, how you went from focused on keeping Shigarakiâs comrades trapped and trapping him the exact same way to looking â worried. âThat was it. Kurogiri, do you ââ
âYes, Shigaraki Tomura?â
âI mean, theyâre just â theyâre joking, right?â Shigaraki keeps his voice quiet. If any of the others hear this, heâs going to have to kill them. And maybe also himself, so he wonât have to remember that he thought about this at all. âThereâs no way anybody â I mean, a hero â would like me. Theyâre kidding. Arenât they?â
He wants Kurogiri to say yes. He wants him to say yes fast, and then to not pick on him for even considering it, and then to forget this ever happened. Instead Kurogiri thinks about it. âIt is not impossible that they are correct,â he says. âHer behavior was unusual for a hero in her position. And it is likely that she knows more about you than you do about her. Perhaps she does have a certain â perception of you.â
âGreat.â
âIt could be,â Kurogiri muses. âShe drew your attention to an issue that impacts your health, and therefore your effectiveness as All For Oneâs successor. And she chose to let you go. If the hero known as Skynet does have a soft spot for you, it has worked undeniably in your favor. It might behoove you to allow her to continue to nurse it.â
âYeah, no.â Shigaraki shoots that idea down immediately. Any idea that makes him feel that weird is obviously a bad one. âIâm not going to track her down and say Iâm not interested, but the next time I run into her, Iâm saying it and you canât stop me. None of you can stop me.â
He raises his voice, making sure everyone hears, and everyone looks up from whatever theyâre doing. âOf course we canât,â Magne says. âBut youâre naĂŻve if you think you can stop her. Nothing can stop a hero on a mission.â
âAnd nothing can stop true love!â Toga smiles at Shigaraki. âI believe in us, Tomura-kun! We can win their hearts together!â
The weird feeling multiplies. Shigaraki scratches hopelessly at the side of his neck and thinks about the remains of last nightâs twelve-pack. Getting drunk again isnât going to help, but itâs hard to imagine it making things worse.
